  • No way to cancel??? 1/5

    By Brother Dwayne
Why is it seemingly impossible to cancel my Monthly Premium subscription? Must I resort to cancelling my credit card?
  • Audio Streaming Really Bad with New Update 5/5

    By Akron Area
Version 10.6.0: I just updated my iOS to 11.1.2 and now the wide screen goes narrow as if I rotated my phone 90 degrees. Is this a AtBat issue?
  • Decent 3/5

    By Jacob Vitale
I’d give this app 5 stars any day but it’s not optimized for the iPhone X otherwise it’s a great app for highlights, watching live and checking stats.
  • You pay even after the season is over 3/5

    By ReneeVonB
Does the job well enough, but be careful. It's a subscription that doesn't end after the season. They will keep charging you unless you unsubscribe (and finding how to do that from your phone is not easy).
  • Best mlb app 3/5

    By jhyfx
Add iPhone X support and fix the crashing

    By Up atBat
I been having hard time try to UNSUBSCRIBE a yearly mistake subscription and every year this app charges $19.99 to my card just for don’t find the option to do it

Where in the world is the iPhone X optimization?
  • Great App!! 5/5

    By ColdVicious24
Even better when TMobile gives you a free subscription.
  • Nice app 4/5

    Super cool 👌🏻
  • App will not start on iPhone X 1/5

    By RNJohn
When I select MLB At Bat, it shows the title and the the spinner but no app on my iPhone X.

    Great app but always crashes
  • This app steals your money! 1/5

    By Hellhound2008!
I cancelled the service manually AND by contacting them over the phone through their 800 number. Both times I was assured I would not be billed and yet I am still charged? Now I am having to close the entire account to avoid being charged. Beware!
  • Waste of ten bucks 1/5

    By The Foog
You can not view live games, even after ten bucks on in-app purchases. A notice says no live coverage allowed. Would be nice to know that before wasting money.
  • Notification Spoilers 3/5

    By DJ'er
Score change notifications came ~3-5 seconds earlier for World Series than watching on OTA TV. Really spoiled the suspense on whether or not a ball was going over the wall. Phone buzzed = HR even though the batter is currently swinging the bat. Had to turn off notifications.
  • Requires another $24.95 to watch! 1/5

    By Schwantzo
The $2.99 gives you absolutely nothing!
  • World Series Blacked out???? 3/5

    By 1000 crazy women
I have subscribed to this app for years and loved it. I pay for the premium package. This is the first year it blacked out World Series coverage. NOT COOL. NOT COOL AT ALL.
  • Lol 5/5

    By Myassislikecandy
I don’t even have the app lol
  • Stinks 1/5

    By fkgaza
This app will eventually drive you nuts. Must have been designed by the NFL Players union. Every two minutes it pops up and will want your Apple ID. Why? I already paid for my monthly subscription. The only way to stop it is too remove it. Absolutely aweful. I love baseball. Why are they hell bent on making people HATE baseball I will never understand. Morons.
  • Blackouts? Is this the NFL? 3/5

    By vanilla godzilla
How about instead of blacking our viewers from certain games you just play your partners feeds? That way I don’t have to download other apps to watch it on appleTV? Also service tends to be laggy sometimes.
  • Sneaky 1/5

    By ech2r
I bought the subscription last night to watch the World Series since this app claims to let you watch live games. They don’t say until AFTER you pay $10.00 that they aren’t covering the World Series, only Fox is. So irritated. Waste of money.
  • Overall ok, but it can spoil games! 3/5

    By osogalactic
I mostly like this all while I’m not actively watching games, but when I am, this app tends to spoil the fun. It consistently updates when a HR is made or score change happens way before it reaches the broadcast I’m watching. I wish the app delayed notifications a bit to match streams/broadcasts. I could just turn off notifications when watching games but that seems tedious.
  • Relief from Joe Buck...LIVE KBME 4/5

    By RDWolfe
Tireless of looking at his ugly mug? Listen to Steve and Matt on KBME..Sorry, Mr Buck is just an egomaniac...Howard Costello would say, “This Buck guy likes listening to himself talk huh?” The scoreboards and pitch by pitch elements are excellent...the app is the bat boy electronics keeping score. If you didn’t subscribe for the year, and you are an Astro or LA fa, you need this app, or a lot of Jack Daniels to handle the endless railings of Jack Bucks mistaken legacy. Sorry Jack. Go Astros.
  • Fake! Lies! 1/5

    By Jonneysmooth
You can’t watch games with the $3.00 a month like it advertises. They lie to get three dollars out of you then ask for $24.00 a month to actually watch games. Complete waste.
  • Too many ads 1/5

