    I am enjoying the variety of meditations and teachers that come with this app. I love that I can do a quick meditation when I am traveling or on the go. The annual cost is quite reasonable and I am thrilled with the update to the app that allows me to search by teachers.

    I'm not the meditation type. I've tried different apps like Headspace. This app is better in my opinion because the voice is calmer & more soothing, the meditation sessions are quick and on-the-go, and the app feels less like a "sales pitch."

    I love meditating and recent fell out of the habit. Not meditating causes a ton of anxiety for me and I was trying very hard to get back into it, but lacked the motivation. This app is really helping me get back on track and it great if you are on a plane or in a public location where you need something quick to clear your mind. It is expensive for premium but I find it totally worth it.

    So far I'm up to day 6, just using the free meditations, and I really like it so far. The Australian woman's voice is very calming :-) Going to stick with it for 21 days and see if the free selection is enough or if I feel the need to subscribe. But so far I'm very happy with the app!

    I've tried apps like Calm and Headspace, and they didn't help me build a habit of meditation. This app is easy to use, and full of meditations that are accessible and no nonsense. I don't have to know where my third eye is located or anything else stereotypical of meditation/yoga experiences, and this means I can jump in and get the benefits of a calm focused mind through their guided sessions. 10/10 would recommend

    Update: Random mish mash of programs that you can get for free on YouTube, so no need to pay $100 for it here. This app just isn't very good. I recommend Headspace, Calm or Buddhify if you want programs that work Old Review: I get so much email spam from Simple Habit. First you wanted me to download a dating app on Valentine's Day. Now you want me to get my friends to download your app so I can be entered into some fake contest to win a free mattress? Who runs this company? Do you even understand mindfulness? Your emails trying to get me to buy random 💩 is NOT mindful. If I like your app, I will tell my friends about it. If I don't like it, I won't tell my friends about it no matter how many times you ask me or try to trick me. Please focus on making a good app rather than a quick buck, and people will naturally invite their friends.

    Very nice app and meditations. I like the selection and the gamification of badges and streaks too. But the meditations themselves are the super stars. Very well recorded, and varied. Lots of options to choose from. I wish I could just buy a few rather than a subscription. I totally get the subscription is how they make money long term. But sometimes I just want the tea meditation and nothing else that week.

    I've used other meditation apps but this one outshines them. With so many difficult challenges taking place in my life lately, I discovered this app and so glad I decided to try it. Guided sessions run between 5-30 minutes on a number of topics. It's a little pricey at $100 but well worth its weight in gold :).

    Dear anyone reading this, Looking this far into the app is a start, but trust me when I say this-download it. It does come with subscriptions and all the fancy jazz that you have to pay for, but even the basic level stuff (the guided meditations I use) are useful enough on their own. This app, on the basic free level, isn't really one that is super personalized, but more generalized that can then be applied to certain situations. It's a remarkable app and has some very useful and handy meditations for those who want to really help themselves get stronger mentally. My favorite part, however, are the 31 day challenge type guide meditations. One in particular is about starting fresh and has a podcast to go along with it. I highly recommend it! Sincerely, K
