    I love the workouts and the entire BBG program. But the app is really just so buggy that it gets annoying. Issues I’ve been facing: 1. Sync to calendar option does not work at all. It doesn’t do anything whether I turn it on or off and I’ve already granted the app access to my calendar 2. Completed workouts using the app does not sync into the Apple Health app at all. It synced just 1 LISS workout for me back around early Jan then all other workouts are not logged. Kind of disappointing as I like to see the accumulated completed workouts as they give me a sense of achievement. 3. Apple Watch app is totally unusable. Every time I launch it, it takes 5-10mins just to connect to the app on the phone. Sometimes it doesn’t even connect at all and I’d rather give up on it than spend my time at the gym fiddling with the watch. 4. The calendar in the app is super buggy. When I switched to a different week in my program on a Sunday for the following week, all the workouts I’ve completed in that week became messed up. It even added COMPLETED workouts to the following week even though I haven’t done them yet. This is extra annoying since I can’t track my workouts accurately via the Health app either as described in problem 2 above. 5. There should be a way to add completed workouts for past days. For example if I did not get to workout the previous day, I would like to be able to log it in as a rest day, but I can’t do that now because adding events on past days is disabled. Hopefully all these bugs can be looked into and resolved. After all, if we’re paying a subscription for it every month, we’d of course prefer to be paying for something that works. I’m still going to continue with the program since the discipline is more important than tracking. But being able to track accurately would make it easier for me to stay disciplined.

    I have the PDF version from a few years ago and decided to try the app. recently. I have to say that I'm quite impressed with the app. It helps me stay more focused, accountable, and goal oriented. It's also much easier having everything in one place. I don't have to flip through papers anymore! I'll definitely continue using the app. Update: I still love the workouts, but the timer is freezes. I’ll be working out and finally look at the timer when I’m about ready to collapse and realize it hasn’t moved past 2 minutes. This has happened with every version and as I’ve updated my iPhones.

    Don’t fall for the lifetime purchase or any other discounts. Kayla and her team are aware of these scams yet don’t address them because every time someone falls for them and Apple ends up charging monthly, she gets profit. Not a company I will be supporting.

    I really like the workouts on this app but the bugs drive me insane. I’m not sure why they haven’t been fixed yet. The first bug is when you start a LISS session it doesn’t always start counting down so if you open up the app midway through a run it might start the 35 minute countdown then. Also it seems to be marking my workouts as complete on the wrong day and there’s no ability to edit them to put them on the day that they were actually completed.

    The app isn’t all that helpful. It doesn’t allow you to log workouts that you do on a treadmill. I have no idea how to use this and I’m pretty tech/app savvy. I wish the app had true cardio workouts instead of just intervals... I would also like to be able to choose workouts with or without equipment. Overall, I hate this.

    Don’t be fooled into thinking the cancel account means your account is actually cancelled. Despite the “we will miss you message” that’s generated immediately following the cancel button- you’re actually not cancelled and scammed into a $19.99 subscription. So shady.

    I’ve used the PDFs for BBG last year and decided to purchase the app for the new PWR program. Much to my dismay, when I clicked to check out a different program (and it says progress will carryover), my progress was completely erased from the calendar. When I attempted to add the completed workouts, it will only add it to today. You are not able to go back and enter on earlier dates. This is bothersome for a visual person who wants to track progress. Please fix the calendar so you can add workouts to days that have passed! I also noticed that the distance tracker in LISS is WAY off. Might as well do away with this feature bc it’s nowhere near accurate.

    I just started this week, and am so so impressed with this app. It is great for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. All the guesswork & planning of workouts and healthy meals/snacks is all done for you!! The app is also easy to navigate, I cannot say enough good things! I am doing the trial 3 months for $1, but I will definitely buy the year for $120! I’m so thankful to Kayla for making a healthy lifestyle so plain & simple. God bless💓

    I highly recommend this app. It is intuitive and easy to use! I love how each workout is explained in great detail. The hardest part about going to the gym is figuring out what to do. This app does it all! Another great part about it is the meal plans. I always get into a rut about what to eat to support my workouts and this has it all! I am currently doing the 12 week challenge with the BBG stronger program because I do enjoy incorporating weights. You will not regret this purchase, there is no other app out there like this.

