  • Stitch Fix 5/5

    By Coolchick84
I am happy so far with the clothes and accessories. Looking forward to what else is sent to me. This is convenient for me because I’m not really a “shopper” so this is perfect for me. -Lo
  • The worst company DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!! 1/5

    By Bad9kitty
If you sign up they charge you 28. To ship your clothes, the clothes they shipped to me looked like a housewife that gave up! The stuff looked like something out of my grandmothers attic! Even after I sent Pinterest styles, I spent time doing my style, and emailed my stylist explaining I wasn’t happy with clothes that were being picked for me and that they were too big! Then they had the nerve to charge me another 8.00 each return! Clothes are cheaply made and way over priced! I could get better quality at Walmart for goodness sakes!
  • Amazing! 5/5

    By LindzSmth412
Love this service! Makes you feel so special they way they personalize your outfits and then send you a personal note too! I am not creative with outfits but this has made me feel put together! Whoever Justin is made my day with his note and picks! Highly recommend!
  • What’s next? 5/5

    By lovemuse17
I love StitchFix! It’s like getting a gift in the mail every month that’s perfect for you! What a great idea!
  • Great app just wish there was a "closet" 4/5

    By Someone8901098
I wish there was a closet tab where I can see items I keep. It will help stitch fix as we can share items we like with our friends
  • Fashion Designer on a Budget 4/5

    By Ehler,LVN
I love all the new pieces that I have received. Some I have kept, some pieces I send back. Getting new styles that I would never think to try is the most wonderful part of this box. A must try for people who have a hard time shopping for new styles on their own
  • Love it! 5/5

    By RazzeitGR
I love this company and their app is super easy to use 👍👍
  • I Absolutely Love This App! 5/5

    By reginamay
I just received my first fix and it literally amazed me how well everything fit and matched my style perfectly! This app is easy to use and so much fun!
  • Expensive for cheap clothes 1/5

    By Aliceg17
I gave it two chances to impress me. The first box had things I could buy at TJ Maxx, but Stitchfix wanted to charge me over $400?! Wow. I lowered the price level, and I still received items I could buy at Marshalls or TJ maxx, and they still wanted to charge me over $200?? I tried to cancel the app, but it won't let me. They make it impossible to cancel and delete your credit card information. It's complete FRAUD.
  • The worst shopping experience ever! 1/5

    By Yyyyyaaaaa
I knew stitch fix went IPO recently and wanted to check out their service. So I downloaded the stitch fix in the App Store. The whole onboarding process is a painful experience. Luckily, I went through the onboarding process. I didn’t want to schedule any delivery so I went to the setting to set my delivery frequency to on demand. However, I got an email saying my delivery is on the way. I am like - I don’t want any delivery. Why did you schedule it for me? You didn’t even ask my confirmation. Ok. Fine. I am gonna try out your service. I got the box and opened it. I got one pair of shoes, one pair of jeans, and three pieces of tops. I have to say all items are very low quality but the prices are super high. The pair of jeans is $98 but the quality is similar to something with $30. I didn’t like anything in the box at all and wanted to return all of them. However, SF charged me $20 for styling fee. So the questions are - why am I charged for a delivery that I didn’t schedule? Why am I charged for the styling of all low quality items? Is this the right first time user experience? The recommendation I will give is at least you shouldn’t charge the styling fee until users see the value of your service. I have to say I will never come back to Stitch Fix and I will never recommend it to anyone else. Of course, I won’t be the shareholder of this company at all.
  • App could be more robust 3/5

    By MaybeIcanusethisnickname
I love stitch fix, however the app could be more robust. It has limited functionality compared to the full version. I really don’t use it much because I usually have to go to the full version for what I need.
  • GOT MY FIRST FIX!! 5/5

    By Kidcrock
OMG was my first fix ON POINT!! The styles, colors .. EVERYTHING!! I did ask for pricing to be a little more on the low side for my next fix SOO .. we will see how that goes but regardless, I would invite ALL to try at least ONE fix and then decide if this route is a good fit or not! CHEERS & BRILLIANT idea!!🥂
  • Cute clothes. 4/5

