The app has everything you need as far as working out plus the nutrition. Although the way the shopping list is provided could be better planned out. If you have the same meals multiple times during the week I noticed the shopping list will provide The item multiple times. I wish the list would consolidate the items you needs and list it once.

Love the app! A few things I would change.
1. Have a spot where you could jot down notes like how much weight you used or if you modified, etc. and see progress on amount of weight you are lifting.
2. Be able to change your start day without resetting the program. I started on a Thursday and it’s bugging me!!!
Please stay far far away from this app. I signed up for the New Year and it has taken me 2 PayPal escalations, 17 days and numerous hours of my life for them to finally admit they did receive my payment. They said I fat fingered in my email address to end with .con versus .com. I immediately contacted them when I signed up, funds immediately taken from my Paypal and I received nothing. I contacted them within minutes of signing up stating I didn’t get a confirmation and it took several help desk tickets, and all of the above for the “top guy” Sonny to get back to me today, 17 days later and say “it’s your fault”. He was happy to correct the mistake now after wasting my time and throw in an extra 30 days and I said no thank you. All of the wasted time, effort and frustration I am so over them it’s ridiculous. It was a simple error they should’ve known immediately when I said I didn’t get a confirmation email. They should’ve checked my email address 17 days ago and not have to escalate it and have me go through PayPal initiating requests for help in their resolution center, requesting escalations 2 times and numerous times to their help desk starting immediately after signing up. Just a heads up!!

Everyday I go into the app I have to put my email, password and then Appel ID it takes me about a minute just to sign in and that’s super frustrating for me I love the app and what it brings to the table but please find out a better and easier way to sigh in to the app.

I really enjoy this app and programs 5/5
The transform app has helped me reach fitness goals that I have never been able to achieve. The workouts are great and are different depending on what program you choose. They are always updating the app with new recipes each month and always listen to what transform app users have to say/request, prompting an update. You take pics/measurements to keep track of your weight loss and it’s awesome to see how your body changes week by week and at the end of each phase, comparing your last pic with the first pic you took. I lost more weight with the app then I did in a year doing it by myself. You get a custom meal plan based on your current weight, age and the goals that you want to achieve. The transform app tech support has been awesome every time I have asked a question and they get back to me quick. Chris & heidi have been awesome by doing live videos on their social media’s and talking about the app and answering questions that transform app users have. There is also a Facebook transform users private page and everyday we motivate each other and other users post the successes that they have had with their weight loss or other fitness successes. They are very supportive and so are the other transform app developers such as Sonny, anytime I had a question he was always there to help me out especially when I first started the app. I highly recommend this app and I’m excited to see my transformation
This app is truly the best Fitness/Nutrition app there is. I absolutely have loved all the workouts and having a customized meal plan just for me at my fingertips has been amazing. Great job to the team who created this!!

I can see from older reviews you are working on updating what users are asking for. I think syncing with Apple activities/ health would be great. I’m experiencing a glitch in the verbal cues(there are none). Beings able to adjust your calories per day and show the macros we need for that (it starts off at 1950 cals for women). An explanation of how much weight to use in an exercise. Make Accelerators more obvious. There is a small not at the bottom that says they are the most important and that’s it. Make it more accessible for the blind and deaf— fcc is making this mandatory for video games and I’m sure it will hit apps like yours too!

I really enjoy the app. I’m almost through my first week and can already tell a difference in my stomach area. So excited to keep going. Who need you could eat like this and this much and still lose weight. My one problem with the app is how often I have to sign back in!! It makes it really annoying to have to log back in almost every time. It won’t even let me save my log in information. 😬🤔. PLEASE fix the glitches! I will keep using the app but would really love to have this issue fixed!? Thanks!

So like any exercise app I was skeptical. The major downfall is adding payment info just to start a trial run. But, I figured if I liked it I would add a subscription.
This app has a ton of features! The workouts have been pretty good. I like the variety in exercises each day. One thing in this area I would like to see in future updates would be a way to track weight lifted for each exercise for progress purposes. The nutrition side is very well put together with a lot of good options out there. Only addition to this in future would a macro counter for whatever program a person selects.
Overall this is a great app and can really motivate. It has only been a few days but I really like it and plan on subscribing after my trial expires.
Good but needs better ability to track weights 3/5
I enjoy the workouts and the variety that they suggest. Better flexibility to allow how many workouts a week I do would be nice. However the lack of the ability to track how much weight you’re doing for each set is a huge downfall. I cannot always remember what weight I did the last time I did a certain exercise, and don’t enjoy wasting a set or two each time trying to determine the accurate weight. If they had these routines available in something like the BodySpace app so I can better track what I’m doing I’d gladly pay the $15 a month. However until that happens, once my month is over I will be removing this app and going back to BodySpace.
PS. Many people use their iPhones and Apple watches to sync their workouts. Time to allow this feature with this app too.
The app is great but trains everybody like your an athlete, 6 day a week intense workouts. No options for menopausal/postmenopausal women. Did the program for 6 months and did not loose weight. The recipes are great and I still use them but it’s very difficult to use the nutrition for weight loss if your not doing the exercise plan. They’re connected assuming when you record your progress that your doing the program as outlined. Although a smart app, it doesn’t take that into consideration. So the adjustments aren’t applicable.
I think the Powell’s and they’re team are sincere and really want to help people. But the target audience are those who still have their hormones working in they’re favor.
Maybe in the future this could be taken into consideration and options added to address those of us who are in a different stage of life.

