The app has many hiccups, maybe it’s time for Fubo to either fix their streaming issues or lose their customers specially with YouTube tv in the market and other . Don’t expect a smooth streaming during big events, and if you’re sports fan you’ll be disappointed with the service

Buyer beware. FUBO doesn’t tell you when you download the app from Apple, that Apple charges 44.99 for the first month, along with FUBO charging 19.99 introductory rate for the first
month. When you contact FUBO, they tell you to contact Apple.
No way you can ensure that FUBO won’t be tapping your bank account next month. I emailed them and asked that they disable the service today, even though supposedly paid up for another 29 days. We’ve all run into these types of smoothies over the years. Now I have to go to my bank and terminate any future charges by Apple or FUBO. Use at your own risk.
Poor Customer Service 1/5
I purchased the app to live stream the Winter Olympics, but was unable to replay the sporting events. So I went to cancel and the payment was already taken out and there is no way to contact the company! The only form of communication available is through email, but I have had no response. Not having a phone number listed anywhere is very poor customer service.

I signed up during a free trial. App died 20 minutes into a game and i was never able to log back in. I have an iphone 7. App just crashed on every login attempt. Tried restarting and everything. I wrote and asked that they cancel immediately as i have no use for the app and found better way to watch my game. App doesn't work.
I tried to cancel, they email back asking why and to give them a second chance. Then they didn't cancel and charged me anyway. I wrote back again and they gave same song and dance. Then they refunded one month, only to start charging again the following months. I've been trying to cancel and get refund for 3 months of unauthorized charges and they are still giving me the runaround. Very upsetting!!!
Fubo, I asked for my money back and cancellation but you kept charging me anyway. THIS IS THEFT.

DVR is a waste 1/5
I purchased this to watch the Olympics and it’s been frustrating and a waste of money. Using the DVR is impossible - what you record is poor quality and skips (literally pauses, skips forward, plays a few seconds of a skating routine, then skips back again to the point where it originally froze, then skips back forward). This doesn’t happen with the live TV offered through the app, or with the previously aired (but not recorded by me) material. I don’t know what’s wrong with your system, but you better fix it. I’ve wasted my money and have not been able to enjoy the performances I chose. When we saw what the app offered we initially considered keeping it because my husband likes MMA, but we definitely won’t be now.

I haven’t had a good experience with futbotv after 6 months of hoping for a miracle and almost $90 out of my hard earned money paying $14.99 a month i have cancelled this service. I don’t understand how a company who could make such a great potential customer experience a better experience can deliver such a mediocre service. It is so frustrating to use this service that even the love of soccer and the very limited options in the market to access programming of soccer couldn’t make me stay with this overpriced service. I hope one day soccer fans in the US would get something with the price quality value of Netflix and put this crappy service out of business. This service is an insult to our modern age of great platforms for a customer experience.

I got the free 7 day trial but charged $1 I think that’s a ripoff, I know it’s not much but it’s still dirty. I got this app to watch the Olympic Games because I have no cable. I went ahead and canceled it after I saw how bad it was. It was always freezing up but I thought I could watch it for 7 days because it’s a 7 day free trial but NO it cancel my account and I couldn’t get back on it to watch anything. Now that’s dirty! Plus it’s way too much money. Get more channels for the price your wanting to charge people. DirecTV Now is $35 month and has a lot more channels than what you have.

I wish my account would stay logged in, and games I record on the DVR can be streamed without frequent failures. It would also be nice to be able fast forward on the recorded game for more than 30 seconds without crashing.

My one star is from frustration with glitches that have driven me to cancel and programming that brings me back. Latest thing is a dvr which records fine, but replays a frozen image with an endlessly circling wait for it symbol in the middle.

Just signed up and every time I try to play anything it crashes. I have installed it on my iPad, my pc, and Apple TV with the same result. It’s not my connection because I have other streaming services. THIS is the only one that fails miserably. A big disappointment.
Advertised as playing the Super Bowl. Only offered nfl network Gamecenter coverage. Basically garbage company charging too much for garbage coverage.

Video would freeze most of the time making this service worthless. Canceling seamed simple till they continued to charge me. When brought to their attention they claim it wasn’t their fault and I needed to notify iTunes as well. Odd they were able to get my money from iTunes but were unable to refund it!? Luckily Apple does things right and was able to straighten it out and get my money back. Poor response from fuboTV customer service is reason enough to switch to Sling. Better streaming and no need so far for service!

