    Moe’s is always my go to place when I’m in town. Unfortunately, I’m just not a fan of the app. The receipt expires in 3 days?! I miss just putting my phone number in at the check out. I felt like I was always earning free food and it made me want to come back sooner. ☹️

    As always, a pleasure. The best deal in town as far food quality/quantity and price. The crew is always friendly and efficient. The only complaint would be occasional difficulty getting a drink when they are busy because the drink station is so small. It's still manageable and well worth the wait. Thanks Moe! Rock on!

    I turned on notifications to get lunch specials and deals at Moe’s. Frequency was fine. However, I HATE having active notifications on any app. After looking at the ones from Moe’s they don’t self-delete if not used, only when redeemed or expired. Should really add the feature of self-removing notifications once they’ve been read. If I see the offer and choose to eat at Moe’s I’ll come by and pull up the app to redeem the offer. If I’m not going to use your offer, I’m not coming by. Having your notification stay active won’t annoy/pester me into coming; it will just annoy me to the point that I turn off notification completely. As a result, I miss your offers and specials and only see what’s going on when I think of you and check your app. Out of sight out of mind often happens and you’re out of my restaurant rotation...all because your notifications won’t go away after they’ve been reviewed...

    My wife and I both tried unsuccessfully to use the app to place an order. Both of us repeatedly keep getting an error message asking us to fix our phone number to a ten digit number. We were using a ten digit number. No spaces no dashes, except the ones it adds and you can’t edit. I would love to place a catering order for 13 people, if only the app would recognize a phone number of all things. PLEASE help me give you my money. I want to give you my money but you’re making it harder than it needs to be.

    Dear Moe’s, I used to be madly in love with your app. Then you took away the note section. I used to be able to tell your workers I don’t want any rice in my bowl because I can’t eat grains. Now they don’t even care that I deselect the rice option. Fix this once beautiful app.

    You had the app perfect before! I could leave a tip in the app, I could leave a note attached to my order I could get it exactly how I wanted it... why did you change it!? What made you break the app? I have just ordered my last item from you all ever again. If you all did not already have my money I would not be picking up my food right now. This is terrible, you've lost a 10 year customer because of this change and your rude lazy managerial staff in the store of Morrow Georgia.

    Edit - Jan 7, 2018: I wrote the review below over a year ago. With the exception of one improvement (allowing the user to *not* save credit card info) all the flaws stand and, in some cases, have gotten worse. 1. Where are favorites? A restaurant app exists only to save time--if I can't re-order previous meals (especially when I always get the same thing) the point is lost. 2. It consistently believes me to be in another city 200 miles away. Those bonus burritos in Springfield aren't helping me, Moe's. 3. [This problem has been fixed. Yay!] 4. The design is simply bad. The order page uses only about 1/2 of the available screen to display menu items. This means scrolling through the menu takes *ages*. All in all, this is the worst app for a restaurant that I've used in the past five years. There's a 5 Guys 100ft away from our Moe's and their app works. Looks like I'll be having burgers and fries for the foreseeable future.

    Wanted to schedule my wife and I’s dinner before I got there. Regardless of the reviews and feedback from others experience, I decided to try it myself. Downloaded the app, signed up for rewards to get points, and ordered directly from the app. Order was ready on time as estimated in the app and updated in real-time showing “Completed”. Received points right afterwards. Best of all, skipped the line and got my food right away. Thank you!!

    Why are there no options to order burritos online? Homewrecker, Joey...nothing! This app is terrible. They were there the other day, but every time I tried to put one in my ‘cart’, it would automatically charge me twice. Now they’re gone completely! Get rid of this, and start from scratch. I’ve ordered from the old app literally hundreds of times with no issue. Please fix this so we can resume our Moe’s addiction.

