I've always been interested in meditation but never knew how to start. Andy's guided meditation sessions do the trick - and at 10 minutes per day easily fit into even the busiest of schedules. Bravo!

    I try to use this everyday. It's a great app and it takes out all the mysticism of lots of meditation practices and explains everything practically and scientifically. I really appreciate that. Meditation is all about understanding and being aware of what's going on in your mind, emotions, and surroundings. If you have lots of stress, trouble focusing, depression, or anything heavy on your mind... this app can be a wonderful daily practice to help you work through that. Highly recommend!

    This app has helped me manage my depression. It has a lot of different packs for various issues (focus, anxiety, running, relationships, etc)so you can focus on whatever you need.     I've used Headspace for about 8 months now, daily and sometimes multiple times a day. It's a wonderful blend of guidance and freedom (slowly teaching me to create space while giving enough gentle reminders when my mind wanders). Both the series packs and the individuals are great. Nothing bad to say about it.

    It is definitely worth the small price every month, and having a free 10 day trial is good if you are on the edge about paying money for it. It helped me get on a regular sleep schedule, have consisting in my day and calming down. The SOS options are great and often you don't even realize when the meditation is over. It's not a time to reflect on your life but to detach from your life, and be content with just being. A great app that provides a great experience, very helpful.

    I've practiced meditation for years now and first started from what I got from books. Eventually I found the app called "Calm" and that app broke down meditation quite well but after my subscription ran out I decided to try Headspace after hearing about it from podcasts. After using it for a couple weeks I've found that headspace explains meditation in a way anyone could understand and does so with great visual explanation. Some of the quotes I say to myself throughout the day when things get hectic. I would recommend this app to anyone and highly suggest the investment into having a clearer mind :)

    I've used headspace daily for 160 days straight now, and I'm incredibly impressed with the content. Mindfulness has changes my life. I'm more calm, more focused, and better able to understand my thoughts and feelings in any given moment, and how said thoughts and feelings drive my behavior. Headspace is an effort in building meditation techniques brick by brick: a slow, satisfying process of how to achieve mindful awareness in everyday life.     154 days and will attest to the benefits. "Keep your daily appointment w yourself" Thich Nhat Nan (a Buddhist thinker) This format works because its traceable, soothing and full of life skills that strengthen abilities to respond to challenges and not react to a trauma or annoyance and make thing worst - my old pattern. Thank you Andy. I've tried meditation over the decades but this sticks. It's current relevant and no judgement zone!!!! In a calmer state of mind and nothing around me has change but my brain getting stronger...

    Meditating, and Head Space in particular, has changed my life. It is helping me become a person that is more present in all that I do. Now, I have a lot of work still to do in order to be truly present, but I have going 140 days strong and have been harvesting the benefits. My relationship with my kids, my wife, and all those with whom I come in contact has been more genuine and pure. I have been less stressed and more focused. Meditating each morning is part of my morning ritual and allows me to reset my sails to ensure I'm headed in the right direction for the day, week, month, and year. Thank you, Andy!

    I've been using it to become more mindful and to be more present and focused on the task at hand and to be less distracted. I discovered the pregnancy pack which I have been using during my pregnancy and this has brought me much needed calm and relaxation and has helped me cope with anxiety. Highly recommend it.

    Headspace has been there for me for the past year or so and it's been quite the journey. It takes you step by step. I always thought meditation was about quieting the mind and silencing your thoughts. However, it's taught me that the thoughts will always be there. It's how I relate to my thoughts that changes my experience and allows me to have just a little more space to choose how I react in every day situations. I'm far from a finished product, however I have found that I now have the option to be a kinder, more patient person.

    I am a new user to Headspace, but have used meditation and reflection as a way to process mental hurdles and daily stresses my whole life. I am 28, have been married for one year, and have one year left in a graduate program at a big ten university. I just started the second level of the 'take 10' sessions, and am so excited to use more features of the app, including longer exercises. At this point, I have no criticism to share, but am so grateful to have this resource. As a student and artist I need the tools to build balance and self-care into my schedule. I enjoy working ten to fourteen hour days in my field. However, the stress and feelings of isolation I experience are very real. I have noticed that when I feel overwhelmed my thoughts and feelings become more manageable after I use Headspace. The reminders that this app uses to facilitate consistency are great. The design is intuitive, easy to use, and I think the price is a bargain for the high production value and expertise which the creator brings to the table.

    It's so weird how the app addresses pitfalls to meditation almost in the exact order that I've been experiencing them. After having missed several days of meditation I logged into the app today to have that very thing addressed! Not only is meditation guided but there's so much advice on practical stumbling blocks we all face. As someone who is new to meditation I have found this app to be incredibly helpful. I would recommend it to anyone even or maybe especially to those people who have never meditated before.

    After the initial sessions, I chose the 20 min time for meditations. There is plenty of time to switch on to find breath and tap into the obscured feelings of generosity, compassion and appreciation. I've finished 4 packs of 10 meditations now and feel a great deal of growth in relating to others and my world. The material is doled out a bit at a time which allows me to absorb and grow. Andys knowledge of the right pace or rate is extremely intuitive. Love this app.