App keeps crashing 1/5
Keeps crashing on iPad mini. I’m on the latest iOS. When it first loads it’s fine. When I click on entertainment and then on movies it starts loading movies and the closes. I reset my network connection and reinstalled it but still an issue.

I’ve tried this service several times, and since the beginning, when it was just a few sports channels, it has steadily gotten better BUT, at the present time, IT IS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. It stutters, sputters and chokes, usually when a goal is about to be made. It jitters, pauses, jerks forwards and backwards, on live, lookback AND ‘DVR’ recordings. IT IS A TOTAL MESS. Customer service is great but it’s very hard to service garbage. I’ll try again next year. Good Luck, Fubo Chavez!
DVR Chromecast 3/5

This app is great in so many ways. However, the reason it gets 3 stars from me is because the DVR service can’t be casted to a tv via chromecast without failing. That is the way I get things onto my tv or projector, so it holds weight in my reviews decision.
Streaming live sports and tv both work seamlessly on every apple device i use (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) and the chromecast. It’s also the most reliable of all sports streaming services. The only time my service glitched they contacted me with an apology and a 6 month upgrade to my service.
Overall, I like this service very much but I will hesitate to keep signing up. Without the ability to cast the DVR service to my prominent viewing devices reliably I do not see the point in paying extra for it.

When I 1st logged in on my phone everything went well then I tried to switch to my iPad for a better view and it tell me my account and password wasn’t found (no errors on my password) then I thought maybe I can only log in from one device so proceed to log out of my phone and now it won’t let me log in from my phone and iPad saying my account isn’t found and password and I repeat no errors on my password because I did reset my password and it keeps saying the same thing!!!!! Fix pls

So your program says not able to view on iPhone but if I am on my LTE network it plays the event. Right now I am trying to watch the Pats vs Titans and it won’t play! Going to cancel my subscription due to to many stoppages during viewing.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES think this streaming service is a good idea unless you want headache after headache and a customer service department which couldn’t be more anti-customer if they tried.
This company has given me the biggest migraine this entire time and I am easy to please. I am a tech guy and I know the challenges, but this company hates their customers and hates dealing with them.
These clowns are so incompetent that when they were flooded with complaints on their phones, THEY SHUT THE ENTIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE SYSTEM DOWN in September! They still are not back up, the service is that bad!
Immediately after starting the service I had all kinds of technical issues. I tried reaching out to CS on their worst day, when they shut down their phone system to customers. So I started recording as many problem programs that I could to my DVR. It then took me TWO MONTHS to finally be able to talk to someone from their CS regarding all of the issues (That phone call was the only seemingly positive experience the entire length of the service).
CS said that they were going to review them and let me know if they could provide a fix and provide expanded DVR while these programs hogged up my DVR.
Long story short, 30 days went by without hearing a word and my DVR is clogged up with their errors. So now they are telling me tough chit. I have now been without a DVR for a week now.
I told them they needed to fix this or I will cancel so the Anthony the snot nosed whiny punk CS rep sent me the link to cancel instead of providing me the services that I originally signed up for.
Anthony also told me that the Closed Captioning, Fast forwarding and Rewind features, that I have been using since I started the service with which are now all 3 not working, never existed as a feature. Huh??
I mean it’s a new headache every day with this company and they have zero respect for their customers.
So thanks to the incompetent CS crew at FuboTv, I will be looking to take Anthony up on his offer to cancel and am scouting replacement streaming services as we speak.
If a company suggests you leave as a customer, then this disabled veteran doesn’t need to be told more than once. It’s clearly much more satisfying to FuboTv to taunt disatisfied customers than to please them.
But if you like a company that provides scrambled video packets, lots of buffering, plenty of jitter and sporadic playback with random skipping and dropped programs in the middle of viewing and a CS crew that gives you the complete run around when you complain about it and try to help them solve these issues?...then FuboTv is the service for you!

It really doesn’t take much to make me happy, just a genuine effort to resolve issues. Not happening at FuboTv. They are anti-customer friendly.
My prediction is that FuboTv will win worst company of the year, if Consumerist brings back the award for 2018.
Anyone thinking about using this sevice, you have been properly warned! Only proceed with Fubo if you hate yourself?
Great program but needs improvement 3/5
I like fuboTV and the fact that it gives a lot of sports channels. The only problem with it is that sometimes when watching games it loses connection or has to buffer. That can make using the service frustrating. Otherwise this is the best app/ Service for sports lovers, in particular those who enjoy European football.
Worst sports app I have ever used. Buffers every 10 seconds and constant freezing. It worth the money. 100mb/s download speed and cant even buffer.
