    Been going through a rough time this past 2016 and ongoing 2017. Headspace has helped me cope with my emotions and learn to clear my mind. It is so simple to use, I love he cartoons and the interface of the app itself. Andy is an amazing guide. Great for beginners (myself). Been having trouble sleeping as well, cant wait to try the sleep series. Totally worth it.

    Update 2/22/17 Still the best app ever. Works like a dream. Would recommend to everyone. Use it by myself every morning, and with my kids every night at bed time. Worth every penny! -------- Best app I have, hands down. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, even with the rather large price tag. So, so good.

    The first 10 meditation sessions are free, which is great because they're wonderful. But they have specialized meditation for sleep and stress and anxiety and things like that, but you either have to do a monthly purchase of $12 a month, $9.99 dollars a month for a year, or $6.99 a month for two years, or $416 forever. I cannot afford that and therefore this app it's a poor rating. As if it's expensive to make it better meditation recordings. It's a scam

    The voice is very soothing and calm and each session is the perfect balance of voice and quiet. With too much talking, I find it's hard to achieve a deep feeling of peace. Too much silence and it's easy to doze off. This allows for relaxation but pulls the mind back on track just as it's starting to drift.

    Although I've known about its benefits for some time, I've never been able to consistently do meditation for more than a few weeks. Here I am, just shy of having meditated 150 days in a row and I owe it all to Andy and his app. He makes meditation approachable and he makes it very easy to integrate into everyday life, which is really what this is all about and how you and those around you really start to benefit from this time you spend meditating. It's helped me so much already and I don't plan to lose my streak any time soon. Thanks, Andy!

    I love how I feel when I take the 10 minutes to sit with Headspace. I used to feel so intimidated by the idea of mediation because my mind runs like a squirrel. I love that he says to gently come back to focus at all the right times. No judgement about losing focus. So worth it!

    I have only been doing the initial take 10 and I feel better then I have for a long time. The app is very easy to use and automatic reminders are a great way to keep up the schedule. The animations help to bring it all together. All and all a wonderful experience.

    Headspace is an amazing product. Anything that can give you calm and piece of mind in as little as ten minutes a day is worth your time. I tried the ten day free trial and was sold after five days. So excited to use this product every day. The one-off meditations are the best. It seems like they have one for every challenge you gave throughout your day. Love this product and have recommended it to all my family and friends! Try the "Take Ten" course, it's free! If you're not into it, you haven't wasted any money. But I bet you love it!

    If meditation was a pill, everyone would take it! Such a beautiful journey! It's been about 6-7 months since I've started this app. Started off with the guided (love the visualization exercises!), now I can do unguided for 20 minutes. I do it every morning. No more anxiety no more panic attacks!

    (Someone else's review was pre-loaded here so I had to delete it before I could write mine. Strange!) I have been using this app for three years and appreciate having a mobile version which helps me keep my habit going. Headspace has helped me to improve my memory, helps me go to sleep when my mind is racing, and helps me to shift mood quickly. I prefer the earlier version of this app with the player control in a straight line vs the circle. It was easier to control. I encourage my women career coaching clients to use this to help reduce stress and increase intuition and C-A-L-M!!

    The Headspace team has demystified meditation and has allowed me to actually meditate consistently daily. Andy's laid back style and supportive nature is what works for me.     Awesome meditation practice! So many people say they don't have time for this or that, but the 10-minute practice is wonderful because Everyone can find 10 minutes out of their day. I just started Level 2 of the Foundation series and I can't wait to continue my new daily routine! One thing I'd request is a guided "Body scan"-- every meditation in the training has had it, but it would be nice to get a clearer idea of what specifically to focus on. A few friends and I did a yoga teacher training, which heavily included meditations, and we all found it helpful to have a guided body scan, especially when we were first starting out. Otherwise this app is amazing and my new favorite morning routine!
