Not so good! 2/5
App is very good for tracking health stats, but very poor for medication reminder and tracking. On several occasions my prescription meds have just stopped showing up on the list, then in a few days popped back in. Won't be using this app for tracking meds any more!!!
I wish we could add our own trackers. Like I pass out and I would like to track that. And a dislocation tracker, I dislocated joints all the time. Stress,
Very Impressed 5/5
This app was introduced to me by a registered nurse at the beginning of my diagnosis of cancer. This app has been my brains throughout this whole ordeal. I can't even begin to express how helpful it has been. I just recently began receiving my medication through their pharmacy and I am very pleased with how smooth the turn over was. Also their customer service is very polite and helpful.
I like the layout. But it spends too much time trying to sell me crap. I'd rather pay for an app with no ads. And I was really wanting something to give me an alarm when time to take meds.
Extremely helpful 5/5
I take a lot of medication, and it changes frequently. When you have an appointment with any doctor, they review your medications. Being able to read the list, with appropriate doses, straight from my phone is a time-saver and ensures accuracy. I have most notifications disabled, because there were too many (refill reminders, etc.). However, it's easily possible to create one single reminder for the midday pill I tend to forget about, and that's great.
I've recommended this many times. It's just extremely useful and user-friendly (love scanning my pill bottles).
This app collects data on users for marketing 1/5
God only knows what else they do with the data! I wanted a list for ME, not for a drug company or pharmacy to sell things to me, or to sell data to them.
Your App is just Okay with Potential 3/5
By Javier rover
Just started using the App and like the ability to scan in meds. You need to work on ability to schedule meds more than once per day. Your app spends way too much time trying to sell me meds from another source. That's okay. It more user control is needed. Also, you need to provide a history of drug usage over time. That's it for now.
Great app 4/5
I like this app quite a bit. I am a recent heart patient and although I only take one medication, I appreciate that I can list it and OTC supplements, too. Having recent heart issues, my doctor asked me to track my blood pressure. This app filled the bill. My only complaint is that I can only see one week's data on the graph, and, unless I've missed something, I can't go back prior to that. My doctor is a visual person and would like to see more than one week of graphic data. Anyone else have this issue or ideas about seeing graphic representation for at least a month of data? Other than that, I'm able to see my information and my husband's.
Hands down the best app out there! 5/5
I still can't believe this is free! My brothers, sister, and I started using this app about 5 or 6 years ago to coordinate care of my mom. Whoever takes her to a doctor, journals the info and we can all see it. It's come in so handy when one doctor asked the question about another specialist visit. We just scroll through the journaling and voilà there's all the information. We have her (lengthy) meds list and calendar info all in one place. This app is not only a time saver but a lifesaver!
I'm now using this to track my granddaughter's (serious) medical condition and have all her necessary info in one place. I even use it for myself because I just can't remember all the details like I used to. I would give this 100 stars if I could!
Document all medical for my family 4/5
I've been using this app for 4 years. My most useful component is the journaling. I document each physician visit with goal/objective and discussion/findings. My only wish list is that they would allow us different journals per problem/doctor and to be able to search the entries. Yes, I recommend it.
Too bad it doesn't work 1/5
Tried scanning two bottles. It froze on image 3 of number 2. When I cancelled out it didn't save the first.
Love the functionality, hate the push notification spam! 1/5
This app is fantastic, but it keeps sending me push notifications trying to sell me services that I do no want to use. I can't turn off push notifications altogether because the app has very useful reminders. There needs to be a setting that turns off these notifications OR a paid version of the app that removes these and the stupid pop-up messages that make you hit the close button 3 times before it closes.
The team has created a fantastic app that I would be happy to pay for, but someone has completely ruined it with this ridiculous about of in your face spam.
I love this App 4/5
I love this app, I use it to keep track of my dog's medications. Aside from a few times where I know I recorded the info and the next day it reports his meds as missed the program has been great. I think this issue could be more troublesome for someone whose memory is not as good though!
Not liking at all 1/5
I keep getting spam from here and don't want it, Cease and Desist!!!!
My doctors love the print out 4/5
I absolute love this app and anytime I have a new appointment it's easy to print and take a with. Helps me manage all my scripts with ease. Love love love it. A few recommendations to make it even better. Do not have reminders auto populate. I stopped using that feature because it was telling g me to take it at 8am. And some vice versa. Also, is it possible to not print any and all scripts that are not active. I always have to X out a page and it drives me crazy and the ER starts questioning irrelevant and old scripts I still keep incase I'm asked if I was on a previous script. Nurses always ask where and how and I'm always eager to tell them and a few have downloaded the app on the spot. I hope you will consider some changes. The simple list becomes complicated. The option to choose one or both active and inactive would be great. If it were not for that and the auto scheduling of reminders it would be a 5 star as it really is. If changes come across I would defiantly change to a 5. Thanks Care Zone!
