    I enjoy the progression of the app but there are a few problems 1. Sometimes when I open the app it shows nothing completed and when I click on the day I should be on once I complete the workout it doesn't save. Therefore I have had to repeat a few training days. 2. The app doesn't track distance on a treadmill since it only seems to use gps. So the days I need to use the treadmill I can't compare to my other runs so the app isn't tracking all my actual mileage I've ran. 3. I think 9.99 is a lot a month for motivation to run. 4. At the highest setting for motivational queues they are not very often. Overall I am pleased with this app. I enjoyed my free week trial but I wouldn't pay 9.99 a month

    I just stared at this app, and I already love it! Honestly, the music mixes are truly worth the money. you have a ton of options to choose from in the tempo is appropriate for running. Additionally the trainers voices are very nice to hear and it's like it knows when I want to stop. for example just today I wanted to stop but it kept telling me you're almost there keep going you're doing a great job in that really make me feel good and it helps as cheesy as that may sound. I have a bad habit of psyching myself out and stopping this keeps me motivated and I think the big thing about losing weight is staying motivated. $10 a month is less than it cost to eat out and get fat I'd rather spend that money getting fit. But that's just me good luck out there guys

    I really like this running app. I can't run nonstop, but am able to do it when a voice tells me when, and how long, to go. My only complaint is that it stops directing me if the phone goes into sleep mode. I have to change my settings every day and if I forget to switch it back, I'm left with no battery by 4:00 in the afternoon.

    I use the free app, yes pop-up advertisements for premium can be a tad annoying but it is just at start and end not during workout. I like that the app keeps workouts interesting and provides distance/calories etc.

    Love it so far! Only have used it one time. I burned 415 calories! I also did a 15 min ab workout after. I am a female, 5'10, and 222lbs. Trying to lose weight and get down to 160. I will write another review in a couple of weeks, but I love it so far!

    I like this app and it's plan. I'm not a runner and I like how the plan eases you into it, which allows me to feel accomplished but not over do it. The pop-ups are pretty annoying, especially for someone who can't afford the premium version. I would recommend this app to others and I already have. 👍🏻

    I'm still in the free version of this app, but I definitely think I will purchase it. I love the reminders to drink water throughout the day! I've needed that feature alone. It tells you what you need to do, and has manageable goals for someone fat and out of shape like me. There is a map with the end results that shows you were you went and how fast you went overall. This will be helpful to track progress. I will mostly purchase the app, just because I want to tell this lady to shut up when I'm in pain. Maybe the Military style person will be better. I hope it's a guy's voice.

    I love this app. I had surgery and wanted to get back into running and this has been great with coaching and intervals. However, I'm wondering if there are more advanced plans. I'm doing the 10k one but when I'm done I feel like there should be more difficult ones even up to halfs and fulls. At least on premium. I have premium and I don't see that. Also I can't see how to change the coach voice? Suggestion for meal plan: I'm vegan and these by default have meat. Maybe a vegetarian and vegan option.

    I'm downgrading my review to one star. I bought the paid subscription hoping it would fix tracking errors I was having with the app. It didn't. I was in touch with customer service briefly, but they stopped responding once I fully explained my issue. When I mentioned wanting a refund, they deleted my trouble tickets. Absolute garbage!

    I like the pace at which the app gradually increases the intensity of the interval training. I'm a beginner runner and I'm finding that my stamina is gradually increasing and it's not killing me to push myself a little harder. I have recommended this app to several people wanting to start running.

    This app could have 5 stars, if it worked consistently. I worked out the day before yesterday, and saved as instructed. Today, no data is there. When I tried to do Day 2, week 1, it prompted me to start over because I was "skipping several work outs." 😔 It also doesn't sync super well with my Apple Watch. I really want to use this app to train! Hopefully they will have an update or fix soon.

    First let me start out with I like this app and would recommend it to people. As a person who got a knee injury in high school, I was looking for an app that would let me get back in shape. I love how the app makes running easy. The complaint I have however is when the voice comes on to tell me my distance it repeats it four to five time in the span of a minute. This is annoying for me and would like a solution to lessen the amount of time she talks to me. The other complaint that I have has to do with the premium membership. I understand that in order to get rid of adds completely I have to pay, however the amount of times it comes on is ridiculous. It comes on every time you click something. I have other apps that ask you to pay and they run their ad maybe two or three times during my span of using the app. Not every time I click something.

    Update: now it's even worse. It freezes, crashed my phone. Tried restarting the phone and it still doesn't work. So much for working out, now I need a new app and start over. What a piece of garbage. I've tried using this app before but the ads are way worse now (games that take over the whole screen??) I hate the new subscription model so many apps are using now.

    I really love this app. I have the free version right now because I am not sure if I am going to stick with this app or not. I have an Apple watch and I would love to be able to run without my phone with me. Unfortunately the Apple Watch app is pretty bad. It does not make any noise to alert you to a change of pace and even with earphones hooked up to my watch, it tries to play my music from my phone rather than my Apple Watch headphones. It's a great app and I would totally be willing to pay the premium price if they fixed the Apple Watch app.

    I've started over with this app twice after like a year off from running in between and I can say that the interval training works. If your goal is weight loss or improving your running, this app will do it. I use the simple free version, but I'm sure the paid version is even better. Good luck!
