coolness :) 5/5

This is a pretty nifty app, especially for someone who has such a difficult time falling/staying asleep.
Improve your mornings 5/5
7 days and I am no longer oversleeping. As recommend by Ssatkdoxr320 I've been using Style Cycle along with Spin. If I want to wake up at 6:30 I set Sleep Cycle for 6:15 to 6:45 and Spin me for 6:45. Sleep cycle wakes me up gently and 2 spins from SpinMe and I am wake enough to make a conscious decision to say up.
I've used tried several apps. But I can truly say these are the best of them all. A fool proof way to wake up and feel great.
Good day all
Excellent App! 5/5
I love using this app, the science behind it and all the graphs make it really easy to understand your sleep. I love being able to wake up refreshed and know how I slept throughout the night. I deathly recommend this app and going pro is a great decision and it's only $2.99 for a year!
Elegant and indispensable if you take sleep seriously (and you should!) 5/5
I love this. I love everything about it, and I recommend it to my friends. Poor sleep is related to weight gain, heart problems, type 2 diabetes, and even Alzheimer's disease. (And, of course, fatigue and lack of alertness). I find the app to be very accurate and it has provided many insights into my sleep patterns, allowing me to improve my sleep.
Needs "no sleep" option 1/5
Please add a way to select "no sleep" for nights when no sleep is had, so it works into the averages/statistics
Very good app, will change my review if it gets fixed
Like app but Skeptical 4/5
I love the idea... but I feel like this might be slightly inaccurate. I feel like I don't wake up 3 times a night despite how the app tells me I do. This inconsistency could be however due to others moving around in my house at night which would make the results inaccurate. Rest of the app works great! I love how it supposedly wakes you up at the right time for YOU in your sleep cycle in a 30 minute widow. Alarm works great and love the design however I'm skeptical of the accuracy of the sleep data.
Woke me up two hours early! 1/5
By Wez Zeattle
Last night I set the alarm for 7:45 to 815 and the alarm went off at 5:30 AM. So needless to say I'm not happy with this app. It might have been a failsafe as I have a bad charge cable and my battery was almost depleted. If that is the case, it's my bad. Will try sleep cycle again and see, and write another review.
Very nice 5/5
I've been using this for maybe a year and it's never failed to get me up on time. Also, it's really interesting to see how my sleep patterns change over the months. I recently started using life cycle as well and it seems really good too
Alarm not going off 5/5
I love this app I haven't been waking up early on any other alarm. For the past week the alarm hasn't been going off. This needs to be fixed it's saying return to the app to continue sleep cycle, but my phone has been on my nightstand and I haven't touched it. Seeing as this is the main objective of the app it needs to be fixed soon.
Pretty ok 4/5

Works great. Don't enjoy the subscription option though
This app is amazing 5/5
So I've been using this app for several months now and it really does help you get better sleep. I specifically like it because of the option to play background noise while I'm trying to fall asleep for the first 60 minutes just that feature alone has helped my sleep improved so much over the last two months.

Best alarm clock app out there hands down. Could not have pleasant and soothing wake ups in the morning without this--nothing else compares. As someone who normally hates rising early this is a lifesaver.

