    I have been using this app for over a year now To date I've lost exactly 30 lbs which was my goal but I'm going to continue to use it because it helps me keep track of calories burned and consumed. It also opened my eyes to portion control Just because the food may be healthy there are still limits :-) Highly recommend this easy to use app

    So easy to use. Helps me keep on track with calories and water intake. Only suggestion I have is to incorporate a way to count activities such as individual squats or miles walked instead of only the time spent doing the activity.

    Has an expansive database of food calorie counts and a well designed interface. After using it for a month, I'm very pleased with its performance even without the pro upgrade. The only thing I'd recommend for the pro features is to incorporate the NIDDK's updated math that accurately simulate weight loss as in its online body weight planner. The app currently uses the 3500 calorie deficit = 1 lb lost per week math, which does not predict long term weight loss well.

    I was recently diagnosed with IBS, which means I've had to overhaul my diet. No grains, caffeine, refined sugar, and dairy in extreme moderation. I was struggling with getting enough calories for the day but once I started tracking my calories with Lose It, I was able to make sure I was reaching my minimum. For so many years, I was getting too many calories and now I'm on the opposite spectrum. I also love being able to track my weight loss by date to insure I'm not losing too much weight too quickly. I just lost 30 pounds! 13 more to go!

    I love how easy Loseit is to use and the ability to sign up for challenges. I was skeptical about upgrading to Premium but the added information, features, and abilities are definitely worth it in my eyes. Using Loseit in the past I've lost nearly 70lbs, and am now seeking to both lose the weight and keep it off simply by logging and living a more active, health lifestyle. With all the tools and information available in the Loseit Arsenal it's definitely worth it!

    The versatility of this app allows you to become accountable for all of your actions good (calories burned) and bad (calories consumed.) You can count all calories including beer etc with just a scan of the barcode. Then capture calories burned by syncing it with your Apple Watch which allows you to log all of your activities and steps you take. I had this for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds (with extensive dieting of course) but I could see my net calories and adjust my exercise accordingly.

    When I started my journey over 2 years ago, I was 315 pounds and had never been taught about nutrition. I knew I needed a lifestyle change not just a diet. The gym just wasn't enough, even though with all my medical issues any gym time was better than holding down my couch. My daughter showed me the LoseIt app. I saw a change in my eating habits immediately. If you don't lie to yourself while putting your data in the system, you WILL succeed! Use LoseIt everyday.     Great program and simple to use. Simply log what you eat and you will learn which foods to avoid. If you want it you can achieve it. I am a 52 year old man and I struggled with losing 35lbs since college and I have lost it. If I can anyone can. Good luck.

    One of the greatest challenges anybody can have is knowing their daily calorie consumption. Lose It achieves that objective and helps you keep track of your weight goals. I would be lost without it and would never achieve my weight loss.

    It works ! I mean I am using it for only 1 week and I lost 2 pounds. I can control mostly everything. Every food that I eat is in the list. I am not from USA and even some traditional meals from my country are there. Only thing is that it's kind of annoying that I can't log with meters and kilograms.

    I've been Using this for 3 weeks and overall like it very much. There is some bogus food data in the database but it is usually obviously wrong. The scan feature is great and saves entry time. The results are evident so this is a very helpful tool.

    Love that it keeps me honest. Loves that it has so many tools and also that it has many of the foods that I eat! As someone who eats well already, it's always been tough to use some weight loss apps because they didn't have a data bank that covered places like WF and TJ's...this does!!

    I was so disappointed when the feature-rich free version of MyFitnessPal disappeared and it cost $50 per year. What??? From free to $50 a year??? So I found Lose It! Fell in love with their feature-rich free version full of great graphics and much more engaging than MyFitnessPal. I saw in the version history that it is constantly being updated and improved, and decided to purchase a lifetime premium subscription about a month ago which I don't regret! Great app with so many great features!

    This app works great! I've lost 16 pounds and counting over the last 4 months. It makes it easy to track what you eat. I've recommended it to several friends and they are losing weight with it, too! I recommend 1lb a week as a goal, so that it is doable and you don't feel hungry.