    By BO from IL
There have always been too many ads on this app, and now they start automatically playing video ads any time I want to read an article.
  • Nice but horrible 1/5

    By stoptheshitstartthepit
If you live in New York City and want to catch a Yankees or Mets game with this it's not the app for you. I wasted so much money just hoping to watch a game at work but most are blacked out. If you live in NYC and are a Cubs fan maybe you will have more luck. Don't waste your money and read the blackout restrictions. Don't be like me, another angry Yankees fan.
  • Doesn’t load the scores and is behind 1/5

    By Busterlv
Not very reliable anymore. Sits there forever and doesn’t load the scores and current game.
  • MLB 5/5

    By 05.28.17 at😛
So cool when u can't watch games at home
  • Ad keeps popping up every few seconds. 1/5

    By Mp3........
All of a sudden I get a car ad every few seconds when I’m not even watching a video. I’ll just be on a team looking at scores or reading news. What is going on?!?!?!
  • Love, but wish "Hide Scores" was default 4/5

    By lawsofphysics
10/17/17 UPDATE. I JUST WAITED ALL DAY ON THE WEST COAST AVOIDING ALL SOCIAL MEDIA, TO WATCH A GAME THAT STARTED AT 2PM ON THE EAST COAST, ONLY TO TURN ON THE APP AND SEE THE SCORE. WHAT IS THE POINT?!? CAN YOU PLEASE PUT THE SCORES IN A SEPARATE MENU TAB? Love this app, daily user on multiple devices including AppleTV 4th Gen, AmazonFire, and iPad. Although we set the default on all devices to "Hide Scores," it re-sets itself (possibly after updates?) to "Show Scores." With no way to predict when this will happen, more than a few games are ruined by seeing the score on the opening page, despite having set the app to "Hide Scores." Wish the default was "Hide Scores" and required users to opt-in to "Show Scores." As west coast fans of east coast teams we watch most games after they have ended. Seeing the final score even though we have properly turned on "Hide Scores" is a huge bummer! And yes, we have reinstalled the app and it defaulted back to "Show." Again, multiple devices. Otherwise love and use the heck out of it.
  • Frustrating 1/5

    By Sportsfan68
Watching a game this way is punishing. I love my team but it's unfair these people have a monopoly on distribution. It's a terrible user experience and they couldn't care less.
  • Live streaming doesn’t actually exist with this app. No matter what they say. 1/5

    By RedOne3781
I downloaded the app (and paid for the Post Season package) on to my AppleTV this evening after storms knocked out my dish during the Cubs vs Dodgers game. Based on what I had read, my assumption was that this app would allow me to watch the game live on my AppleTV. Turns out that feature isn’t available on AppleTV. So I downloaded the app onto my iPad in hopes of being able to mirror it onto my AppleTV. Upon opening the app, I was prompted to select my tv provider and then log in to said provider via the user name and password associated with my provider account. I attempted to do this several times and was told my password was incorrect every single time. I reset my password to no avail. No matter what I did I was unable to live stream the game at all. It was error message after error message followed by the app crashing repeatedly. And I got locked out of my provider account. This app is a total waste of my money and I have already requested a refund due to the bait and switch that was pulled on me. If there was a way for me to rate this lower than one star I would. Do not waste your money on this app and subscription service.

  • It’s Okay 3/5

    By The awesome man👍😃
I don’t like it, am I supposed to go to Minute Maid Park just to see a game? I don’t think so. That’s why me and my dad purchased the MLB premium so that we could watch it LIVE. Sadly, it says, “Blackout restriction, you cannot watch the game because you are too close to the area. Okay, I live 4 hours away from Houston, and I still can’t watch it live. I don’t like that. Forget about the blackout restrictions. Nobody likes it.
  • Crashing after each highlight video 1/5

    By IvanFL
This app crashes immediately after playing every single highlight video clip! As if it wasn't already annoying beyond belief that you are tortured by having to watch the exact same stupid commercial before each and every highlight video clip, now it also crashes for you!!! This app used to be very good but the extreme abuse of awful commercials is insane, and now it's buggy too. I could understand one commercial before watching all the highlight clips for one game, but the same 15 second ad before every single 15 second highlight is unforgivable!!!!! *** Update: they fixed the crashing after playing each highlight. However, clearly no one at MLB uses their own app because if they did, they would want to throw their phone into a blender. The amount, frequency and repetitiveness of commercials and ads is simply criminal, especially when you consider how much we pay MLB for this service. These ads annoy people to the point of hating their products and swearing to avoid them. If companies only realized that the money they spend to advertise this way is actually counter-productive, they would stop.
  • Couldn't watch Cubs vs Nationals! 1/5

