Horrible Customer Service 1/5
We’ve been loyal customers with Priceline for a while without any problems, up until now. We recently booked a pet friendly hotel and upon arriving we’re told they had no pet rooms available, so if we wanted to stay we’d have to pay an additional $50 for our pet. Priceline customer service refused to refund or give credit. So disappointed that their customer service didn’t bother whatsoever for us, loyal customers. We will not be using Priceline further.

I decided to try this app today. I booked a flight, confirmation was ok, everything perfect. After 1 hour, I received an email that my flight was cancelled. No reason given. I tried to contact them using all methods provided. I could not get in contact with anyone. The most frustrating was using their phone menu, which would insist that the flight was cancelled, and my card would be refunded, so I don’t really need to speak with a real person about it.

The only issue We’ve ever had was the star system. Always look at the reviews first!! We booked a hotel once at a great rate & ended up having to pay $30 a day parking. The info on the hotel didn’t say anything about parking. That was the only issue we’ve ever had

Priceline app is very behind the times. I was just told by a Priceline representative that if I want to book a multiple stop trip I need to go to the website. And if I want to fly back from a different city, again I have to go to the web. Lacking features that travelers normally use is unacceptable. I’m deleting the app. It’s pointless. I still can’t believe how their IT developers don’t know how to modernize their app. Very unprofessional.

I booked Express Deals for Car rental and they hade me wait for more then one hour because only one person was working for the past 30min and then another person came and helped after 30min all the other car company were empty so I decided to call and cancel my reservation but the refused

This really makes me angry. The fact that they charged me is infuriating enough, but then the complete lack of empathy or hint of being remotely sorry being absent just sends me over the edge. HORRIBLE customer service!
UPDATE: Have reached put numerous times by phone call and email. Zero helpful assistance offered on the phone, making things more confusing, in fact, & no response to my email. I now have to wait 1 week to attempt to book a hotel room, at which point in time prices may be more than I can afford. Opportunities have been there to make things right, Priceline. You haven’t stepped up.

The website went down so many times that the express deal I tried to purchase was sold out and I ended up having to purchase another hotel for much more money. I used to like Priceline but I’ve been using Expedia these days for the points and app.

These people have taken over $400 dollars from me in hotel costs. I travel for the government at least 20 times year and I will never use this company. Communication with their customer service department is atrocious just terrible. I warn everyone to never uses people because they are crooks. Even after their customer representative try to contact me their service still is Horrible.

Do not do name your own price on Priceline.com I did it today and got quoted $100 for a hotel in Arizona that I could’ve gotten for $66 total on Expedia they say they have a best price guarantee but they said my booking did not apply avoid it at all costs!

Check it out! I don’t know what some of these cats out here saying about Priceline not great, but Da Spoon always gets what he wants. If Priceline some how don’t come through on a deal one, or two times I don’t bad mouth Priceline cause they came through the other 98 Times. I screwed up and booked a hotel for one night in one city and two nights the next two days in another city. I meant to two days then one as I was confused. I called Priceline told them my error whereas they couldn’t be nicer. They canceled my reservations without penalty and let me rebook correctly. Thank You Priceline

Priceline has a horrible costumer service 1/5
I attempt to book a flight for my 93 years old father . There is no option on the app, or site to request for wheelchair services , which is very discriminatory to the elderly , and handicap . At to make the experience more unpleasant , I book the flight with my best friends credit card , he was right next to me when price line called to confirm his information the agent had a really bad ascent , we couldn’t understand her so she repeat her self, she said thank you and Hang up in our face . I got an email saying my flight was cancelled , when we attempt to all the costumer services , there is no one to answer . This is the first and last time I ever use this company . I purchase my dad’s flight with cheapoair for 120 more , no drama , we got the call from cheapoair to confirm the owner of the credit card used , and everything was successfully processed . Stay away from Priceline even if you have to pay more .
Very misleading 1/5
Priceline used to be a great place to get great deals until recently. The Express Deals they offer seem to be a decent deal until you select one. First off, the hotels that they say are comparable to the one you’ll be getting are actually nothing like the one you receive. I booked a 3 Star express deal that they said would be comparable to a Marriot, Hilton or Hyatt and instead got a motel that I wouldn’t even rate over 2 stars. In addition to that, when I checked in, I was told I must pay an additional $34. Priceline had informed me at the bottom of the booking conditions in tiny print that there would in fact be a mandatory fee I would have to pay. My problem with this is why did they have to put it all the way at the bottom like they were hiding it and not put it some where people could actually see it right away so you know the true cost of what your paying for.
When looking at reviews for this hotel, no one had anything nice to say about it except that it was close to Universal. How it’s a 3 Star hotel is mystery to me. When calling customer service, they were unhelpful and made me even angrier.

I booked what was advertised as a 2.5 star hotel.
I had booked for my granddaughter for 2 nights. The motel provided was actually identified as a 2 star even though Priceline had the express deal as 2.5.
The room was filthy, burn holes in the bedding, bugs, holes in the wall and refrigerator and furniture in a despicable state. I called Priceline and was told to see the hotel. The representative stated that Priceline had no representation in the states. The room was vacated after one hour but refund defused for both nights per the hotel (Quality inn northwest lexington ky) and Priceline

Got charged $87.49 for hotel thru priceline - upon checkout found out regular room rate was only $71.82 !! Priceline customer service said could not do anything!
