    This is probably the best app out there for anything with mental wellbeing. I originally did the free trial just to use the sleeping aide to see how it worked and well it works and along with all of the other sessions I've listened to. Over all this this app is amazing, its definitely on the pricey side for my taste but I'm going to pay it because it's most certainly worth it.

    Pros: - incredibly simple and straightforward guided meditations - organized around topics we all encounter in every day life (ie - commute to work, waking up, taking a break at work, coming home, and much much more in the paid version) - allows for tracking progress and setting reminders - the woman on the free meditations with the Australian (?) accent has an incredibly soothing voice - 5/10/20 minute meditation options Cons: - wish I could get just a little more of a taste of the paid features before committing to ~$11/mo - Feels a little like I'm being asked to get married after only learning a little bit about you Suggestions for SimpleHabit Team: - Would be enticed to select meditation series a la carte for say $1/ $3/ $5 either individually or per month - Interested to see if there are more ways to stair-step/ disaggregate product into narrower slices allowing your sales and marketing personas/ targets come to life. I can't imagine I'm the first to feel this way about pricing? - Keep doing what you're doing; this is an AWESOME product... and it's not the first one I've tried.

    I just downloaded this app the other day and have already used it so much!! It's mainly just guided breathing meditation but it also has great podcasts. I would recommend this to all my friends, so simple and beneficial. My boyfriend has done a couple with me and he loves it also. So relaxing!!

    I have been going through difficult changes and plenty of stress. I have done meditation apps before but I find this particular one knowledgeable, interesting and beneficial. Along with the guided meditations, the podcast bring valuable information that has taught me different and more positive and accepting ways to look at things. It has helped me acknowledge my self-worth, decreased my anxiety, and gives me a boost ( along with yoga) when I can feel depressive symptoms arising. I truly am thankful for SimpleHabit and the teachers who have done more good than they may know. :)

Just by doing a 5 minute meditation each morning, I have been able to relieve stress and anxiety, as well as boost creativity and mindfulness throughout my day. I also have been struggling with anxiety for a while and this app has provided me exactly what I needed. I would totally recommend this to all ages.

    I generally will not write reviews, but I really enjoy using this app. I've tried a couple meditation guides and apps, but find this one to be the most effective. I particularly enjoy that they have meditation practices for certain circumstances and the really helpful ones aren't completely blocked off to those that don't want to pay for a subscription. Overall, would recommend to anyone that would just like to improve the quality of their day to day life.

    I think this is a great app. I love that you can select how much time you have, whether 5, 10, or 15 minutes. I love that there are a wide variety of meditations available. I sometimes find that I don't care for certain teachers. But luckily there are a large number of teachers and you can switch to a different meditation. My only complaint, is if you meditate on your account on your laptop (for example a quick break at work), it does not sync up with your mobile app. Therefore, if you are someone who is looking to get a long streak of meditation, day after day, any Meditation on your laptop will not be reflected on your mobile app history.

    I'm a teacher and it's really easy to take the stress of every day home and worry about what the next day will bring. Meditating for five minutes every morning has been helping me be in a better place before work. I like the layout. I think there are longer meditations, but they are harder to find. Also, sometimes when you are selecting from the browse menu, it's hard to tell how long an individual meditation is (one that's not part of a session). Overall, I love it and I'm excited to use it every day. I also tried headspace and the Breathe app. I liked how the Breathe app tracked how you felt before and after meditating.

    This app has a well designed user experience to go with it's excellent meditation sessions that can be done in 5/10/20 mins depending on your choice. The free choices really help you get into meditation for different purposes. It's been great so far to start meditation for the first time. Perfect app for beginners
