Love this app
Pro planner 3/5
I like the layout of the pro planner. It needs help. It does not sync with my outlook which is troubling. That is the biggest issue. Someone needs to come up with a planner that works with the contacts app also
Planner good 3/5
Good planner does as I need it too.
This app helps me get all my homework done on time and isn't complicated
Just What I Needed! 5/5
This app got rid of my paper planner. I love that I can have notes and “To Do” lists on each individual day. I love that it syncs to my phone. If I add in my IOS calendar it syncs to my app and vice versa. I also love that my calendar in the app shows how many events I have for each day and color codes for multiple calendars. I’ve already recommended this app to family and friends. ❤️
Good clean and easy look 5/5
Nice color as well!
Worth It 5/5
This is a great App that obviously had a ton of effort going into it. It has lots of little details that make it very smart. Wish the events could be laid out in chunks with beginnings and ends made visible but otherwise it beats all the other Apps by far.
Its good but... 4/5

If there is a in-app timer it was perfect
Simple and easy planner 5/5
By Do not load this game
It's the first simple and easy planner to schedule all your necessary stuff in an easy non confusing way without all the other extra stuff that make it very complicated. Highly recommend it
Planner Pro Fan 5/5
I was for many years a Daytimer user; from the time they came out until last month. I test drove a weekly version and it outdid Day timer and Day Planner hands down. Planner Pro links to all my devices from MacBook Pro, to small iPad, new iPad Pro and my iPhone 7s. I never miss recording important tasks, events or notes because once I enter data on one, it’s on them all. I upgraded to Planner Pro version and in short, it’s great.
The full version is $4.99 for basically removing the crappy ads and a few other marginal features i.e. landscape view. But this upgrade charge is a yearly subscription which isn't disclosed until after you've installed the app. Past that, Planner Pro isn't anything special and doesn't compel me to change what I'm already using. I also suspect that many of these positive reviews are written by shills. I'm passing on this one....
I wish it had a PC version and could be synced between all devices!
Can't even use it!! 1/5
This is the worst app on this market. It glitches and crashes so much it is in useable. You can't even save tasks!! They just don't save!! Horrible horrible horrible app. 20 thumbs down..
No drawing 1/5
It would be great to make notes sketches with the Apple Pencil. Not interested otherwise.
Great planner! 5/5
I love the features of this planner for coordinating with my family. It has just enough features to stay organized but not so complicated that my family won’t use it.
Closet to Covey 5/5

It's OK for the most part. 3/5
I’d rather have the ease of swiping right or left and choosing to delete all to delete completed tasks. As it is, you need to access a group of deleted tasks individually to delete them, although they do automatically disappear from the rest when marked as complete. The option to list the completed tasks is something I like.
Also, integration with the IOS calendar would be extremely helpful.
I like the note feature.
Best digital planner I have found yet 4/5
It could use some more features. It would be great if it was more customizable. If there were more page options I would have definitely given this 5 stars.
I actually really do love this planner. I only wish it had something like stickers to mark things on the monthly layout.
It’s great 3/5
It’s a great app. Love how it looks. I wish there is an option to write on it too.
Best planner app...almost. Close but no cigar. 2/5
By Elizabeth Courtney Renae
This app is the best I've found of its kind. Tasks, events, notes, optional viewing by preference. I didn't renew my original subscription thinking I could find something comparable for free. Not so much! But unfortunately the lack of proper syncing for the calendar/event items is a big problem for me. The tasks and notes sync back and forth between my iPad and iPhone but the calendar/event items just don't. My husband researched this problem and said I'm not alone and that he didn't see a fix for it, so I'll have to find a different planning app. Ugh!!!
Love it but could use some work. 3/5
By Dancing Brooke
Love it! I love the icon, widget, and the design but what it could use is the tasks to have a set time you'd like to get them done. That way you can make a routine of your habits. That and having them indented so they look a little different from your calendar events.
There is a reason why Franklin/Covey is one of the greatest planners ever invented. It is simple yet gets all your tasks, events and notes organized in one spot that can be easily referenced. I get it, there are other calendar apps that are more robust but none that is so easy to use. I’ve tried those other highly rated app’s but keep coming back to Planner Pro. I only wish Reminders synced like the Calendar.
Good UI, not stable 3/5
This app does everything I want conceptually, but the sporadic crashes on marking tasks as complete is certainly frustrating.
I use it every day to plan my days, weeks, and months. It has some things that bug me, but I really like it. I am not a huge fan of the user interface, but being that I am a long-time IT guy, I know that application developers are at the mercy of the platform designers. They can resist changing their UI for only so long. At some point, IOS will force them to do it. It flawlessly syncs with my IOS calendar and Planner Plus and the IOS calendar on my iPhone, so that is a plus.
Great planner 5/5
love it and it transfers to calendar A+
Good, but could be better. 4/5
Good, basic functions. Accessibility could be simpler. Good start. Hopefully the updates makes it more fluid.
Still waiting for customer support 3/5
I like the features, when they work. I paid extra to do the desktop and mobile versions. My idea is that I could always have access to my plan whether I was at my desk we're out and about. Unfortunately, the desktop version doesn't have the ability to delete an event. I've written the customer service and they have yet to reply. It's kind of a pain to switch to my phone just to delete an event as it happens.
There are other minor glitches, too. I wish customer service would publish an FAQ or get back to me.
Awesome planner 4/5
By Lane Brown (IPhone 5s)
This planner is great for every day personal use! I would suggest something a little more in depth for use for a business, but over all great!
This is the best app for me, I would like to see where you can add photos, audio, maybe videos for daily events , and not go up on the price.
Chris Lehr Approved 5/5
This app is solid! It has little tools to help plan repeated tasks and the calendar is well designed. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who needs a planner. It also syncs to multiple devices!
It's WAS good 1/5
Are you serious? I forgot my password and they suppose to send me a link. It’s been days and I haven’t receive anything and it’s not in my junk folder! I can’t log in and I am missing important appts! Fix this and this is not a joke, you are making people’s life miserable. Everything is in our calendar and this bug blocks us from accessing our OWN information. This is unacceptable.
Good App but... 3/5
The iPhone version is weak. Weekly display would be better if the current day appeared at the top--don't need to see days gone by. Monthly view is worthless. You need to change from portrait to landscape to see your appointments going forward and that only shows you 5 days at a time (might as well stay in weekly view and swipe forward to the month ahead). I would rate this program much higher if the iPhone app were thought out better. The iPad version is fine, though it needs to allowed more user options.
Actually 2 3/4 stars.
Good app 5/5
Makes me more productive by making write my tasks down and making me accountable for the completion of those tasks.
Very easy interface. No high learning curve.
Great Help 4/5

