    DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR SIGNUP FOR THIS ACCOUNT. They keep on charging you long after you have canceled your subscription. Email takes forever to respond to. I had my CC company block them as a merchant. I really wanted to love this app. In fact, I used it for almost 10 weeks before I started seeing issues. Unfortunately, these issues made the app completely unusable, and I'm canceling my subscription. Pros: + Timer and exercises are already planned out. It's like having a trainer at the fraction of the cost. + Stretching, planning, and meal planning all in once + Ability to use videos or photos. Cons: + Here's where the app became unusable. With this latest update, I'm never able to go through the exercises anymore. The "Welcome To Week.." screen keeps on popping up. I will select start, and it comes back to the same window. I select go to planner, and i'm unable to get to the exercies. I've tried restrating my phone and reinstalling the app, and it's still there. If I didn't have 10 weeks of using it, I would have given this app a 1 star! It's got to be usable! + Alternative Workouts are limited and there isn't that much emphasis on good/correct form.

    I really actually love this app! And for $20 a month I think it's awesome for those that can't always hit the gym everyday! My only cons about this would be, that there is no pre-stretching incorporated with the workouts (which is actually really important so that you don't pull anything or tear anything, it's how I got a torn muscle in my knee 4 years ago) and that you can't really customize your daily menu, like swapping things out for something different, I have oral allergy syndrome and am allergic to almost everything that most of the meals contain, so it would be nice if you were able to swap in the app. Like "oh no I can't eat that so we will replace it with this meal that I like" or that the app doesn't even ask what allergies you have so that you can have a truly customized meal plan. Other than that I think it's really awesome! The first fitness app I've actually used both at home and at the gym and actually sweat with!

    I did the BBG program before it was an app, it was much harder to motivate myself Having a calendar on the app that helps you keep track is super helpful. I also like how you can see videos of Kayla doing each exercise to make sure you're doing it correctly. I'm at Week 4 right now. While I don't see any huge results in the mirror yet, I FEEL so much better (which is really the most important thing).

    I canceled my membership months ago and got a confirmation screen that my account was canceled. However I continued to get charged monthly... Over $100 so far... I canceled again and got a cancelation screen. No cancelation emails are being sent so I still have no way to confirm that my account is truly canceled. I sent a message letting this company know and got no response. Horrible experience!

    This program is so great. The fact that it gives you a grocery list, a meal plan for the week and day, and a weekly plan with workouts is amazing and helps keep me on track. I feel so good. The workouts are hard but worth it and I'm in love with some of these recipes, which is a big deal because I am a very picky eater.

    I signed up for the 3 months for 99 cents and made sure to cancel my account (with the instructions they provide) before my next charge was due. Of course I was still charged $20. I wrote to customer service and never received a response. Terrible experience in whole I also notice almost all the reviews on here are positive. Strange. When I signed up and for several months they were predominately one or two star reviews

    This app is great. I love that it shows you what to do step by step and there's a timer as well. Before this app I would go into the gym completely lost not knowing what to do and feel so defeated and frustrated but this program has a plan for every work out. I love that every workout is a tad bit different to mix it up. I'm never bored or feel like I'm just going through the motions. I really hope to see results soon but I know it takes time and is a slow process. Cons: I don't like how you can't put in your own ounce count for water and you can't put in your own food. The food included in the app doesn't work well with my busy schedule. The app has crashed on me a couple times which is annoying. I can't get the app to connect to my Apple Watch (maybe because it's the first Apple watch so it's not compatible??? But it would make my workouts so much easier !!) The last con, the weather is never correct

Provides great meal options to choose from and help you understand what your portions and variety should be like. Water tracker too. LOVE this app!!

    A common saying in the fitness world is "I drank the cool aid of...." and fill in the blank with whatever fitness fad happens to be the thing on a given day. I can say that I drank the BBG cool aid for a while. At first, I loved it. It was the best thing that's ever happened to me... or so I thought at the time. Really, it's not a terrible program. Kayla definitely knows what it takes and has the body to show it. However, I don't feel like women love the app itself so much, but rather they love the community created around this app. The community aspect is nice, but the app itself was lacking in some areas for me. I loved the workouts at first, but after a while I grew quite bored with the resistance workouts. I completed 12 weeks of the workouts and diet plan and actually felt as if I gained fat rather than muscle. Also, the diet plan is quite bizarre in my opinion and a lot of the food leaves something to be desired. In terms of the workouts, and I have read this on multiple sources, they aren't anything new and exciting. We have the typical exercises such as squats, tricep dips, leg raises, etc. I just couldn't justify spending $20 a month on this. What I will say is Kayla and the instagram community surrounding BBG helped me find new ways to incorporate fitness into my life instead of the pure cardio I was doing prior. In the end, Kayla's program didn't work for me. However, there are millions of women who love BBG. Try it for yourself and see if it's a fit. But if you were to ask me, join a gym, take their classes, and have a real community rather than an instagram community of women who tend to post photos of themselves at the best time of day highlighting their "morning abs."

    This app was working so good for me!!! But over the last couple weeks it's not working in sync with my Apple Watch :( And tonight the app on my phone skipped a whole circuit. I wish I could backtrack and pick a Circuit when it does that. To make up for the loss. I did one Circuit one time and the second Circuit three times. And my Apple Watch said I just did one Circuit 😞 Bummer ... I've made sure I'm up to date with my updates :(
