On a recent trip I became very disappointed. First of all my friends that I wanted to keep notified were only sent links to create an account and only then could they see my information. I found it lacking that information could not be sent as a text, or I could not figure out how to do it. And last, airport updates, such as departure gates, were very slow to update, if at all. The first time I used the program I thought it was great, this time, not so. Please let me know when you fix these problems.
Mobile app doesn't let you see documents for a trip 2/5
Why doesn't your mobile app let me see attached documents for a trip from my firm? I can easily see it on a desktop or laptop. Fix your bugs guys! This isn't rocket science. Make your mobile app behave and work the same as going to your website
Awesome! Great travel app 5/5
I use TripCase for all my travel plans. It is accurate and updates quicker than the gate boards at airports sometimes. Just send them the confirmation email and it's uploaded to your account in seconds. This app was especially helpful during my 14 day trip across Europe. Five countries, 11 flights, no issues. The little tips and local etiquette are helpful and resourceful. I also enjoy being able to see if the seat next to me is taken prior to boarding (because honestly no one wants to sit next to a stranger).
Pretty good 5/5
I like the interface and it has always imported data correctly for me. Makes it easy to see the important data about your trip and doesn't bog you down with constant advertisements.
losing stars 2/5
Update: Still not creating proper entries from Expedia. How sad. Another star removed. July to September is more than enough time to fix this.
Previous: Can no longer create an itinerary from an Expedia itinerary? Oh, but I can manually make it! Well manually making it is not why I use Tripcase now is it?
Used to be good 1/5
I'm now dealing with the 4th trip where TripCase got the hotel wrong. This is not saving any time if you can't accurately import your reservations. A Hampton Inn in Dekalb, IL is saved with an address in Murray, KY? Bye TripCase.
Organized and Easy to Use 5/5
This app is an easy way to organize and keep track of all of your travel in one location.
So far I am happy with the app and have found it useful.
Can't delete trips 2/5
Used to work great but current version manage trips function doesn't work
Updated feedback 5/5
Best travel app around. Bar none. Great customer service too!
Limited value 1/5
Seat maps for flights are nice. Other than that this app is pretty much worthless.
Linking an external booking broke a while back and has never been fixed. Fails with "we've been notified of the issue and we'll take a look at it shortly". Obviously not.
Seat map view 5/5
Never mind. I believe the issue with the seat map is with an specific airline only.
I travel a lot and I use this app for many years. This is the best travel app so far! I recommend for everyone.
Not very user friendly. Can't get the info I needed to find. I deleted the app and asked for my travel agent to email info to me instead.
I spent the better part of an hour loading my future trips into this app. All was fine until I logged out. Now the app won't open at all. So if you use it, I guess my recommendation is don't log out!!
Location Function No Longer Works 2/5
I used to use this a bunch when traveling and one of the nicest features was logging in places we visited for future reference and to recommend to friends.
Everything has to be done manually and I get no responses back from support
This app wants to be like TripIt, but it doesn't come close. Buggy and doesn't work on my iPhone. Repeatedly tried to get it to add my phone number, and it wouldn't accept ANY country code I tried. Uninstalled. I'll stick with TripIt.
App Access 1/5
As a weekly traveler I appreciate apps like this to assist in keeping and sharing my travel schedule. With the last app update the app crashes when I open it. No longer able to use the app.
Crash and close 1/5
By Mansoor shlahi
Hi , this app use to be great , but it seems there is a big issue in the last update it start crashing and closing each time I open it
Could be better 3/5
Has potential, but still a work in progress.
Crashes a lot. Not able to delete trips, which makes use of the app very annoying when you keep having to scroll past a trip you are no longer making
Feature request 4/5
Can you please add a parking category? Also emailing parking reservation will not import I have to make it up manually under transportation. Great app though!
Issues with New update 1/5
The app was working great until I updated it last week. Now the app closes out every time I go to use it.
Using it for years 3/5
I've been using Tripcase for years and always had a great experience. Now I can't access the app. Not sure what's wrong as it keeps crashing. I can login online.
Was great. Was. 2/5
I downloaded this app and it was working perfectly for a while. I'm not sure what happened but it hasn't been adding my hotel stays like it use to. I tried to email to have them do what their app is suppose to do with no response. Looking for another app. Disappointed.
Was great; now terrible 1/5
App keeps crashing. In the beginning it was great. My reservations were there. Now I went to check on the reservations... the app continues to crash!! What gives? Please update your app!!
Tripcase used to be a good app but the developers dumbed it down when they upgraded it. It does read itineraries and you have to manually add flight legs. I'm going to change to a new trip planner. Too bad.
One of my favorite apps 5/5
I have been using this app for a couple years now and absolutely love it. Neatly organizes everything from hotel and car rental reservations to flights. I can also share itinerary with other.
I really like that is quickly shows flight delays.
Used to be great... 1/5
Not really much point in using the app if I can't link my bookings using a record locator number because TripCase doesn't have partnership agreements with major airlines. If I have to input all of my information manually I may as well use the airline app. So disappointing.
Useful and effortless 5/5
Just send your email confirmation to them and all details are added. No data input needed
Great organizer 5/5
Aged seeing it up, it is truly indispensable.
Used to be great. Current version crashes 1/5
I love this tool. Unfortunately, the current version crashes constantly, even after multiple reinstalls. Not certain if the problem is me or the app.
First Impression not so good 3/5

