Digital Version Does Not Work 1/5
By HB Ace
Agree with other reviewer’s comments. Don’t waste your $ getting digital version since it doesn’t work on either iPhone or iPad! What makes it even worse is that they do not have anyway to contact customer service either by phone or email to get help! I set up Account info and it shows me that I’ve signed in yet it locks me out of all content beyond the Table of Contents. Buyer Beware! Would give it 0 Stars if I could!
Let down 1/5
Great app when you can access your subscription. Purchased the dual subscription and can’t read the latest magazine on my iPad. Thanks for letting me pay for nothing. Do not do the dual subscription. You will get you money stolen.
Poor Customer Service 1/5
First of all, let me be clear that this is not an Apple, ITunes, App Store issue or even about the magazine. InFisherman magazine is and always has been a great publication... I have been a reader for many years. However, after purchasing a dual (print and digital) two year subscription in April 2017, I only was able to access one issue digitally before access was turned off, asking me to purchase again. After repeated attempts at resolution thru customer service (Intermedia Outdoors), I still have no access... it is now late July. They were able to explain the issue was on their side and issued a service ticket to their engineering dept. However to no resolution still. It has been well over a month since my first inquiry... surely this is enough time to resolve a simple access issue. My purchase was made directly with Intermedia Outdoors thru the InFisherman website, not iTunes or the App Store.
Does not work 1/5
Does not work on iPad or iTunes.
Content download-open fails 2/5
App was good until it quit letting me open and download content that was already purchased.
Love the magazine...downloads have stopped working though 3/5
I love your magazine, but when I upgraded to iOS 8, the download buttons stopped working. I can't even see the content I'm paying for.
This app worked good until the new iOS hit. Lost all my downloads and now none of the download buttons work.
Great magazine! 5/5
Love the hard copy, I now love the digital
Great app! 5/5
Great app. and it looks great too.
iPad app works great, 5/5
Unfortunately iPad app means it only works on the iPad. Surprise! I have a couple of magazines that are available on iPhone and it has been a bad experience for me. I love this on the iPad though.
