Great quick reference. 5/5
By Wade P.
I'm in internal medicine physician if have used Parker tees for several years now. It's a great quick reference for looking up medications, there pharmacokinetics, their drug interactions, etc. Also the ability to look up CPT and ICD 10 codes and look up specific diseases at the tip of your poem is very useful. Are use it on a daily basis in my practice. The differential diagnosis feature is fair.
Great app 5/5
This app is vaer helpfull for us MD's
Useless unless you pay $180.00 a year 1/5
They don't tell you up front about a yearly fee. You don't buy this app. You rent it. Bait and switch. Very limited use until rental is paid. Don't waist your time can buy apps to do the same thing and not get ripped off on a yearly basis.
M D 5/5
It is a great site to review about meds
Love this ap but there are other things I'd like to see!! 5/5
I'd like to see more alternative meds that
Give safer meds esp those that go with opioids ! Also a list of safer opioids that combine with benzodiazepines .
Like it 5/5
This is so practical
Notification hell 1/5
I would absolutely subscribe to the premium versions of this app if it weren't for the constant notifications that pop-up seemingly every time I open the app. Drop them or at least let me disable them myself from a setting. Most of them are just semi-disguised ads anyhow. The rest are quizzes or other undesired, non-point of care tidbits that only serve as a distraction. At this rate it's not even worth using the free version. I'll stick to Medscape unless this is ever fixed.
Very useful 5/5
One of my go to apps working in the field. Make sure you keep it up dated while on a fast data connection though.
Always helpful and easy to find mess and interactions better than carrying a PDR around in every treatment room.
Super easy and useful 5/5
Freaking awesome helped me in an emergency and saved my friend
Great quick to find meds 5/5
By Happy as heck

Life saving 5/5
By Les W.
Excellent app- interaction check saved my life when hiking 2 hours from hospital- with 3 drugs prescribed by 2 MD's
Search stuff 5/5
Very easy to find answers 'on the fly"- in the room with a patient
Love this app 4/5
This app comes in very handy when I'm seeing patients and need to look a drug up quickly. The manufacturers/pricing is helpful too in making a choice on prescribing medication. Would be great if the other app wasn't so expensive. I recommend this app to all my students.
Overall nice and very functional. 4/5
I would appreciate more info put into the MOA descriptions.
Dr T 3/5
Decent. Would like to see more detailed side effect section with % such as lexicomp. Epocrates staff does not respond to emails concerning questions. Too many initial "medical reviews" that populate when app is initially opened. If anyone would have responded to any email inquiries etc it would be a 4 star
Good App 4/5
Use it daily! Agree with other reviews asking that the notifications NOT be the first page when I open the app. And yes, you need to update your formularies!
I use daily at work! 5/5
Love this app. Wish it had more formularies but everything else is great!!!
Love it! 5/5
Long time favorite program. Use it multiple times a day. Very user friendly.
Very good for prescriptions! 5/5
I've used this app since residency regularly to check drug doses and interactions. The pill finder is good for figuout what something is when looking at an unknown pill.

So many good features; easy to use; up-to-date information; comprehensive content; worth every penny.
Love the app. Appreciate quality EBM! 5/5
Any way we could get the year a drug came to market in the manufacturing section?
Thank you so much for this app!
GJC RN 4/5
Great app useful diverse lots of info in and out quick.
Password to open?!? Get real! 1/5
This program has become increasingly commercialized over the years with more and more advertisements making their way into our workflow. If it was free, that'd be OK, but we pay good money for this. As of yesterday, I now must enter my password about every 12 hours. Do these people really think someone's going to hijack my phone and thumbprint and browse their IP. This is getting out of hand. After 20 years of using this product (starting with the Newton and Palm versions), I'm seriously looking for a replacement.
Good app, font size not so friendly for older user 4/5
Need adjustable font size and better contrast for older users
Very informative app 5/5
Use this daily
Use it every single day in and outpatient
Great app 5/5
Would highly recommend
Er medicine so easy
By Elmo dongo
Notifications are annoying 2/5
It would be amazing to NOT have to close the notifications screen each time I open the app. Please stop making it pop up first or at least include an option to disable them being in-your-face every single time.
I need to look up a drug quickly but first let me wait for the updates screen to load so I can close it. When I'm accessing the app, it's not to read updates. You already have a badge over the Notifications square telling me there are things to be read. I don't need them additionally popping up when I'm opening the app for other uses.
I made this review a year ago and so did other users. I am disappointed that absolutely nothing has been addressed.
Current version not working 2/5
Love Epocrates but current download can't even open it. Use it daily. Now useless. Please send a fix.
Please add chads2 scoring to calculator.
Awesome app! 5/5
By begginer lover
Must have app for PA/MED students for clinical rotations!
Good app 4/5
I find this app very useful and use it almost daily in practice. I do wish the pop up screen that comes up when it is opened that shows studies would only come up on demand. I find it a little irritating.
Every day use 5/5
As an older Pharmacist I rely on Epocrates almost daily. Great app.
Latest DL messed my app up! 1/5
My app is stuck and now won't even open with the June 15, 2017 download. I am paying for this! Please fix it! I can't delete the app to reinstall it or anything. It's completely broke!!!
Essential tool 5/5
Use it everyday
This app is a necessity for me. Easy to access information on drugs, can research in my doc's office and head off unnecessary problems with pharmacology issues. Helps empower me as a patient to better advocate for myself.
So handy 5/5
Useful, convenient, handy, up to date pharmacology. I definitely use on a almost daily basis, love the quick access to drug interactions. For me it's a must have. The short and concise information provided gives you the necessary information without all the fluff.
