Does Not Work On iPhone X 1/5
Does nothing. Will not take heart rate.
Bombarded by ads and junk pop ups on first use 2/5
Felt like I entered the marketplace in the Bahamas where tourists come off the cruise ships and hustlers bombard them with flashy offers or panhandlers relentlessly ask for money. Seriously, this is app is junk now.
Good App 3/5
Love it!!! 5/5
Very short term use 2/5
Only get one week free then you have to upgrade to get it to work there is a fee and mentions a monthly fee on certain upgrades Deleting app
Testing bp 5/5

Excellent app anytime you can check your heartbeat. And I tested same time with other device not too much different. I'm62of age and good stuff for me..Thanks
Removing it 2/5
I was impressed the first few times I used this app and thought “now I don’t need a Fitbit. “. Wrong! The ads are unbelievably annoying and difficult to dismiss. In two instances of going into palpitations, I was unable to get a reading because I could not over-ride the ads or the annoying requests for upgrades. Will remove this and buy the Fitbit.
Requires email 1/5
You must submit your email (or Facebook) or you are unable to use this app. No thanks.
Forced log in to gather your info 1/5
This app forces you to log in through email or Facebook in order to use it. The developer does this for the sole purpose of gathering your info and or that of your Facebook friends . So I deleted the app.
Incredibly intrusive ads 1/5
This app seems like it has the ability to be something truly great and even life-saving. However, after the first few times of taking my heart rate, the ads have become so intrusive that the app is no longer functional. It literally won't let me do anything due to all of the ads. I've never written a review before on the app store, but I felt this was needed since the main demographic are older adults. I'm a younger adult who wanted to keep track of my heart rate at rest vs before during and after panic attacks, but some might need this to track heart conditions. I feel that this model of business is unethical towards those who truly need heart rate monitoring. If the app developers need the money that much, then don't even offer the free version.
Not what it used to be 2/5
Very marginal performance on iPhone 7 plus, most of the time can not get a heart rate. New version loaded with pop up ads.
Does not seem to work with iPhone 8S plus
Doesn’t work with iPhone X
Ads are very intrusive... 2/5
By Bibble bop
Especially if someone is experiencing tachycardia and they need to see if they have a dangerous bpm and to seek medical attention.
Also limiting the amount of measurements can leave someone without a tool to check to see if they have a dangerous bpm.
This comes from personal experience.
Very useful 5/5

Great app! 5/5
Great app that helps me balance my activities.
nothing but pop up commercials 1/5
barely works as there are so many pop ups that you can’t control. click on the x and more come up. annoying. deleted within a day after downloading.
Grrrrrrr 😡 1/5
I have a love/hate relationship with this app. It was useful then after a year it got so that too many “pop-ups” I couldn’t use it. One right after the other and it kept on asking me to upgrade ...NO!!!!!
Loaded with ads 1/5
Not worth your time. Always clicking ads and restricts number of times you can check HR.
Not free 1/5
After a few uses, stops working unless you “upgrade”.
Ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, facebook login.
Moreover, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, facebook login.
Doesn’t accurately work.. 1/5
With the Arrival of IPhone 8, 8 Plus, & X this app does NOT correctly work properly on the newer IPhone models....
The ads ruin it 1/5
So many ads the app is barely usable. Deleting it- not worth the trouble.
I’ve been struggling with health anxiety for months stemming from some very real pain I’ve been having. I obsessively check my heart rate but I never really knew how accurate it was. I’m so glad I found this app, I can use it and time I’m feeling uneasy and it helps calm me down. I just wish ads didn’t pop up when you were taking your heart rate.
My Cardiologist.... 5/5
I saw my cardiologist today, and I told him about this app on my cell phone – my iPhone, and he was really enthusiastic and excited about it. I have had times when I have needed to know what my heart rate was, and I just couldn’t do it the typical away. Well, I got this, and I can take my heart rate whenever I want or need to. It’s easy to use, and I think it’s pretty accurate. It’s one of the best apps I have ever gotten because it really helps me. I get tachycardia, and he has asked me what my heart rate was when I got it, and I never could give an answer. Well now I can, but I sure hope I don’t get tachycardia anymore. I feel like I’m taking better care of myself. I think it’s just great! And it was free! I may upgrade soon. Thanks for creating this app! Blessings! 😊
Great App 5/5

