I've using the App for a few weeks now and I can see how this exercises help me to get better shape. The workouts are selected according to your physical condition when starting your plan, which is great. Everybody is different and requires different results for different individuals. And the best part is no weight or gym is required, you can exercise where ever you are with your body weight.

I have been using this app for working out for some time now. I initially got the app because AdidasMi went away and I was given a free subscription to Runtastic in its place. The length of the stretching, workout, and cool-down are perfect for my schedule. I like that an initial fitness test was the basis for the workouts. I wish that the cool-down stretches were more customized to which body parts were worked that day.
I use Runkeeper and My Fitness Pal, so I thought this app would be the same quality. The advertisement looks great, but when you download the app you have to subscribe and pay for most of the features you want to use. Some of the free stuff is helpful, but I was disappointed! I probably won't use it.

I have used this app a while now and they make improvements and make it nicer for us older woman as well. (A little too much jumping for me). Of course everyone can modify any exercise any way to fit their situations. However I found I hurt more than it was worth.

I went from a career where I was on my feet running around for 55+ hours per week to a career where I sit in my car for 55+ hours per week. At 33-years-old, I found myself overweight for the first time. I was looking for something that I could do at home or in a hotel to get back into decent shape.
I took the fit test, and found it pretty difficult. According to the results, I was already in good enough shape (even though I'd gained about 25 pounds) and had a workout plan custom tailored to my fitness level. I really wanted to like it, but I found myself barely able to get through the first set, and completely unable to continue after that. Even after 3 weeks of use, it doesn't seem to be at an attainable level for me.
I'll try doing some walking around my neighborhood and maybe come back to this when I have built up a little stamina. Until then, I'm turning off notifications and pretending this app doesn't exist.

Suggestions: 1) please switch up the warm up and cool down exercises. It would be nice to do the exercises in different orders from week to week. Having warm and and cool down exercises that are appropriate for the workout that I'm doing would be even more extraordinary. 2) Allow users to modify workout plans by replacing certain workouts to suit possible physical constraints.
This app is a five overall, but some tweaks could be helpful.

App is garbage unless you pay for it. Claims 180 exercises but that actually means 10 unless you pay. You spend more time swiping away stuff you don't want or need than working out.

Why don't you put the weekly charge up front. Wait until you get info to say "for only $2.33 a week..."

It says this app offers "in app purchases". It's completely unusable without purchasing a membership. Had I known that ahead of time, I wouldn't have wasted my time downloading it.

This app and its workouts engaged muscles not usually worked during my traditional training routine. I use it 3 days a week to supplement my heavy strength training routine. I recommend for all levels / even if it's hard, keep at it.

Hotel Room Fitness 5/5
I spend a lot of time in hotel rooms due to business travel. I have used several different workout apps in an effort to get in a 30-45 minute workout while in a confined space of a hotel room. This was the app that finally sealed the deal. Over the past year, I have been able to maintain the fitness level I desire in the time I have available while limited to a smaller area. I am an annual subscriber and use this app religiously. Now if I could only match this motivation with my diet. Thank you Runtastic Results!

This app is just what I needed to get started with my workouts. I look forward to my workouts everyday. Please fix the constant notifications for nutrition please. The info is great but it notifies me every hour. Annoying!!

This app is the greatest. I have a habit of working out for a week or two, giving up and then starting over. This app keeps me on track, makes me sweat, leaves me tired and I can do it in my bedroom. The variety of workouts are great and it saves a lot of time not having to go to the gym. It's basically like having a personal trainer for $10 a month. If this app doesn't work for you then I don't know what will. Runtastic couldn't have made it easier.

**update 7/6/2017** app was updated, but same watch problems exist. No heart rate being pulled, and the app doesn't run in the foreground. Please fix.
**update 6/22/2017** It's still a 5 star app, however I'm getting frustrated that the watch portion is broken. Even though I start the workout through the watch, it doesn't start or capture my heart rate. It's like the app is running in the background on my watch since my watch face ends up on the screen instead of the runtastic info. Something happened with the last update that caused this to happen. Please fix. I'm on week 67, so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing.
Great app! Works well with the watch or without it. I started this not knowing what to think, but I opted for the 12-month plan anyway. I'm so glad I did! Now I'm 43 weeks in and I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a long time. I'm busy at work and have little kids. I love that I can do this from home once everyone is settled and sleeping. Thank you RUNTASTIC RESULTS for the life change! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a fitness newbie. If you're looking to graduate past 7 minute workout, these workouts are challenging with well produced videos. Can workout at home with just a yoga mat. Body weight is a revelation.

First workout used. Not too bad for an arm day, only 15min has me sweating. A lot of core involved with the arms which works for me.
I only wish for more of the workouts/plans to be free. I am on a fixed budget and can only do what I can afford, however if I see results with the little bit that is free I may consider splurging on the yearly plan option.
