    Just spent 20+ minutes trying to get my Bose Revolve speaker to connect to the app but it failed every time. Continuously takes you through the prompt to connect your speaker through the devices Bluetooth settings... which works fine. But I was expecting this app to give access to additional features. Total waste of time. Side note, the reason I downloaded this app is because the speaker cuts in and out when connected via Bluetooth. Very annoying. Can’t seem to fix it. Will be returning the speaker at this point.

    My Bose noise cancelling headphones were a gift from my sons. The headphones exceeded my expectations. Using the app to adjust the settings is nice. I haven't experienced any issues. I can't wait to fly with these.

    My QC35s day they are connected but there is no sound. I spend more time fiddling with them to reset them, reset the phone and it is a mystery when they finally work. I don’t know if it’s the app or the headphones themselves, but it’s clear from the other reviewers that I’m not the only customer with this problem. It’s absolutely frustrating, especially given the price of these headphones.

    Why does it take 30+ minutes to download one firmware update for one pair of headphones? I can download a whole movie to my phone in a few minutes, and this app would still be crawling along like it’s 1999 on 56k AOL. Maybe consider adding the modem sound effects for the next update.

    When I turn on my Bose Soundlink Micro, it doesn’t connect automatically to my iPhone X. Every time, I have to go into settings, Bluetooth, then find it in my list of devices, then connect. It’s cumbersome. In the app, it doesn’t connect at all. Unfortunately, the app is the only place to change certain settings. I didn’t have any of these problems with my iPhone 7+.

    Very disappointed. So I buy the Bose Noise Cancelling QC 35 headphones, almost $400. Get it, then I need to download this app and discover the headphones do not work or thus app with iPad2. Seriously. Looks like I will be returning the headphones. My music and movies are on my iPad2. Bose disappoints me. Time to buy Sonos instead and replace my Bose stuff.

    I’m connected through Bluetooth fine but the app thinks I’m disconnected. It says “drag to connect” and then wants me to pair the speaker even though it’s already connected. So dumb.

    I have never written a review for an app before, but this one was just so awful that I let that I needed to warn others and get my thoughts out there. Here's the short, yet infuriating story: After downloading this app, I updated my earbuds and they stopped working. The app and my Bluetooth settings would say that they were connected, but every time I tried to play something with audio, I would hear nothing. Bose, FIX THIS PROBLEM and the numerous other issues people seem to be having with this app. It is absolutely ridiculous to have paid such a steep price for a product that breaks and fails to work due to your own faulty app.

    I must say this app isn’t very good. The concept is great but it has a ton of bugs. The main issue for me is that it worked okay until the most recent update. Now my headphones connect to my phone just fine through Bluetooth, however, when I go to the app to manage everything I get the message, “HEY! We need bluetooth in order to work our magic. Please turn it on” then it has a settings button that takes you to settings for the app and it doesn’t have anything to turn bluetooth on. I go back out to phone settings and bluetooth is turned on already. The headphones are great the app is not.

    Will not recognize my Revolve + Soundlink. Does connect to Apple device but the app won’t recognize. Makes me want to return all the Bose products I have. I was able to connect my Soundsport Wireless headphones, but ONLY if I allowed to share information with Bose. I’m starting to dislike Bose a lot!!!!

    The only thing the app is good for is pairing earbuds to phone. Jaybird earbuds allow you to have EQ set up to your preference. Love my earbuds just wish they were louder and allow user to customize sound.

    The BOSS products are good overall, but this App is useless. Today I purchased the Bose SoundSport wireless headphones and paired them fast and flawlessly to my iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 11.0.3 via the iOS built in Bluetooth settings. However this Bose app still has no clue the headphones are here and connected. I unpaired and paired the headphones many times in an attempt to have them listed in the app and seen by it, but all in vain. Shame!

    This app is supposed to allow you to connect and pair Bose Soundlink Revolve speakers. Not so much! You still have to manually connect and pair. Keep trying Bose. You’ll get it right someday!