Great potential, but needs work 1/5
CareZone has an easy-to-use interface and promising features. I fell in love with it initially but then realized the drawbacks.
• easily scan info for prescription and OTC treatments in just a few steps, reducing the amount of manual input needed
• share/print treatment information in a variety of ways
• loop others in, whether they're family/friend caregivers or practitioners
• pharmacy services to have prescriptions refilled and delivered to your door
• multiple profiles make tracking the care of everyone easier
•website integration allows for updating information with a full-size keyboard
• doesn't record the time you took medications, just that you took them. This doesn't work if you have treatments that have to be taken away from others and you don't necessarily take everything at the same time every day
• when you scan or enter a treatment in, it records the contact info (provider and/or pharmacy), but it doesn't merge the contacts so you end up with multiples of the same provider, pharmacy, source. Manually deleting duplicates deletes information from individual medications/supplements
• there isn't a way to back-up the date or show a history of what's been taken & when
• there also isn't a way to skip a dose, even though there are times when it's necessary. Instead, the app just records it as "missed".
Overall, I was very excited with the prospects of this new app. But the lack of features is leading me to begin another search to find one that actually meets my needs.
Great App! 5/5
By Avid Audible Listener
I recently was diagnosed with a chronic painful condition and I was having trouble tracking which pain medication I took and when. This was problematic: when I was in pain I couldn't remember what I could take to ease it. I tried a few medication apps before this one and deleted them almost immediately because they were not helpful.
This one served my primary needs beautifully. In addition, I use the the journal and pain tracker which I know will provide valuable data to my doctor. There are so many other features I want to try like the phone directory. I have already recommended the app to my friend whose husband was in a terrible car accident and they are having trouble tracking his medications. This really is a wonderful tool for me and for my doctor.
What happened to the Rx number? 4/5
When I started using the app, it loaded the prescription number to the medication list from the picture of the label. It no longer does this. WHY?? That was one of the best features. PLEASE PLEASE put it back!!!
Needs Help 3/5
Overall, it's pretty useful but it needs improvement and options for using it differently.
Help it run smoothly:
Get rid of the ad for prepackaged meds I see every single time I enter a medication. No! I don't want the service.
Let me see a date on my main inventory page so I know which one is most recent, oldest, etc. I want to keep a record of the 1st prescription, changes and most recent. The rest I delete but don't want to run through them all to figure out what to delete if I haven't kept up.
Increase flexibility to use it differently:
I use it as inventory, history and dosage. That's it. No reminders for refills or taking my meds. I have my notifications turned off; I'd like to also turn off all reminders within the app since it clutters the app.
Easier access to prescription dates increases the inventory function.
I know there's more; I'll add them when I remember. In general, I'm glad the app is available since I need the option for keeping track. I just wanted to be the most useful it can be. Wouldn't you?

I have Bipolar Disorder and chronic migraines, and take 6 different medications. This app is easy to use and keeps everything i need in one place. Not to mention the mood/pain/sleep trackers are super useful for treatment and anticipating mood swings and migraines. Thank you for this app!!
Life saver 5/5
I recently had an operation and needed to take 3 different medications at different times. One I had to take 4 times daily. The other one 3 times daily and the last one twice daily. I would have never been able to do that without this App.
Also I started putting in other health info into the app. My weight, blood pressure etc. I found it useful when I went to the doctor.
Finally I also scanned my insurance card into the app. That was helpful when I needed to show a new doctor my health insurance info. I just pulled up the pic in the app.
Needs work 5/5
I changed the times that I take my meds and now when I tap my meds it shows 2 versions of the same meds that I have to take.
No paste or Touch ID. 2/5
Won't allow me to paste my password or use Touch ID.
Great idea. Needs a bit more.
Make this app perfect 5/5
By Big Red 37
Add reminders for taking medications.
LOVE this app 5/5
My Dad just randomly started having extremely high blood pressure. This app is absolutely wonderful for families who need to communicate about a family member's medications and doctors appointments! Not only can any family member update information, but you can export medication lists to take with you to doctors appointments. We can track all of his blood pressure readings in this app as well.
BEST MEDICAL APP EVER!!! 5/5
For many years I have had to manage several very complicated medical conditions, which requires taking multiple medications, at specific times every day.
Over the past several years I have tried one iPhone app after another trying to find one that would help remind me to take meds, when I am required to take them. Each app did well in some respects, but failed miserably in others.
