I'm currently going through a breakup as well as work issues and this has me ready to dominate my day after less than a week! My favorite is flow state! Make friends with that one!
This app is a little pricey for me, but it's also the only thing that has ever made meditation into something that was both helpful for me personally and easy enough to use that I have done it on a moderately regular basis. Still trying to get to a point where I am meditating daily; but like anything, it's a process. Highly recommend.

Simple Habits is such an amazing app! It helps you to feel positive and relaxed, it helps you get your mind off of things, and has so many other things to offer! I dont even have the premium, and all of the free stuff on this app is amazing! I didn't known is I should try the app because I am not that good at meditation, but the teachers guide me through a meditation session that I never want to end! Everyone should definitely try this app!♥️

Loving Simple Habit! I've been consistently using it for the past 4 days and I feel like a better version of myself. It's wonderful! The free version has lots of options to use, but I love it so much I'm planning to purchase the next level to open more meditations!!

Over the past couple of years I have downloaded many meditation and mindfulness apps. There is no app on the market as effective as this one. I'm appreciative to have found it. My favorite teacher on the app is Kate James, the method in which she guides meditations is something I look forward to every morning, and multiple times throughout the day when I feel moments of tension and could use a couple minutes of guidance. This app has meditation features that suit your needs: meditations for after work, moments of stress, if you are taking a work/study break, and more. I highly recommend this app to anyone, those who meditar and those who are even reluctant to try.

This app is awesome. The design is elegant and aesthetically pleasing, and the blue color was a perfect choice! Very calming :) I've only had the app for 2 days but I absolutely love it! All the meditations are very high quality and there are a wide variety of topics covered. I have two issues though: 1. I wish there was a monthly subscription option as well as the yearly plan; $95 up front is a little daunting and drove me away and 2. I love how all of the meditations are categorized both by topic and by teacher, but I think it would be nice to have a page of just all of the meditations; it could make it easier to look through all of them and find the ones you like!

So far Simple Habit has become my favorite meditation app. Not only does it have an impressive collection but the fact that there are "courses" that last 30 days makes it feel like something I can do and keep track of daily. Super sleek UI, and all in all very good mediation guides. Seriously thinking about committing annually, you should too.
Relaxing is hard for me to do... However this app is helping. Try it now for free...

This app really helps if you're a beginner or if you're experienced! The guided meditation is very calming and helps a lot. It's so nice to be able to stop and just breathe for a short amount of time.

First Meditation App I've Stuck With 5/5
I've tried several other meditation apps (calm, headspace, etc) but could never stick to them. This is the first meditation app that truly clicks with me. I love the on the go feature and the little wheel that pops up to select what type of meditation you currently need. Overall I'd say this is an excellent app and I'm not even using the paid version.

I like the voice of the gentleman who is guiding me through my meditation. It's really soothing and kind. Right now, I meditate for five minutes a day. I imagine eventually the app will try to hit up for a pay to play session. When that happens, I'm out. The prices are too high for what I want. And there are other meditation apps to move on to.
But for now, I really like this app.

I started my meditation journey using the app Headspace, and found that to be very effective. I stumbled across Simple Habits and thought there couldn't be much difference, and it definitely couldn't top Headspace...boy was I wrong. The diversity of topics addressed serve people of all walks of life. The sessions deal with literal, real world problems rather than broad feelings such as dealing with anxiety and reducing stress. I found Holly Niemela's meditation sessions to be the best so far, her voice is so calming and powerful. It feels like a hypnosis session with the listener being in total control.

Was asked or leave a review since I said I liked it. 4 stars because only listened for one day so far. Listened to 4 different meditations so far. I like hat they have different people doing the meditations and they have the option to on my meditate for 4-5 minutes or more at a time. Seems like a good resource. Also like the fact that I don't have to go through a predetermined program I can pick and choose as I please.

I've done Headspace and while it was fine, I felt there was something missing. Maybe it the narrator (whose voice I didn't find soothing) or the fact that I had to take 10 mins out of my day to meditate which for me was a bit overwhelming. Simple Habit hits the nail on the head with simple 5 mins and with some really nice calming narration. I can see myself doing this for longer. Great app.

I've always heard that meditation was good and beneficial but I've never been able to stick with a program on my own this one has really help me to have ideas of what to meditate on and to stay on track
