    I'd give it 5 stars if you could fix the issue with editing the parameters of a treadmill workout! You can't enter the distance after the workout is completed. The instructions to go to logs, click the pencil to edit, select the workout only allow you to delete the workout, not edit the parameters. I have to rely on my faithful Runkeeper to save my details and see progress.

    I really enjoy this App. The music keeps me going when I'm getting tired. I would love to see notifications when new mixes are added and a DJ search tool. Adding new DJs and mixes would keep it fresh and earn my 5 star. And - yes, the interval training for weight has helped me loose 5 lbs so far. My recommendation - subscribe, set a goal, and go for it! 💪🏼

    This application is the reason I've been able to stick to a running routine. Their running programs are great and very helpful for beginners. My only issue is the amount of ads trying to get you into a premium account, it is too much.

    If you ever thought you needed a personal trainer but maybe could not afford it or way to much to coordinate schedules, this app is a great option. Run when you want and all you need is running shoes, a phone, this app and good earbuds! I am on week 4 and have not missed a day! I like the music options and tips in the premium version!

    I like the phone app. The interval training is helpful. The UI/UX is great. Not all running apps have that. The watch app, however, leaves much to be desired. The fact I cannot run without my phone defeats the purpose of even having a watch app in my opinion. I don't care about GPS, I just need the interval timer. Remembering the run/walk pattern and timing yourself with the Apple workout app on the watch is tedious - trust me, I tried.

    I like the workouts this app provides but I wish it didn't just cut off at the end of the predetermined workout. Sometimes I go longer and I would like that to appear in my logged workout. Also, it would be nice to add cross training workouts to the logged workout screen.

    I'm enjoying this app and its perks. One feature I appreciate is the 'drink water' reminders. I tend to procrastinate with my daily water intake and this is an awesome way to remind me. All in all, it's a good app not only for exercises!

    I'm doing the Advanced stage and I find it to be fairly generic. I was hoping for something more groundbreaking I guess. That said, it's nice to have a guided run program and incentive to run every day. There are a lot of pushes to get premium, which is kind of annoying.
