    I had already purchased the guides and was so excited to see an app. I was hoping for/expecting short videos or gifs to help model proper form, but this is really little more than the guides in a slightly different format. There are some extra features (multilingual, water tracker, timer) but these features are not worth the subscription fee. I already canceled, only to find out that I'll be charged a minimum of three months. Kayla's Instagram account keeps promising new features but doesn't specify what. Honestly I feel she should have waited until those features became available because the current version isn't worth the monthly fee.

    Fully deserving of all five stars! After using for a few weeks, this app has directly impacted my accountability - I now strive to hit all workouts and not just resistance! I'm also no longer wasting time turning my computer on to pull up the PDFs, then grabbing a timer and my music - all three can be accessed on one device without switching back and forth! The challenges give me extra motivation to try to improve each time. Clicking on the image of each exercise gives the full demonstration of how to properly do it - helpful for anyone who wants to make sure their form is correct! I haven't used the food guide yet. Her team emailed me back the same day when I was having trouble accessing the app. Overall - I love that I feel like Kayla is right there encouraging me! Well worth the $20/month!

    Waste of time and money. Unless you feel like forking over $60 for a 3 month access to this app + paying for the guides, this app is worthless. You can't access anything without paying a minimum of $20 -- so not a fan.

    I purchased this app on the 19th with so much enthusiasm. I follow Kayla on instagram and I always see her fans' pictures and always want to be them. So when I found out I had an app I purchased it as soon as I got my paycheck. Turns out, everytime I tried logging in it asked me to pay even after I had paid. I guess I should just cough up more $$ and purchase the physical book instead. The kayla itsines customer support NEVER wrote back to me. Im glad Apple was able to give me a refund.

    Great for motivating me to get my workouts in. I've used the paper guides for over a year and when the app came I was beyond thrilled! Not having to fuss with a timer since it's built in, or with the paper guides trying to find my spot again. Well worth the price!

    I was ready to try it out but there's no free trial or anything. You can't check the trainings or even take a look at the app as it force you to sign into the free trial but after 7 days to pay.- I'll keep on using Nike Training 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    I had no idea how to cancel my subscription and after signing up for the free trial to browse the app, and instantly deciding it wasn't for me, canceling my account, and emailing customer service to cancel my account, I was still charged $20 because the app automatically adds this to your Apple profile as a automatic renewing subscription. Pure money maker. Pretty disappointed and I don't like that it's set up like this

    This app is only free for 7 days and since I signed up through iTunes it is incredibly hard to figure out how to cancel it before they charge a high monthly rate! This app is a rip off. Just go on pinterest and do a workout for free! oh wow! There are very obvious workouts. Seriously, not worth the money. Maybe for clueless people that have no idea where to start it might help. Anyone with any knowledge of health and workouts it’s a waste of money and space on my phone.

    As a U.S. BBG girl, I would rate this 5 stars if it offered a non-metric conversion option - particularly in the weights to use on reps and in the meal planning section. Other than that, it is great!

    This is the biggest RIP OFF. They are dishonest. They will not cancel your $19.99 a month charge when you cancel. I followed the directions from the site and they ignored the cancellation request. I've put in multiple requests to cancel. There is NO customer service phone number, only an in app support window that doesn't work with Apple devices. Had to do it on a PC. Now I have to cancel my credit card to stop the monthly charges.

    I love this app. Motivation has always been a huge issue for me when it comes to working out and eating healthy, and this app has made it so easy to stay on track. Everything is pre-planned and organized so you know what you need to accomplish each week. You are walked through each workout and stretch. You can even eat every meal according to the app, although I found it was hard to shop for such small amounts of each food. I pick and choose the meals and just make sure I'm sticking to her portion and food group recommendations for each day (which she explains in the education section). A lot of people complained that they were charged after the 7-day trial without agreeing. I had no issue with this. I downloaded and signed up through the App Store for the free trial, then immediately went to my subscriptions in the App Store settings and unsubscribed so I wouldn't be charged. I wasn't, but I ended up renewing anyway because I was so happy with it. If you already have the first two guides, I can see why you wouldn't want the app until you get to BBG 3.0. But for a newbie, it's awesome. The price is expensive, but I don't belong to a gym so I've been able to make it work. My main problem is that my progress photo keeps deleting! Beyond that, it's been great. If price is your main concern then the guides are probably better for you, but if you lack motivation or need someone walking you through everything, this app is ideal.

