    The “ free” meditations are very short, the 5 min ones are not actually 5 min, but shorter. The app is to “ sales” oriented, and is VERY expensive to access the longer meditations. It’s a constant pressure to buy, buy etc.. not a relaxing meditation perspective

    This app is amazing. I’ve tried many different meditation apps, and have never stuck with any of them. I love the reminders and seeing my progress really helps. There is a calendar that tracks your progress with a blue circle filling the days you’ve meditated. This helps me to try to keep every day blue!

    I saw this in Shark Tank and decided to download it. I messed around with the app, Loved the interface, tried the free sleeping meditations and decided it was worth the subscription to get more content. I’m a daily user now and I’m sleeping and relaxing so much better. I’ve only played around with a few of the other topics and am impressed with the selection EXCEPT I wish there were more unguided nature sound options. Worth it.

    I recently discovered this app and I was so excited about it. And I saw that it's $7.99 a month for a one year membership and thought that was completely reasonable and almost bought it. However, I read that it is billed as one payment. I live on a budget, I make minimum wage and I do not have enough money to pay $100 down payment unless I want to make some major sacrifices for a few months. It's really sad because I suffer from serious anxiety and think that this app is incredibly well done but it's crazy that I'm expected to pay $100 up front rather than being billed $7.99 a month. In conclusion: great app, but way too expensive. Therefore I'm not going to be spending my money on a one year subscription.

    There are not many free options beyond the introductory series. The developer says 12+ hours, but that seems like a high estimate given that they are in 5 minute sessions. The introductions to meditation are good for beginners. I think the subscription price for premium is a bit high.

    All of the meditations are too short. When i want to practice i often want more time if i am using guided meditation, perhaps 10-20 minutes.some visualization meditations would also be used. At a minimum, can you offer various meditation music to continue practice on my own? Had i known this i would not have purchased the subscription.

    I was using this for sleeping better. Being a college student, a good nights sleep is really important. This app worked really well and I still love using it every night! I often fall asleep before finishing the session. I hope to start using more of the different meditation sessions before I decide if getting premium is worth it. I can not wait for more meditation sessions!

    I don’t usually write reviews for apps but I felt that it necessary for this app. You do have to pay to unlock all of the meditations but all of the meditations are done by professionals so you definitely get what you pay for. Meditating using this app has helped me with test anxiety, my ADHD, and my overall well-being. I highly recommend this app.

    Love the app! Lots of great content, which I love. It takes a full 10-12 seconds to launch after not using it for a day on my iPhone X. After that, subsequent cold starts are about 2 seconds. It’d be great if launch time (or even perceived launched: getting to home screen with a loading spinner) could be improved. With faster launch time, I’d give this 5 stars.

    I wish you didn’t have to pay money because it would be really helpful for me to sleep but you have to pay. This would be so much more better without paying as much. I would be willing to pay $1-3 for the whole thing but paying every month is just too much. Other than that great app!

    There are so many amazing and helpful meditations on this app ! I admit, I’ve never been able to really commit to doing something like this daily but I’m going to seriously try. The only downside that I’ve seen so far is that if you don’t buy a subscription, there isn’t a huge variety of meditations for you but there are still some. Overall, this is one of my favorite apps and it definitely deserves 5+ stars

    In my ten years as an iPhone user I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review. But after two weeks of using simple habit I can say it’s one of those apps that really does change your life. I know that sounds hyperbolic, but let me try to explain. The device you’re using to read this review right now is part of the ongoing onslaught your limited attention faces. We all have too much to do. Too many commitments and too many things pulling at our mind. Simple habit transforms your phone from a distraction machine to a focus builder. But! You have to be in a place to accept and use the app to do so. I’m no expert but the switch that flipped for me was approaching mindfulness and meditation as a practice not something I’d do perfectly the first time. After three or four tries it felt more relaxed. Now I use the app 3-4 times a day. Feeling distracted and frazzled at your desk? Do a five minute session. Feeling harried between presentations? Do a walking meditation. Putting your 1 year old back to sleep at three am? Unguided ocean sounds work wonders. I’m still a novice but I can tell you I already feel less stressed and even happier as I go about my day. So my fellow skeptics. All I can say is be open and give it a try.

    This is an amazing app but personally I think there is to many meditations you have to pay for but I love the on the go sessions I use them all the time but I think there needs to be a specific meditation for when your feeling sad because depressed and under the weather are not always for sadness but this app is awesome and if I’m ever mad or stressed it always calms me down. Overall it is an awesome app!!

    you basically have to buy a subscription to do anything on the app. you only get a few limited options. i would recommend “head space” if you are looking for a better meditation app but, it may work for you. i’ve only had the app for 3 days though haha. 🕉✌🏻

    I am a therapist who leads meditations on a regular basis. I have used probably at least 10 different meditation apps for my own use in the past 5 years and this is by far my favorite! I love the series options—it’s nice to have the meditations build on each other and to have that sense of accomplishment when it is completed. My favorite feature is “on the go.” I love being able to select how much time I have and where I am/what I’m doing and getting matched with a meditation. The most appealing aspect of the app is that you can genuinely get great use out of it with the free version. Obviously the premium edition offers more, but unlike most free versions I have used, it continues to be a helpful tool with broad access beyond the first week of use. I love that money as a barrier has been removed.

    I liked this app a lot. The short little meditations each day are really helpful and the idea of completing 7 sessions in a row is a great one to get people into the habit of doing it on a daily basis. I like the trophies and stars showing that you completed a session. What I do not like is how you have to pay to get a good selection of meditation sessions. I completed two and it looks like that’s it for me unless I’m willing to commit to a monthly or annual fee. I’m just not ready for that kind of commitment at this point. I really do like your app and your concept, just not willing to invest the money at this point.

    I'm by no means a hippy but I figured I'd try this out. All I did was the 5 minute sleep videos because I always have issues with falling asleep. I passed out so quickly every time I fell asleep using this app. I missed 1 night on day 4 and tossed and turned like I used to. The very next day, when I remembered to use the app, I fell asleep like instantly. Get this app and use it!!
