    But I’m happy I did. I didn’t think I had 5 minutes a day. But after 7 days. I’m up to more like 20 and I nap. The best part is I feel like my days move slower in the sense I still get as much done but I don’t feel rushed.

    What I love is that it doesn't command me to do anything, it suggests, guides and encourages... which works perfectly for me. I have an aversion to being commanded, even if for my own good. Speaking of good, I feel great even after just 5 min. Meditation is something I've always known I should do with my stressful lifestyle but even 5 min at a time has been so beneficial for me.     Hi there, I want to share my experience. I move from my original country and it was harder that I imagined. I never felt panic attacks before. This app helps me to focus on my daily life and be calm with some of their techniques. Of course I'm taking other steps has trying to sleep and eat healthy. Also I do meditation meetings and excersise. Each person is different hopefully it helps you too.

    I am more relaxed without my cell phone around, which is more likely to ping with a notification and disrupt things (I know, I know... Do Not Disturb). But also my iPad Pro is super fast and stands up nicely by itself, but... the app is sideways in that configuration (come on, Apple)... so that is a bit of a bummer. Still, the app is amazing because the meditation guidance quality, from what I have experienced so far, is above and beyond what I have experienced in other apps (I used Calm quite a bit, but haven’t been meditating as much recently). Simple Habit has me getting back into my groove and then some, with guidance so good and varied (Before An Interview... Single And Happy... etc.) you really start to look forward to the whole experience, not just the clarity and focus that comes after. Excited to keep up the Simple Habit in 2018, and looking forward to the iPad app! ;-)

    This app has unexpectedly brought me a greater sense of peace of mind and deep relaxation. I downloaded this app just out of curiosity of what it might be, but what I have discovered is priceless. I’ve long struggled with anxiety and the options within this app to help with my struggles are endless. The options for length, category, and situation are all extremely beneficial in personalizing how you meditate. I find great comfort in the slow and soothing voices and the techniques to calm your mind and body. I would 100% recommend this app for anyone interested in practicing mindfulness or feeling whole again - in both mind and body.

    I find this app to be great. I personally purchased it an have found it to be well worth it. If I’m experiencing a certain situation I can find a meditation to help...sometimes you may have to repeat same day several times to get it to stay within. I feel if you work at it it’s truly helpful. I highly recommend Cory Muscara 31 day podcast an manage to find time for it every day. I will repeat is as there is so much great information into getting you out of that negative thought habit. I have struggled with that for years and now I’m learning to change that thought pattern and what is really true in my thoughts. Thank you for this wonderful app!!

    I tried many other meditation apps that just didn’t have longevity for me. What good is it to meditate for 10, 20, 30+ minutes if you only ever do it once every few months? This one has uber-short meditations that are practical and focus on just building the habit. It’s refreshing!

    Stumbled across this app after having used headspace did the trial they were having at the time and decided to buy a years subscription I’m 4 months in and I try to use it at least 5 times a week. It’s a great app.

    Not the best audio and meditations. BEWARE: They will charge you $100 after your 30 day trial and will give you no notice that the trial is ending and that they will charge you $100 for a year of meditations that I think are inferior!!!

    This app is so great! I would give this app 6 out of 5 stars if I can. It gives us daily reminder and most meditations have the option of 5 mins, 10 mins, or 20mins, so it's good for beginners to start meditating. I started noticing changes after 7 days of using it. I think I might upgrade to premium soon enough.

    I had been interested in meditation for a while before discovering SimpleHabit but had no idea where to even begin. I've been using this app for over a year now and even purchased the paid version. I almost never pay for upgrades on my apps and, honestly, this was a lot of money to spend, but it was well worth the money. It was actually very little to spend when compared to how much I use the app. I love the "Special Moments" that gives you badges for your streaks, (how many days in a row you've meditated without missing a day.) Moment of confession: I'd gotten to 92 days and was almost at my 100 day badge and Christmas Eve happened - I was so busy doing last minute shopping and up into the wee-hours wrapping presents and I completely forgot to meditate that day. I was so bummed and had to start my streak over from the beginning. I've restarted with enthusiasm and have been posting my progress on social media to motivate myself to not forget. Today is day 56 of my new streak - exactly half way to my previous streak. I'm determined to make my 100 day badge this time and keep going from there! I know this review is running long but I have one more point I want to make. This app has transformed my life so much that I'm creating a business around helping overstressed working mommas, and a big part of my business is centered around meditation and mindfulness. I'm even taking a class on Udemy to become a certified mindfulness instructor, to help me deliver my message even better. I have convinced my two 9-year-old girls to start using SimpleHabit to fall asleep at night - no small feat! Even they love it! There are so many "time-waster" apps available. This is truly one that is well worth the time spent on it and won't leave you feeling ashamed for spending so many precious hours on it. Oh, and Corey Muscara is my favorite instructor. I love how down to earth he is and his natural rhythm and intonation. Two very high thumbs up!

    Some dialogue isn’t as thorough as it could be. For example: the guide on the day 2 simple habit starter says “the chair, and the floor” rather than saying something like “or wherever else you may be.” It would also be good to add “notice the tingling, or the lack of tingling.” That kind of thing. John Kabat Zinn is more thorough in this regard.

    I watched Simple Habit on Shark Tank. Their business model was not like most. There was a sincerity in wanting to bring genuine valve to people. This intrigue me. I've used other meditation apps before and decided to gives theirs a try. It is different. I enjoy it tremendously and suggest you give it a try.