    By Sheltermom2
I have received 2 boxes so far and some of the clothes are a bit pricey. The other thing I don’t like is you only get 3 days to try on and decide. However, really cute clothes and fun to get the box and see what’s inside.
  • This service is NOT for men. 2/5

    By easy530
The idea is great and the process is simple. Shipping is fast. However, products were generic, uninspiring, and expensive at least for men’s clothes. As much as I hate to shop and hoped this would remove some of the tediousness of that chore it’s just not worth the additional cost to end up with stuff you really wouldn’t even wear. To all the ladies who found success with this, more power to you.
  • Treat Yourself! 5/5

    By 1Anonymous^
This app is easy to use! I look forward to my next fix! It’s like a present every month!
  • What fun! 5/5

    By 29ross07more
I was extremely hesitant to sign up as my budget is tight and I could not see how a stylist would be able to pick things for me. After all, we do not know each other. But unlike most women I know, clothes shopping is not something I enjoy. So I tried Stitch Fix. Wish I had joined years ago! It is so exciting to see what is in that box. And my stylist has been spot on. I have only returned two items! And anything you do return is on them as a no cost return bag is in each box. When you decide what to keep they process the charge to your card and you go off ‘stylin’ in your new things. One downside: you have to clean out your closet. Have fun!
  • Just one more thing 4/5

    By Mari8232
Love the app just wishing it could summarize my receipts or I could print past receipts
  • Hate it 1/5

    By groovychick6480
I signed up today and already regret it; it seems unsafe. I can’t disconnect my card; knowing they have my bank information and I can’t delete my account makes it seem sketchy!
  • Review of APP, not Stitch Fix service 2/5

    By naeruve
Firstly, let me say I absolutely love Stitch Fix! I'm very much looking forward to my next fix, but this review is of the app. I can't believe a business that is doing so well hasn't taken advantage of their app! We should be able to see previous fixes and stylist outfit cards, and previous notes to our stylist. We could even have some mix and match features where we can build our wardrobes and even have the ability to search for items and add them room a list of owned items so that our stylist knows the things that we already own, etc. There's so much potential for this to be an amazing app and it's completely untapped at the moment. Get it together!
  • Difficult to cancel 1/5

    By Mary K Hunt
I did not like the quality, selection, or price of clothing selected. I also grew tired of sending back clothing and paying a 20 dollar fee. I tried to cancel but was only able to schedule a delivery when requested. However, a delivery somehow scheduled itself possibly a glitch in app. App needs a cancel I no longer want to enroll ability.
  • Easy fix at your fingertips! 5/5

    By jennifer.rester
Love the app. It’s user friendly. Easy to navigate and makes it so easy to check out. I love that I can access all my information and make changes on the fly. The only thing I would love to see added is a purchase history that shows what you kept, exchanged, or returned and the prices.
  • Just walked through New Customer; want Approval BEFORE ship 3/5

    By Uncle Foobar
Every one of these shopping services follows the same broken model. AKA add some new hassle / environmental waste to my life (ship back), fail-forward and subscribe me. I carry my own coffee cup to sbux, why incur the tax against nature? How about first you prove you can style me, match me to brands i trust, and pre-approve a visual inventory picked by the stylist before shipping?
  • I love this app 5/5

    By dhehshdbxhdsbxbd
This is so awesome I loved all I got. I can say enough about this idea
  • Over rated 2/5

    By tmarie80
I feel it is over rated and I can never find what I'm looking for not clothes but info. Also i can't find a way to send pics to stylist to show what I like. You should really work on the app. You have to go through soooo much bs just to figure out how to cancel account.
  • Need just a few things to be perfect! 4/5

    By JHayes0104
You can’t pay with PayPal and this would be a plus if they added this feature. In addition, you can’t see any order history or your purchases. That is a must and it’s missing! I really do enjoy the service and they are easy to work with.
  • Love it!!! 5/5

    By mommamuss
I was so excited to try stitch fix. I just received my first fix today. It was awesome. The style was exactly me. I had to exchange one item due to fit. And I returned a pair of pants. But I am so pleased and cannot wait for my next fix!
  • From Style(ish) to stylish 5/5

