    I like the whole idea of getting rewarded for your efforts but I still have a few issues every so often, like other people have mentioned the accuracy of points rewarded is glitchy and I feel like I have to keep my own daily count to make sure that at the end of the day I get them, I have found that sometimes if you log in and out several times you finally get yours points. I also wonder why we are not allowed to use iwatch I had to actually get a Fitbit so I could participate. Jiff support takes about a week to address your issues which in my opinion is a long time and in my own experience they not always fix your problem, I emailed them on behalf of my husband for points he is not getting for downloading OMADA app, they responded that he did get them but his records on Jiff are not showing the points, so I decided to just let it go. Anyway, I do think it’s a nice idea to get rewarded and it does encourage you to do good things for your health so I’d take whatever I can actually get from it.

    This app is a scam. It refuses to connect to MyFitnessPal to track my food. I’ve contact their help line and they’re absolutely no help. I got a generic response back it’s like they didn’t even read it. Now I’m losing out on money from my company’s healthy program. Everyone I talk to has the same program and Jiff is ignoring their help requests. This app and company are horrible.

    So here it is Jan and we just got a new update yet the months of January and February are missing and it logs my stuff for today in December ? How can I get correct information if you start the year in March and goes to December ?! This app is suppose to help us who are trying to be more health conscious yet it’s just frustrating as it’s incomplete ! Smh

    Ever since I started using this app I have gained weight and my blood pressure is skyrocketing. I sit for long periods of time trying to figure it out. Not to mention the annoying weekly update “just cause”. Are theses constant updates just an iPhone thing or do android users have to suffer through it also?

    They don’t have guides adjusted for iPhone screens, so you have to zoom and pan. A real pain. Support is over an unsecured webpage. LEM

    Manually entering sleep & steps no longer works since Jan 13, 2018. I managed to add 1/12 through 1/15 added yesterday through the website, but that has stopped today. I do not have a health tracker that is accepted yet in the program. I use VeryFitPro. I have emailed support twice already over the past week & have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed.

    So far this app has not worked. It says it is linked to several methods of tracking my activity but still nothing. I have also tried to manually input information but it doesn’t record that data as well.

    Great concept and the ability to accommodate inputs from a wide variety of sources and trackers is appealing. It just doesn’t work all that well in a lot of places. I’ve linked my Fitbit and get credit for steps, but not for food logged in the app. Tried switching to My Fitness Pal for food logging and that doesn’t work either. Same issue with sleep tracking. That’s a lot of points I’m missing out on because the app isn’t working as advertised. I’ve redeemed points toward employer HRA contributions but the app won’t let me redeem more than 9 points at a time despite a message stating that over 200 may be redeemed at once. The input box won’t take more than a single character. I’ve submitted a support ticket on the issues mentioned above and, a week later, have yet to get a response aside from an automated confirmation (not in spam either, I’ve looked). Like I said, great concept but the execution falls short. The bottom line is that user support is sluggish and this app doesn’t facilitate the accumulation of points as advertised in reliable manner. Hopefully this will improve in future releases.

    I have attempted to sync, have Apple Health running, Jiff running, use my Apple Watch to track multiple crossfit workouts and yoga workouts and it has given me 0 points for exercise. It says thatI should have earned several points but bone ever show up. Not easy to use.

    Classic lack of communication between partners caused me to loose all of my points at the end of the year and they told me there was nothing they could do about it so they are a worthless company with no actual control over anything. Complete waste. Do not install this app and do not participate. They need to go out of business and restart with a better communication plan. Horrible. Unacceptable.

    I love that I can get points (and this gift cards) for things I already do like track my sleep, food, and steps with Fitbit. However, this app is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it says “congrats you earned points for (sleep/tracking food)”, but no points are added. A green check mark shows for that day in the progress area, but the points are not shown. I haven’t gotten sleep or food points for the past few days, although it still tracks my steps fine. I already emailed customer support but have gotten no response. Please fix the app. If there’s a check mark for that day and I’ve been congratulated, the points should be there.