    This app has so many different meditations and they are all SO applicable to real life. This app was made so that the average person can meditate as well - about real things that matter, like sex and eating. I have recommended this to so many people and highly suggest paying for the premium subscription if you are serious about changing your life.

    This is easy to use, has a variety of guided meditation themes, and I enjoy the friend option. I've tried Headspace and 10% Happier, and I prefer this one. What I would ask the developers to work on is: - I did a 10 min meditation at 11:50PM. Because it ended after midnight, I lost my streak :( - To allow friends to recommend specific guided meditations, and share insights. Perhaps on a feed. - More variety on advanced meditation themes. - More representation from Asian guides.

    As a work from home Mom, mediation has always seemed challenging. But I love that this app lets you tackle it in small bits! It’s incredibly helpful for me, especially as a beginner. It’s already helping me with my anxiety level. And I love that we can check in with where we are emotionally or even physically (like if you’re commuting). I like it better than the Calm app, too, which has so many in app purchases! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I haven’t had to pay for anything yet! Love it! 💁🏽‍♀️

    I found this App watching an episode of Shark Tank. It’s wonderful and the sessions relate to just about everything you navigate through in life. You don’t have to commit. There are some great free sessions available if you don’t want a subscription. Give it a try.

    Simple Habit has helped me to actually follow through (daily) with my resolution to begin meditating. Other apps have been boring, but the variety that is available on simple habit keeps me coming back to a fresh and inspiring meditation every day! I am so happy that I found it, and I already feel less stressed! It is surprising that dedicating just five minutes can have that effect, but it has, and now I crave this break in my day! I have one plea for the great people of simple habit, and this is the reason that I kept my review one star shy of perfect... PLEASE give an option to skip the “welcome to simple habit...” intro on each meditation. When I push play, I don’t want to hear what sounds like an advertisement. It breaks my focus and feels frustrating! I just want to dive into the moment and not waste those 5 seconds of precious meditating time. So maybe you can have one play button “with intro” and one “without intro”. Or just take it out! The sweet piano melody is great at the end of the meditation... maybe you could use that for the intro too? OR... only play that “welcome” message on the free meditations? I feel that having paid a significant amount of money for the premium meditations should have bought me a pass from having to hear the intro every time. I would LOVE to see this change happen. Thanks for listening to my feedback and thank you for this amazing resource for all of us trying to add some mindfulness into our days! ❤️🙏🏼⭐️

    The app is great. I won’t lie, I actually enjoy the free ones more than the premium but that’s probably bc I only have a small window of time each day to do this so the quick 5-10 mins is awesome. I will say the community portion of the app NEVER works for me. It endlessly says its loading but never actually does. I contacted support and they told me to uninstall the app then reinstall but that did nothing. Kind of annoying bc a bunch of my friends use the app and we would like to support each other bc it’s such an awesome feature!

    I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for this because the customer service was phenomenal. Dori especially. When I had an issue with my credit card signing up, I got an email response back right away from Dori apologizing for the mishap and giving me 2 weeks free of premium. Now that my 2 weeks are over I emailed asking if I could still receive the 50% off promo that was going on when I first tried signing up a few weeks ago. She emails me back right away with a link giving me the promotion even though it’s technically not going on anymore. Not only is the customer service outstanding but the variety of meditation selections are endless. I fall asleep every night so easily with this ap. And relax during the day whenever I need to. Flawless 👌🏼

    The concept of this app is beyond fantastic. I am a college student who uses this app in the morning to start my day. HOWEVER the price point that you need to pay in order for this app to be worthwhile is way too high. I cannot afford to pay 12 dollars a month for this app, and without premium even some of the “free” meditations have locked sessions. It would be much more affordable to pay a one time price. Simple Habit, you are scamming people who are just trying to improve their quality of life. I probably will uninstall and try a different, more affordable app.

    I’ve tried a lot of meditation apps, but Simple Habit is by far the best. Oren is an outstanding teacher. He times it all just right, the pauses, the reassurance (it’s okay if your mind wanders, acknowledge it and refocus on the breath - something that), the encouragement (welcome back & other + phrases) and, best of all, his voice is soothing. When I hear his voice, it’s like that of a friend & my stress immediately comes down a notch when he starts talking. I can tell my stress and anxiety is higher when I don’t use this app to meditate. Don’t think I have played sessions by other teachers yet because Oren is so good! The sessions are short & helps to keep me coming back. Thank you for all the hard work which went into this app & thank you for finding Oren!! My only complaint is the app cost, both plans are too much for me. I’ll use the free for now & hope you have a “special” soon!

    If there are any meditations for emotional abuse survivors, I can’t find them by searching. It’s really upsetting for me that as an abuse survivor I can’t find an app with meditations that are not about managing petty anger or a stressful day at work, but serious damage from abuse. While the depression and anxiety meditations are partially helpful, some of the wording is just not at all geared towards people with PTSD and deep-seated anger that doesn’t have to do with poor anger management over small potatoes, but lingering wounds and consequences of the behavior of others that you couldn’t do anything about at the time. There really needs to be some meditations available in the free version for healing from emotional abuse, and dealing with PTSD— I was hoping to find that in SOS on the wheel, but nothing. I like this app otherwise, it’s pretty and well narrated, but I’m very disappointed that I can’t find an app that will help me with my specific problems, and do one or two meditations geared toward this for free as I have like no money 😢 I know that PTSD and abuse aren’t sexy and enticing words to plaster on a meditation title, and maybe the developers want to be more diplomatic with their language use, but some of us really need to feel included and like there are meditations specifically for our more serious problems.
