    I love this app! Even the content available on the free version is a great way to start. My only problem is that with the new update they have added several pop up buttons that direct you to purchase the premium package, and my toddler is always pushing buttons. I've almost needed to pay $150 dollars several times due to my son. Please make the ads a two or three step process!

    Calm voices, clear instructions. Wish there was more variety in the free options because the paid subscription is quite high. Not enough free options to determine if the paid version of the app is worthwhile yet. But enjoying my daily trials so far.

    So far I'm only on day 3 of the trial but I enjoy my time spent relaxing and deep breathing-it's a nice mini-escape from the world and the to-do list. Everyone needs a time out for sanity sake and this app helps make that happen!

    I really wanted to love this app. I use Calm and was startled by how similar they look but they're very different. I love that there's so many different meditations but so many are only 5 minutes long. I get that you need to start small but you need more longer meditation options. I also really dislike the whole trendiness/social media aspect of this app. Takes away from the purpose which is solo meditation. I do however like the variety of instructors and the podcast. But please. Trying to give me credit for meditating while listening to the podcast? That's not meditating. I am about to purchase a premium subscription and was torn between this and Calm but I'm going with Calm because I like the background sounds and I feel like it's truer to the concept of Meditation than Simple Habits.

    I've been using Simple Habit for a week. And, true to its name, it has indeed become a simple habit to wake up and listen to a quick morning meditation, and then a relaxing meditation to go to sleep. They add new meditations nearly every day, as well. So there's always something new to choose from. I really enjoy incorporating this practice into my life.

    I have always enjoyed meditation, but struggle with it as well. If I try an unguided meditation, I get lost in my thoughts. Most guided meditations become boring and stale. This app has so many options, you couldn't possibly become bored. I also love the ability to choose a meditation based on what is happening in your life that moment.

    This app has humbled me as a person in a sense. I use this whenever I feel consumed by my day and it aids in me becoming more in relaxed and in tune with my inner self. After using this app my mind feels refreshed and I am more appreciative for what's around me. I would highly recommend trying this app to anyone that's indecisive about downloading it.

    I've used Simple Habit for 3 months now and it's helped me so much - was going through a lot of anxiety since the elections and found out about this app with it's post elections meditation collections. I signed up for Premium and found it super helpful through moments of the day that trigger my stress. I've tried other meditation apps this one has by far been the most effective. Updates with new meditations quite frequently. Worth trying out.

    I love this app. I use it first thing in the morning and right before I go to be and it has been an amazing addition to my day. I had really been wanting to start meditating but didn't really know how until I found this app. It is great and easy and has so many options depending on what you're looking for in meditation. Highly recommend.

    I love using the morning meditations right as I wake up. It improves my focus and my mood for the rest of the day! I also enjoy using the stress and anxiety meditations during breaks in my work along with the the focus meditations. They is a great variety and the app has an easy layout. I love it all!

    I have tried Headspace, and while it was okay, the sessions often felt too long and the guided meditation a bit preachy and unhelpful. With Simple Habit, meditation is easy- even a short 5 minute session can help a lot. Developing a simple habit of meditating (as the name suggests) allows the mind to become more relaxed. I like how the guides suggest simple actions to do, instead of long plans that can take the mind out of a relaxed state. Even the free version has a lot of value- there are a decent selection of options. I might want to get the full version soon. In conclusion, I recommend this to anyone who wants to meditate- whether you're just starting out or a seasoned meditation expert, Simple Habit makes meditation simple, accessible, and enjoyable.

    This app is so amazing! It helps me calm down and has so many different categories. Usually I am a strong believer in not paying for apps, but I am going to upgrade to Lifetime soon and can't wait!     A great app to get started on meditating daily or more often. With the free version, I have more than enough options to try and for 5 10 15 20 30 (and probably more) minutes. It's nice getting into the habit of meditating and this app does a beautiful job helping out!