My wife has PSVT and uses this app 2-3 times per day. She can easily get a reading of her pulse.
Love this app!!! 5/5
I appreciate the ease and accurate results so I can give them to my physician when asked.
i like 4/5
Please please please Update for iPhone X 1/5
I tried it for the first time on my new iPhone X but I can not get the app to function with the new camera layout. Please fix it ASAP.
Heart Rate ❤️ 5/5
By Jeannette nana
Excellent for characterizing cardiac rhythm 5/5
By Alabama redneck (educated)
I have been cardioverted twice for atrial fibrillation. Thus, it is important that I monitor my cardiac rhythm regularly. A few months ago I noticed an interesting anomaly in rhythm when I looked at my heart rate. Every third beat occurred earlier than the two previous beats and showed less blood flow. this pattern was reproducible. As a Med school professor, I had an MD/PhD student who studied genetic changes in young and old rat hearts due to aging, thus I am familiar with ecgs. I suspected a condition termed trigeminy in which every third beat is a premature ventricle contraction (PVC) beginning in the ventricle instead of the SA node. I emailed the graph to my cardiologist who had me come in for an ECG. It confirmed my “diagnosis” that indeed I was in trigeminy. Subsequently flow normalized and I have not again seen this condition. Electrolytes such as sodium and potassium play crucial roles in regulating cardiac rhythm so this condition could have been due to lower than normal concentration of an electrolyte such as potassium.
No fuss heart rate 5/5
Solid no nonsense app for quick heart rate measurement.
Good Heart Monitor 4/5
I use this intermittently to monitor BPM to provide information doctor requested. The only negative I would comment on are the ads. Could the developer of the App please cut back on intrusive ads? It is very distracting an unnecessary.
May have saved my life 5/5
When I was 51, I found myself feeling really sluggish. I thought it may have been menopause or maybe depression. At the same time I kept using the app to check my heart rate and it repeatedly came out in the low 40's. This went on for a couple of weeks until I finally took my results in to the cardiologist. At first he didn't believe me and since I had no other symptoms he said the app was just wrong. Because I had consistently been get such low pulse reading I kept pestering him and He reluctantly order a Holter monitor test. When the results came back the next evening I was told to get to the ER asap and had a pacemaker the next morning. Turns out had complete heart block which is an electrical issue not a cholesterol/artery one. Without this app detecting my low pulse I would not have pushed the cardiologist the run any tests and would have listened when he said I was fine. I am so grateful for this app. Not sure what would have happened without it.
Best hear rate app EVER! 5/5
By R05€ Wilkinson
I love this app! It's very accurate (I tested its accuracy at hospital) and very easy to use! But GET RID OF THOSE HORRID ADS that INTERUPT A VITAL READING! I was near death admitted to hospital in intensive care in critical condition and was using this app before I went in to show my heart was all over the place which this app saved my life but the darn ads kept interrupting vital recordings of my heart when I was so sick too sick to write u and too sick o keep doing vitals over and over again hoping no ads would INTERUPT vital vitals taken! Please get rid of those ads interrupting vitals taking! Otherwise this app is 100% awesome! Showed my heart beats were off bad!

Needs to be updated 3/5
By julie cod
I used to love this app and use it daily to keep track of my HR for health issues and exercise. However I can’t use it on the iPhone 8 Plus. It’s not updated to work with the dual camera. Fix it! :)
Nothing but ads etc barely functional
Love it! 5/5
Annoying and intrusive 2/5
Paid for basic heart rate and it does that well enough. Now I constantly am asked to log in, upgrade etc. should be a way to disable the log in ask and the constant pop up ads.
Good for general use 4/5
By Dennis Mitton
Good for general use. Does. It accurately read for me post workout with a high HR. Not sure if the camera can't differentiate at rates of 160+ or if sweat interferes or what. Very good for other circumstances.
Check it 5/5
Easy! Check it out
Too Many Pop Up Ads 1/5
By Jeff DeWitte
This thing is relentless! It is constantly popping up ads to upgrade. It’s more than annoying, it’s insulting. There are other apps that collect your heart rate without all of the up selling!
Great App!!! 5/5
I gave 5 stars cause it is a great app to have but the ad's are very annoying n don't make u even want to bother to use it sometimes esp if in a hurry. Hope they can modify that somehow.
Do not get! 2/5
By Wes 29
Requires your email to work and they then spam you, plus I suspect they sold my email address since I now get spammed with health related emails. Also has obnoxious ads that interfere with using the app. The heart rate monitor works, but it’s not worth putting up with the crap this app puts you through. I deleted it.
When it finally gets to the point of reading your heart rate it does a good job however I’m deleting it because it interferes too much with trying to upgrade, and too many ads before it gives your heart rate. I know it’s free but thats a little too much for me
Too much junk 3/5
I simply wish to check my heart rate! By the time I navigate through the junk, it takes 3 minutes to check it! I use voiceover and many of your buttons aren’t labeled. Get the free version back to what it once was, simple! I’ll buy the other junk if I feel I need it!
