Bad Customer Support 1/5
By AZ Andrew
App wasn’t working correctly and customer support is not responsive.
IFit coach 3/5
By Need my lists
I love my iFit coach but wish I could use app to choose workouts. I like to walk but rigorously and there aren’t many workouts for this. I wish my iwatch synced with app.
App crashes after IOS update. And my wearables does not work. The app is telling me that the Bluetooth is off to turn it on, when in fact the Bluetooth is on and connected to the Axis HR. The app is useless. This is happening on this app and on IFit sleep.
Good app 5/5
Everything so far is great with the app. The only two things I would want to change/add is to have either a meal plan or ability to connect an app to help keep track of calories and the ability to connect the health app on your iPhone to this app to help keep tracks of steps and other things. These are mainly for people who don't have wearable devices but I think it's really awesome you guys provide one with upgrading your membership! I can't wait for mine to come in!
Awesome! Great motivation!!!! 5/5
Love everything iFit does! This app has so many workout programs you can do it's customized workouts are awesome!
I may not be skinny like I use to be or as flexible but the workouts will surely put be back in shape in no time. Hopefully in 30 days I will see my hard work paying off.
Crashing immediately after opening app
Won't connect iOS phone 1/5
Downloaded the ifit app, filled out all pertinent information, followed instructions, including adding a 5 digit token to connect the phone to the machine... the machine only provides a 4 digit token. The manual mentions nothing about the token issue. So I'm essentially shut out of this feature. The app is thus pointless to download. I guess I'll just plug my phone into the machine via aux cable and track my workout data into a notebook. Very disappointing app.
Will not connect to the app via Bluetooth 1/5
Every time I try (I follow the instructions carefully) the app fails to find the device. So frustrating! Do not buy!!!
No Pregnancy option, Other bugs! 1/5
No pregnancy option, that's why I bought the Act in the first place.
App keeps updating my progress and then reverting data to previous progress. 27 steps, updates to 94 steps, reverts to 27 steps.
Help center and FAQ menu won't open! Fix problems please!!!
App is nothing fancy and pretty subpar with most fitness tracking apps and devices out there. For the money I think you can get more out of a garmin or Apple Watch. Also disappointed it doesn't link up with the Apple Health app to store all my information in one location. This would be greatly appreciated for a future version!
What happened??? 1/5
By H d lee 928
This was my favorite fitness app, but it stopped working today. The app no longer allows logins. The actual website allows me to login, but it's pointless without the mobile app connecting to my wearable tracker. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but I'm still unable to log in the app. Also tried resetting my password.
Can't connect to Bluetooth 1/5
By Cosmic gamer
I was trying to connect my phone to Bluetooth and I was reading the Manuel and I just can't do it and it's frustrating. I wanna work out with the music I like not just in silence.
Not recommended 1/5
Never received the ifit vue they said I'd get for free with my membership.
Not Recommended 1/5
I gave this a go for three months and it was awful. The calorie counter is not user friendly It would take me more than five minutes to input my food I couldn't find anything my diet isn't that exotic just use my fitness pal it's free and super easy to use. I would like to comment on the rest of the app but it rarely worked. The fitness tracker feels cheaply made and is very inaccurate I'll just stick to my Garmin. The icing on this already awful tasting cake is when you call customer service they make you feel like you're bothering them and they make no effort in helping. There are tons of free apps that do more don't spend money on this.
Good vision, lots of bugs 2/5
I've been using the iFit ecosystem for about a month now. The vision of the product is great. Maps on your treadmill, monitoring on your wrist, a website and iphone app to tie it all together. BUT, the products are riddled with bugs. And it's to the point where I basically assume anything new I try with it will probably not work. Here's just a few bugs:
* When using an iFit treadmill, if you where the heart rate monitor at the same time it will report 2 work outs on the website. Why the developers can't figure it out by time that it's the same workout is beyond me.
* The weight logging of the app doesn't work. On the website it's fine.
* The "wake time" for the wearable is stupidly implemented. First if you get up early and move around -- even are midway through your workout -- it will suddenly say "Wake". Really? More over, it sets a few ways the app works. So for example, if it's late, and you did a workout before the wake time, some how it's for the day before? Really?
* And of course the app crashes. And moreover, since using this app, my entire phone (an iphone 6 plus) has crashed a few times. God knows why, probably a bug in the bluetooth portion of iOS.
* The wearable (and Axis HR) this app connects to also crashed after a week. Had to be disconnected from the phone and reconnected.