    Love how the app is tailored to the specific product, images and all. In my case a SoundLink Color 2. All the instructions from the owner’s manual and settings are easily accessible. The app even allowed me to update the firmware of the speaker over Bluetooth with a touch of a button. Well done. BTW the SoundLink Color 2 sounds awesome... smooth powerful base, clean mids, and clear highs. Not muddy and boomy like others. I hope it stands the test of time.

    Since this update a lot of stuttering effects. I hate how unprofessional Bose can be launching software. When we pay a premium price we expect quality. Bose Bluetooth wireless Q30 do not perform well with this software while listening to Spotify on phone. I have been battling this on and off for a 7 months. Had it fixed after sending back Q30 once before. Now it’s back with this firmware and software upgrade. Bose!!!! Get your act together!!!!!

    I just bought these a month ago and I LOVE THEM however ever since the last update I haven’t been able to connect via Bluetooth with my phone. I have the Bose sound sport wireless in hear headphones. Is Bose doing something to fix this? Extremely irritating since I can’t use it and it was working perfectly a month ago. Seriously, I paid a lot of money for the headphones and they don’t connect to my iphone anymore... Bose .... help!!

    Pairing speakers for party mode is a bit finicky. Sometimes have to search a few times and cycle power to other speaker to get a connection. Also, wish there was a function to select which speaker is left and right so you don’t have to swap the docked speakers.

    Firmware upgrade to make headphones compatible with Mac OS high Sierra will not install. These headphones are currently a $350 paper weight. This app is trash.

    Every time I try to use the app it says Bluetooth is not connected! It is connected as I am listening to music. I have tried deleting and downloading again and the same thing happens. It would also be nice if you could control the sound as other manufacturers app allow. Please fix!!

    After the firmware update and the app update nothing really works anymore. I can pair my iPad to the speaker and play music, answer the phone, and other fun stuff. When I press the Bluetooth button the speaker happily reports its connected to my iPad. Launch the app and swipe down to connect and it continuously says to pair the device with the speaker. Meh. One star

    Turn Bluetooth on, connect to my QC35. Can hear the music, everything looks good. Go to the app and bam, says there’s no device connected. Happens all the time. The app is pretty much useless at this state.

    Just wow. I am an owner of a few pairs of the QC20s and they are really good. These 30’s are way fabulous. No cord to get in the way and well over 8 hour battery life make these a great set. I recommend them. Oh, and the app is fine. It does what it’s supposed to do.

    This app has issues which has already been discussed. From and consistency to in ability. To be fair Bose updates it's app. And it is one of those updates which combined with the before mentioned issues that I have given this app a rating of one star. The updates are sometimes very useful and sometimes nonsensical. For instance, why change the applications icon to a small black plus symbol? The icon should be iconic. We current app icon does not describe what this app is. There is a saying. If it's not broke don't fix it. Revert the app icon back to its previous design. Then take all the energy for redesigning the app icon and apply it towards creating a piece of software that is consistent and reliable.

    I have a Bose revolve and everything was working great. I updated to iOS 11 and now every time I want to connect the speakers I need to go to Bluetooth in settings, clinch on forget device, search for my bose and connect again. Before it connected automatically to incriminate turn on the Bluetooth on my phone. Also, it does not longer recognizes my iPhone’s name.

    Worst decision of my life. Ever since I got the upgrade I cannot pair my Bose revolve speakers and stereo or party mode. I’m now left to just use one single speaker.

    Bluetooth sport headphones are comfortable and sound good. Easily connects to my iPhone every time. My iPhone music EQ does not seem to work on these earphones. Please add an equalizer function to the Bose app. Thanks!

    It actually made things worse. Now I cannot connect to iPhone #2. I’ve tried several times with different devices turned off, and it still won’t connect. The iPhone sees the Bose, but it won’t pair anymore. Last Update: the app doesn’t work at all. Even with BT turned on in Settings, the app thinks it’s off.