    By Skiwizzz
Fraudulent! The MLB app promises the ability to watch MLB games live through the app, which is technically true IF you already have the ability to watch the game on cable!!! The MLB app doesn't state the need to have cable or satellite already for the app to work. You need more than an Internet connection. Just use your AT&T or Xfinity app to watch live instead for no extra fee!!!
  • Eff the mlb 1/5

League championship series and can't watch my team without paying $25/Mo. :/
  • Please fix the app 1/5

    By NHL NBA
I am trying to listen to a game. I paid for the season and when I try to listen to a game it’s saying authorization failed. And it won’t let me listen to the game. I’m starting to think why do I wast money to try and listen to games when once and a while the app won’t let me listen to a game that I paid for. I guess I will stick to a regular radio we’re 1 I don’t have to pay and 2 as long as I have power I can always listen to a game no matter what.
  • Good but glitchy 3/5

    By robra26
Excellent way to follow the games overseas. But crashes (every time) once you turn the phone from landscape to upright. When will they fix this crash?
  • Disappointed 2/5

    By royalbands1
Game 5 ALDS switch on the audio to catch the game with MY announcers. Not trying to sync to TV, I just want to listen to the game "Playback failed" It was for nights like this that I bought the app. VERY DISAPPOINTING

  • TV coverage of playoff games is a rip-off! 1/5

    By gowerline
Great app but every year MLB figures out a way to block more games. Dodger games played in San Diego and San Francisco are blocked in L.A. Doesn't make any sense!
  • MLB 1/5

Trying to cancel, but can’t seem to!!! Very frustrating app!!
  • All the sudden... 1/5

    By JoeKnowsNumberfire
All the sudden the app doesn’t work. I was listening to the dodgers game earlier. Tried to put it back on and it says playback failure. 😡😡😡😡😡.
  • App could be awesome and drive revenue 3/5

    By Jkurt13
I listen to my own broadcasters all season but when we get to the playoffsI have to listen to the national broadcast. What is this 1980 something?!? I don't care what the national guys have to say and when it's not my team I could see the home town broadcast could get annoying. So I use this app to try and synch up with my tv and listen to the same play by plan and color guys I hear all year. If you could enhance the app to synch with the tv so I could use your app to listen to my guys I would use it all the time and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So national would get the ad revenue from tv advertising and you could start to sell your broadcast to local markets because you would increase your base significantly. Just add a button to synch with the tv and you'd have something awesome. You could also charge a premium for this because I'd pay at least $10 for the post season to avoid these guys... Thanks for reading... now back to the cubs and trying to stomach Ernie Johnsons play by play...
  • Horrible on iPad Air 2 1/5

    By Gauge032
It's either a bad app or it's just not designed to work on iPad Air 2. It is extremely slow. Anywhere between 10 seconds all the way up to 1 minute behind actual plays. My internet speed is 24 Mbps.
  • Never reliable, numerous freeze errors 1/5

    By Disspointed CW fan
MLB at bat has thee worst reliability of any app I have ever seen or used. I have to uninstall and reinstall (as per their support reps) now 3 times. The errors of freezing, cutting out all together or simply jumps back to my phone home screen continue. I paid $130 for this ?!
  • Waste of money 2/5

    By BadBandit420
If you cut cable and enjoy your local team then this product is a waste of money due to black out restrictions. MLB has not caught up with the times and therefore Baseball will get left behind. You can’t even watch post season baseball without being a cable subscriber. =No value app!
  • Local Blackouts? What Year Is This? 1/5

    By traviswmark
If your favorite team is “local” then you can’t watch the game live. Seriously, if you pay for this service, how are local blackouts still a thing in 2017? People who subscribe should be able to watch any game at any time, regardless of where they’re physically at. Until then, this isn’t worth it.
  • Garbage due to greedy TV executives 1/5

    By moripter
Blackout rules have ruined this app. The fact that I have to sign in with a subscription of a tv network just to stream a playoff game is stupid. The fact that I can’t watch my team’s home games live because of blackout rules is asinine. I don’t get decent over the air TV and I refuse to pay for cable, buying a subscription for this app to watch baseball games live should let me watch all of them! This is a complete waste of money for cord cutters. Screw MLB and the greedy TV network executives they are in bed with. Don’t waste your money with this garbage service. Bye bye MLB, go take a long jump off of a short pier.
