No need to micro manage USER FRIENDLY!! 5/5
By DRS PEST
Estimating our mileage was costing us more because we were claiming HALF of what we really drove each year !
NOW THAT I HAVE , set up everything I could I already see we DO drive more for our business than originally thought! I don’t need to see every stop or label every stop but I like how I can personalize specific stops for business and personal, I believe simple is best and this is the BEST SIMPLE program that does everything. Very user friendly!

I have used the Mile I Q App for 2 years now its awesome . Easy to Navigate and good gps snycrinization.
First few days of use - so far, so good 4/5
I find the app very user friendly. I like I can add notes about the trip, making it easier to categorize for taxes. I wish I had this app last year!
Simple, very helpful 5/5
Been using a few days now, really like the simplicity.
So far so good! 5/5
I am in the trial stage but love that this runs in background and all I have to do is swipe left or right to classify personal versus business. This will be my most accurate year of logging ever!
EASY EASY EASY!!!! 5/5

I wish I would have had this years ago. I have kept up with mileage every way imaginable and this app is a no brainer. Thank you for creating one of the best tools I use today to save time and money. You guys ROCK!!!!
Does nothing 1/5
I’ve been through the get started and help features and still this app does nothing. I will be deleting and going back to pen and paper🙄
Said free ... only 40 trips then you have to pay 3/5
By sad free wasnt true statement
First 40 trips are then you have to pay. Cheaper than quick books but not as reliable source so not even going to bother with it. This is my second time downloading and then once in app realizing why I left. Hopeful to find what I’m looking for and what they say their app is, otherwise just gonna stock with quick books.
I was really excited about this app when I was introduced to it. Unfortunately it doesnlt calculate correctly and several times a week a msg pops up that the app shut off. I paid for a years service and I have to have accuracy for tax purposes. Anyway this can be fixed? Thank you
Making keeping my 2018 NY resolution easy! 5/5
So simple to use...I was complaining to a friend that all I wanted was an app that would simply classify my drives by popping up on my screen. “Yeah, that exists,” they stated. Boy does it! Thanks mileiq!
Tracks what I can’t 5/5
By Francis 3123
Very useful app that helps me organize my business miles from my personal miles. Very happy I found it!🙂
This thing is awesome have referred several friends you also love it.
Doesn’t work 1/5
Literally have had so many problems. First app wasn’t working and i left review and they fixed it. Now after switching my settings to turning on my log when i want for work the app turned itself back on and started counting my drives so now when i actually need it for work all my free 40 drives have been completely used with out my knowledge cause i never switch the setting to automatically log. I’m very upset and am working again and really need the logs for my drive today.
Works fairly well. Much neater than a paper log 4/5
Please add an option to manually capture drives with a start/stop button in the app. For Uber drivers this would be helpful for separating different drives, rather than having one 200 mile drive with only one start and stop point. It would also nice to be able to view, edit, and add drives from the app.
I still have to keep a temporary paper log, as I've had drives missed by the app and had to add them manually. But, overall the app is very helpful with minor issues. Make sure you pay attention, watch for missing drives, and classify daily.
This app is a life saver!!! 5/5
I’m a Home Health nurse, so I do a lot of driving to see patients and for my patients. My company doesn’t pay us mileage, so I keep track of it myself for tax purposes go at least help a little bit to offset the cost of everything each year. I’ve had this app a full year now, and it hasn’t failed me at all!
So Easy to use 5/5
This is the best mileage app that I have used. Simple way to categorize each drive every day. Swipe each direction for every trip and you have separated personal from business.
Issues app 1/5
By Jon Gamerboy
I drive for work share ride, but it still missed, work hour, I set a schedule time, but it said “error saving work hours. Please try again”, and I drive time count, send to business or personal, or trash, but they are back again itself, I resend to them, still it back. Fix it soon!
Nice but needs to be more accurate 3/5
By Whatever Clever
The app is so helpful however i lost a whole months worth of drives since the app has quitted for some reason which i don understand why it happened the good thing is that i still write my drives but i need the app to work for me as long as my phone is open and my data is working. But i have to admit the app is so so worth every penny u spend on it keep up the hard work folks.
I often had trouble remembering to keep up with mileage, particularly when changing cars. This app has been so helpful to me. The maps also help me remember where I have been and what kind of mileage was used
Broken Up Driving Trips 2/5
This app broken up a drive into segments. An 80 mile drive one Way was broken down to 5 segments and that was without stop and go traffic.
Doesn’t register all drives 1/5
I’m trying to use this for Uber and Lyft but it unfortunately does a poor job of logging every ride. You have to be still for 10-15 minuets for it to register a ride. Not gonna tell my passenger hold on one second so my drive to you is registered and then I can start your ride. Also you do have the ability to manually put in your rides on the website but it would be quite tedious to go in and put in every single ride I do each day and then remember each location I went after a ride to wait for another so I can log that too. I’m better off just adding up my drive history between both Uber and Lyft.
