    TeamViewer helps me with programming apps and other things! A lot of the low reviews cite connection, but that isn't the fault of the app. Your carrier might not have a tower near you. I have no issues with it.

    For me the UI is pretty close to being perfect. One small bug I noticed: when you use the 3D touch to "connect to partner", it now prompts for password but when connecting from inside the app, it doesn't. Also, sometimes a single tap registers as a double-click. Not sure when exactly, but I'm guessing it happens during high cpu load on the server.

    Got Team Viewer to replace Log Me In Ignition. Long story short: Issues with Log Me In subscription pricing - and compatibility with Windows 10. None of these things are an issue with Team Viewer. It just works. Two little things, though. One, it would be nice if Team Viewer didn't leave splash screens on the remote computer. When dialing into another computer with my iOS device, upon exiting that computer, Team Viewer leaves a splash screen on my device and the computer, "Thanks for playing fair." On my device, that's fair; I'm the one who initiated the session. On the remote computer, not so nice; that person or device did not initiate the session. Two, it would be nice if there was an update to Team Viewer on my iPod, running iOS 6. The version of Team Viewer on my iPod is no longer able to access my computers. This is the one thing Log Me In did right; Ignition on my iPod still accesses my computers, Team Viewer on iOS 6 does not.

    Have a relative or friend who hounds you for help with their computer? This is the application for you. For the private individual (non commercial use free) who helps friends and family this can save you having to make a visit. You can setup to login automatically and not need the other individual to provide you with the password (which changes each time it's used). I have only used to help my friends who I have not convinced they need a Mac! Works great, MacOS to Windows 10 connection tested. What might be my inexperience with the app, I have encountered a small issue with scaling the video so I can see better but, needing the other side do something, as their screen resolution also changes. They might not have access to that part of the screen. I have not investigated changing my resolution which might be the better solution. I give it a 5 stars for doing what I needed it to do for me personally, with no issues.

    Just updated on my iPhone 7+ & iPhone 5 No longer hearing sound from any of the connections where it previously existed. Had been very good app for years, worthy of four or five stars 6-9-17 Update: -- Sound restored -- back to four stars!

    App does what it's supposed to. I use this to remote into multiple users when I'm out of the office. My only issue, and it's a big one, is that I can't search for users in my groups. I have multiple users in my network that I can easily find by name, but I can't search for them! Please, implement this in a future update! Thanks!

    I was looking for something to remote control, not remotely listen to, my computer. This is $20 less than many alternatives, as it is free. I am not blind and question the two nearly identical reviews that state the lack of remote sound somehow incapacitated a seemingly flawed workflow. The core functionality works, which is not sound. If you are looking to play games, invest in a client optimized for gaming.

    I would like the app to remember that I set the screen resolution on a remote device to Don't Change, so I don't have to change it every time I access it. May be a toggle already but I can't find it. Thanks for a great productivity pool

    Upon trying this app for the first time, I am not impressed. There is no sound when connecting to a remote computer, and that is important, as I am blind, and have several other friends that are also blind, that would really appreciate assistance on their computers. Voice over Support also needs to be addressed. In case you do not know, voiceover is the screen reader that is built-in to all Apple products, this includes iOS, and Mac. It's a shame that a product that has been around for at least 12 revisions, still has issues in areas of Accessibility.

    I've kept my previous review below just to show the app isn't perfect, and why it may have a poor rating on the app store. Honestly, though, the app is on par again with many of its major competitors; and given that it's free, for personal use at least, there isn't another rdp program as secure and easy to use as TV. Having said that, I have an enterprise license and am constantly hurdling between support tickets, servers, and my own systems. I find it frustrating that I have to close a connection to work on a different system, but only while I'm on the iPad version not PC/MacOS. I also want to see push notifications for support ticket requests. I think there is a lot more value in that than the sms feature currently being polled on the forums. Yeah, an email is nice, but I'd like to be able to tap a native alert message and be taken to the app and shown the service ticket -- while possibly even being able to connect faster to service calls. -----------Previous Review Titled: Broken----------- I've used teamviewer for years, only lately has it becoming completely useless on iOS and increasingly slower on PC. I relied on this as a, "is the system really not connected to the internet?" However, anymore, you may be presented with the message to check your internet connection -- which is working fine. The Mac OS X edit on forces you to constantly have the app window open on your dock and an icon up top Having the business plan, I dare not remove the app and sign back in. I've had too many issues with it dinging my license for installs and I'll be damned if i give up another license use for a bug again. This latest update does include support for the Swiftpoint GT mouse; however, it does not work correctly and just constantly keeps clicking on the screen. The issue of a square being left on the screen (both remotely and locally) from right clicking is still happing occasionally, and the only way to remove it is to reboot. TeamViewer is falling behind the times. I once raved at how great their connection was, and used it for everything. For now, I'll keep using Jump Desktop as my daily remote desktop app.

    Please fix the audio problem. I am blind. Or as you like to call it, visually impaired. I need the audio through TeamViewer. That's the only way I can control my computer when I am away from it. I use a screen reader, and I can't hear it's audio through TeamViewer anymore. Please fix this!

    It works fine when and if it decides to work; connectivity is horrible and unreliable. Not sure if it's a ploy to get you to pay for services or if the designers/programmers are just lousy at what they do but I would not recommend this app. Will be on the hunt for a RELIABLE and actually USEFUL app today.

    As an IT professional, having the mobile version switch to version 12 WITHOUT any notification has caused a lot of problems and inefficiency with how we provide support to our clients. We only have a version 11 license purchased and have all of our clients on version 11. We do not have funds in our budget to upgrade to version 12 at this time, but at this rate I don't know that we would want to or even recommend TeamViewer to our clients. And now we can't service our clients effectively while mobile because TeamViewer FORCED all our mobile devices to version 12, making them basically unusable due to the timeout. We need version 11 and an option to not update to 12 unless we choose to!! This is making us want to switch to another provider due to how it impacts our business and how many irritating ads we see on basically every machine prompting us to upgrade to version 12.

    It worked great and I found it great for starting downloads from work, however, it does not/not well at least support dual or triple monitors if this could be implemented I believe IGN would give this a "10/10 Graphics Are Outstanding".

    Sometimes after being connected to a pic remotely using the app on my tablet and on my laptop. The cursor clicks stop working. I'm not sure why but if this can be fixed that would be great!
