    This app is amazing. Not only does this app have amazing workouts backed up by research, it is really easy to use. The interface is amazing and it feels like you have your own personal trainer. Here are a few things that I think can improve the app: 1) I wish you can save all your favorite recipes in a favorites folder to look back on it. 2) the progress photo should have the date that you took the photo 3) the workouts (cardio, resistance, etc..) should have the option to look back at the number of steps you took, the amount of laps/circuits you finished, etc... so that you can see an improvement throughout your program.

    I've always been embarrassed to work out because on two occasions I was made fun of when out for a run. (I had a hamburger thrown at me from high school kids on one of those times.) I'm so happy I could get a full workout in my my apartment. i'm also really happy that it's going to build up my confidence to go out in the world and get a workout buddy.

    My only complaint about this app is that it is difficult to stick to the meals 100% of the time because of time constraints, work schedules and expenses. If you are very busy or have a strict schedule and on a budget, which many people are, it can be difficult to follow and sustain the meal plan for the long term. Buying all of the items on the grocery list can be very expensive and a lot of the produce is sold in bulk and goes to waste. I try to repeat the same meal over and over again so that I can use as much of the produce I buy as possible. I try to eat at least one of the meals on the plan per day and stick to a whole food diet for the rest of the day as best as I can. For this reason, I would love it if the app could provide the nutritional information for the meals. It is time consuming to figure it out for each meal on my own. That would be very helpful! Other than that, I love the meals. They are delicious. And I think its awesome that they provide vegan meal plans and options on the fitness programs.

    I use this app instead of a gym membership. Honestly it has everything I need! I workout from home and in a local park for the HITT/LISS. For 20 bucks a month I have an amazing workout plan and all the meal planning that I need. If you only plan on using this occasionally it's not worth it. For me, I use it daily! Love all the exercises and the results i get. I feel so strong and am constantly amazed with what my body can do. Definitely would recommend.

    I love this app and the workout plan, and if I were reviewing on that alone, I'd give it 5 stars! But unfortunately the price is way too high... I wish there was a one time payment plan for BBG 1, 2, 3, and BBG Stronger, instead of a monthly or trimonthly subscription. People shouldn't have to pay $20-60 on a REOCCURRING basis just to have access to a plan to better themselves. There are many other workout/meal plans out there offered for free, and I think this product would be a lot more appealing to a lot more people if it was a one time payment plan for the app, similar to how you can just purchase the guides.

    Currently on BBG week 16. I LOVE IT! In addition to the daily meal plans and flexible training sessions, there are gym-based weight training/circuit workouts, as well as two trainers specializing in post-pregnancy and yoga workouts! It's worth EVERY PENNY! So far, I have lost 9 lbs and am seeing noticeable results. Just like any fitness routine, what you get out of it is a direct product of what you put in each and every day.

    I did a trial in May of 2016 and cancelled before the trial was over because it didn't work for me. I followed the cancellation instructions. Come to find out I have been getting charged for it ever since. I have contacted the company twice and they have not responded. I have paid over $250 to someone for an app I have never used and already cancelled. What a scam!!!

    Loving the app - it would be 5 stars only if there was a way to have more flexibility with the meal plan. For example, if you mark a recipe as a favorite, have a place where all the favorites are stored, and be able to shuffle recipes around during the day. Otherwise, it's too restricting!

The app builds my dedication and effectiveness by setting out my goals, giving me tools to look at my week and plannwhen I'll get everything in, reminding me what's next, and moving me through the workouts efficiently and positively.     The team has really stepped up. I used to subscribe to the app the unsubscribed because of the constant bugs. I recently reinstalled for the stronger program and have seen a world's difference. Bbg is great and the stronger program is even better!

    I was looking for something to push me, keep me accountable and workouts I could do at home at any time because my schedule is always changing. This app is exactly that. I love that it gets tougher each week to keep me going and I feel my entire body getting stronger. It takes dedication and accountability on yourself, but once you do that you are set.     This app has everything! The workouts, the food suggestions, the tips and tricks to being successful with your health journey, etc. You really do have to make the time (it's only 28 minutes!) and give it 110% in order to see the results you want, but it is worth it! No glitches, updates accordingly and very easy to navigate; if you're on the fence about trying it, go for it!
