Brilliant app 5/5
By Against current
I count on it, really fantastic
User friendly 5/5

Great app! Easy to use
Deteriorating rapidly 2/5
This used to be a great app. It offers a unified inbox and several other features the iPhone mail app does not. However, lately it's become very slow – it takes several minutes to load, much longer than the built-in app or the Gmail app. Further, the organize mail by thread option has become a wonky. This app needs a lot of work.
Badge number is never accurate 4/5
I like the app, but the badge app showing the number of unread emails is almost never accurate.
Excellent Mobile Application 5/5
By Shean B
This app is great for mobile email. The management of attachments and links make this more professional than any other out there.
Love this app 5/5
By Dan Henderson
I absolutely love this app. It keeps me connected to the information I need on the go. I've been using it for approximately 4 months now with no issues.
No Drafts syncing is a dealbreaker 2/5
Overall this is a nice app. But not syncing my drafts - for both Gmail and my Office 365 account - is a huge fail. Many other apps (eg Spark) sync drafts for both accounts. Why can't Outlook do the same???
Broken Watch App 1/5
I echo other users' complaints that the latest update broke my watch app. It crashes on launch web after rebooting the watch. On the phone app, the focused inbox is great. But, the use of space is terrible in the email and calendar part of the app. Lots of wasted space means only a few events are visible at any one time.
Supports a wide range of accounts 5/5
I've been impressed with Outlook for iPhone and its integrative support for a wide range of email accounts.
Push notifications still broken 1/5
Two updates ago the app forced you to log into your accounts again in order to "update." Since then push notifications for email have been broken; sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. When deleting and moving emails around on my computer, the app on the phone freaks out and starts sending new email notifications when there are none. New features should never destroy the basic functionality of the app.
Add Todoist for Tasks 3/5
It would be great to have a plugin for Todoist.
This has become my main app for mail.
Just OK 3/5
The two biggest issues I have with this app, is that it frequently moves important mail to the Clutter folder. You would think that if I had initiated an email to someone it wouldn't show up in theJjunk folder, however, it does. Because of this, when I want to check new email, I have to look into three folders. Very annoying.
Way better than Apples mail app 5/5
By FW, WA
This mail app is way better than the built-in Apple Mail app. It sorts your entire conversation including sent emails. Very convenient and productive for business.
Great App - I'd be lost without it 5/5
Great UI. East to use. Focus feature great for prioritizing the email to read.
Used to be the best... 2/5
By Evil Midnight Bomber
...until Microsoft decided I should have truncated emails, now with no "load more" option - just truncated. Maybe it's just me, but I prefer to actually be able to read the entirety of each email. Hey Microsoft, at least allow me the option to turn off truncation and receive full email content. You don't know best. Until then, I'll keep looking for a better app.
Great Program, But I Can't Use It for Now 3/5
By Nicky G App
I love many of the features of the application. The calendar is terrific and far superior to other calendar apps.
Alas, I had to stop using it again. The primary reason is that the test is WAY TOO SMALL for the emails. The emails aren't getting formatted to the mobile device. For regular emails as part of a conversation, the test is really small and I have to zoom and slide back and forth. For mass, formatted emails, they aren't formatted to a mobile device and the text is too small.
I'll try back in three months.
Love Outlook App 4/5
This Outlook App is super easy to use. I like the view and ease of navigating from inbox to calendar and folders.
Great App! 5/5
This is a must have app if you are an MS Exchange user!
Lazy developers 1/5
Add one line message preview option.
New update constantly crashing.
Good work 4/5
It's a good app but search needs to get much better too slow and it doesn't show all the results quickly compare with desktop; cannot filter mails with attachment
Horrible app 1/5
I would give this negative stars if possible. I put my email account in and it will not accept my password which is absolutely correct! Then when I go through prompts under "Won't accept password" in order to help it keeps asking for my password. Total crap. Do t waste your time!!
Watch app crashes 3/5
Recent changes have not been kind to the WatchOS app.
First, the icon doesn't show on the watch anymore - but I know that black space is where I launch Outlook.
Second, it often just crashes when it's trying to refresh on opening the watch app.
Deleting and reloading the app to the watch, watch restarts, do not resolve.
Good But Missing Something 4/5
By Bob Walters
I find that Outlook works very well and is easy to setup. In addition, it worked without any setup drama. The only thing I find odd is that I can not copy text out of my email. Perhaps I just do not know how as I don't use my iPAD as my main email platform but it does seem lacking. It seems silly that I have to forward an email to another account so I can open it to copy something from it.
