    I hate that they made some of the previously free content part of premium. The on the go feature was great but I will never use it because it is too expensive to go premium. Really sad because the meditations were really helping my stress.

    I like the layout of this app. I like the rewards for finishing a lesson, like he badges, because it helps me in my depression to revisit meditation every day. I like how it has seven days per lesson plan and there are a lot of free options. I can't afford to spend money on the premium lessons, but I'm finding the free ones are very relaxing and very helpful in helping me relax. I am very happy with this app!

    I have never meditated before and never even considered it. This app has made me a believer though, and after just 2 days I feel a subtle yet noticeable difference in my mindset and stress levels. Cool badges and earning a streak for consecutive days are nice features too!

    I love the sessions that help you learn the technique of mindfulness. This app has helped me get back into my meditation practice by breaking it down to just 5 minute sessions. Slowly I can start increasing my time. There's also sessions for sleep, relationships, etc... lots to do in the app.

    Even though you have to pay for premium, this app has been more than helpful to my life. I did end up paying for the premium which was a great decision for me. There are countless themes and exercise you can choose and the guidance is perfect.

    I love this app, it's great for beginners but I'm disappointed most of the series are locked for premium users. I find this app helpful but there is no way I could pay $11 a month to be premium. It breaks my heart a little.

    I have been using this app for three months now. Moving to a new city and walking to the subway and riding the subway, OTG was very helpful. Having a quick escape during work was helpful as well. Having it taken away was a bit jarring to be honest. I'm weaning off my medications because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and was thrilled at first to have found this app to supplement therapy. I love the app overall and do find it better than Headspace. After reading other comments and responses I truly hope that OTG will become available for free again as it sounds like it has been helpful for others as well. Thank you so much for this great app and service!

    I've used quite a few of the different meditation apps on here and this is definitely my favorite one i've come across. I do wish it wasn't a monthly subscription and just a one time fee but the free version has tons of great content for meditation practicers of all levels and a great course to get you started. Thanks for the awesome app!

    My meditation minutes are a favorite part of my day. If ever I feel stressed or need to take a few minutes to slow down and relax, I'll log on and spend a few minutes meditating. I've found the time I lose in meditation, I gain back ten fold in productivity. Love it--Cannot recommend it enough!!!

    I have been using this app for quite some time. As a college student I often have stress and anxiety, and this has helped me very much. The recent changes are disappointing though! The issue I have now is there are little to none free meditations, and requires you to upgrade to get most of the meditations available. As a student I can't afford this, and would hope they have a student discount of some sort but they don't.

    I was really enjoying this app. It has really helped me with my practice! So calming and easy to use and used to have lots of free access! However, now that I've moved and settled, I find that is not the case anymore. I was using 'on the go' and now that's restricted. And I have to pay $12 per month to access it. I will search for something else.

    This app is much better than the last Mindfulness app I tried. If you're serious about developing a regular mindfulness practice, the paid subscription is totally worth it. Seriously. I love the versatility and wide variety of practice options. I use on-the-go for commuting when I'm on the train in the morning and walking to my office. I haven't used any of the longer, more specifically tailored programs yet, but I plan to very soon!

    Just started medical school this fall and I wanted to set up some good habits from the start. I've found that meditation is by far the most helpful one. Daily habit makes it simple so I don't have to waste extra energy on combing through YouTube videos or podcasts, or heaven forbid, try to sit still on my own. It's very engaging and comes in five minute increments that make it easy to build up on over time. I even subscribed to premium and am so glad I did. If I'm feeling stressed and have a few minutes to myself in the library or a coffee shop, I just throw on some headphones and listen to a clip. It also keeps track of total minutes mediated and meditation streaks by day which is fun if you're a data junkie like me.

    I have noticed since starting the use of this app a few weeks ago, that I am better able to handle stressful situations that come my way. I am a homeschooling mom of 2 living with MS that just moved with my kids and husband from VA to MI and then to NY all within 8 weeks. Stress has been a part of my daily life, but I am better able to handle it now thanks to this app.

    I get it. The subscriptions are necessary but that's no need to take away free features. The developer(s) could have just easily added new features to promote premium. I feel like unless you're ready to pay the subscription you shouldn't download this app. 'On the go' really helped me and the ironic part is I promised to write a 5-star review on Friday and now I'm just disappointed I had to reduce it to 1-star. I guess my peaceful free evenings are over. 💔

    Really great update putting the intro song back into the meditations as a way to have a "ritual" to get into meditation. Improved UX. All around great. I like paying for premium because I know that it allows Simple Habit to continue creating great content. You can't expect to just leech off of them and expect the product to survive.

    I'm certainly a fan of this app; I first found out about it while reading Business Insider magazine, and I've since been using it frequently for the last four months. I was disappointed to see that the On-the-Go feature was switched to a premium only; is there any way users can purchase this feature alone for a one time fee? I really enjoyed using this app, but I'm unable to pay $11.99 a month for a premium service and will have to discontinue my use. Thanks for reading this, and best regards.

    I used to use this app constantly. My favorite part was the On the Go (OTG). Now it is a premium feature and I think that's so unfair and wrong. I've used this app for panic attacks, anxiety, depression and feeling lonely, and most importantly- sleeping. It was doctor recommended I use this app because it helps and it was free. Lately it's all gotten a lot worse and now I can't use my favorite app to calm myself down or sleep and I think it is very wrong that you are now charging people to "feel better in 5 minutes". Change this or pay for my subscription.
