    Every time I login with Touch ID it requires me to login with name and password which get highly annoying which is something that needs to be fixed. ASAP. Still hasn’t fixed. What’s the point of having the app when it never works?

    Touch ID or Face ID will never log you in. Buggy and unreliable. Take notes from Chase and Citi FPB, you need them.

    Im Just Saying This Review Should Be For The App Not The Card Issues We All Know The Card Got Bad Reviews Is Only For Establishing Credit. But When People Hit The Review Button Is To Hear About The App Not The Card Fees Etc Etc.. So Far The App Is Good No Problems Is Useful..

    When are you going to have another update to fix the login bug???? What's the point of having the TouchID capability if it NEVER works? I normally just go to the website because the app never wants to log in. Even after entering my username and password at the login screen it takes forever! So annoying!!!

    This is by far the absolute worst credit card app I have! It makes me life more difficult rather than easier like an application is designed for! It constantly signs me out to where i cant use my touch id! Its hell trying to reset my password too, because the link that they email me just takes me back to the sign in page, rather than the password rest confirmation! I have to do this almost every time I log in! Because of the advanced password restrictions, it makes it impossible to remember the password or even username for that matter! If this app doesn’t start working like it should I think I’ll just pay off this card and cancel it and get another card from capitol one because that app works flawlessly!

    I have this app to pay bills. It's a pain in the butt! The finger ID doesn't work. Then I actually sign in the user name and password and most of the time it says it's incorrect! It's so aggravating. Especially when I know I typed it in correctly! Please fix the problems! I don't even want to give it one star but I have to!

    I have used this app as well as several other credit card and finance card apps. I have not had a problem with this that I haven’t experienced with the others as well. It does need some updating to work better with newer mobile device versions/updates. If there is a problem with logging in, contact customer service and see whose end it’s on. If you have a problem with the terms of the credit card itself, that’s nothing against the app or web updates. Read the terms and conditions for the credit card before deciding to open or activate the account and it will prevent unexpected fees and interest.

    The app logged me out and won’t honor my fingerprint any longer. I clicked forgot password and entered all necessary info and received an email to reset my password and clicked the link. But it took me back to the sign in page with no steps to reset my password. Please help

    Honestly this is the worst app I’ve ever used since I’ve owned a phone. Every time I open the app it says use Touch ID so I do the thumb print and it goes to the sign in screen forcing me to enter everything manually every time! Save username DOES NOT WORK it’s blank every time I open it. Please fix this

    Love this credit card! We pay the full balance off before the monthly due date and we never get charged interest..The mobile website was down for awhile, but it is back now..Always Pay your credit card bill on time to avoid late fees, we never have that problem because we pay our bills on time..

    This app is horrible. I have tried for 2 days to sign into the app and it keeps kicking me out. When I try to contact the app support it take me back to sign this all screwed up application.

    If this is all you can get so be it. If you want something only to use for emergencies so be it. Although you could find something that doesn't charge you monthly fees. In this day and time and with all the fees they are charging customers they really should have there $@! together when it comes to their app and website. Never seen any card/bank app/web so ancient. The app hasn't worked yet. I enter in sign on credentials and it doesn't load. Pitiful. Inconvenient. I'm paying it off asap and only using it when absolutely necessary. I will probably cancel it since regardless of whether or not you use it You get charged monthly fees.

    This has got to be the worst app ever. The only thing consistent is it always fails! Only work 1 out of 5 times. Makes it hard to easily pay your bill! There's no point in downloading this app!!!! Don't waist your time!

    The app was down and wouldn't let me log in. My payment was due so I called support, they told me the website/app is down and to use the phone automated system, however I did not have the credit card/account number with me. It was at home. When I called support again they were CLOSED. I couldn't log in the app and I couldn't pay my card! ITS BEEN TWO DAYS with the website/app down and now I have a late fee. What a fabulous bank to have! 👍👍👍

    Doesn't work. Have reported this to customer service. Keeps taking me back to sign in even after "signing in". Very frustrating. All other financial apps work, but not this one. Their IT department doesn't seem to care.

    Today is 8/25/17. App hasn't worked for 3 days. Says safari cant open due to too many redirects. Also I read others have used Touch ID, it doesn't give me that option with my iPhone. If touchID is available, why isn't it offered? You have to do too much just to login and pay or review balance. I'm sure the company is doing well so why not invest in a better app? It also doesn't notify me of balance like the settings suggest. Should be and suppose to be easy to use navigate and pay or check balances. IT IS NOT. I more than likely will cancel this card.

    The is the worst banking app that I have ever experienced. Barely works. I have to call the toll free number to verify my balance. Go thru an agonizing process off options just to get to the payment menu. The app doesn't allow direct payments from your debit card. It takes you to a link for Western Union. Where you still have to go thru another headache. The process makes not even want to use the card. Please fix as soon as possible. Look at Capital One. Great app to use. User friendly and direct.

    The app could certainly use improvement. Even with touch ID I have to re-login consistently. Not to mention the slow loading time. But it is accurate and sometimes better than the website. Certainly not the worst....

    Deleted and re installed about 5 times on iPhone ( up to date ISO) All I ever get is spinning trying to open the page and then an error message " Safari detects to many redirects" If I can't use the app why use the card.

    Should've listened to the other reviews. For some apparent reason this app hasn't worked since 8/18/17 and it's 8/25/17. Now I try to sign in to web site and it won't even pull up the web page. So now the app and web site isn't working at all. Way to go Premier but you want to get paid on time I bet smdh........
