That’s is Thanksgiving Day! Bright and early, most rides only 15 min wait! Fast pass works nicely too for most popular attractions. What a great Holiday environment, perfect for a family trip!!

Me and my family are having such an amazing time !! All the shows are so great!! we have seen the toy drummers , Elena's Navidad and the holiday light show all at DCA . My daughter bumped into Daisy and asked for a picture and not only did she get her picture Daisy held her had and walked her over to write a letter to Santa And even helped her put in the mail for him !! Omg she was talking about this the whole day !! This trip by far has been the best for her !! And as for me and husband we have experienced the best customer service so far , not sure if it's due to the holidays but we are having a great time because of it !! Thank you DCA/Disneyland we love you !!

There are many many grandparents who bring children to Disneyland and there are so few benches to rest on. I see so many places that you could put benches for people. I took a camp chair and you confiscated it saying we couldn’t take it in the park. I was very disappointed. You need to offer more places to rest.
For someone that goes to Disneyland a lot it’s useful and amazing

This ap is amazing! Super user friendly and worth every penny of the $10.00 fee. With every ride, one less line to wait in for your fast pass!!! And your fast pass comes every 90 min instead of the 2 hour standard wait time! This ap also stores your admission passes so you no longer have to break out your wallet Everytime you enter a park or ride using a fast pass...They just scan your mobile device!! It keeps track of all your fast passes, gives you wait times on all the rides, info on everything else going on in the parks AND you can even make dinner reservation at most restaurants in the patks!!! It includes a map of the parks which includes markers for everything from rides, shopping and entertainment and more! It comes with a GPS of your location moving as you move!!! The ap runs extremely well and saves on miles of walking and time spent waiting in those fast pass lines!!! GREAT JOB DISNEY on this amazing ap!!

I know it’s very hard when you have so many people in one place. However, cast members could be a little bit more polite and to take their position of this is the happiest place on earth to their own heart.Never where we told yesterday to have a happy day for thank you for coming or have a magical day or anything to welcome us to the park. It seems like the service is gone.

I love this app but it would be really nice if the app developers could add an option for the Disability Access Service pass. There is a fast pass option which is fantastic but it would be amazing if you could add an option for the DAS pass instead of parents and kids having to find a kiosk, request our ride with return time and then go to ride. Would be nice to cut a few steps out so people with disabilities can enjoy the park even more. Even though the DAS pass at Disneyland is amazing it would be even better if you could electronically select rides for DAS pass through this app. Would be a HUGE help! Thanks Disneyland and Disneyland app developers.

My visit to the parks today were like alway “ great”. It’s abit more packed due to the holidays but well worth it. So great seeing the parks transformed to winter wonderlands and decked out . New photo opportunities and magic shots to capture the season and your visit this time of year at the parks.

Good app, needs better UI 3/5
For the most part the app works well. Where it falls down is in the user interface and battery usage (phone reports 38% background usage). Some things are hard to find initially; such as where to enter Photo Pass codes for the ride photos.
Lately the app has been used more to advertise their paid Fastpass like service, which wouldn't be so bad if the Fastpasses weren't randomly unavailable for rides that they are available at other times. It becomes very hard to plan, when you can't tell what rides have Fastpass available before purchasing their service.
Where the app shines is the ride estimates, the restaurant guide, and contact information.

AT&T has no business sponsoring a park in which it provides poor service. Can’t even use the app due to poor or no internet connection. Other than that the app is great.
Overall very useful but wait times can me inaccurate.
iPhone X support, please. Oh, and please do something about overcrowding and cellular data connection in the parks. MaxPass would be a much better experience with improved connectivity.

Useful and the wait times are accurate! One thing I would want is for you to be able to see the holiday overlays on rides and lands on the app. But this is definitely a great app for everything Disneyland!

Seriously, you gain so much information from this app that you're seriously missing out if you don't use it. Being able to find whatever you're looking for and make informed choices before making cross-park hikes is a huge advantage over just going in blind. Download this app!
Unstable During Peak Times 2/5
Unable to use MaxPass due to unstable network access in the park. As a developer of these applications I can tell they focused their effort on a great UI, but the back end needs help. Also drains the battery another sign of a poorly defined back end. I am certain Disney can fix this over time and the front end is already great but today this is a 2 star application at best.

Max Pass on this app is the greatest thing to ever happen to Disneyland! I was able to acquire multiple fastpasses for different attractions! I barely had to wait at all! Thank you, Disneyland!

The small world ride says 15minutes wait.It was over 45 minutes cause we saw the front light show 3 times during the wait in line which they showed every 15 minutes.
User interface is not friendly. Spend lots of time navigating the app to find what you’re looking for.

Great app love the max pass and photo app. Make the day go smoother
Disney servers crapped out, charged my credit card twice and then told me that “the system could not process my request.” At the happiest place on Earth - but I was very unhappy that I had to drag my kids and family to guest relations and figure this mess out. Oh, and did I mention I called the number I was given and was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally my wife said forget it - we can’t spend our entire day trying to fix Disney’s mess. Let’s just deal with it later. Thanks Disney App!!!
Supplemental review - after visiting guest relations, the crew were very gracious, apologized for the server meltdown, which they admitted to, and credited my account. Yes, I had to wait 15 minutes in line for guest relations at the end of the day (kids and wife went back to hotel). I understand computer error, though failsafes should be in place. And I agree that the the app should let you purchase tickets same day! Why does it say you can if no go?
I’m so glad that we paid $20 for us to get the photo passes and only got one of the photos actually sent to us. We put in the codes because he scanners don’t work, we got the confirmation that we would receive them in about 20 minutes and then we never got them. Good thing we got a days worth of pictures to only have one sent to us.

Emma from Bakersfield a supervisor at California Adventure was not very nice and completely unwilling to do anything to make our Disney experience pleasant. We understand things go wrong but is it really expecting too much that customer service would try to do a little more ?

Can't reset the password. Each time I do it says it is wrong and to call toll free number. Don't have time to wait and wait and wait on hold. Very frustrating.
