    I downloaded this because it had a high review and I tried to put “show carbs” option on but I can’t unless I upgrade to maximum. It looks good, and I’m sure it is great, but I’ll find one that I can use with keto, hopefully this is helpful for other people on keto looking for an app! Great app otherwise!

    I’ve used others apps, such as LoseIt (my second favorite) and My Fitness Pal. MyNetDiary is better than the rest. It’s faster, simpler, more customizable, and more informative. Great app! Well-done, Dev team.

    I work midnights and I don't eat three large meals a day. I subscribe to the (much healthier) multiple small meals and snacks a day thing, partially due to my sleep schedule. But it doesn't let me adjust the meals nor does it let me adjust what is a day for me. Therefore this app just is a giant hassle trying to log my food and exercise and a big selling point, the widget, use useless.

    I love this app, and I’ve tried many that are not as easy to customize to your diet preferences. For example, some apps won’t let you set a goal below 1200 calories per day, which is useless when your doctor recommends 1000/day. This app lets you tweak it all, and is visually pleasing too. Also tracks water, exercise, steps. Takes very little time to add custom foods.

    I love this app. It is easy to use and has helped me be more aware of my eating habits. I love that you can scan an item, it makes it so much easier to track. I also find the way that it is set up visually helpful. As my apple gets full I know I've eaten enough, same with my macros. However, I do have a couple criticisms- first of all, some of the items are incorrect. For example, I could scan a tortilla package and it will say mustard or something like that. Thankfully, this has only happened one or two times though. My main complaint is that I can't customize my macros. I like to carb cycle and on those days I would like to set my protein higher- the visualization of the bars seems to really help me meet my goals. If I could customize that one thing I'd give it a 5. I'm not going to pay 50 dollars a year to do that.

    I’m a huge Math person. For decades, I have been doing my own math for calories, macros, nutrients and exercise. This App is the ONLY App that was completely accurate in all areas. I lost 15 pounds the first 30 days and even purchased the Pro version early on to keep track of nutrients. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the help I received from this App and the results that have followed. Thank you MyNetDiary!!! I follow an 80/20 lifestyle. I eat Whole Foods (veggies/fruits/nuts/seeds) 80% of the time and everything else about 20% of the time. I noticed that somebody left a bad review because they couldn’t find Whole Foods “at the top of that list”. I did not have that experience at all. All foods were easy to find. Some of the more exotic foods (like dragonfruit) are not yet in the database but you can take a picture and they will update the database for you. It’s still the best you will find out there!

    I've used it daily for >4 years. Occasionally it offers up a "Do you like this?" pop-up. I hate that. Worse, I recently got a Fitbit. Most of the other apps that are similar will let you connect to Fitbit for free and get at least rudimentary results. MND wants to charge me a fair amount of money per month or year. Screw that. I'd rather go migrate to one of the other apps. update: … And yet I'm still using it as of 2018. Even though this review was here for over a year, it's still pesters me for its acceptance like an 11-year-old only -child latchkey kid.

    This app is really awesome. It helps me be mindful of my water intake, and after just a few weeks of calorie counting I am so much more aware of what I eat. Aside from obviously losing weight, it’s also a great tool to see my fat/sodium/protein levels. I used to use MyFitnessPal before it decided to be super expensive, but then I found this gem. While i can log an exercise on here and the data transfers to my Apple Watch, the app and the watch are not fully compatible both ways, which I find annoying. For a free app, I am very pleased.

    So I had the basic “lose weight” new year resolution. I thought I wouldn’t actually dedicate my time to it or if I did I didn’t think it would work. So far, before the end of my first month, I’ve lost 9 pounds!! This app is amazing. I will totally reach my goal by my set date and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you MyNetDiary!!

    I've calorie-counted a few times and downloaded this and other apps this week to test them out. This is a great app for tracking food. The barcode scanner is convenient, the dashboard is attractive and intuitive, and the ads for upgrades are inobtrusive. Negative aspects: recording recipes is a pain and I haven't been able to find a way to edit or remove them once you've saved them; when I record a recipe and the specify in my food log that I've consumed one serving, it adds ALL the servings (the entire recipe), forcing me to get out the calculator manually edit the amount; the chart recording my weight loss notes a star at 10% loss, but states it is a 1% loss (mathematically incorrect!); and at this writing, this app hasn't been updated for 6+ months. Otherwise, an attractive, fairly useful app!

    Easiest calorie tracker I've found. Recognizes foods you've eaten before so you don't have to scroll through lists. Tracks activities, glasses of water, and has a weight chart. Wish you could chart measurements, but it's free, so.... I've used other trackers before and this one is by far the easiest and fastest free app I've found. Love it. Navigating history is tedious, but online access is available and easier.

    Love this app! Wish I could access all features with a smaller budget payment. But that said So far I have lost 8 lbs. and it really has made me aware of my food choices. I was never a big eater but I was choosing bad foods.Thanks!

    For a very long time I have used My Sugr and My Net Diary. This app constantly works and is much easier to use. I enter data several times a day and it is a breeze to enter and offers much more options and easy to customize. I recommend it highly.

    Easy to use, just what I needed! Was looking for an app for increasing awareness of what I was putting in my body and this ended up being like a new toy. Easy to use and I like the encouraging analysis the end of each day (even on days I was way off my intention). I use the barcode scanner more than I thought I would and like the gps feature that can track my hikes. So glad to have found this, as my practices needed more change than I realized. Thanks to developers!

