Love the app for back ups 5/5
Was happy to see this was included as part of my Prime subscription. I quickly switched to it from DropBox with no issues.

Great app but the sorting and search functionality needs an upgrade 4/5
By Nami SA
It should be so much easier to sort and search for pictures. It also doesn't filter out duplicates
Very nice 5/5
Love this app 4/5
I use this app instead of my ICloud, its cheaper and have great storage capabilities and it's so easy to retrieve pictures or videos from the past that aren't on my camera roll specially when I'm making a photo book.
Very nice app
Love it 5/5
This has been a great way to backup all of the photos on my phone that I want to keep but don't have the space to save on my phone.
By Kaitlyn WB
Great benefit for Prime members!
Super easy 5/5
What a pleasure to use. Easy. Nice interface. I should have become a prime member a long time ago.
Incredible app 5/5
Don't think, just download
Photo prime 5/5
By Lilman 402
I am super excited that they are doing this so I can save and share my pictures on Amazon. Wish was a little fast but great
Good photo storage 4/5
Good for backing photos, but needs to make it easier for the photo search and slow loading.
Pretty good app 4/5
By Ken In Hawaii
It does almost everything right. My only complaint is that it doesn't back up my photos in iOS unless you open the app. There's been times where I synced my photos to my computer which would then delete it and they were never backed up to Prime Photos.
Wonderful app. 5/5
Works great. Get it.
Love this ap 5/5
Easy to use and ordered pictures. The pictures quality was good
Nearly perfect, but google photos is better 4/5

Awesome app works great
Great for phones with low memory 5/5
Quickly uploads your pictures to let you free up space on your phone. Be sure to keep cache size as small as possible for best results.
It's good 5/5
What a great app! 5/5
Great way to back up photos but could be improved 4/5
Works well to back up photos but you will need to buy more space if you have a lot of videos.
The facial recognition does not let you remove people it accidentally identifies improperly.
Awesome addition to my Amazon Prime 5/5

Family Vault best feature 5/5

Easily organize pictures 4/5
SLIGHTLY difficult to figure out but once you get it it's a lifesaver
Love the one year ago picture reminder 5/5
Good quality pictures
I like it! It's easy to use and nice to have your pictures on all devices.
Great photo storing app! 5/5
If you have an Amazon account then you can't lose using this app.
Unlimited Photos Across Many Platforms The Best! 5/5
Best Cloud Storage For Unlimited Pictures Across Every Platform Imaginable. I haven't found a limit as to how many devices it can connect up to. Right now it is on 3 iPhones, 2 Mac Computers, 1 PC, 2 Android Phones, 1 Android Tablet, and I'm sure more in the future. I have Amazon Prime through Sprint and Prime Photo is part of Prime.
What is given is an Unlimited amount of space for photos, and I only have maybe 1/8 of my photos uploaded. Quite interesting interface as it shows not only pictures taken the day you are viewing your photos from years before. All photos are grouped together by four methods.
1. By year
2. By Facial Recognition
3. By Album that you create.
4. By Family Vault, which you add photos to share with friends and family. You may even invite 1 other person who has Amazon to utilize this service such as another family member.
What's the catch. The only catch I see is yes, there is unlimited photo space, however, we all have files (documents) and videos. Once 5GB has been uploaded of these photos you can no longer download Videos or Files, however, you may always download Photos still! So it really doesn't matter.
My suggestion if you want to upload Files, Videos and other items, use OneDrive, right now with the purchase of every External BackUp Plus drive you receive 200GB of free space including your initial 5GB (Total 205GB) for 2 Years, offer ends June 2017. Or you can order 1TB to 30TB for a select price per month or year. In fact from what I've heard, it is very easy to get said 200GB free without purchasing the Hard Drive. Just need to search.
Amazon wants you to purchase AmazonDrive, which gives you unlimited storage for all Files, Videos, and Photos for $59.99 per year. You decide if that's worth it.
We all back up our vital information, at least most of us do, so if one drive or the computer crashes all we need to do is go to the secondary backup redundancy drives. A friend of mine recently went to an event, he works on YouTube and is very successful. He had extremely important information backed up sometimes 3-4 times over all on redundant/backup drives. He attended a YouTube meet up, on his way back home he realized his house was broken into and everything electronic and of value was taken.
Not only were Files that could never be replaced such as pictures of friends and families hence those redundant drives were stolen (Just like anything, most people won't take Cloud Storage, Two Factor Authentication, Password Creator and Saver Programs, Security, Plans to cover devices if stolen, and Redundant External Hard Drives located in a locked Safe via a Server Raid System.) You will never learn or get that info back until it happens to you, you take precautions and are smart, or are ready for anything.
Not only was my friends personal articles gone but so was his work station and work flow, all work done for the last 5 years and current projects are gone. He has to start over from scratch. Most people that go through something traumatic like this need time to recover and become afraid. He doesn't have that luxury for he needs to continue working, meaning getting his house and workstation back up and running. Otherwise he could lose his home and more.
It's reality, but for (Pictures = $11.99 per month) and (Everything else PrimeDrive $59.99) or ($9.99 per 1TB per month for OneDrive) seems like a logical conclusion. Take your work seriously.
Love the App 5/5
By Giri Sulur
What I like best:
Unlimited photo and video backup
Backup is quick
Able to arrange photos in different albums
Love it! 5/5
I think the photo storage is the most useful aspect of my Prime account. The photo upload definitely works best with high-speed internet connections.
Good auto back-up better with no notifications 4/5
Works great to back up original quality photos. The notifications are mostly pointless. Could use some improvements but it's an excellent free service for Prime users. I use it in place of iCloud to save $.
Great App...Could Use a Few Tweaks 4/5
I love this app but have, on several occasions, had to manually upload images/photos because the app didn't upload them in the "background". App was always open or running in the background and setting were set to Auto-Save using WiFi and Cellular Data. I've adjusted every setting possible on the phone and within the app to try and resolve this hiccup. No luck. I just consciously check it every other day and make sure it uploads.
Fun and easy to use 5/5
I love how this app allows for family albums and how it automatically uploads the pictures I've taken to my cloud. It also does a "this day on past years" type reminder, which is fun.
Does it work?? 5/5
By Outgoing smiley
I'm nervous to upload all my photos to this app to clear up storage on my iPhone In fear they might be lost
Love it 5/5
Helps keep my iPhone from running out of memory. Only have a 16 gig and can't keep photos or video. Totally worth it!
Good App 5/5
The app does what I need it to do which is store my photos and videos.
Foolproof backup and free with prime! 5/5
All you have to do is open the app and it automatically backs everything up. The fact that the photos are free with prime makes this a no brainer
Great app, does the basics well 5/5
I haven't had any problem with this app. It's great for backing up my phone pictures.
I'm not quite sure how to get albums to work well for me. With the amount of pictures i have i really cant put them in albums properly because when i go to add photos I cant tell whats been added to what albums or not. I get ALL pictures. Same complaint for iPhone. When i go to add pics to an album, give me a filter option to only show me pics not in that album - another good filter feature would be to show me pics not in any album :-)
I also wish it would keep my phone albums as albums when it backs up. So I don't have to put them in albums again.
