    I have been finding a lot of alternate and incomple food items, where the Restaurant or product name is the same. many that do not match with the current nutrition labels, or are missing large portions of the nutrition label. Calorie counts can be off by Hundreds, either over or under for the same item. I have also been finding lots of food scans on the barcode seriously flawed. Sometimes showing Chickes Breasts when it was thin sliced round wheat bread. Even when reading the labels for the bread with the store venders they fluctuated and sometimes had mulit-grain for whole wheat. Their projected weight loss varies all over the place as it if was based on one day only and not the running total of calories saved verses one days overage. Let's face it, 15 days savings of 200-600 cals saved per day, and one day of going over by 150 cals is not going to make a years difference in projected weight loss. Also, by having one days 1200 cal minimum is not going to cut off 6 months so you can look buff in the summer. LOL. While there are some nice features to the program, you really must learn how to manipulate the program to your best advantage. The USDA has a much better food and nutrition db than what is being presented here, with easy access to all nutrition info currently in use. These people should clear out all the user supplied info or go through it and actually weed out all the garbage'. If you set up a menu plan with the nutritional items added so you can really see what you eat you would be better served. Also, in their user added recipe section, once you added a recipe with all the ingredients, all you are left with is a sum total, you cannot modify it in any way via the ingredients so for home made omelette's for instance today you might have one group of ingredients and tomorrow the same ingredients but proportioned differently, well you have to start over and end up with 25 different recipes all based on your whim for the day. We should be able to modify our own recipe, for heavens sake. You cannot find this all out unless you pay for the premium, then what are you to do, throw away the money while you look for something better? And then you have to buy their premium to find out its flaws and weakenesses? The company does seem to have a good attitude for the most part. Oh, one last thing. Logging on to their website takes a while to "hook up", it may be they do not have enough servers to handle the users.

    I've used this app on and off for a few years. It always gets me back on track toward my fitness goals. I've dropped over 70 pounds since I started using LoseIt! and the app has been a huge part of my success. The database of foods is very extensive and the Interface is very user-friendly. I'd love to eventually see it integrate with other fitness trackers (I use Amazfit to monitor steps and sleep and would love for it to sync with LoseIt!), just to save some time and keystrokes, but it's not a huge deal. LOVE this app and I use it a lot. Like I said, the more I use it, the better I do the b staying focused on my health and wellness goals.

    this app is truly great! the food calories they have as options maybe off by a few numbers but... its no big deal... 10 cals more 10 less... i have been using this app since early/mid Feb of this year and now, day 44, i have lost about 13lbs... its really helping me keep track of what i eat and the calories i consume ... overall, i have to say you have to be 100% with this and be CONSISTENT!!! this app is not going to get you of off your butt and make you eat healthier, less and go work out ... YOU have to do that! this is for logging purposes and it does really help... i only say this because some people think the app is going to miraculously do the job for them🙄

    I really love this app! The only issue I'm having is the big difference has it calorie counts for the exact same thing. I found this numerous times and had to go to a nutritional website to find the right count which sometimes has been off by 100s of calories ( a big deal when you are counting calories) I have also had numerous items scan at the completely wrong food or have very different calorie counts even when when I scan, so pay attention. If it wasn't for those issues I would have given 5 stars, all in all a great App

    I have the free version, so there are limited features. However, I feel like it's worked pretty great for my needs. It won't let me track my water intake, but I can use other apps and then obtain a complete view from the Health app (iPhone). Will definitely recommend

    I've used this app for years and have recently upgraded to the premium version. I'm still not sure what all the benefits of the upgrade are, but I'm working on figuring it out. The app itself is very easy to use and, since I've had it for many years, I've also tried to experiment with many others and have always returned to LoseIt. I have lost 50+ pounds with it in the past and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to keep themselves accountable.

    Beautiful graphical presentation. Huge database of brand barcodes. Doesn't remember my previously-eaten brands, so I'm forced to scroll through an endless alphabetical list when I record my favorite vanilla yogurt. Every. Single. Time. The incessant pop-ups nagging me to upgrade to premium killed my initial enthusiasm. Retired this app in favor of another.

    Love this app! After you enter your goals it provides a breakdown of how many calories you should have at each meal. So if I have a splurge meal it will adjust the remaining calories for the rest of the day. It's definitely a great reminder of your calorie intake to keep you mindful of your eating habits. And I love the bar code scan ability! Makes it so much more easy to log food! I dont know why they keep asking me to upgrade to premium for $49 a year. I don't need it and the app is great without the upgrade.

    I used this program a couple of years ago and lost 40 pounds. I have used it for the past two months now and lost another 20. It's important that you log absolutely everything you eat. Walking every day helps as well. I like this program because I can't eat whatever I want no judgment. I just have to watch portions and stop when I reach my allotted calories.

    I can't believe this app is free! I noticed it on the Apple commercial ran during American Idol and was curious to check it out. Boy, am I glad I did! I love this App. I love the calorie budget approach. Since my iPhone is always with me, I use it the same way I use my wallet. I can't spend more money than I actually have with me. So, that's how I treat my daily "calorie budget". I've completed my 1st week and lost 4.5 lbs Great user interface that gets better with time since everything you log is saved in the app and can be used for future use when you eat those items again. Nicely designed graphs that keep me motivated to stay within my budget and feel great seeing progress. Thank you for a must keep front page App!!!

    I am now down 35 pounds, 30 of them since joining Lose It in March 2016. Great tool. I would be lost without it. I weigh and measure and keep track daily. So after using Lose it for an entire year I am maintaining my 35 pound weight loss. I upgraded to premium for a year in February 2017 only because there was a special deal. I love Lose it and now I can plan my meals in advance. I will continue to use this app to help me maintain my weight.

    This is the best weight loss app ever. The only problem I have is that some of the food items do not give all of the nutritional information. Everything else is wonderful! I have upgraded to the premium and it worth every dollar. I have to watch my sodium intake and this app is very helpful. I also love the fact that it works along with my Fitbit app! When I walk so far I'm given extra calories! They also show you your eating patterns and help you make adjustments to healthier eating choices.

    I came back for my national sales meeting seeing all these friends of mine would fit bit watches. I guess I probably get sick and tired of making excuses why I couldn't lose weight and change my life. So I picked up a fit bit watch, and then found this great app online. I started with the free option and quickly went to premium. All these three ingredients helped transform my life. I've lost 30 pounds in two months, but best of all I have a new healthy life in front of me. This isn't a diet for me it's a change of life! I have a new bicycle coming in this week. I'm a competitive person and all these tools are maybe just the ingredients you may need for a new change of life.
