    It's honestly a wonderful app. The work outs or quick enough to fit into a tight time crunch, but definitely intense enough to feel the burn! My ONLY criticism is the grocery list is a little pricey, especially since I'm not only shopping for me when I go to the store.. but the food is amazing and I know this program works

    I have enjoyed this program. I don't want to travel to workout so this is a nice program I can follow in my garage with my basic equipment. I like the social media community (although I feel way to old!) and the support they offer. I don't use the food guides much, they are working out their nondairy kinks in the vegan section (another fun getting older thing! No more Dairy says my tummy 😬) but good if you need a place to start. Cheaper than a gym! I like it and would recommend.

    I downloaded the app after reading nice reviews and they must be fake lol. The app is "free" to download but as soon as you type in ALL your personal information - they then tell you it's a $37 fee. No thanks. I'll stick to Swork-it and lose-it.

    I originally used the PDFs and downloaded the app when it first came out. Wasn't a fan...expensive for an app that just showed pics like the PDF I already owned. Didnt end up continuing to use it. HOWEVER...this app is incredibly helpful and well designed since the last update!! Well worth the $20/month. Do the free trial and you'll see. Give this app another chance if you tried it when it first came out and weren't into it. You will love it now!!! They've put a ton of work into this and it really REALLY shows.

    I've followed Kayla for 5 years and I remember buying the book when it first came out. My biggest problem with working out was that I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what exercises would work for me, how long to do them, or how many. With sweat it has everything I need. It tells me EXATLY what's expected and that helps me stay on track. The bonus is the food list and what meals to have. It's not only an awesome guide it's like a workout bible. I truly love it and I've never felt more organized.

    I am loving this app so far. It has been 5 weeks and I can already see a difference in the way my clothes are fitting! I have to admit I am not following the food plans, but I am sure I would see even better results if I did. I like that the workouts are not the same. They are the same format, but different exercises for them. Never the exact same group. Great!

    How's the content of the app? Decent. How's the user experience in app? Terrible. Customer support for app issues? The worst! After purchasing a $1 trial, I tried logging in to cancel. Login screen was non-responsive. Not that I forgot my password... it just didn't do anything! Would just stay on login screen. I contacted customer service and didn't receive a response for weeks. As time goes by, my credit card is continually being charged. After unhelpful back and forth with customer service team, finally they reset both user name and password. I login and cancel, but after 2x $20 subscription that I didn't and COULDN'T use. It's a total scam! I expect more from customer support, not weeks and weeks lapsing between responses. 2-3 days should be standard. This experience was completely horrible. Dishonest company just looking to grab a few bucks.

    I debated downloading the app for a few months. I am so glad I did. First off it is beautiful app!! The way it is laid out, it is easy to navigate. You can switch between programs, view your workouts, meal plans all in one app. I love that you have access to all the different programs and it's easy to toggle back and forth. You don't need to bounce from an app for fitness and an app for meal planning. You log your progress in it as well and can sync everything to social media. My only negative is while I love the timer countdown, I wish there was some sort of indicator (sound) when that exercise move is over so you don't need to be holding your phone or constantly looking at it. I know it syncs with the Apple Watch, so if they could create a haptic for the same thing, that would be wonderful! I would love to see it sync with the Apple TV if you are working out at home. I also wish there was a way to access the forums through it to chat with others. Other than that, it works wonderful and I have raved about it to others already telling them they need to download it as well. ❤️💪🏻

    I was using this app for 4 or 5 months. I truly love everything about the workouts and the encouragement from other members of the community!! The ONLY thing I hate is that randomly one day my app wouldn't take my login and said "my payment could not go through." I immediately renewed it through apple. It kept saying my "paypal" account couldn't renew it. I called PayPal and they had no idea what was going on and told me pay through apple. I kept trying and no matter what I did it kept attempting to process my monthly subscription without success. I contacted kayla customer service. Got a standard response back that didn't help at all. The customer service person COMPLETE misunderstood my situation and seemed like they just simply dismissed it. I don't have the app anymore. I really miss it and I wish so bad I didn't have that problem. I do love this workout program at its core. Just not customer service and app glitches.

    This app is great. I love that it shows you what to do step by step and there's a timer as well. Before this app I would go into the gym completely lost not knowing what to do and feel so defeated and frustrated but this program has a plan for every work out. I love that every workout is a tad bit different to mix it up. I'm never bored or feel like I'm just going through the motions. I really hope to see results soon but I know it takes time and is a slow process. Cons: I don't like how you can't put in your own ounce count for water and you can't put in your own food. The food included in the app doesn't work well with my busy schedule. I wish the app would connect with my Fitbit! I'm not ALWAYS carrying around my phone so the steps within the app are never really correct. I want this app to me my ONLY fitness app I use because, especially with this new update, I want it to be my go to!!