If you've been struggling to make a change in the way you eat and exercise then look no further... This is it!!! I've gone to boot camps, tried multiple diets and nothing worked until I found this app! Every week I'm loosing weight and I even have my parents on it who are loosing weight!!!

I literally just downloaded the app into my iPhone 7plus _ and I was excited to get started tomorrow and planned to go to the grocery store today; however the grocery list on the app is completely blank. No shopping list anywhere to be found. So much for paying $40 for three months!

I wish I had realized the workouts aren’t geared toward those of us with free weights working out in the basement. I modify where I can (like dumbbell squats instead of squat machine) but there are many other exercises I can’t do without a machine. It would be better if the workouts were designed around available equipment.
The recipes and meal plans are great, and I like that they’re based on individual fitness goals instead of assuming weight loss is the only thing anybody is working for.

It’s so many apps in one and each part is so well done. I could write a couple pages on why and how much I love it but I’ll just say this...I waited for months to purchase because I’m very frugal and didn’t want to spent the $. Now, 2 weeks in, I’m kicking myself for not starting sooner.
Also, in regards to easy canceling, I did the 7 day free trial and put it a certain credit card thinking I wasn’t going to buy the program regardless of whether I liked it. I LOVED it, soon after they had the app on sale so I jumped at the opportunity to buy it for the year. In order to get the sale price I needed to cancel my trial (I was on day 6 of the trial) and buy it again. I didn’t know how to do that so I emailed customer service. They informed me that because I purchased the trial from google play, I had to cancel through them and gave me step by step instructions. It was easy peezy.
Needs Improvement but still Worth it 3/5
PLEASE work on making an Apple Watch version! I hate lugging my phone around the gym, I want to be able to look at it without having to stop my workout much to do that. Having it on Apple Watch would be a life saver!
The workouts are great but the food options if you don’t want meat or dairy is very limited, for the most part it wants you to have a lot of tofu and protein powder. I try to eat clean and a lot of plant based protein comes from grains and beans which goes against the low carb days. It would be nice if they developed a non-carb cycle meal plan for those who are plant based eaters. It might not be extremely fast weightloss but you can still do it.
That said, the price for the workouts is worth it but unfortunate I can’t use the food too.

Chris and Heidi have put so much hard work into this app.. and they continue to improve it! I love the workouts and the fact that you get alternate movements just in case and also you get another option AND there’s always a short video that explains the movement. The recipes are great and sustainable! I haven’t found anything else that works for me and at this AMAZING price?? You can’t beat it! If you have always wanted Chris and Heidi for trainers? Well here ya go!

I purchased the app in April 2017 after a few months of changing my habits by taking meals to work instead of eating out sometimes 3x a day. I wasn’t seeing change even with going to the gym 5-6 times a week. I have steadily lost weight on this plan. I started at 247 pounds at my heaviest and was 227 when starting this app and with the help from this app I’m down to 186. I don’t follow it 100% (I don’t do any of the exercises right now) and I still sometimes eat something I shouldn’t just because I want to but it’s showing me that I can be committed to change for myself.

If you’re ready to make a lifetime change, this is for you! Easy to follow, no calorie counting needed! Just make the meals as directed and there ya go! Plenty of things you’ll enjoy for a long time. There are fully explained videos of workouts, modifications if you need, tons of recipes, and emotional support as well through the app and the amazing Facebook group. Plus, you still get to eat donuts or your favorite treat! No “diet” works for the long haul, which is why this is a transformation/lifestyle change.
This app really is amazing. The people at Transform are constantly looking for ways to improve the app. I’m on week 5 of physique and feel amazing. The recipes are awesome and easy to prepare. Highly recommend!!!