One day, still searching for a magic app to handle all of my needs, I stumbled on the CareZone app. I was pleasantly surprised when I downloaded the app to find that not only did it meet my needs as a medication reminder, but the database of medications was enormous, and it had many other features that I had NOT found on any of the previous apps I had tested.
PLUS, it provided the ability to create unlimited, separate profiles for others, like children or aging parents, who have specific medical needs. Although I do not have other people who I must maintain medical records for, we do have pets, many of whom have serious medical conditions of their own.
CareZone allowed me to easily tailor individual profiles for each 4-legged family member, with the same high level of detail as I have on my own profile.
And, for those who are not techies, do NOT worry, the user interface is not only beautiful, it is VERY easy to use as well, and the CareZone User Support Team is BEYOND excellent!
Now my husband and I both have 24/7/365 access to all of my medical information, as well as the veterinary information for each of our pets with medical issues, including all history that has been entered into CareZone. And it is all easily accessed with a few taps of a finger from ALL of our iOS devices, or on CareZone.com from any computer with internet access.
I no longer have to lug one or more huge 3-ring binders to an appointment with a doctor or veterinarian, I just take my iPad or use my iPhone… easy peasy!!
AND, CareZone is NOT just a "medication reminder app", in addition to having separate and accurate lists of medications for myself and our pets, CareZone also includes ALL of the incredible features listed below, which allows the user to easily record vital information for EACH individual profile:
• "Inbox"- provides a simple method to communicate with the CareZone team.
• "Services" - gives easy access to things like refills, info on Medicare Plans, sharing medication lists with others, etc.
• "Medications" - keeps your entire arsenal of meds, both active and inactive, at your fingertips.
• "Trackers" - allows the user to track important health info like BG, BP, Pain level, Mood, Weight, and more.
• "Calendar" - creates a separate calendar, for each profile, to post appointments and other medical information without having to commingle it with everything else on your already full personal calendar.
• "Journal" - allows you to capture anything that is pertinent for you to remember on any day, for EACH profile. (This is my personal favorite and MOST used CareZone feature.)
• "Contacts" - a SEPARATE list of any physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, etc., for EACH individual profile.
• "Notes" - blank sheets of paper, to create MULTIPLE individual lists, to record information for any specific topic of your choosing, for EACH individual profile.
• "To-Dos" - SEPARATE, easy and simple To-Do lists, for EACH individual profile.
• "Photos & Files" - a place to attach important photos or things like Excel files, test result reports, etc., for EACH individual profile.
• "Sharing" - gives you the ability to share your CareZone information with family or friends of your choosing, and the information is kept updated every time you post new info or edit existing data. You choose which profiles that you want to share with others.
I have used the CareZone App, MULTIPLE times, EVERY single day, for myself and MULTIPLE pets, since July of 2015, and I can not imagine EVER using anything else!!
Outstanding App! 5/5
This App is exceptional.
You can store photo's of your laboratory & medical results, making the file name by year, month, date & brief description you can organize and take all of your results in a digitized format.
It keeps track of all your medications & refill dates and uploading this info is easy with the built in scanner.
The Journal allows you to write and track any additional information and there graph trackers for various health issues. There is so much more. Great customer support too! Wow. Thank you.
Marketing scammers trying to get you to use their RX drugstore 1/5
Technology is good for scanning RXs, but the app is riddled with ads for their pharmacy and makes it unusable. Avoid this app until the developers purge the painful marketing traps in the program. Very disappointing
Can't save an event; can't contact vender 5/5
I've been trying to save an event since 10am today. Tried at least 5 times throughout the day. Then I attempted to contact you for assistance. That failed too. This appears to be the only method of complaining left. Please fix this bug. Thank you.
After receiving a very prompt response from a CareZone developer, I was able to get my event scheduled. I have been a user for more than 2 years and have nothing but wonderful prompt help and great experience.

Should be password protected
Won't boot up 1/5
It won't load for me. I had these 3 little pills jumping around for 2 days so it's deleted
Very good idea 4/5
I am able to keep track of my daily medicines and as needed medicines with no problem. As retired medical professional, The allergies should be displayed prominently. You don't want to have to search for that information in an emergency.
A waste of time. 1/5
Seemed like a really good concept if it worked. I downloaded the app and it does nothing except have 3 pills in a small square acting like a screen saver. Does absolutely nothing else. What a waste of my time.
Nice Idea 3/5
This app is really a nice addition to my IPhone. I feel it is in need of the feature to enter and track blood tests. I just got it today and so far it's really a nice app. Thanks.
