A recommendation 3/5
It would be great if there were a category to document allergies. To both food/environmental allergies and medications you were allergic to, along with your reactions.
Deduct from original amount 3/5
I wish it would automatically deduct the amount of pills taken from the original amount as you take each dose
If I could get it to work, I might be able to rate it better. Can't get past the sign in. Oh well
This app is a lifesaver! 4/5
I wish I would have had this with my kids. You can keep track of prescriptions and doses and insurance cards just by taking photos. You could photograph their shot records and make notes. You can track headaches and other things. Plus I'm sure if you were caring for a parent this would be essential. Try it! I only gave it 4 stars because it's new and I just started using it.
No longer getting medication reminders 1/5
I primarily use this app to remind me to take my meds, and for this, the app has become completely useless. For some reason I have stopped receiving notifications on my iPhone or Watch. If I open the app and mess around with settings, I start getting notifications again, but only for a few days and then it stops again. Even though I stop getting notifications to take my meds, I do still get notifications from the app for announcements or sales pitches from CareZone, so I know it's not my iPhone settings. This has been doing this for a while now and has become far too unreliable, so I will have to find a new app to take its place.
a headache getting bigger 1/5
Pretty disgusted after talking to numerous agents this week. I called at least four times this week and got confirmatione that you guys had got a prescription for my Prednisone in from the doctor. I called today, because I am down to thrill pills and the agent said she'd expidite the order...
...only for my doctor to call me today asking if I took Prednisone intravenously, because someone faxed that information in to him only TODAY, even though multiple agents said that they already HAD. It says in my medication profile that my Prednisone is taken ORALLY. So now, I have to wait even longer because yet again, there was a delay even though I was promised that the agent today would get on it.
There are other problems I've had too, seems like agents cannot access e-mails or my profile at times too, which have made confusions about my current primary care provider, and you guys tried filling my prior PCP, even though I'm not a patient of his anymore.
I wanted to give you guys a try, because I thought it would be easier for me to have my prescriptions mailed. Seems so far I'm wrong, this has been far more complicated and headache inducing compared to Walgreens and Rite Aide.
Great app and incredible service 5/5
Adding your meds by taking a picture of the pill battle is incredible. The pharmacy service is outstanding and customer service is superior.
Doesn't work 1/5
This app just keeps trying to retrieve infor from Carezone. Will just keep trying all day
By Jto hha59
They keep calling me and calling me 5 or more times a day. Don't get this app!
Frustrating app 1/5
There is too much inflexible data. Not at all useful to me. I try to unsubscribe and receive a response which says that I don't have the ability to unsubscribe
Care Zone 1/5
I took this off my iPhone. Too many incidents of checking off that I took the medication; saved it, only to have it pop up hours later indicating I didn't take the medication. Too much aggravation!!! This happens frequently. Not worth the aggravation.
Needs this fix, developers ... 4/5
By William Theodore
Tried to find a way to contact the developer to no avail.
iPhone app, profile, address entry error message:
"Attempted to edit address entry using both old and new styles"
Contact me to hire me!
Great app 4/5
By dont worry about it!
Great app better than having a card with my medications in my wallet
I wanna love it! 2/5
this my first negative review - and it's NOT a silly game, it's personal!!!
the potential with CAREZONE is awesome with photographing medications, tracking DAILY vitals, and adding rare/necessary documentation! Without APPLE HEALTH integration it's almost USELESS to most!!!!!!! Is this an app comfortable living in a medical/research company's vacuum of accidental improvements?!?
I've seen HUNDREDs of customer pleas through the support forum to make this an integrated app (like EVERY OTHER serious real-world "applied" app) through following comments and suggestions, and still these developers say "please let us know what YOU want, we prioritize your requests!" HELLO! HELLO! WE'RE ASKING, ARE YOU LISTENING?!?
Without a "medical history/conditions" section, and integration with APPLE HEALTH, it's just one of a dozen medical apps on my iPhone... It could easily be one of TWO apps on my iPhone!!!!!!! Can you hear that?!?
Turning out 1 or 2 "incredibly minor updates" that barely improve the app each month you're getting close to IRRELEVANCE and deletion!!!!!!!
I'll resign myself to having one app for pharm, one for diabetes, one for heart failure, one for pulmonary, one for medical history, etc, etc...
I seriously thought you could be the all-in-one, one-for-all to the community of us with multiple/chronic aka more than hangnail or elderly parents kind of medical needs?!?
I'm beginning to wonder if you care?!? Or are you content with others stealing your (original) thunder?!? Sad in ABQ! :-(
Love this app 5/5
I love the Med reminders and the pharmacy services. I don't have to waste anymore time standing in line at my local pharmacy. So easy and convenient.
Push Ads are So Invasive 1/5
The app itself is fantastic. Definitely a 5 star app. But the push ads are obnoxious and invasive. Especially if you wear an Apple Watch. They come several times a week now. I've asked the developers for a paid option to turn the notifications off. They won't, so I'm taking it off my phone.
Over it! 1/5
By N N Taken
I deleted the app and still get multiple email reminders! I DO NOT like that there is, apparently, no way to unsubscribe from emails! For this reason I do not recommend this app AT ALL!
I downloaded this app then started wondering about how secure this is.
I received the letter of thanks and they had a link to ask questions. I hit send and got the "oops" etc. they can't give their own link but I'm supposed to enter my prescription, insurance cards and drivers license? Scared me!
Used to be good 1/5
By Always in a hurry!
This app is buggy and won't let me change any of my info. I can't even send an email from the app to let them know of the errors I get. It had the potential to be good. I do not recommend this app!!
By Gator Mom Kathy
I take care of my 93&92 yr. old parents. This app is just what I was looking for. Easy to use, & I could keep all the info separate. Medications are simple to scan in or enter. Being an RN and trying some others, this is by far the best & easiest to use. I love that you can add a picture to each profile. As an ER nurse that could come in very handy.
