Touch ID NEVER works and it’s ANNOYING! Why have it as a feature on your app if it can never be enabled. This app needs to be updated and more user friendly-take lessons from the Capital One App-Most user-friendly and best app for CC payments and info. Come on and fix this! With all the ability in technology today theres no excuse!!!

Why Does Touch ID NEVER WORK?! 2/5
I’ve had this app for like a year and every time I login I double-check my settings...touch ID is always on. Why is it that EVERY TIME I open the app I don’t get the option for Touch ID?! Annoying...honestly. Everything else is fine but get with the program, guys.

Most of the time this app does not retain your login ID after requesting it to do so after checking the box to keep that information. In my case I request the fingerprint access for security, and never remembers who I am. How can an app be written with the set of instructions to recognize a singular and unique feature such as a fingerprint, and NOT see you being that individual? I think Elmer Fudd could do a better job of coding!

Honestly, this app really couldn’t be worse. They need to take note of the Capital One App and follow their lead. The login is supposed to support Touch ID but is NEVER works, needs to add Face ID FOR iPhone X and remove the requirement of the CVV and/or the last 4 of SSN. WHAT A JOKE.

There's no option for negative 4 star review. TouchID refuses to work even though I've enabled it. I've reinstalled the app numerous times and restarted my device and the app still demands all my credentials with every visit. The app looks, acts and feels like you're visiting the web site. I think that's all the app really is, a user agent for the site. Despite somewhat frequent app updates TouchID still doesn't work. Why even offer TouchID in the settings when it doesn't do anything even when it's enabled? The web site doesn't allow TouchID so that's probably why it doesn't work in the app. I have the app on 2 devices and TouchID doesn't work on either one.
The card agreement is really bad. You owe them a payment every month whether you use the card or not because they apply the annual fee to your balance. You go from $0 to owing the annual fee before ever using the card. Do yourself a favor and pay the annual fee in one lump payment up front. That way they can't charge you a late fee, plus interest, when you miss a payment from falsely believing you don't owe them because you haven't used the card. Misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the fine print is how they keep you owing them.
They permit only one online payment account, no matter how many cards they've issued you. Debit card payments must go through Western Union. It's not readily apparent how these conditions can work against you but they can somehow make you miss the payment deadline. It's easy when they've tied your hands with nonsensical conditions in the card agreement. No wonder why they make you click an acknowledgement that you agree with the payment terms before your online payment can proceed. Watch out for these guys. They know how to write card agreements that are a total disservice to you. Shameful.
The app works as expected after getting past the TouchID not working and having to enter your Username, Password, CVV, validating the pass phrase and security image with every login. May as well just use the website.

This app never works the way it says it will- never can I log in with my iPhone as I do my other credit card apps. This one is probably the least user friendly app. It constantly errors out and freezes. Then my card was suspended because it reverted back to an old payment method from over a year ago! When I delt with customer services the second rep I spoke to basically slammed the first rep- totally unprofessional! Out of the four people I spoke with only the first one was honest, professional and informative.

This is the ONLY app I have that DOES NOT WORK FOR TOUCH ID and I have 23 other apps on my iPhone that use this technology. The Touch ID button IS ON for this app , yet it NEVER WORKS! What’s the point of offering it?!?!

This isn’t an app, it’s a bookmark. I was a few days late on my payment and they lock you out of your account, what sense does that make. Why would you keep me from making a payment, by locking my online account? I can wait to be done with them, only a few more months.

This is not an app. It only pulls up the website, then you have to log in each time since Touch ID doesn’t work nor will it save your username.

This app needs to learn to actually enable fingerprint access. I enable it and after one login with my fingerprint; it won’t allow it. I’m forced backed to the login page, have to re-enter my credentials each time and provide my security code or social. It’s very inconvenient to use and I’m not really comfortable entering my social everytime.
Every time I login with Touch ID it requires me to login with name and password which get highly annoying which is something that needs to be fixed. ASAP. Still hasn’t fixed. What’s the point of having the app when it never works?

Touch ID or Face ID will never log you in. Buggy and unreliable. Take notes from Chase and Citi FPB, you need them.

When are you going to have another update to fix the login bug???? What's the point of having the TouchID capability if it NEVER works? I normally just go to the website because the app never wants to log in. Even after entering my username and password at the login screen it takes forever! So annoying!!!
Worst credit card app I have 1/5
This is by far the absolute worst credit card app I have! It makes me life more difficult rather than easier like an application is designed for! It constantly signs me out to where i cant use my touch id! Its hell trying to reset my password too, because the link that they email me just takes me back to the sign in page, rather than the password rest confirmation! I have to do this almost every time I log in! Because of the advanced password restrictions, it makes it impossible to remember the password or even username for that matter! If this app doesn’t start working like it should I think I’ll just pay off this card and cancel it and get another card from capitol one because that app works flawlessly!

I have this app to pay bills. It's a pain in the butt! The finger ID doesn't work. Then I actually sign in the user name and password and most of the time it says it's incorrect! It's so aggravating. Especially when I know I typed it in correctly! Please fix the problems! I don't even want to give it one star but I have to!
Decent But Needs Updates 4/5
I have used this app as well as several other credit card and finance card apps. I have not had a problem with this that I haven’t experienced with the others as well. It does need some updating to work better with newer mobile device versions/updates. If there is a problem with logging in, contact customer service and see whose end it’s on. If you have a problem with the terms of the credit card itself, that’s nothing against the app or web updates. Read the terms and conditions for the credit card before deciding to open or activate the account and it will prevent unexpected fees and interest.

The app logged me out and won’t honor my fingerprint any longer. I clicked forgot password and entered all necessary info and received an email to reset my password and clicked the link. But it took me back to the sign in page with no steps to reset my password. Please help

Love this credit card! We pay the full balance off before the monthly due date and we never get charged interest..The mobile website was down for awhile, but it is back now..Always Pay your credit card bill on time to avoid late fees, we never have that problem because we pay our bills on time..

If this is all you can get so be it. If you want something only to use for emergencies so be it. Although you could find something that doesn't charge you monthly fees.
In this day and time and with all the fees they are charging customers they really should have there $@! together when it comes to their app and website. Never seen any card/bank app/web so ancient. The app hasn't worked yet. I enter in sign on credentials and it doesn't load. Pitiful. Inconvenient. I'm paying it off asap and only using it when absolutely necessary. I will probably cancel it since regardless of whether or not you use it You get charged monthly fees.

This has got to be the worst app ever. The only thing consistent is it always fails! Only work 1 out of 5 times. Makes it hard to easily pay your bill! There's no point in downloading this app!!!! Don't waist your time!

Cant log into my account

The app was down and wouldn't let me log in. My payment was due so I called support, they told me the website/app is down and to use the phone automated system, however I did not have the credit card/account number with me. It was at home. When I called support again they were CLOSED. I couldn't log in the app and I couldn't pay my card! ITS BEEN TWO DAYS with the website/app down and now I have a late fee. What a fabulous bank to have! 👍👍👍

Doesn't work. Have reported this to customer service. Keeps taking me back to sign in even after "signing in". Very frustrating. All other financial apps work, but not this one. Their IT department doesn't seem to care.
