    Waste of time. Keeps locking me out and make me reset my password. Not user error. I use two other bank apps and have had no issues. Will be using the internet from now on. What a useless app.

    Boot up time animation is just a little bit slow.. Please make this faster.. It takes like 5 seconds for the app to get to Touch ID part which is a bit slow The app also disables Touch ID pretty often and I have to keep going back into the app to reenable it... Why?

    The Chase app was fine when I first downloaded it. Now it has banner ads about Uber (I think that looks suuuuper tacky for a professional banking app) and sometimes I can't even log in.

    I have the same problem as others. I'm getting locked out of my account for too many attempts to sign in when I've only tried once! Please fix, I'm tired of having to call customer service every time to get it unlocked.

    Best banking app, love it. Has made keeping track of everything so much easier. Took away 1 star because it gives alerts for my acct but when I click alert, it doesn't tell me which account/credit card the alert is for so I have to click through all the accounts to see which has the most recently dated alert. Please fix this!!! Then it'll be a 5 star app!

    I don't like not being able to sign in because the app needs an update. When I select to update it transfers me to the App Store except there's no update needed? So now I am unable to sign in to my account. But prior to that the app was good

    It's horrible !!!!!!!!!!! Very frustrating.... this bank thinks that one has time for their updates... they treat their clients as it's a privilege to do business with them.. really... their password issue is unbelievable

    It has almost zero functionality. You can access your account balance, make a transfer between accounts, and that's about it.

    I am getting ready to switch credit cards because this app continually gives me problems logging in. Whenever I want access to my account I have to use safari because the app will never "connect to chase". The password I'm using is correct and I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, with the most updated version.

    This app is such a pain to use. I use it to make a car payment. Every time this app gets updated you have to enable finger print login in the settings which would not be that much of a big deal except for the fact that you always welcomed with "there have been too many failed login attempts". This means I have to search for a statement so I can get my account number so I can reset my password. EVERY SINGLE UPDATE.

    I've had this app for a cool minute. And I like it. I really enjoy the convenience of checking in my money at any time by just logging in. It's fairly simple. I also like being able to transfer my money between accounts and paying bills. However, there have been various times when the app glitches, there have been various times when I couldn't login because apparently chase wouldn't allow it, and it always needs to update. I understand that apps need to update to fix bugs and glitches and stuff but just now I tried to sign into the app and it said sorry you need the update. Qué? I think I should still be able to sign in and check my funds with the old version. But whatever. They need to fix things like that. Why am I blocked from signing in at random times, it doesn't glitch anymore, but I still need to complain as this review is long overdue. I generally like the app as I am able to do what I need to do, the things I don't like is when it's doesn't work like it should so then I'm not able to do what I need to do. But it's a pretty good app

    Just writing to gripe about the 'too many login attempts' that forces you to change your password every other day. I was recently in another country and couldn't get texts to get my stupid pin and waiting for an email was super annoying. So it was a major hassle just trying to check my balance because this stupid app asked me to change my password again. Also I paid a bill and it for some reason didn't go through and I got charged a late fee. Thanks stupid app.

    Compared to Bank of America, this app is so poor in terms of user interface/experience. Also you should def add "touch ID" for login. Other than that, no complain.

    Overall, this is a solid app. There are always things that can be better, but the Chase developers seem to be in front of the curve on banking app development. I saw the review mentioning the Quickpay policy change and the app communication being simply a front end on an old clunky system, and while I agree those are problems, they are Chase problems, not Chase app problems.

    I've been using this app for a while and didn't realize it had touchID. So I found it and turned it on. When I use it it basically turns itself off and tells me to go to settings to turn it back on.... yeah that happened

    I don't like the recent updates because I can no longer look at my transactions without having to open paperless statements. Also the app needs a lock your card function which for me is very nice to have for safety purposes and convenient. All my other mobile banking apps have this function. Seems like chase is lagging behind. Update: still waiting on lock card function

    When you have multiple accounts and the app shows a Notification for an alert you have to tap on every account to see which one the notification is for.

    App works decently when I can sign in without having to request a authentication code. Touch ID repeatedly turns itself off and when I type my password it says it doesn't recognize me and I have to send a code to my phone that I have to enter with my password. This has been going on for months and there have been at least a half dozen updates since the app has done this and still the same issues. Seems like they have no intention of fixing these issues. Next time I need a authentication I'm just gonna uninstall this crap.

    What it needs__ Under each transaction for Credit card spent it should show a sum up right underneath the about charges. So if I 20$ charge pending and have already spend 500$ it should show underneath the sum of both. It's very different to know exactly where I spend how much! As BANK OF AMERICA app is.

    Every time I try to deposit a check with the app it tells me it's a blurry image.. On the App it looks clear, but it still won't accept the check. Also, pending transactions take forever to get posted. I wish I would have known this before signing up with chase. It's been 3-4 business days and still pending.

    this app is of no use anymore as I haven't been able to login in for over a month. I always have to go to the website instead. And the website doesn't do "quick deposits"
