Love it! Way better than the desktop version and works perfectly :) just a suggestion but maybe allow us to click on our coworkers profile to see their full weekly schedule? maybe even make personalized profiles to interact easier? thank you!

I have tried multiple times to log in and I am 100% sure I have the correct email address and password because I log in to my HotSchedules account on the computer every day to check my schedule and no matter what I do or how many times I change my password or check to see if it is correct it will not let me log in. I am extremely frustrated because I paid money for this app and it's extremely inconvenient to have to go to safari or on my computer to check my work schedule. I'm fairly irritated by this and I have tried everything. I've installed and uninstalled the app and repeated this at least 6 times to see if that would help my situation and it hasn't helped at all. I'm frustrated and so far it's been a waste of time.

Still says "authentication failure invalid username or password" when both password and user name are correct I can sign on to the website but not this app.

I was hoping since everyone I know uses this app for work. You would be able to see how many hours you are scheduled, how many hours you actually worked, and your clock in/out times. But since it doesn't it was kinda a let down.

The message I get when I try to log in. So far really fun that these updates seem to get rolled out around the weekend which is usually a busy time for those that use hotschedules. Just a thought but maybe a little more rigorous testing for new updates even if it's just minor improvements and maybe picking a Tuesday to roll these things out.

Did the update and now I can't even log in, says it can not authenticate the user. But when I login via the website it works just fine. Why pay money for convenience if you can't even get the darn app to work!

For having paid for an app such as this I'd expect less bugs and more in app features. Being that the HotSchedules application is also a website for multiple businesses, this app should be able to make it much easier but it is in fact a larger headache than just logging in online. It forgets my password majority of the time and when I plug my proper password in it will pose an error. Becoming highly unhappy with this app. Stop the enhancements and focus on the bugs.

Can't even log in. It says "can't find ID for employee" yet I have my user ID and password autofilled, and I even double checked to make sure it's correct. This is ridiculous.

So the app has always worked great until recently. I reset my username, and password and when I sign into the app it keeps saying "Can't find employee for ID". I don't understand because when I sign into HotSchedules on the internet I login just fine. I payed for this app so I hope it gets fixed soon !!

Every time I try to put in my login it says unable to find employee ID. I deleted the app then re-downloaded it thinking that could fix it. But no. Hey, hotschedules people get to fixing it please! I need it for my job!!!

Was the point of this update to slow everything down to the point that it's unusable? If so, great job!
As a side note, are you guys hiring? I don't have any software development experience, but neither does your team, apparently. It will really help me out once I lose my current job because of your unreliable system.

Every single time I update the app whether it be for "various enhancements" or "bug fixes" it crashes. I just updated it again and now it's saying no internet connection even though every other app on my phone is working just fine.

Works great for work schedule and communication. However, I do wish that when I receive Messages, that it would be an actual notification instead of just a badge change. Sometimes we need quick responses and it would make it much easier.
