    It won't let you do anything until you buy a plan. Most workout apps have the courtesy to let you sample before forcing you to make a purchase. For this, you view the homepage then regardless of whatever selection you make are then taken to the "select plan" option. Is it that hard to buy a girl dinner first? (In my humble opinion)

    Update: I've come back to results for my third full 12 week plan. I'm now 181 lbs and 23% body fat. Prior post: I'm 30yo and prior to starting I was 198lbs (at 5'11") and 30% body fat as measured by Fitbit's Aria scale. I'm through 8weeks of training (10 weeks actual time) and I'm currently 191lbs and 25% body fat. I've seen improvements in my athletics, feel healthier, and even received compliments from others about improved physic. Note: I did run a half marathon and complete the Savage Race in the time I was doing the premium workout plan. I also have been using MyFitnessPal to monitor nutrition.

    It's a good thing when you have yourself to rely on. Sharing your progress... Some say it's narcissistic. But others see it as motivation. I'm ending week thirteen and feeling great. Got three people to sign up from showing progress alone. Anyone can achieve their goals. It's up to you to get up and do something. I don't want to compete with anyone. I want everyone to succeed! And Runtastic is helping me get there.

    I'm in my 43rd week and loving it! Sure it's hard. But man, is it worth it!! Along with my diet and tips from Runtastic, I went from 222lbs and a size 36" waist down to 174lbs and a 32" waist! I'm now at 180lbs and the gain has been all muscle. I feel fantastic and I no longer have chronic lower back pain due to a herniated disc. My neurosurgeon told me to start exercising before he would consider putting me under the knife to see if my body could improve itself. Well, it worked. As I push myself daily through each exercise I feel my strength, stamina and posture improve. I look better than I did when I was in the Army years ago! Go for it! Do it! Feel better than you think you can.

    I came across this app, tried and loved it. I'm a mom and employee, I don't have time to workout at a gym and I'm too tired at the end of the day to drive or go one more inch away from home. As a mom of an asperger child, it's hard to workout, and this app gave me what I need at home. Have dinner, put my child in bed and work out at the comfort of my home.

    I've been using it for about 4 months, and it's definitively worth the money. I love the fact that a single subscription gives you access to more apps. I only give it 4 stars because the warmup and the cool down are always the same, which kind of makes it boring (warmup and stretch, not the actual workout). If it had different warmups and cool downs, i would give it 5 stars without a doubt!!!

    I am really enjoying this app. Functionally, the app works well. It doesn't crash or have any glitches that I have experienced. Pros: you workout at your own pace. If you have to do 20 push-ups, you take as much time to get through them as you need. The workout doesn't move on to the next exercise until you tell it to. But, the clock keeps ticking, so you know how long it took to get through the exercise and you can see how much less time it takes the next time. You rate the difficulty or ease of the workouts, I am assuming so they can modify your next workout accordingly. The app puts you through a good warm-up and cool-down stretch at the end. There are videos explaining proper form for each exercise. And there are modifications for some as well. For example, if you can't do regular push-ups, you can modify and do knee-push-ups. Also, you can pick how many workouts you want to do in a given week, such as 3, 4, or 5. Con: The only Con is that there is not enough voice support from the virtual coach. I'd appreciate more, "you can do it" and "don't give up" types of voice support. But, that's only a Con if you like or need that. The other Con, but maybe not really a Con, is that you cannot pause a workout once it starts. It's a Con because if someone knocks at the door, you can't pause the clock that is ticking away, so the 20 push-ups that normally take you 2 minutes, could look in your workout history like it took you 10 minutes. That's a Pro if the inability to do that keeps you working out when you'd otherwise pause. That's been the effect for me. I am a 46 year old female. I have completed workout 2 of week 5, so that is how long I've been using the app. For the first 4 weeks, I did 3 workouts a week, and for week 5, I've up it to 4 workouts a week. I have noticed an increase in my muscle tone and my strength. I can bang out more push-ups in less time, and I notice an increase in my cardiovascular health as well. I recently walked up a hill I hadn't been on in a while and was not winded by it at all and I used to be. And doing 60 jumping jacks is a breeze, so I'm happy with the physical benefits.

    I've been working out with this app since June I have been pretty consistent with this app. I haven't been on the scale since I've started using this app because I don't want to feel discouraged by weight. However my measurements have decreased drastically to the point that all my summer cloths will be going to donation at the end of the season!!! I highly recommend this app💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    I've been working out pretty much all my life and thus really takes into consideration my strengths and weaknesses and gives me a great HITT workout. Not sure if the update is buggy though BC the iwatch app isn't working properly rn which is a shame.

    This is great for when you're on the go or don't have access to weights or a full gym. 20 ish minutes (to start, they get longer over time) to wake you up in the morning and get your heart going. To be honest I havnt made it through the program but I don't really care because I just like the motivation to be a little active every day especially when I'm at a desk or in the car for many hours.
