Not functioning 1/5
This app started out as a really great product but the bigger Eventbrite gets, the worse their customer service. I have to go in the website to purchase tickets and the. I can’t get them on the app. What’s the point?
Please fix them. I have a lot of events planned next weekend and it shuts down while I’m scrolling.
Works well most of the time 4/5
By Hiep Colgate
The app is functional. However, there was one time when I could not register for an event, as I ran into the maximum registration error without ever registering for it. Otherwise, I like the interface and the ability to add events to my calendar which saves me quite a bit of effort over time.
Does not list when tickets will go on sale 1/5
Events sell out before we can get tickets due to the lack of this feature. Developers please add!
Double tapping the home button shows a ticket from 2015. Doesn't update to latest ticket.
Annoying bug 2/5
I only use the app when I have to like when the host organization chooses to use it. Whenever I open the app it takes over my display brightness and turns it up all the way. There is no reason this app should mess with that setting.
This version is crashing every time I open it
Keeps crashing 1/5
As soon as I created a password, the app wont let me log in. The screen goes black and the app shuts down.
Handy overall 3/5
Pro: I like that I can add items to my iPhone calendar with a click.
Con: when using it in the iPad, landscape view is not available.
Not impressed with app 2/5
It appears to be the only way to get tickets to some events, but I bought six tickets (2 each to 3 events) and every one of them shows the correct date in one location, at the top, but the incorrect date in two other locations. The app has a place to submit feedback but it doesn't work. You can type to your heart's content but there is no button to send or submit what you've typed. Shockingly poor design.
Nice and all, but come on 2/5
Eventbrite should support Apple Wallet. It's not even a question.
Version 5.0.4 doesn’t let you save to favorites 2/5
Design good but search doesn’t return events 2/5
Title pretty much says it all. The design is nice but that doesn’t matter if the app doesn’t return search results for events today in Los Angeles.
Eventbrite does not support the customer 2/5
Not able to contact Evenbrite regarding a dispute on a purchase. Or have their support in helping the consumer with purchase. I have been requesting a refund from a purchase that I never attended, also in which I notified the event organizer after they decided to change the times of the classes, and this has been going for more than a month!
Never used a more re confusing and pain in the butt app. Deleted it after using it for 10 mins.
Don’t add to wallet 1/5
Don’t add a ticket to your wallet unless you don’t mind seeing it there forever. There is no way to remove tickets from past events. Apparently, this is a “known issue” and the only response I got to my feedback.
iPad app would be nice 4/5
By Who knows who...
Thanks for the update. Works fine on iPhone X now. iPad app would’ve nice.
IPhone x update? 1/5
Nearly unusable. Doesn't work at all with new phone.
reimburse !!! 1/5
i bought a ticket for a horse ride on eventbrite and called he ranch to make the appointment they said they could not take my appointment because they had no deal with eventbrite !
i asked eventbrite to get reimbursed .... still waiting .... it has been 5 months know .... maybe for christmas ?
and no way to call them or contact them
Utter garbage. Time out.. yes 1/5
Eventbrite... a crappy app and even crappier service. You can’t change your default credit card you can’t sort by ... oh I don’t know... date and using a promo code doesn’t always work. As their Customer support or don’t.. because they’re that stupid.
Does not work well. 1/5
By Jeans Only
It cannot find all ur events n gives u logins to select from which r identical.
The STUPID people from Eventbrite sent a ticket transaction to one of my old e-mail address (even if i had a different one in the app)and they didn’t give me a refund for their stupid mistake.
My organization likes the ability to track attendees to various events, but even following a link from an invitation to my email, (which I have used to sign up for and log in to Eventbrite!) I cannot purchase tickets. Totally useless!
A little rough 2/5
Almost unusable on iPhone X. Needs update. Where did Apple Pay go? Great feature taken away.
Crap and snitches 1/5
They are trash for dropping NORML.
Crap pure crap
Continues to get better 5/5
By Remote expansion
Still the best app to find affordable events in my city
Just Use The Website 2/5
By No I In King
If you want to do anything meaningful, like get tickets or register for an event, it'll redirect you to the website.
