    I've enjoyed using the app so far and really like that the music is tied in with the work out itself. I also like the meal planning idea, but not the process itself. I feel there is a long way to go with this aspect of the program. It would be nice if it gave you a weekly grocery list so you could prepare ahead of time and allowed you to eliminate foods you'll never eat; I for example won't touch fish with a 10' pole. Never have, never will. I enjoy the workouts themselves and the fact that I can pick a different "coach" everyday if I want, sometimes I just need someone to yell at me to get going and others I just want a kind word of encouragement. I've been sore everyday after a run so I know it's doing something good for me :) no weight loss yet but I've only been following this for 1 week and haven't incorporated the meals yet because they are so out there. I LOVE that it reminds me to drink water, all and all a great app, but room for improvement.

    I just brought it and instead of getting charged per month I got the charged the entire fee! I called iTunes support and they're suppose to refund me but I'm afraid of getting an overdraft fee!

    I'm currently using the free version and it's very easy to use. I love the motivation that you get while running. The app makes running fun, fast and easy. I also like the reminders to drink water. It's a great feature!

    I really like the interval training programs in this app, however, when you lock your screen it stops giving you voice cues which defeats the whole purpose. When I realized this, i stopped locking my phone but some of the cues still didn't happen. This was frustrating so I deleted the app. The constant harassment to upgrade to premium was also super annoying.

    I understand a free app is going to have ads. But the type of ads is why I gave this app such a poor review. I was frequented with ads saying I won a FREE iPhone and my only options was to click Ok. It then takes you out of the app and into the App Store. Kind of hard to be switching back to the app while you are running.

    Worst pop-up ads ever from scammers. Used to love this ap, but now can't respect a company that would allow scammer ads to come up that won't go away until you click"ok" at the bottom agreeing to their "contest".

    So I was introduced to this app about 2 weeks ago when I decided it's time to lose this extra weight. Let me tell you it was the best thing that happened to me. I am on my 3rd week day 2 and I can say I love it. I don't know if I lost any weight yet but I can say I am more energetic with every run. I can't wait to see what the eight weeks will bring. I did. It gives it 5 stars because of the ads. Other than that great app.
