    I can get my balances for my accounts and credit cards, pay my credit cards and bills, deposit checks, see images of checks cashed, even quick pay my son's for the lawn and the snow - and it uses bio-tech so I can login with my fingerprint. Deserves at least 4 stars.

    Every one week or so in the pass two months, the Touch ID turned off itself on you and asked you to enter password. But after you entered the password, it told you that you attempted too many times (despite entered only once) and needed to reset password. So painful!

    The only reason I use the app is to deposit checks. I am unable to deposit checks since the last update. It says not clear or the app just shuts down.

    This is a good app when you don't have to enter in your password every time you log in. It's frustrating that there still isn't an update to fix Touch ID.

    The app works good enough once I get logged in, but 95% of the time it won't let me use fingerprint login, so I have to type in my password. Once I type in my password, the app requires a code sent via text/email to let me in. I could understand if this happened after weeks of not using, but this has happened 2 or 3 times in the same day. It's getting to the point of ridiculous. Please fix this!

    This app is not good but it was functional until lately. Now I can't do deposits. Every check goes thru the entire transaction to tell you the picture isn't clear, then it erases everything and you start over. I haven't been able to take a picture that works for almost a month.

    Can't believe a bank of Chase's size would have such a terrible app. I'm comparing it to Citi's app and American Express' app--both are lightyears ahead of Chase. I get so many error messages and painfully slow loading screens on the Chase app. It takes multiple attempt to accomplish anything.

    Not sure why, but randomly the Touch ID won't work and it'll ask you for your password. Then tell you it was entered incorrectly and notify you that after too many attempts you'll be locked out. I've lost track of how many times this has happened to me over several months. Fix It!!

    This is possibly the worst app ever! Stunning that a bank as large as Chase has such a terrible app. What a disgrace!! Turns off thumb print id regularly and then tells me that I've made too many attempts when I try to make my first log in attempt!!! What is this nonsense?!?! Then trying to get into the system using their verification process is nightmarish! It can't even count key strokes from my phone properly. This is completely unacceptable.

    Devs...please fix the login bug! The app can to be great, informative and convenient if you can actually log in. I've noticed this issue about 7 months ago. Same complaint with rest of the reviews. I'll enter my password once and app automatically locks my password due to "too many attempts". Initially thought this was a TouchID defect but it persists with manual login. Please fix!! Used to be so reliable.

    When you log in all you can see is your current charges from your statement. If you want to see more you have to open basically a PDF to see previous charges. There is no running credit/debit. It's not visually or user friendly. Other credit card apps are significantly better. This app is overall very disappointing

    Don't know what some other folks are taking about with login issues. Dude just save your password. Easy to use app. Like how you can instantly redeem rewards you earn aka actually take advantages of benefits promised to consumers. Nice work. But you should allow people to add pay from bank accounts from the app versus having to login from another computer. Why even force that? Seems odd.

    The app use to tell you exactly which transactions you have done for the past month but now they post them and it goes away. It's really annoying because how are you suppose to keep track of where you spent your money. I think they should bring it back so you can see all your transactions

    I would give this app five stars...if you were rating my frustrated rage level. There were so many confusions and complications with time outs, logins, and inappropriate redirects I gave up. I would expect much better out of a major bank's application. It will take me less time to drive to the next town to deposit a check then through this app.

    It's the least reliable app I have, and it involves my money. I try to check my account daily, but often I cannot login or I cannot make a transfer or payment or electronic deposit. I often end up driving to the bank because it is more convenient than using this app. Chase bank really needs to get it together. They consider themselves a pioneer in banking technology, but this app says otherwise.

    Obnoxious app that literally needs updating every time I use it & frequently doesn't recognize my password. It also doesn't show all of my Chase accounts. At least it does have the scan deposit feature to deposit a check from the phone.

    So I think this app works fairly well and I've had very little trouble with it. I do agree with some of the frustrations listed in these reviews about Touch ID. If I log out there is no way to log back in using Touch ID without closing the app and restarting it; a minor annoyance, but still an annoyance that I don't have with competitor's apps. My one real gripe is that the bill pay feature in the app does not include a Recurring or Repeat Payment option. It appears you have to login to Chase Online banking from a computer if you want to set that up. Really lame you web designers! ALL of your competitor's apps have that feature in their mobile banking apps but you. I could give you guys a break if this app was only a year or two old, but it seems most of the updates involve solving coding problems rather than adding new features. Perhaps your management team needs to make some changes to their software technical staff and get this thing straightened out.