    I love Kayla and BBG so I thought I'd give her app a try. But whether I try to log in with my email or Facebook, it just keeps saying "There was a problem! We've lost your internet connection" even though I am indeed connected... Or for Facebook it just keeps saying "There was a problem! Verify this device etc." Idk what I'm supposed to do but I wish it would work cause I'd like to try it! Please fix it Kayla!

    This review is for after the most recent bug fix update. I would be fine paying one dollar for an app like this but 10 dollars a month is too expensive-- 1. You can't control the timing of the workouts you're adding to your week. For example, this morning I added my rest from yesterday. Now in the app I can't access my workout for the day bc it says "you have completed rest," while accessing the workouts within the app is why I have it in the first place. I should be able to specify which days I completed which workouts 2. The photo library access still doesn't work for me in uploading my photos. Please fix this!!! Crappy app for such a fantastic workout program!!

    I love the idea of this and I don't at all mind paying for it when if it works right but I'm doing the days and it's not showing as done. Still shows I did nothing. To be fair this is only my trail first week, but have no problem paying for it, and I do have the PDFs already, but I thought this would push me more. Why doesn't it work like it thought it would. Am I doing something wrong? It doesn't seem that hard to understand, just is not recording what I've done at all. :-(

    At $20 a month you can get a gym membership and just download her guides. The app doesn't offer anything the guides do except the ridiculous price. Her guides are already $140 for a meal and exercise plan and the app is exactly like the guides so no reason to buy both. You can also get the guides free online if you search well because they are just pdf files. The app is way too expensive and doesn't offer anything the guides and you phone timer can't give you. Please save yourself the time and money and don't subscribe to the app.

    I am very pleased with Kayla's new SWEAT app. I think this is a great tool for someone to use who has a difficult time managing all of their workouts every week. I like the fact that I can see every workout I've completed from week to week and what I have left to do. I have seen one single bug with this app- if you are using an iPad (not iphone) and you open up a resistance workout, sometimes it will appear as though the exercises have been duplicated. As soon as you hit start the correct exercises are shown. I am so confused as to what all of the "bugs" people are saying are. On top of the app helping you manage your workouts per week - there is also a food guide built in. Many evenings I do not have time to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals. Kayla's dinners are generally about a half hour to prepare with little ingredients. She gives you a general guideline of what you should be eating and how often you should be eating throughout the day. It also helps with portion control - regardless if you actually use her recipes. The app comes with several challenges that are not in her guide which also make things exciting throughout the week. Overall, I give this a 5/5 rating for anyone who doesn't want to spend countless hours in gym/kitchen. The workouts are DIFFICULT and to the point. The cost of her app is merely a cup of coffee per week. Kayla interacts with girls through social media to provide encouragement. She has shown several very real transformations on her Instagram that give me the motivation to workout. She has now provided me with the tools to do it in an easier fashion.

    It wasn't working properly when I first got it. I waited for an update and it was the end. It Never registers my workouts 😠😓😓. Keeps saying "there was an error". I try "marking a workout as finished" and it just crashes .... Total waste of money!

    I was excited to use this app since I was using the iBook version of the workout guide for a few weeks already. By the 4th day of tracking all of my workouts, the app completely erased everything I had stored and started me on a new week that I had completed weeks ago. Disappointing to say the least. Biggest issue for me is the price for this app... Seriously??! This has to be a scam. If you really want her workouts just buy the iBook for $30!! Or just go to the gym for the same price monthly!! I say dont waste your money! Use free 30 minute workouts on youtube haha! Not worth it!

    This program is amazing, and with her app you get so many amazing recipes. The vegan and vegetarian options are delicious and anyone will love them, no matter their food preferences. The workouts always keep you on your toes! I'm in love, with this program, this community and Kayla!

    I love Kayla but this really pisses me off. I want to be able to use the app with everyone else but I can’t afford to pay 20 dollars a month when I’ve already purchased the guides and I have a gym membership. It’s really a slap in the face to me. I bought this guide 2 years ago and it was a big deal to purchase it then. Now she wants 20 a month? I wish she could give the app for free to users that have already purchased the material. Come on Kayla…really?

    I love the actual app. I am a huge Kayla fan and BBG girl. I just feel that the price is way to steep for already paying for the program. I hope this changes. I love how is pushes me and keeps me accountable but unfortunately I won't be able to keep it for $20 a month. :(

I'm not really satisfied with the app and especially how much I would have to pay monthly... I would like to learn how to take the automatic payments off please? Help before I get billed.

