    Stinks....Zelle changed policy unannounced now there is a limit of $300 that can be transferred. Best they could offer is split. $875 to split every month what a pain. Also leaving Chase because the account fees are ridiculous.

    The app allows ease of banking from anywhere at anytime. The only recommendations that I would make it that Chase allows a feature to click a checkbox next to a transaction then save it. Also, they need to fix the upload a check from the phone feature. It doesn’t work at all. These updates would allow the user to see that they have seen the transaction prior to reconciling their check book and upload checks from anywhere. If Chase adds those features... Then this app would be a 5 star easily!

    *update - TOTALLY locked out of my account right now. For NO reason. Can’t check my balance or pay my bills. Keeps asking for my password, which I enter, and then nothing happens. Worked perfectly fine yesterday. This company is ridiculous!!! Touch ID turns off randomly, so I enter my CORRECT password and it says it’s wrong, I have too many log in attempts, and I have to reset my password!!!! Why???? It was ONE attempt and my password was correct!!!!! This happens at least once a month. FIX Touch ID and fix manual passwords, and for Christ sake, allow more than one attempt! So sick of changing passwords because your app is broken!

    Love the app so far, the only thing I could ask more is for the screen to match the iPhone X’s new OLED screen. After that I love the chase app, I use it Almost all the time.

    Every two weeks it stops accepting fingerprint login, and then almost immediately tells you you’ve had too many sign in attempts, so you have to reset it. It isn’t good Security to make people reset their passwords all the time. Infuriating.

    I have to reset my password at least once or twice a week, because the app turns off fingerprint at random times and when I type my password in it doesn’t work. And I know I’m doing my password right because I have all my passwords written. on paper . Please fix ASAP

    The app is still pretty good, and gaining functionality it should have already had. Unfortunately, I see a slip back towards Chase’s old “throw everything first” design philosophy; it used to be that Chase put everything up front, with the result that nothing stood out. The last year or so with their app has brought great clarity to just seeing an account top line, then detail. Now there’s that same summary on top, followed by... another slightly more nuanced summary block with the same info, *then* activity. On my new iPhone X, with a mammoth screen, I now see almost no now of the activity lines without having to scroll. It’s a small thing, but a terrible idea. It has the feeling of an organization that used to do UI design via engineers and accountants, then brought in a real strong design team... but the old habits are seeping back in. I hope it’s reigned in and fixed before it takes hold again. Also, why would I ever sign up with a third party (Zelle?) to hold my money and process transfers, when my iPhone will just do it by itself?

    You guys launch chase pay and the card is always rejected at Walmart. What’s the point of doing the integration that won’t work. Then Chase locks my account, I have to call customer service, which is fun as not only my credit card but my debit card is locked. This is what customer service tells me :-): 1. Run anti virus on your phone - I use iPhone. They are getting dumb and dumber. 2. They want me to change my password for my gmail :-) 3. They want me to change my online if and passcode Then I am passed to security representative who calls me back and tells me that all is good. They wanted to verify that I enrolled at Chase pay with Walmart and don’t need to do anything else and reinstated my access. Waste of my time.

    Touch ID .. gone again, this time no where to put back on. Last post fixed about this, though I haven’t tried it after this update Deposit has not worked in over 2 months. Either on iPhone 5s nor on iPad Reinstalled twice. Having to use another bank. Fix soon or will be forced to cancel accounts with Chase This was the reason I originally went with Chase.

    What happen to the sound when you get a push notification??? There is no sound setting in the app and not an option when you go into the phone settings>notifications for chase. Please bring back the sound options!!!! Also, you seem to come out with so many updates but none for the iPhone X screen size. Fix this app already and stop ignoring your customers!

    The app is overall good, clean, and intuitive. The updates that you’re forced to download before using the app are super inconvenient. Usually when I’m opening the app, it’s to check my balance or transfer money for a larger transaction. When a new update comes, I have to download it before I can use the app and this 8/10 Times super inconvenient as I’m at the cash register or otherwise off WiFi.

    Pretty much everything you need in a banking app. Touch ID login, check deposit, check viewing to just name a few. Would give 5 stars if they straighten out the mess that is alerts. You cannot tell which account for which an alert was generated, unless you select each account one at a time looking to see which has most recent alerts. Please let me see alerts sorted by time regardless of account.

    Last two updates have been horrible. First all 5 of my accounts had the exact same debits and credits showing. So, I had to use my laptop to look at my accounts. Customer service just sent me a stock tutorial on how to use the app. Seriously? I’ve been using it since they started it. Then when I replied asking for someone who knew what they were doing to help me, “crickets”. No answer, no help. Typical Chase attitude towards customers. Now that miraculously was fixed but It will not open my messages so don’t know if my deposits through the app were accepted & did not get an email saying they were. This app was very good, but quickly becoming crappy & unusable & customer service is horrible.

    This app will work fine, then tell me I turned off my Touch ID settings, which I never do, then locks me out of my BANK ACCOUNT and makes me change my password. At least once a month. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