Very good at tracking medical condition
Works for me, lists out all my meds and refill info. Also let's you keep other pertinent medical information. Great to have.
Good reminder 4/5
Very good at keeping track of meds although not too happy with the pop ups along the way.
Overall a very helpful app, easy to use. Don't have to worry about knowing what meds I take and when.
Good app 5/5

Very helpful app. I like it. I use it daily.
Get medication Organizer 5/5
Great having medications organized. Attt
Good tracker, but so many notifications! 1/5
It's a handy app that keeps your list of medicines handy for doctors and reminds you to refill prescriptions.....but now that Walgreens does the same it's useless and the notifications about their home delivery medication service are irritating. I take meds once a day which equals one notification....but every day I receive half a dozen notices about refills I've already taken care of and the most annoying are the notices about the home med delivery...no I don't want nor need that incredibly wasteful (the packets are plastic not to mention the shipping box and it's packaging probably) service! If I could say no once and be done or heck pay a one time fee for the app I'd keep it probably but they are trying too hard to push their home med delivery service to care about offering that option to their app customers. Take my advice and use Walgreens options for medication refill tracking over this app and set a phone alarm labeled meds....simple and less annoying than this app!
I've never been on medications let alone multiple ones at a time. From the reminders to helpful refills. The ability to show my allergies (which mine are anaphylactic) is a "real life saver". Down to the fact of being able to keep journals. The ability to print my lists is so much easier too.
So helpful (short term memory loss) 5/5
Love it! It helps more than you would actually think and the longer you have it the more useful things you find on it.
Great Medication App 5/5
By Bill 2013-3-14
Great app for medication documentation & management. Nothing better.
Decent app 3/5
This app innovative, it fosters team communication for medical care. *Inputting the medication information is easy; it takes 4 pics of the label and populates the information into the meds list complete with dosages and everything. You have the ability to edit & expand on the med info including the ability to add notes. Helpful if you're sharing care-taking duties with other people.
*It has the ability to track & share a wide variety of information from medication schedules and refill reminders to pain & blood glucose level tracking and journaling.
*It allows sharing between family/friend care takers as well as multiple doctors & health care professionals. Just click the app and you can see what is happening with the care of your loved one.
*It even has a crm type calendar for ensuring everyone is aware of who is supposed to do what, be where, and when.
Great to have all of that in one app!
Where it falls short:
1) there are constant ads for their products and services. It even has sent me notifications to advertise products and services. It's over the top & annoying. The service they offer seems useful and potentially awesome but I have no use for it at this point.
2) there isn't an option for a med to be both scheduled & prn (as needed). Due to my pain levels, I require a pain med in order to sleep at night but, because I don't care to be sedated all the time, I only take it during the day when the pain is excruciating. As it stands now, I have to enter the med twice. Once with the prescription directions & once without. Most pharmacies have that limitation too so, I don't know if it's really an issue for the app but it is tiresome.
3) It doesn't seem to track quantity of meds. Instead it bases the refill reminder on time frames. Which is fine if meds are reported & actually taken correctly. It would be better to track quantities so caretakers can do an inventory check & make sure meds are being taken as prescribed. If a dose is reported & not taken or taken & not reported there isn't really a way to verify quantities on hand vs the report. Which could lead to overdose.
4) Sharing information means giving someone access to your entire profile. I am a private person and there are journal, tracking, and messaging options that I may not want all of the people who help me medically to access. It would be better to be able to control who can see what. That way I can be assured that my private information is safe.
5) I would prefer that it opened directly to the med minder screen when I go in to log that I took my meds. Instead, it opens to the home page & then to the med list & then to the daily schedule.
I would give it 4 stars if it tracked quantity of meds and 5 if they cut it out with the overkill on advertising. I don't mind ads but it's crazy to have the app send a notification just for ads.
Tracking Wiz 5/5
Allows me to keep track my medications and my parents...quite the time saver!
Abuses Notifications 1/5
An app should NEVER ever use its notification privileges to advertise. EVER!! I like the concept of this app for tracking medications, and I keep the notifications on for reminders to take my drugs. But using additional random notifications to push your drug dispensing services is beyond the pale. Deleting your advertising-first care-second app from my phone. Goodbye!
Great for documentation 5/5
Cares about is really great for me to document my doctor visits, medications, illnesses, etc.
Simplifies Life! 5/5
I was using multiple apps to track different things and I'm so happy to have found CareZone. So awesome to be able to track everything I need in one app.
Very helpful and easy to use.
Nice app 5/5
It really helps you keep track. Stores the information properly!

Med track 4/5
Nice, need to allow more control over how the reports look
Great app 5/5
So convenient to just take pictures of prescription bottles and it reads info. Great to have the medication reminders too.
Care Zone 4/5
Excellent app, very easy to use. Thanks
Wonderful App 5/5
Far better app than expected. Nice to have something handy to document health changes or concerns along with keeping important docs within reach.
Cholesterol Tracking 3/5
Would love to see LDL/HDL/Trglyceride/Total Available. Good app so far otherwise.
This is one of the best apps I have on my phone. It's so user friendly & really helps me keep track of all my medications & when I need to take them. There are so many other cool features that help me take care of myself.
Not the best, but it's alright. 2/5
I want to like this app based purely on the Owl icon, but that's about it as far as what it has going for it. It's good at organizing information but they are way too pushy about using their medicine refill service, etc.
Also, the app could really benefit from rich iOS 10 notifications and 3D Touch.
Can't get away 1/5
I decided not to use the ap after a short trial. Too much online/
cloud storage of my medical info to suit me. Now I can't stop the emails. Needs simple "unsubscribe" button in email
