There is a reason why they call this app Lose It. I used it 8 years ago and lost 15 lbs following the prescribed plan. I have since had a baby and have been in a rut with weight gain that I just can't seem to stop. Then last week I heard a YouTuber say that they were doing a fitness challenge and that they were using the app successfully. So I decided to try it again. I've only been using it now for a few days and I have already lost 2 lbs. I am so excited because even though I'm using the free version it still works! I love how the app guides you, the scanning of foods is super easy and there are so many foods already in their library as opposed to when I used the app years ago. The other feature that I love is that the app syncs with my FITBIT. So I don't even have to log my daily steps. It does it automatically! The app lets you know exactly when you will hit your goal weight so in 90 days I will have my summer ready body back! Who hoo!

It's hard to track a low carb diet when calories are so prominent. Also, several years ago I did buy a Bluetooth enabled scale that used to work with this app. But no, not only does it no longer work, I am getting constantly pressured to buy another, even more expensive scale.

This app tells me how much calories I need in a day and how much I have gotten plus I can track my weight and get motivational notes every now and then when I lose a couple pounds. It tells me how much protein, carbs and fat I take in and allows me to lose weight with others!!

I just wanted something simple and easy to use for tracking calories. This app is great for that. They have so many foods already programmed, from all different types of restaurants and even pre-made foods you can buy at grocery stores. It remembers stuff you've already logged in so it'll bring those up first if it's items you eat frequently. Entering exercise is easy too, they have a huge menu of types of exercises and calories burned for each one. Highly recommended app.

If you use it--you will loose it! Tracking is easy, it syncs with my iwatch, and I'm losing weight with it! I just wish the premium version as a little bit cheaper--then I'd upgrade (I really like to meal plan and the upgraded version lets you do this!).

I really love this app, it's made me understand and realise how many calories food can have. Which is scary! But at the same time help me loose 10lbs in a healthy way. It pushes you to not only eat healthy but log your exercise, which makes me more excited to work out. The app itself has been made really well, it's simple and easy to use and if I do get confused it doesn't take me that long to figure it out. I will be using his app for a very long time, even after I reach my goal, I want to maintain my weight as well.
I needed to see the actual calorie count of my food to realize what needed to be cut out to loose weight! Loose It makes it easy!

This app has really opened my eyes to what I eat and how much. I do wish it would track nutrition or salt intake instead of just carbs/protein. I also wish it would warn about too few calories, but instead it seems to encourage it. I am sticking with I though and seeing great results!

Makes it so easy to track everything I eat, even when I eat out. I like the nutrition breakdown for the day so that I can see how many facts, carbs, and protein I eat. Makes it easy to try to repeat certain meals/ good days.

Need to lose a little or a lot. This app gives you the help you need. Of course, it's ultimately up to you to actually do it. It can be done, I've lost 24 lbs in a month by keeping track and using this wonderful app. Thanks to all at the Lose It team, keep up the good work!

When I want to shed pounds, I stick with Loseit and it keeps me in my macros. It always works. So, I get a cheat at the end of every day....a beer, or a piece of chocolate, or some wine, whatever. As long as loseit says I have room in my calories, I'm good! Also, It's got every food you could imagine in its database!

Gets easier to use as you go. Has great ways to view progress. I don't yet understand how to get my workouts in and track them in a good way but I'm not saying it can't be done. I'd like to see them work on the workout part and tracking them. I'd also like more visual on daily steps.

my only advice is to just keep doing it. Even if you're gaining weight or staying at the same weight, there are always fluctuations. Your body is very smart and knows how to adjust. The minute you say I screw it I didn't lose any weight and you go out and eat a pizza and ice cream, then you're back in the same boat again. It's not about weight it's about inflammation and how you feel. Eat less processed foods stay on the outside of the grocery store isles. I know you can do it if you set your mind to it, don't get discouraged.

For a free app, I think it should have more read issues on encouragement, the social aspect works but can be improved. My opinion is I think you can offer more on the free app and still have more on three premium app. Yes the price is cheaper then WW, but may still be a lot four those odd us on a low income level. I have been using The Lose it app for 32 days and have lost 31 pounds, I know that sounds like a lot, however all I have done differently is watch my calorie intake by utilizing this great app and have pretty much cut out all junk food and soda pop. Not only have I lost the weight my psoriasis has began to clear up from the healthy eating. Download this app ASAP and begin to find the new you.

Ive tried several apps and this one works best for me. I use it in conjunction with my Fitbit band and it works much better than Fitbits app. Im going to keep using it even after i hit my weight goal so my weight doesnt creep back up!

One thing I would like to see in the future are more themes! I update my theme and profile picture almost every three days because it keeps me involved in the app. Knowing that I constantly switch up the scenery on here keeps me motivated and reminds me that I'm constantly tracking! I would love to see more themes added for sure!

knowledge is power. knowing your calorie count helps you make better decisions as the day progresses and motivates you to exercise. as a result the pounds come off which is the whole point. the memory of prior foods and meals and the large data base of foods makes entry easy and thus more likely to happen.

This app makes it super easy to track calories-in and calories-out!! With an amazingly robust database of foods, you can quickly type in the brand name, restaurant name, or food item to pull up all the nutritional information. Or, bar code scanning is quicker and - dare I say - fun! Many exercise options are built in to count calories burned and can be linked with other exercise apps. My husband did a lot of research on apps and this is his preference and he even went Premium.

I have issues with support. Auto renew took my money from in Feb, but I had switched to an iPhone.
For some reason, this hasn't been applied to my account. I have emailed support, sent them multiple copies of my payment info but i am unable to access the premium features. Now I am not getting any responses to my emails.
The app itself I like a lot, but do not understand why this issue remains unresolved after months of trying to resolve it.