    Today I was forced to update the app, to which I willingly obliged. Technology is constantly changing-I get it. Our office was highly disappointed that the prices of our orders were doubled. We were being charged $17.57 for a Homewrecker alone. There was no way to change it, and if I hit the minus sign from 1 to 0, it was sadly removed 😔. It happened online on the computer, too. We tried multiple locations, and I even called our usual hot spot to confirm that we hadn’t been transported to NYC. Please fix this! Our stomachs are hungry, and we are craving Moe’s!!!

    You can’t order a burrito on the app on the latest update. They charge you for any meat you select on top of the regular price. This only happens with the burrito.

    I tried to order a regular Joey burrito and it said +$7.09 which I know, then I was charged an additional +$7.09 for adding beef. So it would cost $14.18 for just the burrito. I emailed Moe’s and never got a response. I’m not happy with the new app. Please go back to the old one. I’m also hoping you didn’t double prices.

    When you are the kind of person who wants extra lettuce and light cheese on your burrito with extra fresh jalapeños on the side of your queso this app makes it IMPOSSIBLE to order your food. Any slight modifications and too bad! Moe’s no longer cares about what you want. I guess they don’t care about getting my money on a regular basis either. In other words: what happened to adding two of something (like lettuce) and what happened to the “notes”? Not to mention how you have to press “add to order” a billion times is totally counter-intuitive.

    The latest update uses an odd partial menu. Bring back the full menu. I have zero use for something that doesn't have the full menu. I would think you want me ordering and spending money on your product instead of writing a negative review.

    I downloaded the app for the free queso, which is great. Then when I went to place my order, it told me I need to enter a 10 digit number only. So I did. It accepted it and then when I tried to place an order again it came up with the same message. The app is obviously broken because it will not let me place an order through it without adding in a 10 digit phone number which I have done many times now. There’s nothing wrong with my phone number. I verified it and everything but it will not let me place any orders. Serious flaws.

    Dear Moe’s, Over the past years we’ve become great friends. We hang out a lot and I REALLY like your company. The intimacy of our relationship only increased when you introduced your app. Access to you was so much easier and rewarding even. I just paid a visit to you via your new app and I gotta say, I think I may want to break up, my friend. It’s not the repeated need to click “add to item” which was confusing but tolerable. It’s not that you became kinda passive aggressive when I tried to choose a pick up time (first you said I couldn’t pick up until 6:40 but when I chose 6:40 you said I could pick up until 6:41. This continued for way too long to be funny). It’s not even because there’s no way to add notes to my order like “extra chips please” (if you read this before 6:53, please do add in some extra chips). All of those things were frustrating but the final straw was not being able to edit the order. You know me, Moe’s. I have flaws. I make mistakes. Sometimes I’m impulsive. Sometimes I click chicken when I really meant ground beef. Sometimes I’m fickle. Sometimes after I think I’ve made up my mind, I decide, corn pico would taste mighty good on that Joey. In the past you’ve accepted me for who I am. And I, for who you are. But you’ve changed. You’ve really changed. And I just want my old Moe’s app back. With sadness, Elizabeth P.S. I’m serious about those extra chips.

    I love Moes, but wonder if they went to a discount place to create their app. Each time I open app it makes me put in my phone number. Stating “Please update your phone number (10 digits only!)” Well, I’ve put my “10 digit” number in SEVERAL times. WITHOUT the dashes and it still keeps popping up. I can NOT place an order via the app due to this. Instead, I have to go in and wait in line during a short lunch break. Annoying. However, I can look at other things and the “redeem” does actually work. yay :/

    Not only does ordering not work, it waits until the end of the process to let you know that “it can’t communicate with the site”. I selected the site at the beginning of the process. Very poor technology implementation.

    Probably the worst app I’ve ever used. Online ordering never accrued points and now the new app won’t even let you online order. It brings up message boxes that are blank and won’t let you get past your profile page. Whoever is the developer deserves to get fired for years of incompetence.

    It's a total crap shoot when ordering through the app. Sometimes I get rewards points sometimes I don't. I ordered food a few days ago and didn't get points. Emailed customer service and still haven't gotten a response. Food is great but the app is not. Such a shame. Zero stars if possible.