This is the calendar app you’ve been looking for! 5/5
I legitimately downloaded about 8 different calendar apps. Tried them all, & was so disappointed. I kept seeing this app, but didn’t think it was what I was looking for until I tried it. I was trying to switch over to all technology from a paper Happy Planner. I loved my HP, but I liked the idea of my planner being portable & having everything on my phone. There were many things I needed in a calendar & none of the others had everything. In this app, I love that you can schedule a task for a certain day without making it a whole “event”. For instance, I needed to call in a prescription refill & didn’t want to schedule it like it was an actual appointment & I didn’t want to have to settle for setting it to “All Day” just to avoid time constraints.
I also LOVE the note feature. I absolutely love being able to add notes to each specific day, also. Like when I pay a bill, I can put the confirmation number in the notes section. I use it for many many other things as well.
The other thing that is different from other apps is the weekly view option. It’s much easier for me to view the planner by week. I can see what I’ve got going on this week & plan for next week as well. It makes my plans seem not as overwhelming & much easier to comprehend when I only have 7 days at a time to look at.
The task feature, weekly viewing option & the note feature was what sold me. I like that you can search for certain things as well. Like I can type in my doctor’s name & see the last time I had an appointment with them. Or type in my electric company‘s name & see the confirmation number for the payment I made last month. I like that with the search it pulls up notes, events, & tasks.
The only thing that I would like to be changed, but isn’t a dealbreaker is the way you can prioritize tasks. It should be a simpler system such as high, medium, or low. It’s really difficult for me to decide exactly how important a task is with so many options. It would just make it a lot easier.
Anyway, I’m so grateful for this app because it makes transitioning from a very detailed paper planner with many different options so much easier. This app has everything that I needed to convert to my phone plus other options that make the whole experience even better! Trust me... skip the trouble & heartache & just download this app!
BEST digital replacement for a Franklin Planner! 5/5
Even Franklin Covey couldn’t seem to come out with as close a digital replacement to the Franklin Planner.
Hey- Ben Franklin was a genius, why reinvent the wheel? Yet very few if any other calendars bother with the ABC/123 rating system for tasks- and I was weaned on that as a rookie at Merrill Lynch. Great system. If like me, you’ve been looking everywhere for it,
well look no further- here it is!!
I love it 5/5
By Sugarmamaprecious Cole
Almost Perfect 4/5
This is the best app to keep you organized. The only recommendation I would make is that it would be helpful to have a list/check mark option in the notes.
Best calendar views! 5/5
Excellent! Best calendar view options of all the calendar apps I’ve tried.
Add more detail
I can’t believe this is real! 5/5
I literally had 5 planner apps. They were all lacking something. This app is perfect. Well, almost perfect... it doesn’t make my coffee.
If you’re looking for an app to keep you on task, and a hub to manage your daily information points, look no further.
Could use a few things 3/5
I'm old school paper planner from when I worked outside the home. I like the calendar pretty well on this app, but haven't found much use for the other tabs. I would like the days to shade or be,able,to mark them off so you can see exactly what day it is immediately as my eyes bother me. Some effects like the old books app had that you could adjust page color, font etc. would be a nice touch to add some individuality to the calendar.
Love it except... 4/5
I would love to sync it to my pc or cloud based pc access. Sometimes I need more room to maneuver and it used this for my desktop like outlook used to have.
Planner Amateur 1/5
I began depending on Planner Pro to keep track of all appointments on my iPhone 6s about two months ago when I first purchased Planner Pro. Recently I upgraded the most recent Apple OS. Today looking on my Planner Pro to see my weekly appointments I find every entry has been deleted from Planner Pro future and past. Huge hassle to not be able trust its reliability.
One suggestion 4/5
I love this app so much!! The one thing I would want to see would be an option for subject dividers for different tasks. Thanks!
By J i g s i s
I have tried them all. And this is great. After paying for the Pro I would like to see the landing logo time shortened. Takes too long to get to what I paid for. Thanks.