    This app is not good at all. It cannot even add two plus three. Yes it updates often, but who knows what it is updating because it cannot keep up with your activities. If your life depended on it you would probably perish. I am obligated to keep this app for work (1yr already) but if you have option, they still have lots to work on.

    Update-12-24-17-They fixed the issue, but I lost tracking days because of the issue so I didn’t some extra reward points. Overall it works wellI. I do notice that I have notifications on only for badge icons to remind me to load info, but it hasn’t been doing that lately, so that needs work. I. have been having issues loading my information. I have the iPhone X updated to iOS 11.2.1. I have the most recent version of this app. I actually deleted the app and downloaded it again. I had to reset my password because it expired. I work for CVS/Caremark. I get benefits for tracking my steps and sleep and I only have 3 days in which to do it. I hope you get this resolved soon.

    The recent update has completely frozen this app. I can no longer access any of my data or rewards. I’ve never had an app simply stop working with a new update. I have a new phone, lots of storage etc so the problem can’t be on my end. Jiff, please fix this app. I used to love the challenges and rewards. I hope those features aren’t gone forever.

    I use it to collect data for my step tracker, blood pressure readings and my nutrition data. Haven't found a good sleep tracker that I like so cant comment on that. It’s does avoid job of keeping rack of all my health activities so I can meet my company’s requirements for discounts and awards.

    App won’t open. Just stays at the blue screen with the word Jiff on it. I’ve closed the app, restarted my phone, etc. nothing has worked. Please fix as I would like to redeem the remainder of my points before the deadline the end of the month. Thank you.

    Very little offered in the realm of activity tracking or social connection. Insufficient communication about capabilities, limited as they are. Little chance to spend points before they expire. Easy to lose interest and ignore.

    It rewards people patient enough to constantly troubleshoot their buggy app and tolerant enough to endure their lamentable customer support more than it rewards actual healthy behavior. Tell your company’s benefits team to find a better system.

    I earn points and Jiff conveniently deletes them. U go to sleep and there are 700 some points in your account and the next day they are all gone. I had this issue, emailed them, and a month later no resolution. I earned another 509 points. This morning I went to get an Amazon card, I got the message that the card is sold out. So I went to look for another reward, but Jiff deducted 500 points from my account for the Amazon card I am NOT getting. Now I only have 9 points and never received a reward for the 1200 or so points I earned. Customer service is not helpful.

    The only complaint I have with this app/ company is that you have to buy expensive trackers by Fitbit, Garmin, jawbone, or misfit. They don’t allow linking of cheaper brands like 3plus and others... some work and don’t have $100 out of a paycheck to drop on one of these trackers. Broaden your accepted trackers!

    This app is absolutely terrible!!! My company just switched to Jiff from Redbrick Health to track health for reduced premiums. I thought Redbrick was annoying, Jiff is nearly impossible. If you don’t use a fitness tracker, they make it all but impossible to actually enter your info.

    But, bugs, bugs! Constant restarts and sync issues. Also, why the need to continually display modals indicating it is “building my experience” and “loading programs” and “counting points”? This is completely un-necessary if built properly. The app is clearly developed in a hybrid framework using something like Ionic or Phonegap, hence the high volume of bugs. Suggest you start over and develop natively to build best experience.

    The only thing this app will do is raise your blood pressure to life threatening levels. Every “bug” fix release only makes this app more unstable and unusable. Good luck getting credit for the points the app shows in each category but refuses to add to your total. Sending emails to support is a complete waste of time; you won’t get any answers or any help. Update: Developer posted a request to send them an email. I’ve been sending emails for two years with no discernible improvements if they even bother to respond weeks to months later.

    I filled out the wellness survey several times only to get to the last question, press "next", and nothing happens. It's programmed to not allow you to complete the survey. So I go to the "contact support" and fill in the boxes and explain my problem and that ends in an error message! Frustrating and fruitless. What a waste of my time.