Outlook works very well 5/5
Outlook works well across my PC and IOS devices. I really like the email and scheduling features, which I've implemented for my small business via Office 365 Premium. My clients are big corps who themselves have Office and my communications are very efficient with them. MS keeps giving me reasons to stick around.
Usually good, recently broke 3/5
I've been using Outlook for several months and it is fantastic. Being able to swipe one direction to archive and the other direction to delete emails makes my inbox a breeze to keep clean. I also like the calendar integration.
However, a week or two ago the app started cutting off long emails with no way of seeing the part that is cut off. This makes a lot of my newsletter-style emails impossible to read, which is really frustrating. I wouldn't even be mad if it had been fixed within a few days, but I'm not even sure Microsoft is aware of the problem due to how long it has continued. I'm seriously considering going to a different app, which makes me sad because of the swiping feature.
Great app 5/5
I love the useability.
Junk mail 2/5
Junk constantly coming into inbox....needs a better filter
Deleted all my email account 1/5
After the update, it deleted all my email account, I need to re-setup all the email account with outlook! Fail!
It's cool I guess 3/5
This app works when I need it to. Nothing really special about so I don't have much to say
Great App for e-mail 4/5
push notifications stopped working 1/5
last app update asked me to re-login to my gmail account for some reason. upon doing so, push notifications no longer works for new emails. msft fail.
Great App 5/5
I love this app! Duper efficient and helpful
Landscape view please!!! 3/5
I use Outlook but I don't love it. I have a 6s plus, and I just want my emails to be full screen when I turn my phone sideways. Is that too much to ask??? Spark does it. Hell, even basic iPhone Mail does it. Why can't you? Why??
Why is the badge app icon still broken 2/5
This is such a good app, but the fact that the badge app icon is still broken takes away from it. Please fix this as it's annoying to think that you have mail, but when you open it there's really nothing.
Only rating because it won't stop bothering me about it
Works fine 5/5
I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. It generally does what it's supposed to. It is missing some basic features though, like formatting signatures and alert customization.
Program Manager 4/5
By DE Bus User
Excellent mobile interface for outlook. E-mail works great and the calendar is good, much better than prior / other apps used.
Can't print 2/5
After most recent update everything I print from my iPhone or iPad prints as HTML code and doesn't look anything like the email and isn't readable. I'm going back to standard Apple mail.
Latest update is unusable 1/5
It hangs and fails to sync with Gmail. Latest messages are 2 days old. I've had to revert to other apps because I can't get this one to sync anymore. Heartbreaking.
Microsoft ruined a good product 1/5
Email refreshes suddenly take forever, search can't find emails, weird formatting changes that can't be controlled by the user. As is their wont, Microsoft took a great product and slowly stripped it of all functionality. Time to move on.
Buena app 4/5
Lo que no consigo es que se sincronicen los mensajes enviados desde la app del iPhone con los de la computadora.
Great! Until recently... 2/5
Last month or so had introduced a lot of bugs it seems.
Emails don't always come through when sent and instead come in bunches.
Notifications pop up, but refuse to open in Outlook.
Email comes through in Outlook on my iPad, but doesn't show on my iPhone.
I've been a user since Outlook launched on iPhone and I've loved it. Hopefully these bugs can get worked out.
Integration is Horrible 1/5
I might be one of the last with a yahoo email but to often every time the app loads I have to sign back in to my email. I'd assume this has more of a security breach than yahoo in general... Get it right... Feels like another Microsoft problem
Love it but... 4/5
I really like using Outlook calendar. It fits my minimal needs perfectly. But, it only works inconsistently with the Apple Watch series 1 which I really wanted it to do. This is why I'm going to give it only a 4 star rating.
Works Great! 5/5
Very convenient. I have a personal email with outlook and a business email with office 365 and this app lets me access both at the same time!
Love the app 5/5
By JAC The Joker
I have tried every email app out there and I have to say I finally found the one I like. Only one thing is missing a way to track packages like with the basic email app I the App Store other then that I'm loving outlook for iOS
By T Lynn Hawk
Just wanted an email to communicate with a small group of volunteers, about 35 folks. Would not retain addresses, would not send out a group mailing because it might be spam, and finally would not let me access the account at all! Contacted tech support, they could fix my problems in 20-25 minutes for a fee of $99.95! Yes, the price of $99.95 was confirmed as needed to fix my account. No, thank you! Beware!