Coolest App in the Store 5/5
Super interesting information that you may or may not ever use, but it's fun to know anyway!
Best sleep app ever 5/5
I love this app! I don't need an alarm clock anymore because this app is way better! I wake up on time and feeling rested everyday.
Sleep Cycle Review 5/5
I love this app because it helps me know my average sleep time, helps me wake up with a nice harp-like tune, and helps me track how many hours of sleep I get. Especially since I've been trying to be good to my body and be healthier in every aspect, Sleep Cycle has been helping me achieve that goal. :)
Super useful 5/5
I love this app!
Helping a lot with my sleeping problems!!
When Clock won't wake you, come here 5/5
I don't understand their science and I haven't tried to. It gets me up and that's enough.
That's frešhh 5/5
Great quality. Also superbably outstanding performance. I would, mostly be obligated to, recommend this application and give it a top notch 10/10 surplus.
I love data- especially when it's about me!! 5/5
By Anti rookie
I've been a good sleeper for a few years now after suffering from insomnia, but I wanted to understand my sleep cycle better and become more aware of my body's natural rhythms. This app did the trick! I'm still using the free version, so I don't have all the data they offer, but I love the stats I do get. I've begun noticing correlation between different activities or rituals and my sleep quality. I travel a lot and found it really helpful as I recovered from jet-lag. I highly recommend this app if you want to feel more in touch with your body and you love data.
Would be higher but... 3/5
Ever since I got a replacement phone from dropping my iPhone in a portapotty the statistics thing where it shows if you're awake or in deep sleep or anywhere in between hasn't worked right. Normally I go up and down a lot but it's just been down when I'm sleeping
Can't use music from my library 1/5
You get 1 star. This is for not allowing me to use my own music without purchasing a premium plan.
Doesn't work with someone else in the room 1/5
It worked great for the first couple days, then my wife came home. She snores and the app got confused. I would get up and it couldn't hear me. I would skip this and go for a wearable unless you sleep alone.
Noticing Patterns 4/5
The biggest thing I've noticed since I started using Sleep Cycle is that I'm no longer shaken from complete, deep sleep, which is a jarring way to start the day. I'm a deep sleeper, so there are still days when the alarm catches me off guard and I need the snooze option. I do like that the snooze stops at the final time you've marked, like, "Okay, dummy, you're the one who said you had to be up by now, and I'm not going to promote your bad habits."
I do have to say, I can feel the difference between my different qualities of sleep and I'm starting to notice patterns in my own life. If I'm worked up and I don't take a minute to write it out, or if I play on my technology until right at bedtime, my sleep quality drops dramatically. I didn't take any time to think through these things previously. It's good to open awareness in places I didn't have it before. I'm
Just a suggestion 4/5