Nice app. 3/5
By One rufuszak
I primarily use the application for the tracking feature although I do maintain prescription, personal and get some use out of other aspects of this application as well. I would recommend this to anyone and my doctor seems to appreciate the statistical information if not more. The graphics are quite helpful. A couple of quick thoughts though:
1) On the tracking features it be extremely helpful to be able to calculate averages.
2) In addition to medications, it would also be helpful to log other supplements (Vitamins, Herbal, etc.) and include doses and frequencies.
A recommendation 3/5
It would be great if there were a category to document allergies. To both food/environmental allergies and medications you were allergic to, along with your reactions.
Deduct from original amount 3/5
I wish it would automatically deduct the amount of pills taken from the original amount as you take each dose
If I could get it to work, I might be able to rate it better. Can't get past the sign in. Oh well
This app is a lifesaver! 4/5
I wish I would have had this with my kids. You can keep track of prescriptions and doses and insurance cards just by taking photos. You could photograph their shot records and make notes. You can track headaches and other things. Plus I'm sure if you were caring for a parent this would be essential. Try it! I only gave it 4 stars because it's new and I just started using it.
No longer getting medication reminders 1/5
I primarily use this app to remind me to take my meds, and for this, the app has become completely useless. For some reason I have stopped receiving notifications on my iPhone or Watch. If I open the app and mess around with settings, I start getting notifications again, but only for a few days and then it stops again. Even though I stop getting notifications to take my meds, I do still get notifications from the app for announcements or sales pitches from CareZone, so I know it's not my iPhone settings. This has been doing this for a while now and has become far too unreliable, so I will have to find a new app to take its place.
a headache getting bigger 1/5
Pretty disgusted after talking to numerous agents this week. I called at least four times this week and got confirmatione that you guys had got a prescription for my Prednisone in from the doctor. I called today, because I am down to thrill pills and the agent said she'd expidite the order...
...only for my doctor to call me today asking if I took Prednisone intravenously, because someone faxed that information in to him only TODAY, even though multiple agents said that they already HAD. It says in my medication profile that my Prednisone is taken ORALLY. So now, I have to wait even longer because yet again, there was a delay even though I was promised that the agent today would get on it.
There are other problems I've had too, seems like agents cannot access e-mails or my profile at times too, which have made confusions about my current primary care provider, and you guys tried filling my prior PCP, even though I'm not a patient of his anymore.
I wanted to give you guys a try, because I thought it would be easier for me to have my prescriptions mailed. Seems so far I'm wrong, this has been far more complicated and headache inducing compared to Walgreens and Rite Aide.
Great app and incredible service 5/5
Adding your meds by taking a picture of the pill battle is incredible. The pharmacy service is outstanding and customer service is superior.
Doesn't work 1/5
This app just keeps trying to retrieve infor from Carezone. Will just keep trying all day
By Jto hha59
They keep calling me and calling me 5 or more times a day. Don't get this app!
Frustrating app 1/5
There is too much inflexible data. Not at all useful to me. I try to unsubscribe and receive a response which says that I don't have the ability to unsubscribe
Care Zone 1/5
I took this off my iPhone. Too many incidents of checking off that I took the medication; saved it, only to have it pop up hours later indicating I didn't take the medication. Too much aggravation!!! This happens frequently. Not worth the aggravation.

By dont worry about it!
Great app better than having a card with my medications in my wallet
I wanna love it! 2/5
this my first negative review - and it's NOT a silly game, it's personal!!!
the potential with CAREZONE is awesome with photographing medications, tracking DAILY vitals, and adding rare/necessary documentation! Without APPLE HEALTH integration it's almost USELESS to most!!!!!!! Is this an app comfortable living in a medical/research company's vacuum of accidental improvements?!?
I've seen HUNDREDs of customer pleas through the support forum to make this an integrated app (like EVERY OTHER serious real-world "applied" app) through following comments and suggestions, and still these developers say "please let us know what YOU want, we prioritize your requests!" HELLO! HELLO! WE'RE ASKING, ARE YOU LISTENING?!?
Without a "medical history/conditions" section, and integration with APPLE HEALTH, it's just one of a dozen medical apps on my iPhone... It could easily be one of TWO apps on my iPhone!!!!!!! Can you hear that?!?
Turning out 1 or 2 "incredibly minor updates" that barely improve the app each month you're getting close to IRRELEVANCE and deletion!!!!!!!
I'll resign myself to having one app for pharm, one for diabetes, one for heart failure, one for pulmonary, one for medical history, etc, etc...
I seriously thought you could be the all-in-one, one-for-all to the community of us with multiple/chronic aka more than hangnail or elderly parents kind of medical needs?!?
I'm beginning to wonder if you care?!? Or are you content with others stealing your (original) thunder?!? Sad in ABQ! :-(
