Cant stand that every time I update the app, it signs me out and then I can't get back in until the next day. Other than that, its an average app.

Tried changing my plan from 1gb to 8gb through app, since it gave the option. Charged me for the 1gb plan, and now I have the 1gb plan for another month. Come on. Get this app together, or take it off the store. Really frustrating.

The app works as expected and is a bit nicer than just the normal web view. If I could nitpick, push notifications for account info and Apple Pay reloads would make this perfect!

Every app should have TouchID for login. Please add this feature.
This last update makes the app unstable and crashes within 30 seconds of being open.

Im really bummed out by the new rule that the unlimited internet plan only has 22GB of internet, that was the only reason why i was with cricket because of the unlimited internet. If cricket doenst do something regarding this new update i will be obligated to look for a new company.

Whenever I go to open the application, about 75 % of the time it stays on the green cricket screen forever. Also crashes from time to time.

Received temp password but no confirm code in text and creating new account require you to register confirming code and use temp password provided. Geez! Developer must be whiz!
Can't automatically login or even can't login 3/5
Even I already set to save my ID and password, it sometimes can't automatically login. I need to write again. The worst thing is sometimes I can't login, and need to wait for 1-2 days!

First use of new version cannot be on wifi 4/5

The previous version of the app worked great, but the new version would not start up until I turned wifi off. It simply sat and spun. Once I turned wifi off, the new version started and connected correctly. It continued to work correctly when I turned wifi back on. Looks like the first use of this new version requires you to use Cricket data at the start.
By the way, I am the retired Director of Information Technology for a local medical school, so I am competent to judge whether my wifi was operating correctly. The problem wasn't in my wifi. It was in the app.

The first screen to come up should show data usage for all your lines. That's the only reason why I ever open this app. But at least it only takes like five taps.
This app is useless, when I try to make an account, it says my number is invalid, like I haven't been using this phone carrier for over a year now

It has been weeks now and every time I try to use this app it gives me a red dialogue box that says "unknown error. Try again later" logout/login...delete/reupload app and nada!--- please, please, please fix your app, cricket! Anybody paying attention???!!!!
It's a fun time...business side, not so much 4/5
I have a blast with the rewards portion of the app. The little fuzzies are adorable and points are easy to get...no long and arduous tasks involved. Although when you get to the business side of the app I'm no big fan. I try to conduct my business there but I end up having to call into customer service anyway. The app won't always preform the tasks I need for it to do, but sometimes it will work which still saves me some time. Overall, 4 stars.

Cannot check data usage on the app. See other reviews, it's not an isolated incident nor has "later" ever shown up. When I try to check usage I get "an unknown error has occurred, please check again later" it's been almost a month. I've been patient, please fix it. It's the only thing I use the app for and now have to go through the gigantic hassle of logging in via a web browser and your website is NOT mobile friendly!!! Please fix this problem.

For the last 3 weeks or so the usage function reliably said nothing more than, "unknown error, try again." Logout. Login, took at least 10 timeouts to get in again. Same problem. But today the loggedin app timed out and then forgot my login credentials. Appears Cricket is determined to prove AT&T's budget brand is substandard.

The app crashes often. The usage meter does not always update: it says "an unknown error occurred". The upgrade button to buy more data doesn't load anything.
It's better to just use the website.

This app is never accurate it won't show your data usage or any other info you want all it says is an unknown error has occurred and to retry. You can never get ahold of anyone to help and when you do they disconnect before the problem is solved

Great app, but it still reports usage only to tenths of a GB. This is far too broad! Cricket knows our usage down to individual MBs; why withhold that useful information from us? Developers, please restore usage reporting to the far more accurate three decimal places, rather then the far-too-broad tenths of a GB!

New version lost my credentials and does not allow log in or password reset without failing on my 7s Plus running iOS 10.2.1

This app is useful when it works. Every time I go to log in I have to recreate my password. I enter my name and password and it says, "incorrect name or password". I have written down the info. and I know it is correct. If it doesn't say, "incorrect name or password", then it says, "system failure try again later". In order to get into my account I have to reset my password. Please fix this problem?

Great update in Feb, 2017!
At last the usage page shows a bar representing the days left in my billing cycle so I can see at a glance whether I need to curb my data use for a few days or if I'm on track. Another plus is that the app logs me in automatically. This isn't new but is very convenient and worth mentioning.
I left a poor review of this app in the past but am very pleased with it now.

2# when opening the app to manage the phone numbers that are on the account we should be able to put the names of people that are using the cell phones that are on the account.

Pretty decent overall. Updating did, again, cause the app to lose my login, minor but still. Good to see they added days remaining, but it would be better as a bar graph next to data usage to more easily see if you're using data too fast. Also it needs to be more precise with reporting data usage. Saying I've used 2.9 GB is a lot less useful than saying I've used 2.98 GB, for example.

The app worked perfectly fine before this update. Now I can't get past the start screen. Restarted my phone, nothing. Reinstalled, still nothing. Did soft reset, nothing again.
Please fix this; I really enjoyed using this app to check my account.

Seriously whats the point to have this app on the phone while its always inaccessible due to the system error message?!!! And even when it works it always takes a long time to load the content or crashes to home screen!!!