    By your mom 05
I absolutely loved my fix the prices were a bit high but I was willing to pay for something that made me feel confident and sexy I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a little pick me up or something to splurge on once in a while!
  • Thank you 5/5

    By Claudiablue
Stitch Fix you did an amazing job for the first time. Thank you Yvette! The only thing I’d like to request is please no scarves. You selected the right styles for me. Please include more lightweight fabrics. It’s hot here. I loved everything but the scarf. Claudia in South Florida.
  • Amazing. 5/5

    By Keyshnty
The clothes fit wonderfully. I ended up buying all five items! Can’t wait for next month!
  • Love it 5/5

    By StickyIqqyHoe
I love the concept and delivery of this app. I am very amazed that this app can tell you your style all customized to your liking and dislike. I would place an order on here but I have been watching my money-spending lately. I would love to order, try the items, keep what I like if I was in a better financial position. For now, I’ll hold. But I have my eyes and attention on this project/app for the upcoming days/months.
  • Fantastic way to find my style 5/5

    By JanAKAMrsFigg
I recently took a management position in my company and wanted to look the part, but I hate shopping. It’s been awesome To have cute professional pieces come right to my door step! Thank you.
  • Adventurous 5/5

    By PurpleHightopsNStilettos
I love trying new things and the best thing about stitchfix is that I get items I would even try on in the store. Stitchfix is your own personal runway guru, how cool is that? They are helping me create a new look for 2018. Fears and flawless!!
  • Great app could add features 3/5

    By NomeFrost
I love that I can check out and see the items when I'm doing it on the mobile. But on Zulily I have a "closet" it keeps all of my old items for review there. If they're loading them to the app for me personally - couldn't they keep them there to look through? I love the flexibility of the app, but the closet to look through would be 5 star worthy. Update: seriously- add a closet feature. So I don’t get duplicate items sent a year apart. :-/
  • Life Saver 5/5

    By cn_1979
I was very hesitant to join because I’m always disappointed when shopping for myself. I’ve received my 3rd Fix now and kept 2 out of 3 full boxes, with multiple items from the other! Complete your personal style quiz with as much honesty as possible and when you get your first Fix, be 100% honest in your feedback and notes for your next Fix. I got a jacket I loved in a mustard yellow and said I would have loved it in army green...guess what came in my next Fix!? Yes, a versatile army green jacket just like the style I loved! Everything I have asked for in my Fix notes has been paid attention to so far and I’m beyond happy to have this service. My box arrives, I try everything on in the privacy of my home and if I don’t love it, place it in the pre-paid bag and ship it hassle!! The clothes they send are of a nice quality and seem they will hold up well. So glad I tried Stitch Fix!!
  • Awesome & Convenient 5/5

    By MrPoopieBhole
I love StitchFix & this app. The clothes were awesome & the app was so helpful and allowed me to sort through/ rate each item individually. It’s super easy to use
  • Excellent app 4/5

    By ShooterMcGavin67
    Easy to use and responsive.
  • Perfect for wardrobe change 5/5

    By Doesnotdoesnot
I have been meaning to switch up my wardrobe for some time with some new things to try on, but always find it difficult to pair items together. Stitch fix makes it so easy to have a stylist find the perfect outfits for you. I really enjoy this app as well. It’s very useful and easy to use when you need to schedule your next fix. Thank you!
  • New Customer 5/5

    By Ant_CoolAss
I love this app ! And i love my stylist a free outfit or two when you want with just a $20 fee you can’t beat that ! And if you want to keep any of the items you’ve received just log into the website and buy the item of your choice 🤗 wonderful
  • App lacks features 2/5

    By stellabrand
This is a review of the app, not of Stitch Fix as a whole, which I totally love! The app, however, needs some work. It is sadly lacking in features. We should be able to view previous fixes and a history of purchases. We should be able to see a record of our notes to our stylist, their notes to us, and feedback we've submitted. The style cards (outfit ideas) that come with fixes should also be available in the app. Having these only given in paper form is archaic. It would be good to add some fun interactive features letting users mix and match different items to make outfits. Also, let us view things in the app like the stylist picks of the month which are currently only available on the website. Invest in making the app better and your business will probably increase.
  • Fantastic app 5/5

