    The way this app has helped me through anxiety and depression and to remember how to be connected and apart of a day is amazing.     Took me 3 months to get through the first set of 10, but I'm finally committing to an *almost* daily practice. After years of telling myself I want to incorporate meditating in my life, reading spiritual articles here and there and occasionally attending meditation classes, this has been the best solution for helping me stick to some kind of plan, and not feel like "I am I doing this right?" the whole time. The Aussie's voice is relaxing, the scripts are helpful and reassuring, and I love the variety of focus/intent the packs offer (meditation for sports, wellness, etc.) comprehensive and amazing. I took advantage of a 3-month discount offer, but now that I see what's included in the full app, I will most definitely be adding this to my list of monthly subscriptions! With every penny :)

    I'd been reluctant to earnestly attempt meditation for a long time, In spite of all of the evidence pointing to the benefits. I was intimidated by the discipline it takes to make it a habit, and a little afraid that calming my mind might impact my imagination, but my imagination has been quite active, and starting with the 10-minute guided sessions has made it all very approachable. The breakdown is simple, Andy's voice is soooo soothing (be sure to sit upright while you do this, or he will lull you to sleep) and the videos are informative and encouraging. I am beginning a regular practice, and I have noticed myself stopping at stressful moments in my day and consciously returning to my breath, and weathering those moments with much more ease. This app is really well organized, designed, and user-friendly. I love it and would recommend it to everyone.

    I tried learning meditation through books and trying to get the focus that it speaks about, but I am extremely hard on myself and hated how I was always getting distracted. Then I would get irritated with myself and beat myself up, then get discouraged and stop meditating. This app is awesome! And Andy hasn't yelled at me once for getting distracted, he even tells me it isn't a big deal and just to bring my mind gently back to the task at hand. It is teaching me to meditate with good and healthy guidance and balance that I cannot, easily, give myself. Thank you for this awesome app!

    I paid for a month and was very excited to use this app. However, despite reinstalling the app and turning my phone off and on, it was stuck on the intro. I wrote to Headspace for help and didn't hear back for eight days. Eight days out of the month I paid for. They apologized for the delay in responding but didn't offer any kind of extension. I requested and received a refund from Amazon within two days. Very disappointed.

    Headspace is brilliant. I've been on this journey only a dozen days and already I find my productivity levels soaring. It allows a natural white space at the beginning of my day. The ten minutes seems to act as a concentric and concentrated decluttering of my thoughts. It's meant that I stay focused longer and kept my off the thought highway and on the sidewalk of my purpose.     I've been using this app for many months and it's really helped lessen the amount of headaches I have as well as made me react much more calmly in stressful situations. Best part, it's easy & non "metaphysical"...it's good for anyone of any faith and even non-believers. I say this because o had a friend who was reluctant to try it because she believed it was based on a religion. Silly I suppose but isn't all prayer a form of meditation? I digress...point is, this is based on just tuning in to what your body is doing. Breathing is a natural form of relaxation. This teaches you to ground yourself in breath whenever you are feeling wound up. The guided sleep session is one of my favorites because it helps my brain shut up long enough to get to sleep. My brain likes to party at bedtime. Lastly, the sessions for depression and travel are fantastic for anyone who's looking for some help in those areas.

    I really like Headspace. The lessons are good and it definitely improved my practice. However, I don't have any interest in new content. I want to sink deeper into two or three methods, methods that I'll return to day after day. I cannot justify a subscription to listen to the same lessons over and over again. I used this app for a year, and I'll use it again if they ever allow you to BUY lessons, but I won't subscribe again.

    I've been using Headspace for a month now and can't say enough better things about it. I'm a person who has struggled with anxiety, depression and patience for over a decade. I can honestly say I feel better when doing my meditation on a daily basis and have a clearer head after doing so. I've always been hesitant to buy things that suggest they can fix your mindset because 99% of them don't work but Headspace was worth every cent and believe I will become who I've set out to be now.

    This is so far the most helpful app I have ever purchased. It is amazing how 10 minutes of meditation can help you during the day. Most importantly, it helps me recognize my different states of mind allowing me to understand my feelings which resulting in better decisions. The sleeping sessions are great and very effective for me. I have used the SOS quite a few times as well with the same effectiveness.

    I initially started this because my life was under a great deal of stress and I found myself taking Xanax to manage my anxiety. Now I just "take 10" every day or anytime I feel that anxiety welling up and it works much better, allowing me to deal with my own issues without medication at all. In fact I have moved on to using the sleep module to help me get off of Ambien as well.

    This is the only app I pay for and it's totally worth it! I have found that I have more control of my thoughts and learned to get rid of my anxiousness I've felt building over the years!