Even knowing this limitation, I was hoping to browse for events. The distance slider doesn't have units on it, so I'm looking for items further away than an inch? Difficult to browse, impossible to buy, just use the website.
OK; needs iPhone X-friendly update 4/5
By Steve adores stevedores.
Seems to work OK for the most part, but does not seem to take into account the screen shape of the iPhone X. Probably a minor fix, but one that should have been rolled out already, IMHO.
So bad 1/5
By E. Cornelius
I do NOT like the new Eventbrite app format. It is not search friendly and I shows events for next year and does not alway clear searching if now and present in your area events.
Please change it.
Why can’t I follow venues or companies?? 3/5
I use this app all the time but I wish there was a way to follow venues I like to frequent events at or companies/individuals who throw different events- this feature would be incredibly helpful to keep track of events I want to go to in future and follow brands I’m loyal to
Update is not good 2/5
It is hard to find events since the new update. The older version was better!
Add better search controls please 3/5
By guacamole 33
While I appreciate that you can change search functions by relevance, date, etc, if like to be able to default all my searches to ALWAYS be by date rather than have to change it every single time, in every single category. And I'd also like to see a search across all categories by date, rather than by relevance. Eventbrite doesn't know enough about me to have any clue what's relevant to me, & I'd rather decide myself what's relevant anyway.
New update is awful 1/5
I hate the new update. Everytime I get on eventbrite I see the same events at the top on the home page. You have to go to specific categories to find the events that interest you. I didn't really have to search before the update now I do. It's not easy to find relevant events anymore. I liked simply going under the: this weekend, popular events, nearby events and so forth.
Great app 4/5
By Leo Satellite
Eventbrite is an excellent online media platform designed for event promoting and event e-commerce.
Fake Ticket 1/5
By The Baggger
Terrible service. I bought a ticket off them and the barcode didn’t. They would NOT give me a refund!!!
App is a Scam 1/5
By Jeremy Stoppleman
I purchased a ticket for a concert and the company took my money but didn't send me a confirmation ticket.
This is a horrible app 1/5
It's sad that such a crappy app is needed just to buy tickets online.
Canceled concert and the website was still selling tickets 1/5
How it’s possible that you can still buy tickets for a concert that got cancelled???? At least it should had a note saying that the show won’t happen at the original dates!! Disappointed and I can’t find a telephone number to call.
This app keeps u in the loop 5/5
Tones of lessons and trainings. Love this app. It would’ve been much easier if I could sort em by date.
Handy App 4/5
I like this app.
Pretty handy, and does what I want.
Have not had any real issues yet.
where’s the link to support? 2/5
otherwise i’d give a 4star. i’d give 5 if events from meetup more consistently opened this app directly and if i didn’t have to re-enter my info for every event.
Login Issues 1/5
I straight up can’t login using the iPhone X. When I go to enter my email address, I can hit the return button on the keyboard but the “get started” option on the screen doesn’t light up when nothing else allows me to progress. It’s not very useful to have an app full of tickets that I can’t access.
Your website isn’t convenient 2/5
By Friggin Alexx Duh
Please list events from closest date to farthest dates to find events easier
It’s ok 3/5
It’s a great way to have consumers sign up for events and to be able to share events. I like being able to connect this to my calendar and create FB events using this. Work that needs to happen: allow users to be able to cancel their registrations, allow administrators to update the seat and date within one session.
Horrible business with zero customer support! 1/5
As a business who handles tickets they should have responsibility for customer support. But they decided not to bother. So if you have issues with tickets. It’s your problem.
You broke it 1/5
The new update with the UI made it harder to find events. Dates are scrambled ranging from the upcoming weekend to events NEXT YEAR. Attempting to find events in a certain category within a certain mile radius (using the new slider) wields an error.
Log in issues 1/5
By Craig F.
The mobile app didn't recognize my web-based password.
By Wunder charm
The app doesn’t connect to the website. Bought tickets online and they don’t populate in the app.
When trying to open the 'read more' to see what an event is about, the app crashes.
I hope you will be better 1/5
- Filter of events is not working properly
- For some events impossible no option for refund