None of these bugs individually is a big deal. But put them all together and this outfit is clearly amateur hour developers. I'm going to stick with it -- my expensive treadmill is tied to it -- but honestly, if you just want a wearable don't have any iFit connected fitness equipment, look elsewhere. These guys will need time to get their act together.
Tons of features, still has some issues. 4/5
I am an employee at iFit, so I've had the chance to look over the app inside and out.
The app is beautiful and easy to navigate, and when you sync an iFit device, you can easily monitor your steps, heart rate, exercise, goals, and keep track of your sleeping.
There are tons of workout programs available with your iFit membership (sort of a P90X style) to fit your personal needs.
Everything syncs with your account on the iFit website, so you can track everything online as well as on your phone.
There are some issues with the app, however. Sometimes connectivity is spotty, and entering food is clunky, but I've always been able to find the food I was searching for.
Overall, there's still some work to be done on the app, but as it is, it can help you keep track of everything and stick to your fitness goals.
Great app that measures everything! 4/5
By Joe Ba-Hoe
I am an iFit employee.
I mostly use it to measure my steps now, but it was great using it to measure my progress losing weight and increasing my activity. I wish there was some Apple Watch integration.
So far so good 5/5

2nd fitness tracker 3/5
This is my second fitness tracker which I like so far. My only issue is that I had to subscribe to coach just to use it. I've also noticed that the price for the subscription changes depending on which page im on. When I was on the Apple App Store it said $14 but when I'm on the ifit website it says $9.
Waste. Wont sync with my iPhone 1/5
I have an elliptical with ifit sync on the console. Reading the instruction manual it makes it seem like you are able to pair an iPhone to the console using the app. I'm having a hard time doing this because the app only searches for a wearable, I'm only trying to pair Bluetooth so I can listen to my music. After researching I believe you can only sync ifit to an IPad. I do not own one though and I feel like this whole ifit thing is just a scam to get us to upgrade to their paid service.
Great workout 5/5
It seems 18 minutes is nothing, but it is an excellent workout
Great concept but execution poor 3/5
When it works it's fantastic and motivating. It works well for a few days then tells me my Bluetooth is off which it isn't. Turning on/off is a suggestion that doesn't work. Then after a few hours it's fine. But then it won't link. I turn on/off my phone. That may work but eventually I have to delete the app and reload everything. This is very tiring and frustrating. Fix it!!! Please!!!
Does not sync 1/5
Does not sync to phone. Frustrating
Easy to use 5/5
This is a great app to keep you motivated and it's easy to use. You will be pleased you found time for you today!
App crashing a lot 1/5
App is crashing multiple times. It's too bad now that I can't even open the app. I deleted the app and re downloaded but if no help... fix the app please....
This app is garbage. 1/5
An hour after downloading this app I have been bombarded with spam email. Ranging from weight loss meals to CBD gummies. And it didn't work with my treadmill. If I could give a zero I would.
Horrible- I wish it were better! 1/5
You cannot delete your food logs.. so it keeps adding your calories up. Application designers... please allow people a delete button!
Compatibility with Nutrition Apps 4/5
I do not have any problems yet with this app or my device. But if you guys read this I would appreciate it if there was a way that I could link my iFit Vue to My Fitness Pal app just like I do with my Fitbit Zip. I know that is what you have your app for but the MFP helps me with macro nutrients and the diet that I follow. Please try to have this integrated. I have known of people that have returned their device because of this. Although this will not be my case it would be nice if this was compatible with other nutrition apps.
Please make it better 1/5
By this is the (.)(.)'s
Bugs, outdated interface. Has potential but no app for watch? So you have to wear Apple Watch and a band? Update the app get on Apple Watch for the amount of money you charge...
Wonderful app but then stopped working 3/5
I just got my ifit link and absolutely love it! I've had the app for a couple days but today when I opened it, the app closed instantly. I tried that a few times and still no changes. I also deleted the app and added it back to my phone and the same thing is happening. When I open the app it closes automatically. I would love to see this problem resolved so that I can see all I've done :)thanks!
I agree with CPS94 review. You pay 180.00 a Month OR PAY 2,160 DOLLARS A YEAR!! The equipment should be Accurate, Reliable, BETTER EQUIPMENT FOR 2200 a year..
I could pay for a semester in college.
Ifit is too proprietary. Their wearables & their app or they don't want to play. You've got to give them $14.99 a month for the privilege of using their service. There are better options allowing more choice for less price.
It's ok. 4/5
It helps a little bit it could work good if you get it to work it's just very complicated my opinion
Keeps me motivated 5/5
I really like the new app. Works good with my Vue and I enjoy the workouts.
