    The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 is because I feel it rates prepackaged food like junk cereal as healthier than some Greek yogurt. It seems it rates sugar as better for you than natural fats. But I think that's a similar issue with all apps like this one. I will say that it has helped me with tracking my foods and so I have lost weight using it for which I'm grateful :)

    The only thing that drops the weight is for me to write down everything I eat. This app makes it easy. I wanted to lose weight but not diet, just change to healthy eating. This way I'm conscious of what I eat, but I never feel deprived or "dieting ". I've lost a pound a week for the last 2 1/2 months, and I'll just keep going until normal healthy eating puts me at a stable weight.

    This app is great, it has taught me what calorie counting is and how it works. I've lost 15 pounds just by logging in everything I'm eating since August 3, 2017. I'll keep using this because the rule of change does happen when you are consistent in following the plan.

    Over the past year I have tried 7 calorie apps. This is the best by far. 1. All the essential information is in one place. I can see Carbs/Fat/Protein by both percentage and grams in addition to calories per meal plus total daily calories. 2. Logging my meals usually takes less than a minute and if I need to make adjustments it’s quick and easy. 3. My favorite part is that the app analyzes the types of foods being logged and tells you if you are on track. I have been over calories and it said on track. I have also been under calories and, because of the type of food, it said off track. This is very helpful!!! 4. There is TONS of useful information all through the app. After months of plateau, in the past two weeks I lost 4 pounds! I have made two changes to get this result. A. I walk 10,000 steps per day Mon-Fri and I exercise 10 minutes a day Mon-Sat. B. I use this app to make healthy food choices. That’s it! Another thing I really like about this app is after I reach my goal I can still use it to maintain instead of lose. That way I will not be trapped in diet mode plus I won’t lose the results of my hard work!

    I'm not a hardcore healthy guy but I lost 5lbs by just being able to track my food. Even though I'm just estimating what I eat and do at the gym it gives me an good estimate of the calories I've eaten and lost at the gym. Also you can scan the bar code of almost any food so it was very easy to track what I ate and when. It also kept track of my sodium which was very helpful. All in all if you just want to lose weight use this app

    I've found the major key to losing weight is recording what I eat. This app helps do that and gives the option of setting specific weight targets. It could improve its library of ethnic cuisine, but I would recommend it for those interested in tracking their weight.

    I normally don't write reviews, but this app deserves some praise! I love how it calculates my BMR! Most apps don't do that. I also love how it tracks my workouts so I don't have enter them in myself. I like how it tells me to workout more to reach my goal and it help me out on rest days! My food can be scanned, analyzed and graded based on your health. There are other cool features that I didn't mention. It's way better than My Fitness Pal and other similar apps!

    I'm liking this app so far. There are a few things that are less convenient like the medication tracker and some things I'd like to see added, esp if you buy into the monthly service. But so far I find it helpful. It really helps keep you aware of what you're eating and helps you make better choices.

    This app really does help you lose weight but only if your honest with yourself and put in the correct data. I always fudge a little more then less when it comes to calories. If you’re honest the app will tell you how much weight you’ve loss before you ever step on the scales. One of the keys to this app is drinking the required amount of water every day. Try this app I think you’ll benefit from it.

    Love the remindes and ability to scan food packages. If it defines cholesterol intake I've not been able to locate that. That would be a nice addition. It's great to be able to include extra steps as well as your exercise routine. Highly highly recommended

    I never review applications because I like them (I typically like to complain) but I LOVE this app. I have lost 13 pounds in 7 weeks by following my plan and exercising more and I never feel like I’m dieting. Just making better choices. This app actually motivates me to work out because I know I can eat more if I move more. It’s helped me make better eating (and drinking) decisions. I haven’t been able to lose weight like this doing anything else. I cannot stress how happy I am with this app.

    This app is legit I weighed in at 205 now I'm at 191 you just have to put in hard work at least for me I go to the gym twice a day and eat whatever and watch the calorie intake vs what I'm burning keep at that and you will be golden good luck!

    this app helps me realize just how much I am putting into my body. the charts and water intake additions are really helpful, too. it's a bit annoying that you have to have an internet connection to scan barcodes (but that honestly isn't even much of a concern anymore ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). overall, this is a great app

    By loyally entering information fully, timely and accurately, I have been able to see how my body responds to certain foods and after cutting those foods out, my weight loss rebooted. I feel this app is truly worth the money for that awareness. It is easy to use and has good graphics. The interaction with FitBit is seamless.

    10 star review, well 9 1/2. I started using this app because i am on a health imposed diet that restricts many common foods, and it claimed to have the ability to customize fields for nutrients. It does to an extent, but only the "standard" nutritional values, no custom fields. That said, I decided to use it anyway, keeping track of the forbidden foods mentally. The first thing I noticed was that the nutritional values of what I was eating was all wrong, and even tho I thought I was low sodium, ( another condition), big time NOT. The app has greatly assisted me in balancing my diet, and encouraged me to start an exercise plan (and track it along with daily steps). After 6 months, I have lost over 30 Lb, feel better, and have more energy than 10 years ago. Like anything that is worthwhile, for it to work you have to work with it, but the tools are there, including an unbelievable database of foods, including restaurant and fast food, that can be searched or bar code scanned, and if not there, can be added easily to the database along with custom recipes. Tho not perfect (I still want that custom field), and it sometimes assigns a barcode from a commercial food to one of my custom foods and has to be corrected, it has changed my life all for the good. I had intended to wait for my regular doctors checkup to find out what my "numbers" looked like (I feel everything will be vastly improved), but the app forced the review with a choice of "don't like" or do a review, and there was no way I was going to say I didn't like it, I love it!

    Update 9/30/17: Have started doing a food-journal in the Notes section of the app every day, which has been really helpful for me. Having it right in my phone is so convenient. Previous Review: It's easy to locate foods, both commercially prepare and homemade. Also, calories burned through a wide variety of exercise. Having this app in my phone makes record keeping so easy!

    I got it because I wanted to lose 50 lbs. this app lets me keep track of everything from my food to my workouts. I only wish that when I manually entered my steps that it would automatically go towards my calories burned. However, I have to enter my total miles walked at the end of the day.

    Great accessory in planning your meals throughout the day. Good kick starter for those who aren't sure what to eat to get to where they want! This app lets you scan foods and look them up and over time you can learn what you should eat and what is that you should steer clear from! Very easy to work with and very handy!     I usually can't stick to logging my food because of one reason or another, but this app actually keeps me going. It's quick, easy to use, and perfect for people who are visual.     This program/app is a great way to watch what you eat and get on track to losing weight. It does not judge but rather tells you where things went over and offers tips and suggestions to get you on the right track. The key is to be very honest when you log what you eat. It's easy to figure out and you can also log exercise and weight with it. I use it in conjunction with a running app and they have helped tremendously. So far I've lost 45+ pounds and going strong!

    I've had this app for many years. Did not want to pay for it but my son convinced me it was the best out there. He said the price was as much as I'd give for a burger. So I tried it and was amazed at how much it helped and how easy it was to use. I've had family members try free ones since I've bragged how much better it is when you see what your calorie intake is, but have noticed there's are not as user friendly as MyNetDiary. I'm using a different calorie counting app at this moment because it is connected to a program I'm on, but I will definitely go back to MyNetDiary when the program ends. I love MyNetDiary diary.