    I switched financial institutions to Chase approximately 3 months ago and am not sure I will stick with them. Why does it take DAYS for pending charges to show up in my account? I can understand the delay on deposits and refunds, but it's unacceptable for withdrawals to take several days to even affect my account as a pending charge. This lack of visibility into my account balance is making me question if I will stay with Chase.

    Outstanding App. Easy to use especially with the thumb recognition option. Recently I have experienced the issue where my thumb recognition stopped working. I didn't realize this was caused by updates until I read the other reviews. Another issue that I encountered yesterday is that all of my Quickpay contacts don't show on the phone App. I had to use the computer send $ to a Quick pay contact that wasn't on my phone. If it wasn't for these two minor issues I would have given 5 stars.

    Chase is crazy all around. Customer service people cant understand what they say and keep calling back like its some automatic crazy person. Card Disputes are like 1 year events and they try to bargain something you never received and the chase person is in india somewhere so you have to request an clear english speaking american by special request only. Weird.

    This app used to be great. Swipe left to show balance, log on worked every time. WHAT HAPPENED CHASE??? This app is awful now. I get errors when signing on and have to delete and reinstall the app, numerous times. I usually wind up going online to sign in. Shame on you Chase! This should be the leading bank app. So disappointed.

    The app has a lot of quirks and the app randomly un-enrolls me from using ID Touch for no reason. This is frustrating and apparently an ongoing issue for many people through many iOS updates. Can this be fixed at some point please??

    This app was so much better a year ago. I don't know what happened, but touchID / the login functionality is constantly being reset, and now the app insists my photos are not clear enough to deposit checks through the app..... ...for the first time since the iPhone 4. I didn't have this issue 6 years ago, why on earth wouldn't the photos be clear now? This app is getting close to driving me to another bank; I'm not going to go to an ATM for each check I receive.

    Why do we have to look at PDFs to view our statements now? PDFs are a pain to view on mobile. Seriously, what were the developers thinking? We didn't used to have to do this. The app has gotten progressively worse over time. I am seriously considering switching banks to have a better mobile banking experience. Terrible app. It's bad and the developers should feel bad at the terrible job they've done.

    I always have to set up the Touch ID every once in a while in the settings of this app. And now when I tried to log in. The Touch ID didn't pop up, requiring me to put in my password. I went to the settings again but now the Touch ID option is gone..

    The last few updates have been full of bugs. Most annoying is being locked out from using the mobile app for "too many login attempts" without having attempted any logins AND constantly having to reset Touch ID. When I called Chase to let them know of the problems I was informed that it was probably something I was doing wrong rather than acknowledge any issues on their side. Note the last reviewer is dissatisfied with the app due to the same issues!

    The app doesn't keep up with purchases and is constantly changing the dates on purchases and the ordering of the purchases. Will register that you have one amount of money and then change days later leading to overdrawn or significantly less money then it said. This app is crap in short.

    Overall, this is a good app. I haven't had the problems other users indicate in their reviews. It works as advertised for me, and helps me pay bills, keep track of my balances, and deposit checks. One feature I wish it had is the ability to fully manage repeating payments. I can set up and/or edit single payments, but to set up or modify repeating or series payments, I have to log on at a computer. That's the major drawback of this app in my experience.

    I just got my Chase account 1 day ago. I remember my Chase account name and password. When I go to sign in on the app, it says that the password is incorrect. I think, "Ok. I'll just make a new password." I make the password, check the "remember me" box, and logged in. I try using it the next day and I had me signed off. I type in the password and it says it's incorrect. This app is great if you want to be in a bad mood.

    The credit card isn't bad but the app is one the worst I've ever dealt with. It seems like every other time you sign on the fingerprint login becomes disabled. Why have the feature if it doesn't work but every other time. Also, anytime you want to make a payment or look at a MSG you have to enter in your password even though you're already signed on.