    Many good ideas and a lot of work put into the app! However, I feel lack of authenticity and lack of innovation (maybe I expected more from ycombinator). These kinds of apps are usually a reflection of the founders vision on meditation. Simple habit is a library of meditations, and its difficult to create a unique statement. I also don't like the gamification approach to meditation, there is so much innovation to do on mental health, and all these games are a distraction from creating meaningful products.

    This is a great app! It makes it easy to work meditation into my daily life... Helps me feel less stressed and more focused. I've also noticed I am sleeping better too. I usually do a meditation in the morning and feel like it gives me a good start to the day. I'll also do a meditation if I have a particularly stressful time with something during the day. It can be comforting. I've been using the app for a while and finally got the premium membership. There were a bunch of free meditations, which were great, but I am really enjoying all of the new teachers and guided meditation topics. It keeps things interesting and keeps me motivated.

    I've tried a lot of different meditation apps and even tried some meditation podcasts but Simple has proven to be my favorite and more importantly the most effective method so far. The variety of meditation sessions and it's overall tone is similar to other apps but I think it's UI is what sets it apart. When you open the app, you can jump straight into common meditation sessions like Morning, Bedtime, Commute, etc. The UI separates out the more focused sessions from the common options mentioned above which I think is extremely helpful. You don't want to get bogged down with too many options when you ready to go. If you want to do a deep dive, these dozens of more focused options will undoubtedly have something you're looking for. Also I enjoy seeing all their calming, meditating stock photos in this section, they immediately put me in the right state of mind for the deeper work you need to do. Another great feature is the ability to change your time quickly. (5, 10, or 20 for the quick choices) Sometimes you just have a quick 5 minutes to sneak in, y'know? Love this app, it's the only one I think has been worth the upgrade.

    This app has been a great addition to my daily life. I set out on a 30 day challenge to meditate everyday but worried about getting bored. Simple Habit has a variety of meditations for everyday situations. I also like that you can adjust the length of the meditation. I started at 5 minutes but quickly found myself craving more and moved up to 10. I've tried other meditation apps and this is hands down my favorite.

    I get so much email spam from Simple Habit. First you wanted me to download a dating app on Valentine's Day. Now you want me to get my friends to download your app so I can be entered into some fake contest to win a free mattress? Who runs this company? Do you even understand mindfulness? Your emails trying to get me to buy random 💩 is NOT mindful. If I like your app, I will tell my friends about it. If I don't like it, I won't tell my friends about it no matter how many times you ask me or try to trick me. Please focus on making a good app rather than a quick buck, and people will naturally invite their friends.

    I'm really surprised this doesn't have any reviews. I've been using this app for a couple months now, and I love it. I listen to it almost exclusively during bubble baths. I initially found it through my iPhone health app as a recommendation, I'd listened to some podcasts and guided meditations through a mental health class at my college and kind of knew what to expect. Initially I had only wanted it to have something to help me waste time during baths when I needed to leave a hair mask in but I've really noticed a difference in my day to day thoughts on days I take the time to listen versus when I don't. I've tried taking time meditating without the app but my mind tends to wander (even with music) versus the guided meditations and podcasts keep your thoughts grounded. The whole purpose is to take a "daily vacation for your mind", and stop the thoughts you constantly have going on 24/7. I find it's the best way I've going to TRULY RELAX.

    I've greatly enjoyed using this meditation app, enough to consider a paid lifetime subscription when I can afford it. The app includes many excellent guided meditations by different meditation teachers, available in durations of 5, 10, or 20 minutes. There are also some unguided meditations with nature sounds. The user interface is simple to navigate, making it easy to get started. My favorite teacher is the Australian woman, because I find her voice so soothing. I also love the tagline she announces before each meditation: "You're listening to Simple Habit, a daily vacation for your mind," which sums up how I feel when doing these meditations. The only complaint I have about the app is that lately some of the free meditations prompt me to pay for a subscription, and then, if I opt out, the app won't let me hear these particular free meditations (which are clearly marked "free"). I find that really frustrating, particularly because those meditations are what made me consider whether I thought a subscription would be worth it.
