    I have an older I phone and I can't get past the intro screens. I don't get the "I got it" box. Very annoying for someone who checks their banking daily. Now I have to go to the web site to check my banking. Hopefully the will update the AP to fix this.

    I have been doing business with Santander for over 20 years, Since then were Sovereign. They have helped me out of more sticky situations than any other Bank. The Silverton, NJ Bank has the friendliest tellers and office workers. I’d give Santander a 10 is I could. When I was in Europe I used my Santander card, and didn’t have to pay I Euros. Straight American USD$ . They are the most professional bank in the area .

    Liked it better when you showed the pending checks to be cleared. Gave me time to transfer funds if need be to cover them and avoid unnecessary fees.

    Very good as far as it goes but is crippled from the desktop app. If it could do what the desktop could do it would be excellent! Many things like setting some credit card options can't be done from app. However, the crippled apps (iOS, & the landscape only Android) are useful & Much better than nothing.

    The latest upgrade is the best yet. Extremely easy to use. Buttons have been moved to the most practical places. Takes minimal taps to get to what you’re looking for. I have friends & family who bank elsewhere, and I prefer the Santander App over all of them. App aside, I love the overall experience of banking with Santander since their start in the U.S. I’ve banked elsewhere over my many years of having a checking & savings account. I find Santander to be superior to all of the other banks & financial institutions.

    I was having trouble in my life and I had a checking account from a long time ago and opened it up with 20 dollars. So I went up earlier this year to see if it was still open. It was and they took care of the fees and let me continue banking

    Every time this app gets right, they release an update that ruins it. Now the login won’t let you paste your password. Whose idea was this? At a bank with a comically inadequate 12 character limit to passwords and no option for Two Factor Authentication, someone decided that the big security issue was pasting in your password? Bank of America please send me an offer and rescue me from these hacks!

    App was fine. Then they updated it and now I can't get past the "tutorial" screen. There's supposed to be a "got it" or "next" button but it does not appear and I'm stuck forever learning that where to type your user name. Tapped every inch of the screen. Swiped in every imaginable angle. Nothing. Been like this for 3 weeks. So much for ease and reliability.

    I have three separate checking accounts from banks and a credit union and hands down Santander has the most efficient app out there for electronics deposits, to cross account transfers to quick access balance inquiries!! I have also been to the physical State college and Bryn Mawr, PA branches and the personal attention given during my transactions was exemplary!! Something you don’t see much anymore with large banking companies!!

    It’s a shame that ur online utility is unable to allow transfers from saving account to checking. Only way to do is speaking with a rep on phone. Very inconvenient. Banks like Chase and TD allow such transfers. Please consider amending ur options regarding this. Thank you

    We have a problem. Either the bank itself, or a somehow less competent department of said bank has now disabled the app, and likely my debit card for the 3rd time in 7 months. Pretty amazing. I’ve spent over four hours of my time, trying to access money (which I’ve already made a time expenditure to earn) with this BS fair-weather online “banking service” Customer service appears to rank at the bottom of a seemingly long list of cares for Santander Bank. Save yourself the time

    I am unable to sign in, either on my iPhone or iPad Pro, because of the inability to use punctuation marks. Please fix this because for some people, punctuation marks are in their email address or password for security reasons and will not change them. Thank you.

    Most banks deduct the amount of the payment when the check is sent from the bank. This bank deducts the amount when the check clears. It would be helpful if this process is disclosed when the account is opened since it is not in line with other banks. Unfortunately, I was charged a service fee since this was not explained, therefore, I am not very pleased with the service thus far.

    The Santander Bank App is Great, I just wish Santander would Credit my Paycheck on Saturday’s, instead of Monday’s. When they were Sovereign, I got my pay credited on Saturday.

    Need a actual calendar to pay the bills based on the day of the week. Nobody wants to guess the date. Cannot file bills. Always has one bill unpaid but I have none. The quick balance screen is blocked by the Touch ID screen since update. Now I have to cancel the Touch ID button then click to view balance. Get with it Santander.

    I’ve enjoyed the majority of the apps updates. However, there is one function that is extremely frustrating and has not been available since the apps inception. I’m referring to the absence of a refresh function for the acct summary page. After making payments and transfers I would love to see my updated balance reflected immediately vs. having to log out if the app and log back in.

    Can’t tell what days are on the weekend with a scrolling calendar when you choose the date to pay your bills in bill pay Go back to the old calendar style where you can see the whole month When you click on deposit checks within an shouldn’t have to select an account to deposit the check should automatically be the account you’re already in

    Since I have installed this app 4 months ago I have only been in the actual bank building 2 times, both times to deposit cash. I don’t trust the ATM for depositing cash.
