Love this credit card! We pay the full balance off before the monthly due date and we never get charged interest..The mobile website was down for awhile, but it is back now..Always Pay your credit card bill on time to avoid late fees, we never have that problem because we pay our bills on time..

It gives me the info I need but, a severe penalty for "finger print" issue. Other than that... It's average. Gets the main job done.

This app is horrible. I have tried for 2 days to sign into the app and it keeps kicking me out. When I try to contact the app support it take me back to sign this all screwed up application.

If this is all you can get so be it. If you want something only to use for emergencies so be it. Although you could find something that doesn't charge you monthly fees.
In this day and time and with all the fees they are charging customers they really should have there $@! together when it comes to their app and website. Never seen any card/bank app/web so ancient. The app hasn't worked yet. I enter in sign on credentials and it doesn't load. Pitiful. Inconvenient. I'm paying it off asap and only using it when absolutely necessary. I will probably cancel it since regardless of whether or not you use it You get charged monthly fees.
Evrytime I enter my user name and password and attempt to login, it keeps sending me back to the login home page!

This has got to be the worst app ever. The only thing consistent is it always fails! Only work 1 out of 5 times. Makes it hard to easily pay your bill! There's no point in downloading this app!!!! Don't waist your time!

Cant log into my account

The app was down and wouldn't let me log in. My payment was due so I called support, they told me the website/app is down and to use the phone automated system, however I did not have the credit card/account number with me. It was at home. When I called support again they were CLOSED. I couldn't log in the app and I couldn't pay my card! ITS BEEN TWO DAYS with the website/app down and now I have a late fee. What a fabulous bank to have! 👍👍👍

Doesn't work. Have reported this to customer service. Keeps taking me back to sign in even after "signing in". Very frustrating. All other financial apps work, but not this one. Their IT department doesn't seem to care.

Never actually got to my info because it kept making me re-renter my username and password. Finally deleted the app after going in circles for 10 minutes. Huge waste of time.

I have been trying to sign in on my app for two days now. First it was just loading, now I'm just going through a revolving door of signing in. Making a payment shouldn't be this difficult! These issues defeat the whole purpose of an app... convenience!

Today is 8/25/17. App hasn't worked for 3 days. Says safari cant open due to too many redirects. Also I read others have used Touch ID, it doesn't give me that option with my iPhone. If touchID is available, why isn't it offered? You have to do too much just to login and pay or review balance. I'm sure the company is doing well so why not invest in a better app? It also doesn't notify me of balance like the settings suggest. Should be and suppose to be easy to use navigate and pay or check balances. IT IS NOT. I more than likely will cancel this card.

The is the worst banking app that I have ever experienced. Barely works. I have to call the toll free number to verify my balance. Go thru an agonizing process off options just to get to the payment menu. The app doesn't allow direct payments from your debit card. It takes you to a link for Western Union. Where you still have to go thru another headache. The process makes not even want to use the card. Please fix as soon as possible. Look at Capital One. Great app to use. User friendly and direct.

The app could certainly use improvement. Even with touch ID I have to re-login consistently. Not to mention the slow loading time. But it is accurate and sometimes better than the website. Certainly not the worst....

This Premier app is the absolute worst app I have on my iPhone and have ever dealt with. It is so unpredictable, unstable, and definitely unreliable. If I could shout it from the rooftops, place it in every newspaper around the world, and post it on every website, page, or corner, I would tell everyone what a piece of CRAP this app is. On one occasion it may or may not bring up the page to log in. The circle just keeps turning as if it's still trying to think or load the page after minutes of waiting. Then when the app finally opens to the "Touch ID" awaiting your fingerprint, once you place your finger on the phone and the app identifies you, most times it goes right back into thinking mode. I used to be able to go to the menu, select "sign in" just for it to go back into think mode after I give the correct username and password. Now it won't even allow me to sign in that way. I HATE this app. When you need to take care of financial business swiftly, you're better off walking to the bank.

This app is horrible it doesn't open and it keeps loading. They want me to tap a star for rating it deserves no star. Ridiculous!!!! I have an iPhone 7 and it's been days I've not been able to log into the app or on their website. Initially I thought it as my phone nope it's the app. Come on the customers deserve better.

Should've listened to the other reviews. For some apparent reason this app hasn't worked since 8/18/17 and it's 8/25/17. Now I try to sign in to web site and it won't even pull up the web page. So now the app and web site isn't working at all. Way to go Premier but you want to get paid on time I bet smdh........

I've been trying to log in for the better part of twenty minutes with no luck. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Absolute garbage. I can't even try going to the website on my phone--it just keeps redirecting until my phones browser inevitably gives up.

I have used this APP for 2 months and it was ok but not great. Need to make payment. APP just spins loading now for 2 days. No fix .... please fix. And stop making it where you have to sign in again if you click on another APP for a second or the home screen on my phone. If I go check the date I have to sign back in and it takes forever.

Horrible app and horrible website 1/5
Always an issue. Rarely opens. I have to enter password several times before it opens and when it does it's slow. Fingerprint Id is as slow has entering password.
The credit card also offered to up my limit with a fee/charge of almost 30% of the amount they would increase credit line. The worst credit card, offers and options of all my cards. Don't do it unless you really need to figure out how to better your credit line and they are the only ones willing to give you a card. They are a huge mistake

Just logged onto their website and saw a banner promoting their app. I downloaded the app yesterday, and since then, have not been able to get past the loading notification. This does not work! Stop promoting it if it's not working.