I love this app a lot, but I do think that they should add some sort warning when you set the time for the alarm in PM. I have accidentally done this at least three times, and it did not start a good day.
Perfect app 5/5
I use it every single night and every single nap. I love waking up gently, feeling calm and rested. It's fun to see what my sleep "looked like" after waking up from a ridiculous dream.
Love it!! 5/5
There are no other apps like it!!!
soft music anyone? 5/5
OR WOULD YOU RATHER BE JARRED AWAKE BY A SHRIEKING ALARM???!!!!
just love this function. The rest of it is a little fishy but sort of interesting to pore over.
Disruptive on days off 3/5
By Scener with the Greenery
I love this app... at least in theory. The sleep sounds put both me and my girlfriend to sleep quickly, and the alarm is gentle but persistent. However, the further into the 30-day trial I get, the less I like it.
- On "Weekend" days, the alarm still sounds.. even though it tells me that it is off! I have not found any solution except to not use it on my days off! I tried everything, and while it didn't go off BEFORE my alarm time, like it does on weekdays, it still had me up at 6:40 every morning. Infuriating during a vacation during which I was supposed to be able to sleep in! I just still wanted to track my sleep duration and quality.
- Speaking of Sleep Quality.. why does it say 90% or better on nights that I slept horribly and woke up unhappy and exhausted, but 50-60% on nights that were only moderately unrestful??? I have no clue how this is determined, but thus far, I'd say "poorly"!
- The slightest movement half an hour before alarm time doesn't mean I'm ready to wake up. I'm a restless sleeper, and honestly, it might be the cat, or me lifting my head to scold her for knocking something off of my nightstand. Don't sound my alarm for that! If I should still be mid-sleep-cycle, shut up and let me finish! I barely get enough sleep as it is, and I don't want to spend the last half hour of my sleep in the morning snoozing alarms repeatedly. Ugh.
I'm fairly certain I'll be cancelling the paid portion of this until they sort it out. I loved this app for Android in 2013, but this is ridiculous. The cons are just too annoying to benefit from the pros... I can find a sleep sound track anywhere.
It is a great app 5/5
Please if you can make it free i would be glade too because it is so amazing app
Done with this! 1/5
This app is a trap to miss appointments!
I quit using the alarm feature because I use four alarms to wake up, and this one would only go off after the other ones started. So, the feature to wake you up during light sleep before your wake up time doesn't work. While in sleep mode it turns the volume down on calendar appointment reminders. So, if you don't turn on the alarm you will miss your appointment reminders.
I just need a sleep tracker that simply tracks my sleep without requiring me to drop $$$ on a smart watch. This app is NOT it!
By Colton John
Love this app and all the science behind it! Great way to track your sleep and see how different factors influence your night of sleep.
Good wake up time 5/5
Good app. Helps me wake up when I'm in light sleep
I think it is pretty good. 4/5
I don't know if the science is completely accurate but it is interesting.
This app is so friggin good everyone. Its intelligent, amazing, spectacular,And show stopping.Yes I am being dramatic,But yeah it's awesome guys.
Scam Cycle 1/5
I really tried with this. Tried.. tried.. read, followed directions, changed settings .. but, seriously this was a joke. (It seemed like an amazing idea so I kept trying because I really wanted this to work) First, it said I didn't have enough data.. then It told me I had 100%sleep quality on nights that I awoke and walked around 7 times.. ?
In addition to only reporting 5 nights after I had it since. Dec.. no, I didn't use it every night, but I certainly used it often, and MORE than 5 nights! To be charged for this app is an outrage in itself, but on top of that.. it interfered twice with my phone alarm and I was late for work!!
I canceled this "subscription" but I deserve a refund.
Does not work 1/5
By Slab Team
Wakes me up randomly way before the time is set. Had it set from 11:30 to 12 pm. The alarm went off at 10:30! This isn't the first time either. I had to turn my phone off just to make sure I could sleep. I had it for android on a much weaker phone and it worked great. So glad I did not pay for it.
Off to a good start! 5/5
3 days in and I love the app so far. I currently have a very demanding job with high stress and I know enough about sleep to know when my body is deprived.
I can actually sleep through three alarms, but the first night I noticed the app triggered me with a vibration to put me INTO light sleep to respond to the alarm at wake time. The first night I actually woke BEFORE my alarms. My sleep is too infrequent and insufficient and that is why other alarms don't work. I highly recommend you use the "do not disturb" option on your phone during hours that should be sleep hours. (The gyrometer-vibration sleep-cycle-disruption can't work if you're being triggered all night by all your friends' FB posts.) I may also add "Spin Me" in the next couple weeks if I start getting sick again and my body starts rejecting the soothing alarm or ignoring the sleep-cycle-trigger.
I try to get at least a day or two a week with reasonable sleep. (If scripture says God rested one day of the week, I won't presume I'm better than omnipotent.) Let's be real though: if your lifestyle is so bad that you consistently only get 4-6 hours sleep, there is a problem there.
I use an iPhone 6s in a lifeproof frēpower case. I lay the phone about 6" from my head on my bed and face down like it instructs: "in bed" with you. I turn off all the lights in my room and I also have an energy-efficient lamp on a timer that fades on at the end of the wake cycle of this app. (It hasn't been needed yet since I started using "sleep cycle" app.) My GFs bed has a memory foam mattress cover that absorbs too much of the vibration making it a little less effective. And when we sleep next to each other our bodies disturb ea others cycle a little. I usually sleep alone on work nights. I wish I had an iWatch, if this app monitors heart rate (I'm using the freebie so far), but I know it uses motion sensor and gyrometer, and they seem pretty accurate, although on night two I'm not sure if I confused a night wake time or the app did. I do have a high-end phone and use it exactly as instructed.
This app is a life-changer. I have more energy and get through my mornings better. Fatigue comes earlier in the evening as my body tries to regulate to 8 hours sleep that it seldom gets. But generally I have had more energy.
Day 3 and this app works so far. I'm going to keep using it as a staple alarm. The cycle triggers are an amazing inclusion and I don't know any other app that utilizes that. I'm a therapist so I appreciate that science was included in the design, and even if it's a little bit standardized, it's better than anything else out there that I have seen.
Only Alarm That Works 5/5
I sleep through every other alarm I've ever had. Waking you up when your body is ready to be woken up definitely helps me feel more refreshed in the morning.
Great app 4/5
Completely relaxed. 5/5
I suffer panic attacks. So morning alarms make me feel pressured and suffocating... not something one wants as kickstart of a day.
But with this app, I feel more at ease when waking up, instead of feeling shaken and nervous.
Best wake up! 5/5

Best way to wake up and helps you keep track of your sleeping patterns and sleep quality!!
Rips off😱😱😱 3/5
Hasn't anyone realized premium says 1 MONTH free then $29.99 a YEAR😱😱😱? It need to be 1 YEAR free for a good offer 🙂.
This app is a worth trying 2/5
I have been using this app since on my Android Phone. It is really helpful. But for iPhone, the phone is extremely hot when it rings alarm.I noticed it about 2 times and now I'm not dare to use again.
My favorite app 5/5
This is basically my favorite app. I use it every night really just to see how good I slept :).
Useful; Works as advertised 5/5
By The Life of Nate Shaw
I work out early in the morning and don't always go to sleep at the same time. On those nights where I'm not going to get enough sleep but still need to work out, this app makes waking up a lot easier.
easy to use, practical,& logical 5/5

Works perfectly. Would definitely recommend this app to all