    By Kristin Centofante
Couldn't be happier. Easy to use and has all you need.
  • App feature wishes :) 3/5

    By C77kRby
App is ok. The simplicity of checking Fix status and updating style profile is nice but I wish there was an option to view past fixes and return status. It's be a nice feature to see all the things you've received/kept/returned etc.
  • Excellent option for busy women! 5/5

    By Life Coach Sister
Just a quick review on this excellent service, perfect got those of us that hate to go to the mall and shop for clothes. Convenient and great options sent Everytime. Sometime I like the pieces, sometimes I don't....Just like the experience when I am trying on at the mall. The difference is I am in the comfort of my own home. What I don't like I just return in the prepaid envelope...Easy and awesome!
  • NO MORE SHOPPING!!!! 5/5

    By Mewendell
I love that I don’t have to go shopping anymore. Hate it!!! I get great styles AND it’s like Christmas when I get a package😃
  • For Conservative Men Only 2/5

    By Nudeblue
I live in a small town. Thought this would be a great way to get some fun funky men’s styles not available here. Not true. If you want a $68 golf shirt great. If you want something with an edge to it of international flare forget it. I ask for bold colors with big patterns and international style. I got a navy blue dress shirt with tiny flowers for $80 and red corduroy pants for $100. I can get those at one of the 2 stores in my town WAYYYYY cheaper. This is after my 8th delivery with examples shown on my Pinterest page. With multiple messages of what I would like. Still I get tiny prints, plain old everyday items I can get myself. 🙄🙄
  • Love it!!! 5/5

    By Runner2017
Very easy to use and makes check out fast!!
  • Great app except no landscape mode 4/5

    By Wes in Dallas
I would think Stich Fix would realize that clients use IPads and that portrait only is a pain for said users. So, until you get an iPad version I’ll continue to use the browser (which is not so bad 😀).
  • Wash as directed 4/5

    By Leelou1970
I love the boxes so much!! I end up buying the whole box! There’s only one problem they have, washing!!!! Make sure you wash it EXACTLY the way it says. A few pieces I’ve received have had a cardigan or cape in it and they are made thin. I dont was in the regular cycle, I was it on delicate or light wash, then hang to dry.
  • Lovin’ my Fixes! 5/5

    By GammerT
I have received 3 Fixes and would have kept all 15 pieces but I was sent a couple of pieces that were similar to things I already own! Love it and my family loves it because they know what to give me as a gift now...StitchFix gift cards!
  • Absolute trash 1/5

    By jjbunkbeds
I received a box from this app earlier in January. Although I was very specific with the types of clothes I wear and how much I was willing to pay for the clothes, the clothes came and it was nothing like the way I dress or even remotely close to the clothes that I like. The clothes were ridiculously priced for cheaply made clothes. There were also sweat stains on one of the shirts I received. I’m not entirely sure who I paid to pick out clothes for me on this app but they did a terrible job. I recommend you don’t waste your money on this app. When I was expecting my first box, I told a lot of my friends to sign up for it but they are all canceling their subscriptions, so that gives you a little idea how “good” this app is.
  • Not for the frugal shopper 3/5

    By frigal shopper
My first and probably only time I will order. I love the fact that I was getting a surprise package. My stylist got it right for the most part. I loved the items! Fit, style.... but the price was over the top. My profile said cheaper the better that’s what I put for what my price preference is.What I got was beautiful sweaters x 3, a scarf and corduroy pants (green) all for almost $300. Are you kidding me? Lol I don’t spend more then $20 on a sweater/top and these were priced at $46-$78 each. I don’t think so. I’m not rich. If money was no object for me I would have purchased the whole box. The package came when they said it would, nicely packaged, nice quality clothing. The idea of someone else picking out clothes for you is fun. But seriously I can’t afford those kind of prices. I recommend this for those of you who have no problem spending top dollar on clothes. It’s a great service. Just not for me!
