Management does not care 1/5
Recently my partner and I stayed at the Clarion in San Angelo TX , the stay was less than stellar to say the least , we will not be using this hotel again ( which is a shame as I / we have been staying at this hotel for a long time ) we asked the front desk to adjust the bill to reflect our discount and were told that when the manager came in later that day it would be adjusted and they would email the receipt , that was over a week ago and the bill was never adjusted and we never received the receipt , Ms Dodson I don’t know if you will see this but if you do I have to say I hope you step up your game as manager , this is not how you keep loyal customers , We are disappointed in the way the hotel is becoming run down and the customer service is lacking .

I like to search with the map feature but now it’s not working as well as it used to. I try to search other places and it keeps taking me back to the original location, can’t scroll and move and search a long the map.

I have to say I'm an elite member with Hilton ihg choice and choice hotels hands down has the best rewards program I've seen , I get mail from Hilton asking to exchange my points for magazines and crap when choice has options of gift cards from various venders such as amazon ect... and ofcourse free night stays after just staying 2 nights... stick with choice you'll be glad you did 👍
Searched for the aarp senior rate and then the everyday rate and they are the same. Also the same with military discount. No discount at all

We travel all over the Country for work. We always try to stay at a choice Hotel. We love the fact they are friendly and pet friendly. Never been disappointed based on value for the price.

I am contacting to tell you how disappointed I am in the Chioce Motels system. My husband and I had to evacuate from Florida because of Hurricane Irma. on our way out of Florida I made reservations at your Lenior City, Tennesse location using my Smart phone. Because of the hurricane interstate I-75 was bumper to bumper through out Florida and Georgia. We spent 14 hours on the interstate trying to get out of Florida before the hurricane hit. This made it very hard to get to the Comfort Inn in Lenior City, TN. There is a Knights Inn across the street and they was happy to let us take their last room.
This upsets me that they could not do anything for my husband and I in our time of stress and need.
When we arrived a day later, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I explained the reason we did not show up for our resevation. I asked the young lady if she would refund our money. She said that there was nothing that they would do because they have a no refunds on " No Shows". I asked if she could do it just one time be cause it wasn't our fault. She absolutly no. There was another man checking into the Hotel stand behind us. When he heard what she told us. He said that he was from Brewster Service Group and that they was on their way down to Florida to help after the hurricane hit, that he wanted all of the available rooms. He told my husband that he did not have to worry about the cost of our room that he would cover it. He noticed that my husband was wearing a Disabled Veterans hat and told my husband that he was honored to help out a Veteran.
We recently stayed in a Comfort Inn in Canton, Michigan and all of the staff there was so nice to us. I do not know how there could be such a diiference between two Hotels from the same company..

I Don't Stay Anywhere Else 5/5
I live 150 miles from Rapid City, so when I need to stay overnight I stay here. Good breakfast, clean, & friendly staff. I've been staying at this Comfort Suites for several years & love it.

Cannot join within app or even using web site 1/5
I downloaded this app in an attempt to join the Choice Privileges program. Been trying for 3 days and always got a "unexpected error occurred" message while trying from their web site. Decided to use the app thinking it was a web site problem and got the same message. What a pathetic service, will not use this again. If their app and web site give such a hard time to join then what can one expect of the remaining services.

Garbage hotels run by a garbage company 1/5
I am a elite platinum member with this chain because my last employer used them. Let me be the first to tell you this is a garbage chain ACTING like its a quality brand. Internet never ever works at any of the over 12 locations I have stayed at. I spent 45 min this morning trying to get on the internet, I have a lot of work to do and now I have to go to a coffee house to do my work. I didn't just rent this room for a bed to sleep in.

Like so many other apps it used to work great. Then they messed with it. Now I can't even log on. How many times do I have to reset my password??
As a diamond member with over 120 stays a year for the past four years, I can honestly say this app is the worst it has ever been. The extras button still does not work, and it will not except a VIP price, until you go back reenter everything and go back in to get the price too many problems what a pain. I am booking all of my hotels on the website. Forget this app.

Not sure what they did but last update messed up my account information and logged me out. No matter how many resets on passwords app still won't allow me to log in.

I am a frequent Choice hotels guest and I sometimes book rooms from the road. I tried using the app and it was horrible. It was not intuitive and it was hard to see and locate the hotels. When I finally located the hotel I wanted the app showed me rooms and then told me they were not available when I attempted to book them. I finally logged on to the website without the app and was able to book a room with no problem. I'm not sure that I've ever encountered a more pointless app.

I expect I'll update this review after I've used it a few times. It found my account and there is a map you can use to find their motels so that's good. I'd be afraid to give them my credit card info because so many companies are broken into but I'd be happy to use Apple Pay with them so it's bad I can't.
Stay at Ashland VA Quality Inn Suites, 107 N. Carter Rd. 23005 3/5

I reserved 5 suites for a one night stay on 8/18/2017. Once we arrived there was some confusion over a small final payment for each room. We knew it was necessary because we had to change our original booking date. There was a difference of about $6.00 in the amount quoted per room which was not an issue, just some misunderstanding concerning taxes we were not aware of. However we paid it and that was quickly resolved. We were delighted to find all of our rooms were grouped together.
The major concern from my group was housekeeping and maintenance. The complaints ranged from sheets that were stained, the smell of smoke in the rooms to breakfast tables that needed wiping down and the public restroom in the lobby that needed cleaning. The maintenance issues were small; toilet paper holders coming out of the wall and bed frames that needed repairs.
However we have to acknowledge the hotel manager. When we returned to Baltimore we realized we left a piece of luggage. A bag that contained my granddaughter's clothing and her favorite doll baby. He held it @ the main desk until we returned the next day to pick it up. That meant a lot to us.
You have a good location just 5 miles from Kings Dominion, but you need to improve your housekeeping and maintenance of your hotel.

This app doesn't work well at all. I called hotel to make reservations-- she said just book on here, I'm leaving in 5 minutes. Booked for a month out, deceptive!!

Where is the Touch ID that you said you implemented in Version 4.5.0?
A must have for login or when just opening the app since there is so much info that should be secure in your app.
Please implement it or tell us how to turn it on, I looked and couldn't find it it both the iPad and iPhone apps.

We were in Amish country for the weekend the hotel is convenient to everything we wanted to do. It's very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only down side were the pillows they were awful. Small square and flat. But other than that we had a great stay.

No matter which city I search, it only brings up results for Portland, Oregon. I never even searched Portland. I tried Phoenix, AZ, San Antonio, TX, it doesn't matter what city I try, it always shows Portland. Deleting App.
Perfect app to book your hotel stays, airlines etc. 5/5
I have never had a problem with choice privileges. You can rack up the points quickly. And anytime I had to call customer service they get it straightened out before you ever get off the phone. And there's never a long wait time.