    I was excited to try the app for the seven day trial. I decided after the 6th day it wasn't going to work for me. I canceled per the instructions before the trial ended and I was still charged. I emailed twice and it took them a month to get back to me, and then advised that they couldn't refund me because the payment had gone through and wasn't removed from iTunes- which was not what the instructions for canceling indicated was necessary. Many others have had this issue. It's dishonest and unethical. One star.

    It's okay but my set weight keeps changing on its own. I'll set it and it keeps changing to 370. My progress picture keeps removing itself as well. I've now lost my first picture and that really stinks. Just seems like there's a lot of bugs..

    I bought the first Kayla Itsines guide and it led me to a much healthier lifestyle and a toned body! I think this app is great but could have a few things improved. For instance, I would like the option to look at many different meals to pick from, be able to select them, and for the app to then generate a grocery list. It's nice the grocery list is included for the week but I don't have time to make certain meals on certain days or I'll substitute some meals in with things that aren't given in the app. I would also like to see more than 2 weeks of meals to be able to browse and pick what sounds good to eat. As far as the timer during the resistance training goes, I think some kind of sound after the 30 second break is up should be put in. Sometimes I'm taking a sip of water and am not looking at my phone the entire time and I end up missing the first few seconds of the next round! An indication that the break is over would be great! I think the app is pricey...and it is unfortunate for those of us who already bought the guides. I agree that it should be a one time purchase like the apps or to have the monthly cost reduced. I bought the app since I wanted to restart fresh at week 1, but after the 12 weeks are over I will probably not repay and instead use my downloaded apps I previously payed for. I will say, the guides are amazing and can help you achieve so much if you can follow them weekly and eat a healthy diet! My body had never looked so good!

    I like this app a lot, as it provides structure to weekly workout routines and the instructions and countdown timer is very helpful during my workouts. My grievance is that the app only supports a Monday start, whereas I like to start my workouts on Sunday. And while I like the app, I don't think I'll pay the full price for it when the time comes, as I already own the book.

    I was excited about this app and downloaded, accepted terms and had yet to read reviews. After reading reviews, I immediately cancelled and I ALSO CANCELLED UNDER MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. The subscriptions is located in the App Store at the very bottom and your able to access and manage subscriptions. Did anyone turn off the Kayla sub option under the App Store? I feel like if you do that, you won't be charged the $20 if you decide it's not for you. I hope I don't get charged! I'll update this showing if turning off sub on the App Store will work to cancel future payment withdraw of the $20. If I'm charged I'll contact Apple.

    Downloaded 2 days ago and every time I try to open it, it says that they've lost internet connection! I am connected to my wifi with full service.... Switched it to LTE and it still doesn't work! Everything else works that requires internet connection so I know I'm connected???

    I purchased Kaylas guides last year and then saw there was an app so got excited! Super bummed about the price because I already bought the guides and get her daily emails so maybe thought this was an extra freebie... Nope. Not worth $20 a month but would consider $5-$10. Guess I'll just sit to my guides.

    The app is definitely making bbg easier by providing a user friendly format and modifications to exercises. I wish it had a feature to monitor your progress of you chose to split the resistance training into 2 sessions. Even notifications from the app about pending workouts would really help!!

    I was extremely excited to use this app. A meal plan with a shopping list already made?! I was sold. However, I used the shopping list in the store and it wasn't the right items. Many things were missing. As a mom to a 14 month old I don't have the time to go through meal by meal walking through the store. Now I am at home trying to restructure my shopping list and the appropriate amounts are not even close to the shopping list. I am sure this is a bug however if that's a reason you're purchasing this app just don't. You'll be disappointed as I am.

    I love BBG, and this app had attempted to organize your BBG schedule with everything you need to get through each week. For 19.99 I think it's a bit expensive until the bugs can be fixed. Often, the app doesn't save my completed LISS and resistance training. It just shuts off as if I never did those workouts. Also, I wish the app would allow you to go in and manually put that you completed the training in case the app crashes (or if anything else happens). Not sure if I will continue using the app until these problems are fixed!

    Very user friendly. Tracks your progress in work out completion each week. Shows you a break down of circuit exercises plus expands to explain form of each exercise if you click on it. Provides great meal options to choose from and help you understand what your portions and variety should be like. Water tracker too. LOVE this app!!

    Overall this app is great! I had the PDFs and this is much easier. It keeps me on track, keeping me accountable for completing workouts. The app itself has some bugs. Frequently the cool down is missing pictures. I also think more audio cues are needed like when a workout starts or during cool downs so you know when to change positions. I think the daily meals are helpful as a guide. I personally cannot follow them perfectly as my grocery list would be astronomical. I do wish the shopping list could cut it down to a spending limit.