I love this app. It has held true to its name. I am transforming in body, mind and spirit! I have always been overweight. I weighed 205 when I graduated high school and at the age of 49 was 215. I was tired of pain and fatigue. I started the program 3 months ago. It is so easy to follow, is customizable and doable! The support team goes above and beyond. I truly feel that their hearts desire is to help each person be the best they can be. They work tirelessly to answer questions and give encouragement! I feel like Sonny Goodman is s long time friend. I have lost 22 pounds in 12 weeks. I am feeling better then I have in years. I ran at 7.0 on the treadmill for a solid minute. I’ve run a 10 k and done more burpees then I can count.in short I have done things I never thought I could do. I FEEL GREAT! Nothing is stopping me. I am driven! I AM TRANSFORMED 😘

This app like most has a few glitches every now and then. But it is fantastic I love Chris and Heidi Powell and the work that they do to help others. They are so good hearted and someone on their support team has even offered their phone number to me to call personally to get extra help. The recipes are delicious and healthy. Team meal planning portion of the app is very helpful. The video demonstration of exercises is very helpful and the life lessons are very encouraging. I’d give it 10 stars if they were available.

This app is a personal trainer, a dietitian, a life coach all in one. If I have hit a plateau or slacked, the app troubleshoots with me. It’s smart. It lets me change my goals. My kids love the recipes. It has helped me find new muscles and long-forgotten sizes. Couldn’t suggest any app more. A steal when you consider all that it does.

Before starting this app I had lost around 70 pounds on my own following other programs. The difficulty was when I would hit a plateau it was up to me to figure out how I needed to adjust. Usually it would take me up to a month to figure it out and start losing weight again. I love that this app does all the thinking for me. I love the community this app has. I love that Chris and Heidi are truly invested in our journeys. If you have been using the app and you are not following the Facebook group then you are handicapping yourself. There are so many tips and tricks and helpful advice that everyone gives. Questions get answered. And their support team is always there to help. I have lost about 12 pounds with the app and completed weight loss levels 1 and 2 and just switched to Physique Level 1. It’s time to throw away the scale and start focusing on shaping my body into what I want.

The app is two things: 1) an app and 2) a weight lost, gain or maintenance program. I crossfit and I was looking for a way to drop body fat while keeping the same exercises. It's worked out great for me! Lost 20lbs and kept it off so far. There's small kinks in the app but every version seems to be better. Meals are easy and enjoyable. Meal planning is also made easy. The Facebook page complements it well to answer any questions you might have.

Can't get past week 3 2/5
I love the app in the sense that the workouts are well designed and the tools they give you are worth the $$. However, the kinks are so frustrating. I can't seem to get past the initial weeks. The first time I was on week 3, the start day was on Thursday and I was wanting to switch it to Mondays- it sent me right back to week 1 once I changed the reset day. Then, I got to week 3 again and had to freeze my workouts because of hurricane Irma and limited access to the gym- I just logged on to start up where I left off... and I'm back to week 1 all over again ughhhhhhhhh this is my 3rd time and I'm over it. I'd be on week 9 or 10 by now!

I really enjoy this app for the workouts. Chris, Heidi, and their team do a great job of putting together effective workouts. I don't use the app for the recipes. I don't feel it's very comprehensive as far as recipes go.
The app however does have some kinks. And I was a little disappointed in customer service when I brought it to their attention. The app has a tendency to make me login each time I open it. I was told by customer service that it is due to low space on my phone, but I feel this is a copout answer. I don't have any other app that requires a login each time just because I have too little space on my device. In fact I had never heard of such a thing. I was told to purchase more space and storage from Apple, which I refuse to do because I don't think I should have to. After my initial login, I have to also login with my Apple ID account which adds to the frustration.
I also want to request of the team to allow weeks to be paused. I don't work out 7 days a week, but would like to continue my week that I started. Unfortunately the app always predicts the week for me and auto puts me ahead of where I really am. For instance, If i start week 7 without having fully completed week 6, I might get legs back to back. Which I don't want to do... This holds true if I happen to start the program midweek instead of Monday.
Great workouts - app needs work 3/5
I've been following the Transform workouts for about 3 weeks. I really like the progression of the exercises and weights. I'm not new to lifting but I just wanted a set program and timeline to follow. I love that there are options for alternate movements. My one request would be to have a place to track the weights I use for each exercise instead of using my notepad. I'm not following the meal plan but it would be nice to see just recommended daily calories rather than a breakdown by meal. Also the app seems to have a couple bugs- like I need to log in almost every time I open it. But I'm sure those will get addressed with time. Overall I highly recommend the Transform app to anyone looking to get into weight training and work on strength and physique!

Over all I liked the App but if you don't plan on doing the mouthy $15 subscription DO NOT get this app, it will charge your credit card and if you don't pay you will not be able to access your iTunes and get anymore apps till its paid

I really love this app and everything is absolutely perfect EXCEPT that there isn't a handy place to track weight. Not my physical weight, but the weight I use for lifting. It'd be nice to where I maxed during week two versus week 10. To make sure I'm consistently going up. Other than that I love it!
