    I love the app and the work outs! I've used it for a week now and it's the best work out I've had since high school! I usually work out for 2 hours a day before the app and I would be a little sore. But with this app and it's work outs, I work out for just an hour or even 30 minutes and I'm sore the next day! No pain no gain right! Love it!

    I have been lifting for the last few years and I have to say I really have been enjoying this app. I am a big fan of the tutorials, so I can always check my form or if one of my friends has a question about an exercise I can just show them the explanation. The over all design is well done. The muted color palette along with the flat UI design gives the app a nice crisp modern feel.(Flat UI is always a way to my nerdy heart 😘) I love the muscle map with the fatigue heat percentages, reminds me of looking at a video game character’s armor status. I can tell a lot of time and development went into this project! The only thing I really wish it had was a place to track super sets. Also, it would be pretty cool to have a way to log how reps are done...for example if the lifter did negatives or pause reps. Other than that keep of the good work! Looking forward to future updates.

    After searching for days I am glad I decided to settle for this app. I like the simplicity and user friendliness of this app. My favorite features are the ability to remove exercises so they will never show up on a new workout build, easy interface to find replacements of a movements, and the ability to customize your workout to your needs weather it be push and pull days or focused on muscle groups. What I would like to for an update is the ability to pause your music and send a small noise to let you know that your rest is up or send a vibration to your smart watch. This only works when you have your phone unlocked. Any way I can help you all in building or improving the app please let me know test or development. It would be a fun side project.

    The app seems to have some interesting features. I like that the app keeps track of muscle group recovery and that each suggested exercise has an instructional video and a description associated with it. Unfortunately, the trial period only last for three workouts. That was not enough time for me to know if I would actually use this app on a daily basis. There are no meaningful features available for free after three days. I’m not ready to commit the money to upgrade to the full version.

    I used this app for the free trial and was disappointed when I was prompted to sign up for the monthly or yearly amount. It’s a great app but the pricing is extremely steep compared to the competition. Unfortunately I will have to use another app because the price is so high.

    Used fitbod in the past and I was able to log a large number of workouts in the free version. Now you get 3 free workouts and you have to pay to continue using it. I can’t justify the $50 price (if you buy an annual subscription). The algorithms and data supplied will need to be improved vastly before I add this cost on top of my gym membership.

    With little to no experience, anybody can use this. Even without a gym! There’s no excuse, you plug in your data and it automatically calculates what it is you can and cannot do. Super simple and easy to learn to use. My ONLY complaint, is I wish the “Log Set” button was bigger. I really love the timer between sets, but when I’m three sets deep and I press the number pad by mistake it throws off my concentration and I have even logged a incorrect rep number because of it. It’s a very small annoyance, but one I’ve literally struggled with every workout because mid sets I’m either breathing heavy or in a position that makes it a pain to have to look at my phone. Still would recommend this to beginners and even intermediate for ideas.

    I recommend this app for those of us who have really busy lives and don’t have time to plan/ log workouts. This app will help you meet your health goals by logging your workouts and managing how much you’re lifting. It will also update your weights/ sets. I’ve been using this app for about 2.5 months, and have never seen better gains. This app is free to start off, but $7.99 a month after. I guarantee that the $7.99 is worth it. It’s way better than your Netflix, Hulu, or Spotify subscriptions! Switch it out and try it! Thank you developers 😅

    The app has been generating really effective workouts for me and it's very simple, no complex features. Only thing annoying is that whenever I tap into an exercise it always selects the weight field which brings up the numeric keypad and takes more than half of the screen, even after I set up the weight, does it everytime. Apart from this minor annoyance it's perfect! I'll carry on with the free version, $8 monthly is bit too much.

    I love this app. It’s intuitive and the watch app is very useful. I would love to see a ‘team’ component so that school teams could have designed workouts and that the logs could automatically be pushed back to the coach. Beautiful!

    Generally ok.. I enjoy that I don't need to think about what I'm going to workout today. I've sent the feedback to the team as well.. here are some items 1) The exercises are labeled wrong- sometimes 2) The explanation of movements lacks details and safety information that one can obtain easily by searching online 3) I would like this app to have a level of AIb integrated into it to learn from user's preferences, etc a simple example would be for it to learn that each time I say no to a given exercise, so stop giving it to me every day.. 4) there needs to be a place for users to add their own exercises 5) seldom I get the same exercise ( different name) in the same session, but it does happen I can go on.... But.. It's a nice unique app, spend some time and technology to make it better :-)

    It’s a little tricky that when you download the app, you are automatically in a free trial of the elite version. It’s not clear what comes with the elite version vs. the free version. After three workouts the trial ends and you can still use some basic features. Regardless, feels like a scam when you download something that says it’s free and then turns out to be $8 a month. It’s a bummer because I actually did like the work outs a lot.

