Great app for beginners! 5/5
I honestly love this app. I started my practice of meditation with it about a year ago and even though I'm not doing it as consistently, it's nice to have when I'm feeling overwhelmed. What really helped me in the beginning was the checking in, it helped me create a language for how I was feeling - physically & emotionally. It allowed me to see my growth over a period of time and really see how meditation was helping. I like how it suggests meditations based on the time of day and my mood. It allowed me to try different meditative methods and opened doors for me to explore other ways on my own. I appreciate this organization & the work they're doing. I recommend this app to anyone interested in learning more about meditations

I've been using this app on and off for the past couple of years, and I've loved the ways it's grown and changed while still staying true to its purpose: to help you meditate. It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. I have one minor annoyance, though: I meditate at night, often around or after midnight, and because the app defines a day as a cycle from 12AM to 11:59PM, I can have a hard time keeping track of how many days in a row I've meditated. A shift in this definition (or an option to change it in the settings) would be really useful for me, and likely for others who keep unusual hours.

This app makes me look forward to meditation. It's so overwhelming to try on your own, but this app helps start you off small. I also enjoy how it takes how you're feeling before and recommends what meditations might work best for you for that time, and gives you a lot of options so you can choose for yourself what you'll be most comfortable with.

I had been sporadic in my practice without a sangha or kula to practice with. I needed something to assist me and found what I needed in this app. I love the mindfulness generated by the pre- and post-meditation check-ins and the counter for how many hours I've practiced. I'll admit, the stickers tickle me, too. It's fun to be "rewarded" for my practice.
Since downloading the app my practice has become more regular, which was my goal, so thank you, Jaime and the SBT team!

This is one of the best apps for meditation, and I use it anytime I’m feeling out of tune with myself. There are great tracks that influence your thoughts and open your mind to broader perspectives of kindness and compassion to both yourself and the world around you. There are options for a male or female audio track, and both are very soothing and pleasant to listen to!

I recommend it anyone and everyone all the time! Great for the whole family! Love how you can put in how your feeling and it comes up with meditations for you! It's the best meditation app around hands down plus you get a lot for free. Some other apps give you one meditation session this one gives you lots for free and yoga options as well!

I have used this app as an introduction to meditation and now as one of several apps to guide my meditations. I love the app with short and long meditations and breathing exercises. I highly recommend it.
I love the sleeping one, I have used it for 7 nights in a row and passed out in the middle of it every time!!! Love this app! And can tell a huge difference in my everyday happiness.

I have been using the app for a few years. Best guided meditation app that I have used. Great intro into meditation and also awesome once you have started your practice. Cannot say enough. Invaluable app.
My therapist actually recommended this app to help me clear my head and practice my breath. I have to say, my mood has increased exponentially this week(I've meditated each morning before work using this app) and motivates me to keep it up because of the meditation tracker feature!

I started using this app to help me deal with chronic pain without pills. It's been about 2 months now and my husband has started joining in with mr. It does seem helpful and I've also cut down on my teeth grinding.
This is an amazing app it really helps you to feel more grounded, relaxed, and it puts you in a way better mood. I highly recommend the download and daily use of this app

It seems a little counterintuitive to use something that drives most people to increased stress, our smartphones, to connect with ourselves in the moment, but it works. Don't second guess it, just do it.

I was reluctant to download this because I've tried so many 'feeling' diaries & meditation apps. But I have noticed (by checking in often) that my mood does tend to change when I utilize the meditations that are generated based on my current feelings. You can also use the 'progress' tab to see your moods over time, and before/after meditating. At its most basic usage, you can use this app to try & find patterns of moodiness & such by tracking your moods week by week.

Recommend this app, although I didn't purchase the full version yet, perhaps when I get a better understanding of how long it tracks activity, expanded offerings,etc. In the meantime, the free app is proving helpful for stress reduction and renewal.

I have meditated for years on and off! My professor in my masters program told me about it! Since that day, I have used it and made it a part of my life! It helps me to bring things into perspective and to gain purpose! Now. I love that it has a breathing and meditation timer. I would love it to have a little journal of where you can write what you are feeling. Thanks for always improving the app.

I’ve used 5-6 meditation apps, and this one doesn’t make the rotation. I find this one to be particularly boring.
I've made it a point to do this every morning to set my day off well and it totally works!! It's so relaxing and always makes me feel good even when I initially don't. If I can't sleep I also practice with this and almost always fall right asleep afterwards. I love it and have already told friends to use it.

I'm not one to meditate or "buy into" the typical mindfulness exercises because I find them too wishy-washy and abstract. I love this app because the meditations are straightforward and simple to follow. This is the one and only app I have ever put any money towards and it was worth every cent.

This is the best way for me to fall asleep. It helps me everyday. I used to stay up and watch YouTube videos until I get tired. But now I fall asleep almost instantly with this amazing app.

Appreciate there are a variety of guided meditations to choose from, as well as voices to listen to. I’ve used the feature that asks me questions about how I’m doing and generates a list of meditations that would be a good fit, and I’ve just searched through and found a meditation (or yoga series) on my own. Also really appreciate the timer, which includes nature sounds and a chime or other noise (at intervals, if I want). And I’m very happy about the new timed breathing feature—I already practice 4/7/8 breathing to help me relax, and it’s nice to have a timer to help me. All around terrific app that is easy to use and fun!

Recently, my anxiety has been absolutely insane, to the point where i felt helpless. i started going to a school consoler, and she recommended this app. i practice mindfulness but always get distracted, but this has really helped me. it's very helpful for me or for anyone like me.

I used this daily after finishing my workout session and hit the sauna I put on Breathe. I feel it's the perfect combo after feeling an intense workout to put your mind in a different state of relaxation . I love it so far I went from not meditating to meditating everyday. Con: I preferably enjoy the women's voice instead of the guy...also have more meditating options I've ran through all of them so far lol

I loved this app for years until it changed where I have to subscribe to pay monthly for the meditations I have already made a one time payment for and/or had them for free. I'm not liking this so much.
