After previous trips to park I don’t like the new fast pass system. They are not available for popular rides within two days of actual visit.
It feels like people who are attending the park are penalized for not going online early. It doesn’t seem fair. It’s very disappointing and takes fun out of the park and rides

I was informed that I could register (make an appointment) to take advantage of the fast pass on certain rides for certain times. After creating the profile I was NOT able to scan the barcode on the back of the card in corresponding to each persons name. This was my step children’s first time at ANY of the Disney parks and this SLOWED us down dramatically! I was So VERY disappointed with our service and experience today!!!

I love Disney! However I wish this app was more user friendly. I use to be able to see how many credits restaurants used for table service extra., no longer can locate. App in itself needs a more natural flow that information is displayed. Despite all of this app is very useful for you visit to the parks.

Rough linking, poor support 2/5
The system would not properly link in my hotel reservation. When I followed the app directions I was greeted by an exceptionally rude support employee, who ultimately did manage to take care of the problem. Not impressed.

Dumb App With Too Weak a Signal in Park to Use 1/5
This app is almost worthless in many parts of the park. The WiFi signal is too weak and the app says it can not work because of it.
Needs a better back tab. The one in top is confusing. Slow data stream.. and crashes when looking to passes and bands...

Love Disney with all my heart . Been there with pop warner for the past three consecutive years . Years one and two, at all star music, and for the most part an amazing stay , start to finish. Third year at all star sports. From start to finish it was an Undesirable stay . Started with someone in the room assigned to us . A hassle getting a package delivery, that was lost . Then returning to our room on our fourth night to find four suitcases that belonged to someone else . And finally returned home to find out that another guest from my room was linked to my magic band , that added up to a $359.00! Barge to my account. Very disappointed in the sloppy hospitality at that hotel, but happy with the hospitality throughout the parks . Thinking it’s time to stay in a hotel off sight next time .

This app is a life saver in the parks. I have used it on previous trips for fast passes and dining reservations as well as checking show times and other wait times while we were waiting for our next reservation. This app makes navigating the parks and planning your days as easy as it gets!! I recommend downloading and getting familiar with the app before arriving at the parks, it can be weird at first! And make sure to link your My Disney Experience account to really get the full usage of this awesome app. I have nothing negative to say from my experiences with this app and am currently using it to aid in the planning of my next trip! It incorporates all the magic you expect from Disney with the most advanced up to date tech. You wanna download this if you’re going.

Resort room quality seems to be declining 3/5
We visit this resort every year and have always been delighted. The rooms are clean and fresh and well attended however upon our arrival yesterday we were met with a 2nd floor room without elevator access. As a person who is not handicapped but has had breast cancer and back issues this was daunting. We had to drag heavy suitcases up the stairs. It would have been nice to know that there would be no elevator.
After we entered the room we noticed that the carpet was stained not just in one area but throughout the room.
The staff was accommodating and reassigned our family to a first floor room in another building but the quality is just not up to the Disney standard we have become accustomed to. Please keep in mind that we stay at Riverside almost every year. Just food for thought.

We are annual pass holders and have been for the past years and have enjoyed all the parks. However, it is very discouraging not being able to obtain a fast past for Pandora. I try every day with no results. I went to guest relations and pleaded for a anytime fast pass as I’ve been told they do have to use at their discretion. They pretty much could care less. I’am 77 and my wife is a 70 year old stroke surviver. We started going to Disney Land in 1964 and Disney World 1972. We even have our picture on the slate walls at EPCOT. So please if there is anyway you could help we would be great full . Thank you

We stood in the line to get into the park early. When we got to the gate they told us we had to check in at the front gate. When we went to the front gate, there were only two windows open. There was a family at each of the two windows for more than 20 minutes each. Because if that, we missed the early ride of toy story midway mania and stood in line for 30 minutes when we normally get in right away. It defeats the purpose of extra magic hours. Disney should have had more windows open. We weren’t the only ones upset.

So, we all have to use the app. There is no alternative for fast passes or ordering food ( this is great). However, the app is incredibly slow, unresponsive, and the layout is just horrible to navigate.

The fastPass puts older people at a great disadvantage! The Disney app is hard to work with and for people who don’t live on their phones a two hour wait for a ride is ridiculous! I think this is my last visit to the Magic Kingdom! All I keep telling myself is this isn’t the busy time of the year!

See what I did there...? 🤣...anywho...I’ve had to call tech support, login/logout, delete/reinstall....upteen times, and all my reservations still dont show...techs assure me my res’s are in there & of course I have the confirmation emails...still, would be nice to see all my plans in one place....

Love this app! Did lots of pre-trip planning on the app but now as our trip approaches it’s been glitchy, especially about modifying dining reservations. It also doesn’t link all of my desert party and Star Wars Galactic Night reservations to my itinerary, maybe because I purchased those thru the website instead? But overall still a jam-packed, wonderful app. Just hoping the glitches are fixed for our trip.

BUG! Dining reservations that have been cancelled via the online website still show up as “active” in the Disneyworld App. The app does not reflect or remove cancelled dining reservations correctly.
Not intuitive. Should be Guest Friendly not Disney Friendly. Have an average person guide web development not geeks.

I find constant resigning in to the app & online on My Disney Experience to be detrimental to my Disney experience. Every time I change windows, I must resign in to the app & online. This becomes very annoying.

Waste of time to purchase the photos on the app....despite paying and receiving email confirmation of payment from iTunes, could not get the water marker removed. Spent an hour on the call with Disney sending the email multiple times and to different addresses before they could see it and remove the water marks.

Soooo frustrating!!! Trying to use the app to scan tickets for Fast Pass and it gives me an error every time whether I enter the code manually or scan it. Total joke, thanks Disney! The old Fast Pass booths were much better.

This would be a useful app except that it has terrible amnesia, and repeatedly forgets your password, usually at inopportune moments. If the developers could fix the app so that it stops forgetting who you are and what you’re doing here, the app would be nice.
Not helpful at the parks 3/5
I don’t really use this app at the parks, it doesn’t give right information for attractions and characters, the map lags where u actually are, not helpful at all I still have to carry the map around, also drains your battery in minutes, I love all things Disney but this app needs a lot of improvement! I gave 3 stars because a lot of the other stuff is useful.
Preferred the California version replete with jets and US Navy. Current version features the "Global Inclusion" view of things. Not all of us share a Global vision, some of us think the USA is exceptional.

Two days in the park, app didn’t work for fast pass either day. Didn’t get a single fast pass the entire trip. Not using this app ever again, possibly never visiting Disney ever again. Seriously disappointing.
