Love shopping on app, easy to navigate and find things. Shipping feature to track isn’t that great compared to other shopping apps that give estimated arrival when checking order status. Also when editing order or changing search criteria and most functions it is very slow. It sometimes times out and makes shopping difficult. I love the wide range of products but the app is very slow.

This has been going on for months now, despite deleting and re-installing the app! I was just trying to shop for my husbands birthday on the app and after it freezing up /force closing and restarting on the homepage of the app 3 different times, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere! It’s not worth the time and hassle. You’d think a mega company like JCP could atleast afford an app that didn’t crash every 5 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time and forcing me to shop somewhere else!

This App will not let me change “my store”. I have to turn off WiFi and use data to access coupons when in store. Today the App wouldn’t even open. Just got a black screen.

I just downloaded the app for the 1st time today and created a new account. Every time I click to add an address it shuts downs and takes me out of the app. It also will not let me add the store that is closest to me. The selection remains grey and unable press.

Updated 2-27.18. With this latest update you still did not fix the ability to see the items previously ordered. I like looking back what I ordered to see if I want to purchase it again in a different color, etc. Still can’t see any pics There are major issues with this app. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it to see if that would help. The problem is when I go to look at past orders you can’t see any of the pictures of the items. You can only see the date and the order number. That’s it. I know I liked the items I purchased and I would like to see them again to see about purchasing items again in different colors or to show my family that are interested in them and the cost. Please fix this as other apps I have that I purchased from all the time show me past orders with the pictures. It is very helpful. Also it’s difficult when anytime I want to look up something that I’ve ordered it asked for the order number. I don’t know it. I just want to be able to see the pics. This is the only clothing app that is so difficult to work with.

Where has the option to ship to the store gone? Why does the cart keep dropping out items? Come on! With sales suffering, you would think the app would be functional to HELP sales. The app has never been helpful even with updates. Always have to go to a desk top to place orders. It's a ridiculous waste of space to have it on your device when it doesn't work most of the time. The app working effectively helps sales, people.
App is great overall. Just needs face recognition.

I have had nothing but trouble with the checkout and trying to use my Penny’s card. It says it doesn’t recognize it and I’ve had an account since 1983. I end up using another credit card and loose my points acquired or free shipping. Hope others have better luck.

I like how you can access your jcp card from the app. I wish when you clicked on individual amounts it would pull up the itemized receipt to show you what you purchased. Wish it the app could show all payments ever made on jcp card. Wish it had a request for more credit option. Wish it had pdf version of last billing statement. The items on promotional financing are not shown well on the app, and balance is not first applied to all non promotional items and you have to call to have them do that. Keep improving and growing from customer feedback. Thanks
Fairly easy to navigate. Tried checking my Pennies Credit Card balance numerous times, doesn’t ever finish loading. Coupons don’t work half the time, Server Error!

Extremely slow app! I’ve tried everything thinking it was my iPhone from deleting it and reuploading to using on my iPad and its just so slow. The setup is great but just to delete something from my shopping cart takes forever to do. This app definitely needs some more work.

I like the app itself but when you add or delete items from your cart, the process is incredibly slow. If I didn’t like the store as much as I do, I would have abandoned shopping here a loooong time ago. I hope you are working on this because you are certainly going to lose customers that are not too attached to your products.

There is no option to cancel an order from the app. AND if you happen to need to cancel an order after hours, you can’t because the automated system doesn’t have that option either. Not to mention, you only have 10 minutes to cancel the order to start with. So if you do it after hours, you’re stuck with the order until you get it, only to have to pay to return the order or return it to the store.

I’m having issues with the app crashing and it isn’t loading my favorite lists. It takes forever to load a list if it does at all. It completely shuts down after I add something to my cart then try to continue shopping. After many attempts it very nearly crashed my whole phone.

I can save my username & password but it never works, always having to change my password not happy with the app.
This app lacks the ability to track your shipments. It doesn’t notify you when your order status via text message. That would be very convenient. Versus having to go search the app only to find out the item has shipped and there is NO tracking number.
Functionality is a problem. It can take forever to work correctly on data or WiFi. They do a fantastic job at keeping us informed of sales and new products. My main issues is how long it takes to get things done from ordering to checking orders.

Know what's MORE frustrating than a bad app? Having the developer ask for more feedback, yet THERE IS NO WAY TO ELECTRONICALLY GIVE YOU MY FEEDBACK! This is ridiculous!! I tried to help, but you've made it impossible, so I am done trying to be helpful. So sad...
As a JCP employee, I hate this app because it simply doesn't work. The first thing ANYONE will want to do is change the app's store to the local store - YOU CAN'T CHANGE IT BECAUSE THE BUTTON IS DIMMED. When customers come into my store, the app is completely useless; no internal public wifi since corporate decided to turn off the wifi instead of fixing it. With so much metal in the ceilings, no cell connections are possible, either. We are told "You don't need price scanners in the store, because that's built into the app." Well, if you cannot get internet access in the store, you can't check a price with the app, now can you? This only ticks the customer off to the point that they don't even want me to check the price at the register and walk away without buying ANY of the four items that had in their hand.
The embarrassing thing is that I'm an IT tech of 30+ years and I know how stupid these problems are, yet it doesn't bother any of the higher ups that this app is still crapity-crap-crap. C'est la vie, I suppose.

I have had this app in my phone for over a year and it has never worked. I can never pull coupons up even while in the store because it says i have no internet connection. No wonder JCP is doing so poorly they can’t even get an app right!