Needs Apple Watch Support 3/5
The app is good in that I cannot see any negatives except that there is a need for Apple Watch support. Especially for the activity steps and exercise. Also the sleep option would be good if it could somehow connect to the Clock app because the clock app already has a bedtime feature.
Finally Caller ID 5/5
App is still not as stable as I'd like but it's getting there. Caller ID an message notification is a much needed addition, but it's inconsistent. Only notified me once immediately when I turned it on yesterday, but hasn't since...
Edit: Stability has improved a lot with latest update. Notifications are much improved and not having the consistent disconnects like before. The support team is very responsive as well.
Help pleaseeee 3/5
By Cesar s.v.
This app keeps crashing whenever I open it and I tried all the things i thought of: download it again and sign back in, restart my phone, but none of it worked! I need to open it without crashing! Please help.
Great app...when it works! 2/5
I bought an iFit Link last week and downloaded the app and fell in love with it. It has everything that I've been looking for! It tells me when I've completed my daily goals which is what helps keep me on track. Two days ago I opened the app and while it was syncing with my bracelet, the app crashed. Every time I opened it, it would shut down. I restarted my phone and tried again...same thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again...crashed again. I gave up for the day and just used another app to track my food intake. The next day I opened the app and it worked fine. Then yesterday it started crashing again. And today it won't do anything. I really want to see this issue fixed! I now have a love/hate for it.
Cannot Use Due to Crashes 1/5
I open the app to sync and it crashes. I have deleted and downloaded it again...it has become unusable.
I now have two worthless iFITS and a bad app.
My daughter bought me an IFit Vue for Mothers Day. I love it. I started walking and dieting by keeping track of my steps and calories. The old app was great but all of a sudden it stopped working on my iPhone and said I had to download iFit Coach. I hate it. It keeps track of my steps (the only reason I am giving it 2 stars) but 8 out of 10 times messes up the calories. It adds them and says "you added 432 calories" or whatever number it decides and many times adds the item twice. It is very discouraging when it says I exceeded my calorie intake when I know I haven't. If I wanted to add them manually I could use a calculator. I loved the old app. Please bring it back or fix this one!
Cannot sync 1/5
I bought an elliptical that touted it offers Bluetooth connection via ifit. I downloaded this app but it failed to connect. Very disappointed.
By Renee Mondragon
Keeps kicking me out every time and it never show how many times I wake up right
Not worth it 1/5
I recently purchased a treadmill because of the app integration but was sadly disappointed in this app and the iPad app. I'm still not sure why $14.99 mo for many features you can get for free on other apps. I would to see more programmed runs including interval training offered through the app. Another disappointment with the iPad app is that you can only have one device connected to the treadmill at a time. That means if someone doesn't disconnect, no one else can connect to the treadmill. Very disappointing.
keeps crashing 1/5
wont let me see anything on the app. whenever i open it it crashes
They advertise the subscription to be $9 a month, but the app tried to charge me $14.99 a month. I sent them information about it and they still haven't gotten back to me! Pay attention when you go to subscribe you might get ripped off!
I want to like this app but... 2/5
I really want to like this app. When it's good it's really good. It accurately tracks my activity and sleep and is pretty easy to use and understand. But at least once every week or two, the app crashes as soon as it opens for no reason whatsoever and I have no way to view my activity. When the app is working it also crashes when I try to look at my past activity any farther back than 2 or 3 days.
By App star queen
I have a iFit act. It won't sync. Doesn't count steps calories or sleep it doesn't do a thing just sits on my wrist and looks ugly! But I can add everything into the app manually from other apps because you know I just love wearing ugly 💩 on my arm and wasting my time and money so someone else can spend the $20 I spent on 💩 in a better way!
It's not even worth the one start I'm forced to rate it. Don't waste your money like I did. I can not express how much I want my money back for the iFit act! I'm glad I didn't spend money on the app!
Bad Software, Bad Customer Service, Bad Product 1/5
I own an ifit vue and have a premium membership. App and browser version do not offer the ability to edit nutrition. If you accidentally add calories from your wearable or add an extra serving you can't delete or modify. Thus, your estimated calorie intake gets messed up. This is a huge miss by ifit. The app is not intuitive either. Also, my Ifit vue took a month to ship. Customer service was not competent and I did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Bad software, product, and company. Stay away.
Problems with the app 1/5
App keeps kicking me off and when I tried to write to the app support it just keeps sending from one place to another instead of just letting me send them what my problem was
