    Results from my last dr appt were not healthy in regards to weight, and glucose levels. He asked me to cut back, today is Day 9. I've lost 11lbs cutting out sugar and carbs to an extent, within daily suggested amounts. This app has helped me keep track of my diet massively. So far, so good.

    At first glance, this looks like a good health tracking app-but as an Apple Watch/iPhone user who wants to sync everything with the Health app, I can't imagine why it doesn't appear to sync with that. It completely is useless to me, if it doesn't do this...let's change that, please.

    Keeps you on task primarily. The only difficulty I have had with the app is with foods that are created by users that don't show nutritional information. At times you need to settle for something close that may have an ingredient that wasn't in your meal. Still an amazing app that has me religiously logging and THINKING about what I eat creating awareness.

    I think the app is great in general, but some of the foods in the database are completely incorrect. Or they're listed as a "serving" in the amount with no way of knowing how big the serving is. But aside from the clutter in the food lists, it's good at what it does.

    I signed up to lose 50 lbs. at the rate of 2 lbs. per week. I also connected my Fitbit account to my Lose it! account to incorporate my daily activity. This program has been as motivating to me as Weight Watchers without the cost. I have 30 lbs. to go and know that I can do this with the help of Lose it! and my Fitbit.

    I LOVE this app it's helped me lose almost 30 pounds since I started and even kept them off in the 6 months I wasn't Diligently working towards losing weight! It's a little difficult to get used to tracking your calories at first but once you do it's great! It's way easier to use than doing it yourself or other apps I've tried.

    In the past I tried other apps and I always came right back to Lose It! I love this app! It is very using to use and free. The only thing I wish it had on the free version was to track your water intake. Either way this app has really helped put me on the right track and helps me stay there.

    A friend told me about this app and as soon as I got my iPhone, I downloaded it and I love it ! ! ! It's so easy to use and helps me stay motivated. I really like to ability to scan the bar codes from packages and log exercises. I'm constantly challenging myself to do a better job everyday. Thanks for creating this app. I'm sure it has helped a lot of people to reach personal goals. I've already told about 10 people about it ! ! ! I recently synced LoseIt with my Fitbit and...WOW!!!     I've have no issues with this app with the new update. As a matter of fact it's better than ever! Log your meals, steps, & activities & watch your body shrink. Please believe you have to move to lose weight. But this app makes it that much easier to do so. It's worth the money! I track my steps through jawbone up and you can add many other apps and tools to help you along the way. For example I've added my Walgreens account and through my 10,000 steps a day I earn 40 points daily! Also you'll know what your intake of sodium, calories, fats, etc are daily and make sure you don't go over your allotted number. You're awarded badges as you hit your milestones and you can join many group activities and make friends to help motivate you along the way! Great App!

    Honestly it does tell you when you'll reach your goal approximately but when it comes to counting calories it brings your hopes down, the only thing I ate for breakfast and lunch were 2 bananas and an apple and it said 929 kJ for the 2 bananas and around 300 for the apple, I don't suggest it, just eat healthy and drink water, there are many other helpful apps

    Used Lose It! for over a year now. Interface is easy for logging food and exercise. I've met goal and used it as a maintenance tool, then back to active use to keep my weight in check. Love I can use the database to find foods, especially in restaurants. To IMPROVE: QA on the database- some user inputs are flat wrong, and there's no way to flag them for correction, or edit them. SI they can fill the screen, and discourage new users. Appreciate 'previous meals' option as my breakfast routine is pretty static. Enjoyed the puns Lose It! used daily - good way to keep a positive spin on tracking.

    Fantastic app - keeps me real - helps me control calorie intake. It links to other apps to help track my activity. It remembers what I eat & I can add my recipes to figure out what the calories are in a serving size. It helps me set goals & stick to them. I suggest this app friends because l like it so much!!!

    Simple and easy! Log what you eat, drink and exercise! I love being able to see my nutrients for the day. I like the fact I can join challenges with friends or strangers. It helps you stay on track and motivated. Another plus for me are the app reminders to log your food! When I get busy with my day it always is helpful to see "hey stay on track."

    I have been using this app through November 2016 and let me tell you it's almost as good as your own personal dietitian. I have lost over 40 pounds with this app even without the premium plan it still helps so if you are willing to put your mind to it and take the time to keep track of your calories and exercise you will lose weight

    I like that when I'm roaming and don't have data there is an offline food list. I can usually find what I need. I don't like I have to constantly force connect my Fitbit for it to track my exercise and it doesn't keep up on my steps. My fit bit said I walked 2000+ steps and Lose It said I walked 435 steps. I also don't like that I can manually change it in the app but I can if I go to the actual website.

    It helps you keep track of your goals and I really like the database and bar code scanner to track food intake! Makes it easy to count calories and adding exercise is a nice touch too! I only wish it let you modify the calories since my gym machines sometimes read something different.

    Previous versions were accurate as far as scanned foods go. The new version is terrible so far. I haven't scanned that many foods, but the calories and portions are wrong. For example, 2 slices of bread that according to the package were 80 calories each counted as twice that. I had to go in and correct the amount. It used to be so convenient to scan. What happened? Portions seem strange as well. Like instead of per cracker they're measured as per serving. With no way to quantify that. Please fix!