    I love this app. It takes a bit to figure out all the features, which can be said about most new to you apps. There are few things that I think can be improved. First is BAM. It's a known issue, but there are no alerts or anything to the workout. It's completely silent. I think they're working on it, but it's not very user friendly as is. Love the workout itself though! Second is not being able to sync up my Fitbit. I know the app tracks steps through the iPhone, but I don't always have my phone on me when I going through my day, but I am wearing a Fitbit. And finally, third, I wish there was a Paleo option for the meal plan. I thought I could adapt my eating style with what's given, but it's not possible. It'd be really neat if this was implemented. In the end, I think this app it pretty great besides the minor details above.

    So far I think it’s a good app but it can definitely be better. I wish after workouts, you could see your stats of what you did. I’m a numbers person so I love to see how many calories I burned and what my HR was and I just don’t see where I can access that in the app. It is also very, very slow on the Apple Watch. Lastly, it crashes occasionally midway through a workout or at the very end when I’m done. So it didn’t record all of that information from my workout. So ultimately, very good for right now, but still has many bugs that can be fixed.

    I love this app. Bought it for the intensional of only having for a short period of time and ended up keeping , it's been about a year now. I love the short workouts but you also feel it! The only drawback is having this on top of a gym membership. Wish the app was a little cheaper.

    I was extremely excited for Sweat to add a yoga program! I have done the bbg program before but I enjoy yoga so much better. But I am extremely disappointed in the app. There is no audio to tell you when to move to the next pose so you have to keep looking down at your phone which is not relaxing at all. This defeats the purpose of BAM being about your mind and body when you have to move out of your restful mindset to see how much time you have left for each exercise. It is more stressful then relaxing. I immediately cancelled when I found this out and wish I could get a refund because it is not worth it!

    It’s a shame this is so expensive. I have a tight girl group of 8 that would love to join this and right now we all go to the same gym. Our gym memberships with tanning and sauna is $15.99. If this app was more realistic cost wise then she would have a lot more users. Let me know if the price reduces so I can rally up my friends!!

    I love this app. I am in school full time and work full time, and, as a result, I don't have time to try to plan which work outs I will be doing in the gym everyday. The Sweat app does everything for me - except, obviously, the physical effort in the challenging exercise routines. I cannot recommend this app enough.

    I LOVE this app. It’s much easier to follow then the PDFs forsure and it’s great to be able to try out the different programs! Unfortunately it has quite a few glitches ): For whatever reason there are always completed workouts in my planner that I never did and there’s no way to delete them. They’re just there...I wish they gave us the option to delete it or fix the app so random workouts won’t appear. I’m talking like I’m in the PWR program and BBG workouts show up. It’s so frustrating to plan my week like that. Otherwise the app is great but they should really look into fixing that!!!

    I like a lot of the features the app has! Been part of the bbg community since the booklet so to have preset timers is so nice! And food and all the extras it has in one convenient place. One thing I would like is to be able to track how much weight we're using for exercises using the smith machine, leg press, medicine ball etc. from week to week so we can see our strength progress and know what weight we last did! I always am trying different weights until I remember how much I use for each exercise. Thanks Kayla!

    I downloaded this app due its first debut and loved the workouts, but quickly deleted it after hearing from friends and reading the many reviews about this app charging people incorrectly time and time again. This obviously has been a popular work out, however, there are one too many negative reviews about the app and I would hate to have to go through such a hassle. What I don’t understand is why this app and its issues still haven’t been resolved after so months of customer complaints?!? Not a very good business model, in my opinion. Until then, I’m holding off.

    It’s a great app but the way they advertise it as in you will be paying less, they should also state that they’re going to charge you 136.00 as soon as you press continue instead of 10 dollars a month like they say. I would and will need a full refund and they’ve never gotten back to me which is completely horrible.

