I would have paid money to see my Grandmas face when she received an actual card from her grandkid instead of just a text or a Facebook message. Felt is so easy and inexpensive! The cards themselves are awesome and easily customized, you can even send giftcards. Next time you send a card, send it using the felt app!

I placed order of the 7th February for flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day. Got an email on 18 Feb, Felt was apologizing for not delivering my order and gave me an option so the remail it and promised it would be delivered on Wednesday. Got an email on Tuesday, felt claiming they shipped the package and would be delivered on Wednesday. On the FedEx website only says label has been created. Since Tuesday, today is Friday and still says label has be created. Sent several emails to customer service but no reply. I paid for package to be delivered the next day. Took you guys 2 weeks to ship my package only to find out only the label was created since Tuesday and the package hasn’t even moved. I want to know what is going on and what the package is getting delivered. What sort of business are you?

Neither party got their card or enclosed money. Then company would not refund the money that wasn’t received. Awful. System crashed they said. Terrible customer service. Product not delivered. Valentines ruined. Money lost.

My order was sent out on February 8th and arrived today! (February 23) THANK GOODNESS I ordered through Inkly first because other wise my Fiancé wouldn’t have gotten a card for Valentine’s Day.. ridiculous.

Well this app was a promo for T-Mobile Tuesday’s. I was skeptical at first but hey free card am I right? Can’t say no to free. They are so beautiful and much bigger than anticipated. I sent one to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and it was the surprise he needed. Amazing quality for an affordable price. I then sent another one to my godmother for her birthday. She loved it at well. So moral of the story, amazing quality for an affordable price. Totally worth it! It usually arrives within 4-5 business days

Placed an order through here because T-Mobile Tuesdays had a deal. I was so excited to give my boyfriend a personal card for Valentine’s Day. The card said it would arrive on the 15th. I was charged for it and I got a confirmation email saying it had shipped. It has been five days since the card was supposed to arrive. Nothing is here yet. I’ve emailed them several times but I just get a robotic response. Don’t buy anything from this app! They will take your money and promise you a false product. It’s a pity because this app actually looked cool.
I gave them three tries to get it right and faild to send my card three times!!! And i never got refunded even after the countless emails i sent them really disappointed i ever gave this app a try just HORRIBLE!

The app is great in concept. I created a card 2 weeks ago and set it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I received a notification on February 12th that the card had been mailed. I wanted it sent to my terminally ill uncle. The card did not arrive on time and just arrived today, 2/20/18.

I love the idea of these cards. However, the creators of this app need to step it up. There should be more font selections, more frames and features. Also, I should be able to import my own contacts without having to email the Felt team to do so for me... behind the times for sure.

I had the best time creating my personalized card and I was pleasantly surprised by the great price. I, even recommended it to a friend the very next day. Unfortunately, it took a week and a half to arrive, passed the occasion. I thought I had an awesome new way to send birthday and holiday cards but I guess not. Maybe I need to plan my cards a month in advance.

Ordered a card the week before Valentines Day. It was supposed to arrive before V Day according to their 2-5 day schedule, but it was the 18th of February and it still had not come so I emailed them. They explained there had been an error during a promotion and many cards weren’t sent. They offered 4 options, to resend, fix, refund, or let you make a new card. I chose to resend my card, but it now won’t be arriving until at least a week and a half after V Day. Very disappointed.

It would be a great app if my girlfriend actually received her Valentine’s Day card. I did however receive one from her that she made using the app and it was great. Wish the reliability was there.

I had a trial for felt app and it was pretty good, the app is really easy to use and the photos that come out is excellent. Would use this app if you need to make a card for a special occasion.

I ordered my card (2-7-18) for it to be delivered before Valentine’s Day and I still haven’t received it, I’ve been checking everyday and nothing, if I would have known this was gonna happened I would have picked a different alternative.

I was skeptical about the quality of these cards but they are hands-down fantastic!! My handwriting isn't too good so they have a variety of font options to choose from. Very easy to use and got got a great reaction from the receiver. Thanks!! I will definitely use this app again.

