I just love the app, even still counting down day until trip. Great to plan out days, for our trip. Able to reserve FP and meals. I even catch myself using it after vacation.
Can’t do basic things it should 2/5
The app is great for when you are in the park but not for planning your trip. I want to browse the rides and attractions and make an itinerary and favorite things but you can only do that on the website. That makes no sense.

I love this app so much. I go to Disney every summer and spring so it helps to know all the wait times when I am there. Thank you Disney for helping me. You guys are the best.
You Need this App at WDW, but you won’t like it 2/5
Syncing Guest Passes is a slow nightmarish process. The app is as sluggish as molasses going uphill in July. If you have time to sit down and set it all up, it’s not as frustrating. But if you’re walking around the park and trying to use it, you will want to punch Mickey in the throat

Love this app! Essential for when you are on a Disney property. Even when I’m home I find myself checking it frequently because it keeps me connected to the parks. Very well designed!

This is a great app for securing fast passes and dinner reservations. The ticket purchase functionality would be better if directed to the web version of online ticket sales similar to shop Disney. It takes several attempts before allowing the purchase due to “missing” information. Also it would be better if you could see all fast passes available even without canceling your three reservations by adding an hard stop / edit reservations feature to prevent overbooking - similar to Dining reservations feature. (i.e. to book X you are agreeing to cancel Y). The benefit would be allowing you to decide if it’s even worth canceling your existing fast passes for something that became newly available. Overall it’s a very intuitive and helpful application for planning though.

Se descompuso el Monoriel, nos sacaron del Parque. Nadie nos atendió ni nos ayudó a volver a entrar. Traíamos niños pequeños, la carreola estaba adentro. El restaurante que habíamos reservado para cenar, 2 semanas antes, nos tuvo una hora esperando. No hay baños en los Restaurantes. El Space Mountain, fuera de servicio.

The app is good with navigating the park but it is difficult to add friends and family. I don’t know for certain I am adding the right member and scanning or entering in their magicband doesn’t always work.

Pay tons of money, finally get to Disney, "we're sorry we are unable to link your tickets with the app at this time". Now I have to wait in LINE at a Kiosk to book fast pass rides. How convenient!

The rides that we come to Disney to ride have been shut down all day. Bummer!!! That makes it extra crowded because the crowd isn’t dispersed throughout the park. Not a normal Disney experience today!
May be great for map and wait times but it was difficult resetting password after it was somehow changed and connecting resort and park tickets was a major pain (still trying to get tickets verified) keep getting a we can’t do this right now message

Planned on spending our whole last day at Magic Kingdom. Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain and Snow White ride were ALL down the whole day. Many disappointed people. Big price to pay to keep walking into people! I would like to know why these rides were down. We had 10 very disappointed people!

Splash and Thunder closes all day, 7 dwarves most of it and Pooh for a couple hours. As a result Gp lines are ridiculous. Wasted $500 for 4 tix to MK today. Bummed

This app is great for looking at menus, making reservations, getting fast passes, seeing wait times, photo-pass (if purchased in advance) or any thing Disney. It even shows you where your rom is if you are staying in a Disney resort. The only issue I have is that is sometimes takes awhile to load settings for "my plans" or it shuts down every once in awhile.

While my family and I were at the parks I was trying to connect our fast pass cards to the app and it kept saying that it was having trouble connecting cards. So we kept having to go to a kiosk and it was a lot of trouble. Also the fast passes are not worth it with older kids because the only rides that had fast pass availability was the little ones.

I get it. It’s to help Disney force ppl into resorts to get the special treatment on express passes. BUT it takes away from the experience. For all because reserving rides is limited. The pay for the express system works. They should move back to the “you get what you pay for ” motto. Also the staff is downgrading. Not enough smiles too much attitudes. And also staff lacks basic knowledge of their designated areas. STEP YOUR GAME BACK UP DISNEY!

Our brunch reservation does not appear anywhere within the app. If you use the My Disney Experience web page it does show up.
Magic kingdom was so much trouble to get to I will never go again. The lines were outrageous for the rides but more disturbingly the monorail and the tram were disgraceful. It took 1.5 hours to get into the park and over 2 hours to get out. I will never never never go back. This is 7th time coming to Disney and I have a Marriott time share but will never go to magic kingdom again. There has to be a better way

We had Avery delicious meal at this restaurant! Our waiter was very attentive to our needs! The chef even took the time to be sure that he would cook a meal special for my daughter that would not contain any eggs!

I just wanted to use the app to help me navigate the parks. It didn’t notify me when I had upcoming events I saved and you can’t mark rides you want to go on. The in app navigation is so bad that I eventually stopped using it. As a standard app its fine enough but with Disney level expectations it doesn’t even come close to meeting let alone exceeding standards.
