    I used to love this app because it wasn’t subscription based to get the most out of it. You used to pay a flat fee to have access to new tracks as opposed to monthly, and I wish that was still the case!

    I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now, and I love it. There are of course incentives to purchase the premium version, but honestly I don’t feel it’s necessary. Likewise the features you have access to on the free version are more than adequate. It’s almost as if the developers want encourage people to just practice mindfulness 🤔.

    As an anxiety sufferer with ADHD, I knew meditation would be helpful but I could never focus long enough to practice it. This app has led me to become more in tune with my emotions and the guided meditations make it so easy to stay focused. I use it almost every day, and I’ve recommended it to many people I know.

    I would like to appreciate for your service and providing great meditation programs. I had chronically tensioned muscles due to depression, sleep and anxiety disorder. My doctor recommended having meditation at least 10mins to relax and your app helps me so much. Since meditation I could reduce my medication dose half and feel much comfortable everyday. Also I am still practicing but it helps me get to sleep quick.

    I love this app. I suffer from severe anxiety and this app really helps me throughout the day when I catch myself forgetting to breathe. It's my "reset" button. I also like that there is a large number of sets that you don’t have to pay for. This makes it so I can try the app and will be more likely to pay for the premium upgrade.

    I have anger management issues that are often difficult to control, because my mind uses circular reasoning to stay angry when I try to calm down. This app has helped me take the focus away from what I'm thinking about and give me something else, usually calming scenery, to envision. I come away from the 7 minute reflections and meditations feeling more calm and better mentally than I did when I started.

    The best app out there to help you start training your monkey mind and to learn the meaning of mindfulness. I know it seems counter intuitive to reach for your distraction rectangle for some discipline training but this soothing app is just what some of us need to help us get started. The breathing timer is the BEST, especially when you are ready to move beyond guided meditation. 10 min a day. Start with just 10 min a day. Come on, you’ve got 10 min.

    This app is amazing, I've tried to begin meditation for years, but never felt the benefits so I would eventually give up. Either way this app truly changed how I view meditation, it starts you off easy no pressure not too much commitment and it helps you self analyze while calming your mind through several different subjects compassion, grounding, etc. Now I mostly use the meditation timer and the self check in to get into the mindset, also used this app to begin yoga. Truly amazing once I got some more cash in the bankzzzz I shall contribute for sure! Thank you guys so much and I recommend this to all my friends that say "I can't meditate, just can't stop thinking" no more excuses :)

    My school counselor told me about this app, and it seriously is magical. She said it was scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. This app makes me so serene and aware of my surroundings. Especially when I’m full of nervousness and anxiety. My family gets a lot of anxiety, so I am going to try it with my mom and see what she thinks! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a quick anxiety reliever!

    I have really gotten into meditation since I started grad school 2 years ago. Now if I don’t meditate at least once a week I feel it. I love this app because it helps me check in with myself and then the options are short and in some instances more than one person to choose from who guides the meditation. A must have if you have stress or want to be at least 10% happier.

    I used to have a tough time with my mind always wandering and it would take me hours to get to sleep. Since I started this app, my anxiety, positive attitude and sleep have improved. Mostly sleep. I use counting breaths each night and it helps me to not focus on stressors from the day. As I practiced more, the better I got at it, and the better my sleep got. Just remember to be patient with yourself at first, because it can be difficult beginning and trying to quiet your mind.

    I would give more stars except here’s what holds me back: I dont want to subscribe but I’m happy to pay for content. There are some meditations I would want to purchase as a one time deal and wish this app had the option to piecemeal some videos instead of the expense of a monthly subscription

    I love that in app features! Even before purchasing premium, i can do in app yoga! I live the way the emotions and other check in items determine what you need as far as breathing, meditation and yoga! Just amazing. Love this app. Intuitive and user friendly. Its motivates you to keep it up, 71 badges you can earn. A streak would be nice data as well. Overall just a great app!

    i’ve tried so many meditation apps- in a place where being yourself is discouraged, i’ve finally been able to be happy without being a bother. i don’t need fancy yoga/meditation classes. this app, unlike others, doesn’t require to pay for a great meditation session. it has increased my awareness and mindfulness and i will forever be grateful for it!!! highly recommend this over any other meditation app.

    I have used this app for months, but I have been more consistent in the past few weeks. The meditation apps are brief, grounding, and easy to use. Even my 9yo has started asking to meditate with me. The daily check-in also helps me assess how I feel. The going to sleep meditation is one of my go-tos, as is the one that helps to ground & clear. I love the choice between different voices when I’m in various moods. Taking 2-10 minutes to regroup from the stress of daily life helps immensely—and this app makes it so easy and accessible. :)

There is always a meditation for me, and after the check-in it even gives me options on what might help. This app is for pretty much all ages, and I am so going to recommend it to my friend.

    Have tried every major meditation app and this is the best one for sure. It has enough free features to give you a proper taste and the guides are great. My one and only concern is that maybe the pricing should be in the range of $5-$8 a month.

    Breath is good app for children who's got bulled you can use it for fun my personal favorite is grateful it is like a podcasts but giving you information to tell you how to be grateful. And you should try it out I'm serious it is good. I am eight years old and this really helped me out. Thank you 😊
