    This app is fantastic. It's a running GPS, a music DJ that plays songs at your pace or paces your faster/slower based on the interval. It has a dietary manager with recipes that can auto populate a grocery list, body measurement tracking that connects to Apple health, water drinking reminders and that's just what I've discovered during the free trial week. Oh and did I mention it's at it's core a fantastic running app that mixes up runs to keep them fun and fresh (and help you lose weight??) $39.99 feels expensive but for a yearly access to all of the above is worth it. I just cancelled subscriptions to 4 apps that separately did above tasks and they were $12 in total -- a month! So the annual price on this bad boy is more than worth it. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to tie together their fitness routine and have some great runs in or outdoors.

    Seriously the app is a great app for trains my. Intervals are great and it's more efficient of a calorie burn that continuous runs. The ads however are inundating and it's not as complex and fulfilling of an app to pay a subscription to eliminate the ads. Even the 'x' to kill an ad takes you to a full screen ad.

    I really like this app! It has been years since I was a runner and not sure I would be able to ever do it again with all the weight I've put on. But this program starts you off extremely slow (good thing) and builds you but by bit (even better thing). I feel like with this app it's just a matter of time before I'm running a 5k again, and who knows after that! Thank you!!

    I finally decided to use this app yesterday after having downloaded it about a month ago. I haven't been running in about 3 years and my first time out was good. The intervals were just long enough and the trainer kept me motivated along with the music. At the end of the run I was tired and sweaty but felt such a sense of accomplishment!

    I really love this app and makes me happy and it motivates me to run it starts you have pretty slowly and build you up there's lots of different choices and options and overall it's really amazing

    So I got this app in hopes of getting a running plan and maybe loosing a few pounds along the way. I got the running, but it wasn't super helpful there was nothing motivational about it at all. It had a monotone voiced lady telling you to walk for 2 minutes, and run for a minute. Along with a that, you can't listen to your own music, and the music you can listen to takes Internet. I don't run inside my house. So I hope that this app changes cause it could be pretty stinkin good but... Needs a little help.

    Enjoyed the app. Worked great. Excited to see where I can go and how far I can push myself. Only downfall-would be a 5 star-if you did a treadmill workout and you could edit the stats and add pace and distance. This would allow runners to see their progress from start to finish.

    I signed up for the premium subscription but I didn't like that they told you exactly what to eat every day. They should give you options based on what you like or what you can or can't have. Since there was no way around it I canceled my subscription but I still plan on using the app to run

    Anytime I need an extra boost in cardio this is my go to. The free version is great, does not use a ton of data. Thanks for creating an easy to fall into interval training app!! My advice BE HONEST with your stats, makes all the difference. Happy running!

    Have tried many running apps. Lots of great festures. I love to take pictures on my run and this app automatically pauses the workout to do so.

    The free version is so buggy and annoying with it's pop-ups that I can't imagine anyone that worked on it actually used it. It didn't work with my own music - only played the same 4 songs. When those 4 songs were over I couldn't select anything else without quitting the workout and starting over. Every time you switch a screen you got a pop up for the premium version. It interrupted my workout to give me progress stats twice within 5 seconds every time I used it. However it didn't give me a summary of the workout when it was over. The only thing this app did well was its most basic function, telling me when the interval was over.