Horrible customer service. This company failed probably thousands of customers in Valentine’s Day. They have not been responsive to me on any form of attempted contact I have tried: email, Facebook, Facebook DM, instagram, instagram DM. I wouldn’t take a chance on this company if you actually want to receive a card for a certain holiday or date. You will not receive your card nor will you receive an answer to your inquiry.

Kinda sad when I sent my wife a car for Valentine’s Day and the words came backwards compared to how the app rendered it. Turns out I have been sending backwards cards to people for months like a total moron. Why is is like that?!

Received the opportunity to make a Felt card via T-Mobile Tuesday. Made a Valentine's Day card in the early AM of February 7th. The mail for the 14th has come and gone without any card from Felt for the recipient.
You would think ordering seven days in advance would be adequate.
Too bad, it seemed like this idea had some promise.

Overall I love that I can send a “handwritten” mail through my phone. I like the ability to use my own pictures. I just wish there was more functionality. I will give the app 5 stars when I can track my mail, connect with my contact log, and utilize a contact form via app (rather than write an email). Other than my card getting out late and having no idea when it is going to arrive, I do like this app, but may like it more or less depending on if the first card I sent makes it. (I sent the card on Feb 6, it mailed on Feb 9, and it was supposed to arrive Feb 15, but that didn't happen)

I was skeptical at first but I had a trial offer so I gave Felt a try. The interface was extremely easy and user friendly. I was able to hand write a card using my finger on my iPhone (and plan to try using my Apple Pencil and iPad next) — to astonishing quality...at least it looked that way in the app. So I ordered the card.
It took about four days to get a “sent” notification and another four business days for my wife to receive the card (I hope they are able to shorten the time for us procrastinators!)...BUT, the card looks amazingly good — the “handwriting” looked real on both the card and envelope. I tried different ink colors and, to my surprise, all looked great.
I can’t wait to order my next cards!

I ordered a card to be delivered on Valentine's Day and it never came, so I emailed the app and they replied right away, apologized, and even gave me a chance to remake the card if I wanted. I'll be using the Felt app a lot more after this.
I thought the app was really cool, last week on the 5th I made a lil bday card for mom that was 10 days ago and she has received nothing. There is nothing in the app to make a complaint to see the status of the order, just nothing. I never received a confirmation email, shipping email nothing. So I decided to email them and the email back to me was automated and said that they have thousands of emails they are trying to respond to. Unless you plan or getting the card months in advanced I would not recommend the app at all!!!

Nice concept and easy to use when working properly. Although the cards I sent came out darker then they showed on the app.
Do not download! App and company are unreliable. I wanted to send my daughter a valentine card, designed the WHOLE thing on 6Feb, PAID for it on 6Feb, they didn’t mail anything. Huge disappointment!!! Probably won’t get a refund either. Frown....
Had a bad first experience. Apparently there systems crashed so thats why my card took 10 days to arrive. But it did, and just in time for my special occasion. The product was small and basic. I was expecting the card to have felt material however it was just card stock paper. Customer service was pretty good that why I gave 3 stars. But 3$ for a basic card I can find cute ones locally.

Ordered a card on Tuesday 2/6 and it’s still pending. It’s really disappointing when it says they ship within 24 hours
Update: Status now says null. Probably didn’t send the card but we’ll see. At least I know not to use felt in the future.
2nd update: Card never came even though customer service said the card would be here by Valentine’s Day. I’m glad they are comfortable lying to customers.

Horribly Set Up, Even Worse Service 1/5
This app crashes repeatedly and is hard to use. Had to exit and restart dozens of times because the set up is so horrible. Finally placed an order for two cards. Only one has arrived, and it was late. I emailed felt asking where my other card was, and they told me they're having some issues. Why did I have to email them to find that out? They should alert their customers when there is a problem. Also, I emailed asking for approximate dates of delivery as soon as I had placed my order, and I never got a clear response. Why did my cards say pending for so many days? At least give an approximation! I am so disappointed in this app. I planned it accordingly for Valentines Day, and now I have to re-submit a card design. I am very disappointed in my experience with this app. I just want to receive my card, then maybe I can come back and write a positive review.