    I really liked using this app for the free trial. Once I went to purchase the elite membership I started running into a lot of problems. The purchase wouldn’t go through and now when I open the app it immediately closes within a few seconds. Other than those bugs I loved the workouts and the ability to log them and track them. Very quickly the company got back to me and had taken care of problems. Strongly recommend this app to help track progress

Whenever I have questions, I just send an email and someone always gets back to me. I love that I can see the exercises performed as well to make sure I am doing them with proper form.     This app has almost everything I’m looking for, and at an actually affordable price! My biggest wish is that I could see my max weight/reps ever when I’m logging my current set. It would make it easier to track where I’ve been and where I want to head. — Edit: Thanks to the developer for the quick response! It’s nice to know the developers of this app care enough to respond and I look forward to seeing those changes take affect! A couple other app suggestions: • I would like to see FitBod sync with MyFitnessPal and FitBit (and yes, I’ve requested it of both of them too!) • The app I used prior to this would congratulate me when I went up in weight and beat my previous record. I didn’t realize how much I appreciated that until I didn’t have it anymore. It made me kind of compete with myself, which was great!

    You should allow for multiple profiles with different available equipment sets for the event that a user is on vacation, or sometimes exercises from home, and sometimes at the gym. If someone is on vacation, they won’t have access to their usual machines.

    Started using this app about 3 weeks ago, so far I love it. The workouts it gathers up based on your goals is quite impressive. It has several features that I personally enjoy, the ability to swap out or replace a workout is quite impressive in my opinion. The user interface is quite easy to understand. Doesn’t take much to figure it out. One feature I would hopefully like to see, is the ability to add on some different workouts. Right now they have a vast selection but it’d be nice to add a few more that aren’t on their list. Other then that, I totally recommend to anyone who’s trying to keep log of their improvement. It’s a must get!

    The whole reason I started this program was to test how my body responded to a structured workout opposed to my ( feel training ) listening to my body with no set plan. I'm almost through week 1 doing a mixture of bothered strength /Olly lifting an almost crossfitesq training split. This first week has been enjoyable as far as the workouts and having set rep schemes and rest periods...but still having to log in my weights for each discipline couldn't end sooner...I'm ready to just hit the start button and GOOOO ALREADY‼️

    I really like this app so far! I’ve been using the notes app in my phone to track workouts and I MUCH prefer this! I’ve connected it to my Apple Health, however, I use Garmin for most things and would love to see it connect to that app so I can better track calories in and out and exercise data. I love the replacement exercises if you can’t do a certain exercise and the videos that accompany the exercises. I think they’ve also got a pretty good selection of exercises to choose from when building workouts. And the rest timer feature is awesome! Highly recommend!

    Fitbod This app is ideal for anybody that is looking to exercise. You could be an expert at the gym or even a complete beginner. When you use the app, you can build your profile, which it will then create workout plans for you every time you need to exercise. Fitbod provides you with an in depth personalized workout plan that can be completely customized to your liking. Criteria This app is very simple to use; all that you need to do is obtain your workout plan, or customize it, and log your weights and repetitions. If needed, you can completely change any workout made for you. The entire workout or the amount of reps, sets, or weight can be completely customized to your needs. Fitbod not only includes weightlifting and workout plans; the new version introduced cardio exercise support. You can now log your cardio routine into your weight training log. There are a few bugs at times, although they are minor, and the developers stay on top of them with frequent updates. This app also includes an excellent selection of workouts, however some workouts given to you may be dangerous, depending on your skill and strength level. Sometimes an exercise will come up and your gym, or home, may not have the machine or equipment, however there is an option to replace that specific exercise with another from the same muscle category; this way you can always have something available to you. For every workout provided to you, there is a short video that shows and instructs you on how to use perfect form. This has been very helpful when unknown exercises come up, or when I want to try something new. Conclusion You can pay a subscription fee if you want to gain some additional features, however you are able to use the app without paying anything. If you are looking for something more personal and customizable than what is already given in the free version, then subscribing may be for you. This app can be your very own free, or cheap, personal trainer. You can gain confidence in the gym without having somebody else be there with you.

    I really like the app design, how easy it is to use, and the training suggestions, but the exercise list is a little limited compared to competitors, and you can't define a custom exercise. That's a deal breaker for me. If you don't have much experience working out and already have a good idea of what you want to do, this is a great place to start.

    This is definitely the app I’ve been searching for, and I love the direction that it gives my workouts! I wish that the app had more features to track my progress, like the ability to take progress pictures or write how I felt about a workout. There are still definitely some glitches, I’ve had to restart it during workouts because it froze.

    I like this app because it gives you a plan, i wake up 5am and right away I’m notified as to what I’m doing that day and it’s more helpful cause it counts your calories, is it accurate I’m not 100% sure but it’s good to measure as you go through the workouts though so keep that in mind if you want to burn 1000 calories a day or 1500 calories this app helps in that i try to do a little bit more just because i feel like that helps

    I rarely write app reviews but Fitbod stands out from the crowd. It’s the only app that I’ve found indispensable in my workout goals. It’s intuitive, well conceived and brilliantly executed. It continues to improve and their staff are very active on their Facebook page. So are it’s users. Great forum. Can’t wait to see where these guys take it. You need more funding and hands on board to really reach your potential.

    This app is great for gym goers & for people looking to expand/explorer new workouts! I know the most common weight lifting workouts but after awhile I want to try something new to test my strength and endurance. Having the ability to see what muscle group(s) that you have/haven’t worked out is great! I usually stressed about have a workout planned everyday but this takes that stress away and I have the ability to see how much I went up in weight in my previous workouts. There is no app like this one out there with such great customer service.