    Well this app is great. Easy to use. Easy to understand. No complaints at all. A few suggestions though. 1) add Apple Watch to the apps and devices list 2) allow the app to add items to my iCloud calendar. Like a small icon showing my calories for that day. Also showing what workouts I did that day. 3) add a widget so I can see at a quick glance, my stats for the day. Great job. This app works great.

Very impressed with the gps walking tracker that logs my speed, my rout, my distance and calories burned as well as the time it took me. WOW! Just what I needed. I’ve been using this app for less than a week at this point and now looking to buy the pro version to track my nutrition as well as many other features. Awesome!

    This is the easiest app I have found. Using a food diary has been critical for my weight loss, 47 pounds since December of 2016. It's also a great prompt to drink my water. I haven't synced a fitness device yet but I do think it would've beneficial.

    This app is amazing! Before now I've always thought I needed to eat 1200 calories to lose weight. With this app I was able to enter my ideal weight and timeline and they adjusted the calories for me. I'm eating about 1,700 calories a day and seeing RESULTS!

    I stumbled upon this app about 1 week ago, and I've been using it every day. It's great!! There are endless foods to choose from, and it calculates calories very accurately for each food. Add a few work outs and you will be losing weight in no time. I've lost 5.5 pounds in one week!!

    It does what it is supposed to do. It's simple and quick to use. I wish - just like all other dieting apps - that it had a setting for breastfeeding because There is no way to adjust calorie allotments for that. But otherwise it's great.

    I have lost 39 pounds since I started using this app. I like that I can log in my activity. Tracking foods is easy. I like all the charts & helpful hints. I have health issues & will go back to the gym eventually. But I log all my housework & animal chores. It all adds up. If you eat over your calories do a little physical labor to keep you on target. I have a long term goal & it will take me a year to reach it. My health issues complicate matters but this app keeps me focused & positive. There are also chat groups to encourage one another. No meetings or rigorous exercise required. You just eat less & move more. This app is fun & easy. You can store your favorite foods to make your charting easier. What are you waiting for? Try it!

    I lost my Fitbit so decided to give My Net Diary a try. So glad I did! It's gentle reminders keep me on track. It lets me know the status of each food group throughout the day so I can make adjustments to my carbs or fats. And guess what? I haven't had to give up any of my favorite foods during the holidays.

    I tried the Weight Watches app for a month for a comparison. They had no free option so I had to purchase it. It does not give the nutrients which I feel is very important and was much more difficult to use. I didn't find a lot of the food items in their data base.

    I like the screen and trend graphics; tracking is not hard. I like that activity and other data pulls in from the Apple health app. However, finding plain, non-brand name food to track is difficult so I’ve had to do a lot of manual additions. Also, the barcode scanner has never identified the food correctly, so it’s frustrating and essentially useless.

    I found this app very easy to use. I'm losing the average,which is a little over pound a week. I like being able to easily plan my calorie consumption. It syncs with my Apple Watch and there are other activity trackers that it will sync with too. That makes it so easy to get credit for the calories you burn. If there is something special I want to enjoy that day, it is easy to adjust my other meals or even up my exercise, so that I can have a treat once in a while. I checked out a few apps and concluded that this one was best for me, I've not been disappointed. I'm using the free app and it does everything I need. Not sure what else the paid app would add but I'm not willing to pay $59.99 to find out.

    I never wrote a review. I just take all the freebies and run with it. But I thought I would take time to do so for this app. I had a failed goal of losing weight this year. January first of 2017 I committed to losing half a pound a week. I thought it was doable enough. By the end of the year I would be 26 pounds lighter. Fast forward to August and I was still about the same weight. I was fed up and I found this app after researching many others. My weight loss journey really began at this point. I said I would just be brutally honest and start recording what I ate and how much activity I did each day. This app is very user friendly and I was able to input my food with ease and my exercises. The first two weeks was basically just tracking food. There was light activity but not very much. After I saw how many calories I was consuming in snacks between meals I started to cut those out. After the snacks I noticed how many calories my meals were. I cut those back. I lost a few pounds just doing that. After losing that weight I decided to kick up the exercise portion. I do jump ropes and hiit workouts that I find on the web for free. They are super intense but it's over fast. Thanks to the motivation of that started with the help of this app I am down 14 pounds in four months and I hope to drop another five before the end of the year. I can't speak of this app being super accurate with the calorie counts of foods and calorie burns of workouts. But I can speak of how this app helped me get off my overweight butt, control my eating habits, and start a healthier lifestyle change. If you're struggling to get healthy I highly recommend this app for you.

    I've used a few different apps for calorie counting, but this one is by far my favorite! In less than 2 months I've lost almost 14 pounds. I love that this app tells you your calorie intake and also the percentage of fats, carbs, and proteins. I've never been great at drinking the recommended amount of water either, but being able to chart that really helps! There's so much about this app that I really enjoy, I could go on and on 😊

    Honestly logging your food makes you realize how much you have absently been shoving in your mouth. I have been logging my food for about 6 month and I have lost 53 pounds! I love this app!

    My review is one sided as I have never used any other calorie counter app, but I never felt the need to. I've had this app since May of 2016 and I'm writing this review November of 2017. For the first three months I used it daily and then after that on and off any time I felt I was falling off track. Along with Herbalife as my main source of Nutrition, Ive used this app to make sure I was staying ahead of my goals, and it worked! Using this app and Herbalife I have lost 116Lbs! From 327 to 211! I recommend it to anyone who wants to loose weight. It really helps put everything in perspective.
