It is definitely useful but for an app that I have to pay for where as I could just go on safari and do the same thing for free...well, once they squash those pesky bugs it's a good app and useful. I also think it would help to get a notification from the app that I have a message or a shift got approved or denied.

This update was supposed to fix issues however it has created them!! Mine and fellow co-workers availability changed after the app updated. We all have multiple jobs and need our availability to be accurate. Also my requests off are not showing up in my calendar however they are in the requests off tab. I hope there is a fix to fix these problems that popped up after this update. :-(

I see all these bad reviews and honestly I don't see why. I was skeptical about buying the app but 2 months later I'm still loving it. I use it for the restaurant I work at and it makes everything so much easier than the mobile site. I've never had any problems and it's the best 2$ I've ever spent.

iPhone won't let you message groups 3/5
So since I switched to iPhone for some reason I can't select groups in messaging. I can select individual names but if I want like all the people who work in a curtain department it won't work.
The app is awesome. Very useful. However to charge three dollars and it crash ALL the time is ridiculous. Needs work.

I bought this app and it worked once. But now I can not enter. I need to use the site again to check my schedule. I'm sure my password and login are right bc I use for the site! You fixed it! Thank u! Guys, it started lagging again!

This app was very useful. But after this new update it doesn't let me sign in anymore. I know my info is correct because I use it for the website perfectly fine.

Every time I try to log in (after being automatically logged out for some reason) the app will not let me log back in. Every time I try it says "authentication error try logging in again" and I do and it says the same thing. For an app I had to pay for this is extremely disappointing. Also the fact that this is the ONLY way I receive my schedule, I'm kinda screwed. If there was a way to make it 0 stars I would.

Every few updates this app stops working in not letting you log in. With the recent update I started getting errors and was unable to connect, logged out to log back in to see if that would help but now I'm stuck at the login page. When the app actually works it's very helpful but the app needs some serious help as this issue keeps happening

I've used this app for about 5 months now and it's worked perfectly fine! But starting a few days ago, I was logged out and it won't let me back in! Every time I try to login it says "Authentication Failure", and I know I'm using the correct username and password because I went to the actual site and logged in and everything was fine. Please fix this!!! Overall before this, the app was great!

This is a great App, when it's working! It often signs me out but when I try to sign back in it keeps telling me authentication failure!!!
The new update is horrific. It DOES NOT WORK. Mine just says it's loading forever and does not ever work.

Since my application updated I have not been able to sign into the application, but my username and password works on the website so I refuse to reset my information. It would be nice to be able to use something that I paid for or give me a refund if it's not going to work and I can just use the website for free. This needs to be rectified ASAP.