If the developers had any intelligence they would add a start/stop ride button to fix this. Especially for paying $60 for a years subscription. I’m going to request a refund for this and look for a better mileage tracker.
An awesome automatic way to track mileage for personal and business trips!
New To Use The App 5/5
So far so good. This week will be the test. Also, getting used to separating personal to specific categories instead of “P or B”.
Didn’t work 1/5
Getting deleted because it didn’t work.
Great app! 5/5
Super easy, super useful.
Quick, easy, and accurate accounting of my business vs. personal miles.
Not bad 5/5
Just started to use
Manually Enter Trips? 4/5
Is there a way to do this in case of missed trips? When the app doesn’t catch drives there should be a way to go back log where you went or add a trip.
Using all my drives on my weekends instead of when I need them 1/5
This needs to change to where when you want to use your free drives it lets you like for business instead of personal I haven’t used it for work yet and I’m already 8 drives in that’s crazy. How am I supposed to know it’s worth the five dollar charge when I won’t be able to calculate my business drives. What a bummer I thought this was going to be cool
Short timer. 5/5
By steve pyles.
I’ve only used for less then one month, but so far, it’s spot on! Every trip logged to perfection. Thanks for the ease of this app. Steve.
Easy and Ideal 5/5
I'm a real estate agent and this app is simple and straightforward to use. I was never on top of writing down my mileage and would miss recording some trips. This allows me to categorize my travels when I have time and remember. Definitely worth it!
So far so good.... 5/5
I plan on driving for InstaCart and Uber but I have not begun yet. I am logging personal miles right now just to get acquainted with Mile IQ. We will see how it does when I start logging all 3 mileage tracking!
Easy to use 4/5
I love that I can auto classify personal trips. I also like the fact that if I accidentally classify it wrong I can go back and change it.
Cool App... Not Very Accurate Though 2/5
I like this app in concept and I think it has great design (interface). I am an Uber Driver and I am sad to report, this app seems to miss a lot of rides. Hopefully the developer works the kinks out.
Very accurate 5/5
As long as the app is open it tracks every drive. Even if you ride in someone else’s car. It’s so easy to use with swiping left for personal and right for business. Very happy to have this app!!
Love it so far! Better than nothing! 4/5
By Rob Speewack
I’ve only been using the app for about a week now but this is the easiest possible way to track these drives that I can think of. Being able to regain any money back on business expenses is better than the complicated pen and paper solution of the past!
Good so far 4/5
Like it so far...
Not even able to create account. 1/5
I followed instructions to create an account and an email was never sent to verify my email address. Lost me before we ever got started.
By Ben hodges
Yeah this app is very helpful but asking for $60 a year is kind of too much
Not autoclassifying work trips 2/5
By Zoinx Shaggy
Not picking up and/or autoclassifying all of the only two routine business. These are the only two business travel trips I take and they follow exactly the same route every time (these trips run between two work sites in a reciprocal routing). I am also noting “unknown location” popping up frequently on the trips that it does log.
So far not so good 1/5
By 2:1 Resonance
This app did not record my first trip so I’m already losing money and you want $60.00 annually for this app, lol!!!!!!
Using the app 5/5
Not a tech guy but this is easy!
We switched from gas reimbursement to mileage this year w our business. Should b better n this makes it easy.
Several Problems! 1/5
1. I wanted a refund for a recent auto-renewal. MileIQ told me I would have to cancel the app through iTunes; iTunes told me o could cancel the subscription but no refund from them. I would have to keep it until 2019. MileIQ would give me a refund because they say I subscribed through iTunes. 2. App misses several trips a week. 3. I named one of my waypoints/destinations and the app kept using that label for almost every starting or stopping point on trips. Had them cancel the waypoint label and then the trips showed nothing as the starting/stopping point(s). 4. Good luck getting any customer support using anything else but email. No phone number customer service at all. Good luck getting them to understand your problem(s) through email. Cannot give more than 1 star.
Great program 5/5
It is a perfectly wonderful program. I just wish I had purchased it a year earlier. Thanks guys.
Great app 5/5
Mile IQ is great for tracking your miles for work and personal use. It has several advantages like auto recording frequent trips and a new function that lets you link several drives together. Great job guys.
My introduction to MileIQ 5/5
By Joe Grateful
Before MileIQ I did not have a practical way to log my miles. So for many years I really lost out on getting credit for business miles. MileIQ is great, just a swipe right for business left for personal and you are done. It writes the reports and wow! I am so grateful for MileIQ, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to keep track of their business miles for tax purposes.
Needs refinement 3/5
By Senior Mover
I think it misses some of my trips. I want to go back and see previous trips and I can’t find them. The startup tutorial was not detailed in how you actually set up the program. It needs to be rewritten for clarity of the proper procedure to correctly set up an account.
Swiping left or right is an oversimplification of the set up.
Doing great for me!
