For 15 days the usage data does not display. Cricket has not made an update to resolve the error.

This app is %100 worthless. For the last few months when I try to make a payment, I hit make payment and nothing happens. My checking account is charged and refunded instantly. Therefore no payment made. It doesnt even show in my payment history. I call and try to make a payment on the phone with the automated service two times! Still wont take my payment. Connect to customer service and they try it and tell me my card is declined. There is a serious issue with the service/app and it is infuriating to do this with them every month. I end up having to get cash from the bank WITH THE SAME CARD and make a payment in person (AND GET CHARGED A FEE!!!!)

Although I can usually check my data usage, to make sure that I’m not going over, for the past week I have not been able to do so. App indicates that there’s a problem and to come back later. A day later and this same message appears.

Terrible experience with Cricket because they promised reward if I can refer my friend. but 5 month after my referral, they give no credit to my account, and after lots of time wasted in calling and emailing them, they still don't give me the credit. VERY upsetting!!!

Service is decent but customer service is terrible they are never responsible for their mistakes it’s always the customers fault no customer appreciate hardly anybody speaks clear English. Should have known there was a catch. Switched to save and all I’ve gained was stress never again. And when you can’t to “complain” that there’s is no corporate phone number just and address and your are supposed to send a letter and wait for somebody to call you back which I’m sure will never happen. So I’m out of $80 and my only help is disputing through my bank. This company is vey u professional and is a joke. Second time I’ve had monetary issuers with then and had to get my back involved or we’d just be out of money with no service. Wouldn’t recommend if this service was free. You get what u pay for.

Cannot make payments 1/5
My payment would not process through the app or online. I tried multiple methods of payment multiple times to eliminate any user error. Tried to explain this to the chat support and received very little help or information from them. Ended up having to pay in the store (which is $3 more). The store employees informed me the app would be relatively useless until May.

I am getting frustrated. Can’t get past the home page often times. The biggest culprit is trying to get to the usage page, consistently crashes. Sometimes logging in crashes it.

Messenger for support in app always crashes 1/5
All I want to do is add mobile hotspot to my features, have a compatible and up to date device but feature doesn’t appear at all. Then when trying to use the support chat in the app, it lets me use it for a few minutes, disconnects the chat and I have to try to redo the same thing again. Awful experience and I don’t plan on having cricket much longer.

This app is a joke they have sections that don’t even work, I’ve called several times to have the company fix links in the app but they didn’t do anything about it.
Cannot Change plan after update 1/5
I cannot change plan or manage features after the recent Cricket App update. Phone lines are grayed out under both Change Plan and Manage Features. So I CANNOT select a line to change or manage. Please fix ASAP!!!

Horrible app. Crashes, is slow, hardly ever updates. And when it is updated it forces you to log in and get error messages even though you put in the correct info! Sorry look for cricket. A phone company that can’t even make a decent app. Pathetic.

Please read this and take into consideration. I am using the my cricket app on the iPhone X and it does not use the full screen. Also, is it possible to have a widget to show total usage of data like Verizon or att? If possible, it would be awesome. Thank you.

I’ve had issues with signing into an account who I am paying for and the app wiped off everything signed out sometime after I said to remember it and I can’t get an option to reset the password on the app it keeps going to create an account the app was working just fine a month ago now the password won’t work or give me a option to reset the password so I think I’ll be uninstalling this app and having to hope paying on the internet doesn’t take more money out

This app is horrible I try to reset my password but it keeps saying that its invalid and the captcha also is stupid! It’s the 10 time I called the store and have them reset it! Also the people that answer me give me bad costumer service! I think I’m ready to switch.

This app needs a lot of f***ing work. I legit tried multiple times today to pay my phone bill. Each time I tried, the payment wouldn’t go through. I tried in the app and on the website as well. Nothing. I asked my girlfriend to help me pay it after me trying several times. It worked on hers. It basically picks and chooses when you can and can’t pay your phone bill. Thankfully I got it paid. Almost had to pay a activation fee. Or is this crickets plan all along? Either way. S***ty app. Get it fixed.

I can’t manage or change my plan with the new update. I have 2 lines and can’t select either one.

2.3.1 does not allow selecting a line for usage statistics.
When fixing please make the usage line selection sticky so one does not have to reselect every time the app is launched. Currently defaults to the main/first line every time.

Stupid App. - every time after update, need password 1/5
Extremely nuisance to user every time when you update the app. I forgot my password. When I try to reset my password, this stupid app asked my user name, cell phone number and security questions.
Unfortunately I forgot the answer. Why not send me a new password directly through text. Only I has the SIM card. No one can impersonate me.

After one of the recent updates the app crashes every time I click on Usage. And Usage is really the only feature I care about. Everything else is in auto pilot. Please fix it. iPhone 7 iOS 11.0.2.

Hello id like to suggest features to the MY CRICKET app. I think there should be a feature to report network issues in the app, dropped calls slow data with locations and places you had issues. Also I’d like to see detailed usage info even tho calls and texts are unlimited I’d like to be able to monitor usage for kids for numbers incoming and outgoing.

I only downloaded this app to be able to see my usage data. It crashes every time I press usage. Customer Support has no options to talk to a live person about this. Pretty bad app and support.

I don’t know what that “e” means in the numbers either. And that sure as hell cant mean I used 7 GBs on that day, because I member use more than 500 megs per day. At the most!
Please go to a normal GB Data format, or just put it back to normal before that freaking update!

This is new with the most recent update. Every time I try to see my data usage history, it crashes. It also needs several features like fingerprint security and the ability to turn data on and off for individual lines.
