Mindfulness meditations. 5/5

You get to know some basic information about meditation and you will learn different types of meditation here, all mindfulness based. The meditations are not too long or too short. But if you'd like, it also provides some a little bit long audios or very short ones. I enjoyed how they breaks down meditation into different sections and give specific advice for each aspect. Though I never had any problems with breathing or focusing, now I could even go beyond that. Techniques like breathing and body scanning make me feel less anxious and things go smoother. Have a try?

I downloaded this app after seeing the reviews in the app store (not much though) and I came here, as it meets my needs. I think the remarkable aspect of this app is the visual experience. The color is comfortable for my eyes and the layout is easy and beautiful. The most important thing is that everything I have listened here is thoughtful, intelligent and practical on how to live with less anxiety. My tension seems to be cured, which surprises me really!

I have found this to be an easily used guide in learning to meditate. It is a step-by-step guide, clearly written, lovingly presented, encouraging, positive. It walks me into and through various easily understood forms of meditation and how teach me to apply the effects in everyday life. I am an experienced meditator and, even so, I appreciated the renewed enthusiasm the voices of the teachers stimulated for my practice. Therefore, whether you are new or experienced, you deserve to have a look at it.

Helpful and easy to follow with good insights when I am beginning a meditation practice. It had helped lower my stress level. It’s welled structured in an inspiring, easily digestible language without going into an esoteric type of mode that some of the apps about mindfulness do. I come back from time to time for inspiration and gentle reminders. Meditation and mindfulness are really what we need now. Do yourself a favor and try this app. You will not regret it!

I thought it would be like a start-up app since it just has been launched for not a very long time, but it is not and better than I thought. I used to use some start-up apps, and they more or less has some bugs while I was using it. But this one is different. Less contents as it has, the using process goes quite fluently. To this aspect, I will keep using it.

I have downloaded some of the apps of this company, glad to say this one does not disappoint me neither. Many of its products have improved my quality of life enormously. Really, many thanks. Now, this meditation app, exactly what I was looking for. I did the stress reduction meditation for weeks and after that, meditation started to fit into my life. A great thing is that my listening history has all been recorded. It’s like I am being reminded to listen to in case I forget one day. Now I meditate as much as I can because I know meditation will bring many great changes. Anyway, all I want to say is that this is a great app.

I always thought one had to meditate in a certain way, and now I see we actually can meditate in just a simple way - listening. After listening all the audios in this app (not too many right now, a pity), my mood becomes much more steady and peaceful. Most importantly, since practicing as guided, I sleep more at night, feel less stressed when facing downloads of work. This app is really insightful and provided what I needed to change my life. Will definitely listen all the time!

Stay in the now, live in the moment. Yes, it is NOW, a very easy and clear app. I really enjoyed it, learned quite a bit and improved quite a bit. It is not based on any particular belief system other than the enormous effects that meditation can bring. Glad I chose this to help get me started. Depending on the type of meditation I’m inclined to practice, I tried Law of Attraction meditation, Conquer Anxiety or Hopes and Dreams meditation. Now I do feel my thoughts are changing.

It is so nice to just press play and relax completely for twenty minutes or so. I found it by accident when browsing in app store for something to reduce my stress. While the podcast in the app helped me, allowing me to take a short but effective breaks, which helped me to get control over anxiety. And now I can have a peaceful mind when dealing with important thing. And one thing I think this app needs to be improved is that more audios should be added. I believe richer contents will bring more benefits.

Honestly, it has turned to be my answer of suspects to meditation and my life. Listening to it is like having an inner conversation with myself to gain mindfulness, calmness and inner peace. Following the guidance of the teacher, I go through the art of meditation and feel how my heart and mind become peaceful, no longer being distracted by other little things. Even if you only had l limited knowledge on meditation it, it’s also okay, because it will not upset you.

I had been considering meditation and now I'm convinced I am going to try it and make it a part of my daily life. After listening to the positive meditations like better sleep, stress reduction and more relaxation and more, I feel better both mentally and physically. Well done! The concept Meditation has gradually become more and more popular, and I am one of them who are hoping to get some help from it. Meditation helps me, or rather this app helps me. This is a start-up app, but I think highly of it now and future, since the content is of high quality and there are many teacher choices for us. For a person like me who likes briefness and, this app is perfect. This one is different because it just gives the info I need, no other recommendations I do not want. There are many different types to listen to. I like the way the app records my listening track so I can easily get to where I listened last time. I believe the brief design is what a meditator really wants because we can just focus on the present without being disturbed by other things.

For meditation books, it requires attention and time to read it. While my busy life keeps me away from that. Until I found this app, I relieved. I can listen to it anytime anywhere I want, even just for a few minutes, I can get a sense of relax and happiness. Most importantly, I'm new to meditation and after listening to it every night for some days, it seems that I learned much about the basics of meditation, so I could actually begin to have a better understanding. It is just insightful and profound.

The color, the user interface, especially the content of it, I like them all. It covers many different topics, including to inform me about the benefits of meditation, how to prepare to do it and how to practice in order to be good at it. It also tells the difficulties that I may encounter while meditating. There is a strong focus on teaching us to live in the moment, appreciate it. All in all, this app is educational that I will listen again.
