All this “app” does is open your internet browser and TRY to load the catalog.... how about you just load the catalog into the app? Gee what a crazy idea.... 🙄
This app used to be so great! Now it's not even an app anymore, it's a website. And it crashes every use😡 need a change real quick!!

Depois dessa última atualização, o aplicativo ficou horrível! Ele só serve para te redirecionar para o site onde demora mais de 5 minutos para carregar, isso quando carrega e não dá erro. O outro era muito melhor, ocupava mais espaça, mas pelo menos servia como um e-catálogo. Favor reverem as atualizações. Precisamos do app justamente para ser mais ágil, coisa que com esse se torna impossível.

I rarely am frustrated enough to actually write a review...but this app update warrants it! Unless you have a strong wifi, the e-catalog wont load in under 10 minutes. And since it has to load EVERYTIME you want to use it now, it's essential useless. It was awesome to not need to carry a paper catalog with me all the time but in order to answer my clients questions in a timely and professional manner, I now need to again. I've been using this app at least 4/week since it was launched...can we please "undo" this latest update until it can be more user friendly again??

This new update is horrible. I don't like the setup at all and I cannot access the catalog without going to a pdf format in safari and waiting for 15 minutes before it loads. This update is a disappointment and it makes running a business difficult when we have to wait for the pages to load. Please fix this
Newest Update Ruined It 1/5
I used to use this app A LOT due to the instant access of the e-catalogs (after initial download) but now that I have to re-load the catalog EACH time, it essentially useless. I've had to apologize to customers and tell them I'll look it up when I get back to my car/home where I have hard copies of Look Book. Please go back to the original app format!
New App 1/5
The new app update LOOKS really good and organized, but it is completely useless. It doesn't have a "shopping cart" and everything you look at isn't even IN the app, it re-opens everything in your browser as a pdf. It's a terrible flaw.
Updates aren't always a good thing 2/5
Having used this app for the last year, I am very frustrated with this update. Now it looks like I have to access a site instead of it being on the app, not great for places that don't have great cell service and no wifi. Also, it takes quite a while to download each time it is open. When I am just trying to quickly look something up for a customer, there is a very awkward wait while I uncomfortably share that the new app isn't the greatest. And, we used to be able to access all the pages at once, like a thumbnail glossary, to quickly choose the page we needed. Now I have to scroll through every single page one at a time, slowly I might add, to get to the page I want. AND, you can't zoom in on the pages to see individual items close up. So if I wanted to see something for myself, or even worse, try to show a customer something, we have a squint to try to read it. I use this app to try to avoid carrying catalogs everywhere I go and I like being able to send these to customers who haven't gotten the catalog in the mail yet. I will not be sharing this eCatalog with them now because it is no longer user-friendly. Please consider these frustrations when making bug updates. This current update actually makes me feel less empowered, which I don't think was the intent. Thank you!

As a consultant I love this App! It's so helpful... It helps to educate me on the products offered by Mary Kay so that I can educate my customers! It works perfectly and I love it!
The app lies! Pictures the ability to purchase stuff but nope, you can't! Their website is even worse!!!
I cannot even open this app. It tells me I'm not connected to wifi when I'm just at home! I have an iPhone 6 and it is the newest version of this app!

Cannot even complete my purchase with the app. Every time I click "go to cart," it adds 1 more of everything that I am trying to purchase. When I change my quantities and add my beauty consultant, it won't go any further to allow me to complete my purchase. When I try to sign in to my account, it takes me to a screen saying that I am not allowed to access this site. Very frustrating trying to use the app AND website from my phone!!!

Open the app, you get an error message saying no internet connectivity. Click "okay" and the error message comes up over & over again. Total disappointment. Don't waste your time on this one.

How to update Look Book? 3/5
I really like having the app but it has stumped me. I still have the August Look Book. I can't get it to load the current magazine. I tried the edit button. I tried doubling clicking the mag, holding down on the mag, etc. Help please!!

When I use the app it loads but the screen is blank even after 5 minutes! I deleted it and then redownloaded it and it showed up the same! Really disapointed
I installed this app on my iPhone 5S and for some reason it keeps crashing as I'm browsing the Look Book. I was frustrated so I uninstalled it and just used the website to browse product. I wish they had an app to browse and shop on my consultants webpage, similar to their website. Having to download an app, then the catalogs I want to view seems a little pointless when I can just go online to the website. I do like the virtual makeover app though. I love Mary Kay. I'm 35 years old and have been using it since I was 12!

I rely on my ecatalog when I am on the go and I can show the products to my customers ver quick and convenient. It never gets torn or wrinkled like my book when I stuff it in my purse. The visual are great in color and actual show. I use it practically all day with my business.

Is there anything this company cannot do?! Seriously they are at the top for a reason!!! This app is so amazing and it helps me every day in my business as a consultant. I am screenshot and post on Facebook and send info through texts and emails.

I can't always get a catalog in my hand when I want it that's why I'm so thankful that Mary Kay has a digital catalog we can look through to make selections of products. If any one here in the US or back home in PR who are bilingual and want to join the MK family they are always on the look out for new consultants. Now I know you might be asking, is she a consultant to be saying this? Well unfortunately the answer is no...for now!! But I do hope to join in on the fun in a very near future. Anyways LOVE THIS APP!!!!!!! Happy shopping. Don't forget to contact a MK independent beauty consultant near you
I'm not always able to have physical catalogs with me but I always have my phone on me so I am able to pull up whatever I am needing to show someone.
Always with me when I need it. It's my go to, when on the go. Love being able to access every catalog.
I dont always carry books with me so whenever i want to show something to a costumer i just open the app an like how i can zoom in the pictures!!