    I love the program but don’t love the app. Maybe i just don’t know how to work it properly. I do not like if i do a workout but can’t finish or do it as long as it says and it just doesn’t count it all. I am a beginner and especially in arms i can’t always finish and it’s just like i didn’t do it at all. No credit. I also do not like that i can’t figure it if there is a way to sync my Apple Watch correctly because if i say I’m doing something on my Apple Watch but don’t tell the sweat app I’m doing it then again no credit even though i have given everything permission to interact. I also tried to contact someone but didn’t see the option on the app.

    This program is the best one for me. I never stuck with anything else that actually worked to lose weight and reshape. I practice yoga daily but could never add anything else consistently until BBG. I can't believe how motivating the plan is and easy to adhere to. Mind you, the workouts are not easy! But the plan and the structure and ease of fitting a 28 minute workout in works for me. Finally!

    I get a few things from the app here and there. I like to use it for the exercises and some recipes but my real problem with it is it doesn’t factor in busy lifestyles. I work retail full time so I don’t have the luxury of a 9-5 where I can meal prep or work out or take pictures at the same time everyday or every week. I’m disappointed, especially since I (impulse) purchased the year subscription for a rather pricey amount and it’s not living up to my expectations.

    I love this app and have been using it on and off for two years now. I recently visited the Sweat website and saw that there’s an option to subscribe for a whole year, which I’d love to do! However, every time I try to manage my subscriptions, the only option I see is for monthly billing. Not sure what’s going on but I’d love to see it fixed!

    I absolutely love this app! It's easy to follow and breaks down workouts into a non-overwhelming series of steps. The reason for four stars instead of five is the lack of a warm-up before the workout. The app offers cool downs after every resistance workout, why not add a short two-five minute warm-up circuit?

    Am I doing this wrong? First off, they’re not workouts, not like I’m used to. It’s a list of a few repeating animated gifs of 4-5 moves. And they’re not very inspired moves. It’s nothing I couldn’t have found on YouTube or seen at the gym. Very boring. Pretty much a list of do lunges for 5 mins, do mountain climbers for 5 mins, plank for 5 mins. How am I supposed to plank for five minutes? Just do it as long as possible, fall over, try again? For 5 mins? Then do set again. No fast forwarding or rewinding, just a timer running down while the gif repeats. Extremely dull, hard to stick through. Next, the app is not sleek and quick like I’d expect for the price. It’s slow and drags, it doesn’t display completed “workouts” on the previous week, only what was scheduled by the app and not completed. Just greyed out, uncompleted, with the only option to delete and none of the workouts I had done. I agree with previous reviews that the app is not correctly reading steps, it’s not tracking my LISS, walking, etc, nearly enough. And the schedule lists what should be done but doesn’t have them on the schedule. So I should do three “rest/recovery” workouts (it’s called different things in different places) but only has one scheduled. So should I do the arms recovery on the legs workout day? For the cost I would expect that to be apart of the scheduled part so I know I’m doing the right ones on the right days. As far as the diet part, it’s disappointing. It’s just a schedule of meals that you can’t change or move around. Soy cottage cheese wrap with lavish for tomorrow morning and no budge. Not helpful, I’d expect it to at the very least allow me to pick from a list of options, even if with limited flexibility. And very every click I get another loading Sweat drop. So boring, not any moves I haven’t seen before, clunky. For the cost I expected to be blown away, but there are free apps that are better. Save your money, get a separate app for workouts, scheduling, diet and find what you like.

    I have food allergies and I would love to be able to modify the diet portion in the app. For now, I’m having to do this separately and I’m okay with that. Just hoping that maybe this could be addressed some time in the future. I love this app and the work outs!

    So first I love the way it gives you food ideas everyday. I get so sick and tired of eating chicken and vegetables. Second it gives you a workout plan and shows you how the work out is done. I love this. Way easier than trying to come up with my own workout. All around great application.