I first learned of this app after a travel agency forwarded my itinerary as a link to a Tripcase e-ticket. So I installed Tripcase and went back to the webpage to click on "Open in App." Sadly this did not function as I expected. It only opened the app, but it did not open my boarding pass.
Instead it asked me to forward my email to trips at trips dot com. That's fine, so I forwarded the email I received from my travel agency. After a few minutes, I received an email saying that "If this was a travel itinerary, we were unable to create a trip but you can view it in INBOX and manually create the trip item." Not only did it not function as expected, it told me to manually create a trip item from an email that had NO information about my trip (it was just a URL!).
I was desperate, so I tried one more thing. I went directly to my e-tickets from the browser. Then I forwarded the link directly. It finally worked. I hope Tripcase makes a simple change that parses forwarded emails more intelligently so that this minor inconvenience can be avoided. Just a suggestion.
Awesome App!! 5/5

I use it because my wife travels so much for her work, she just shares her trip with my email address and boom! I know what flight she is on and where she is staying and coming home!
Inalso use it when we go on vacation or a long weekend trip. You just forward your confirmation emails to them and they build the trip in trip case. It really is a no-brainer!
Love This 5/5
I use this app for all of my trips. I love the linking with reservations and the updates.
Great tool 4/5
It provides me a place to keep all my trip info in one convenient place and not a bunch of pages. I would have given it 5 stars except it's slow update on airline gate info. If in changing flights there is a large distance between gates my wife needs a wheel chair. It would be nice before the first leg I knew that info. I have found "Flight Tracker" tends to have that info where TripCase does not.
Makes traveling easy 5/5

When you're traveling left & right for business trips & you have difficulty remembering which rental company you rented with or where you're hotel is located or just wanting to see your whole itinerary in 1 single app, this apps for you. I don't need to open 3 different apps (airline, hotel, car rental) to obtain information. I'm not sure how exactly this app developer generates revenue but I'm assuming that it has contractual services with travel agencies. If that is the case, this app is useless if your travel agency doesn't have subscriptions with them but that wasn't in my case so I guess I got lucky.

UPDATE: after years of flawless performance, it is spotty now. It is not reporting gates, gate changes, delays, etc. I've written support. They said thank you. It did. It acknowledge any problems. It has happened again tonight and I have written them again. I hope they get it fixed. I'm taking it from 5 stars down to three. It is still nice that it puts flights in my calendar - at least that still works.
This app is one of my top 5. I travel a lot and the integration with Concur as well as the ability to mail travel itineraries make it extremely easy to use.
Often times TripCase will let me know of flight changes before the airline does. And it automatically updates my calendar accordingly, which is very useful.
Speaking of calendars, I find it easier to view the entire travel itinerary for a given trip with flights, cars and hotels in TripCase instead of in my calendar.
Love this app! 5/5

From the countdown to my travel date to the flight updates, including oftentimes before getting updates directly from the airline itself ... it's my go-to for keeping my flights, lodging and car rentals organized in one convenient place.
Great tool 5/5
I really like the directions feature & the time line layout
Love it 5/5
I really love being able to email my itineraries directly into tripcase and have them appear within minutes. I use the app every holiday without any issue - thank you
Keeps me organized 5/5
I really like this app. It keeps me organized with all my travel data in one place. Flights, hotels, meetings, confirmation numbers and restaurants in one place. I don't have to carry any paperwork.
Great assistant 5/5
Traveling a lot domestic and overseas with sometimes crazy scheduled Tripcase is helping me to stay organized for many years now.
Great travel organizer! 5/5
Love this app. Have coordinated my travel and family members. Accurate and up-to-date info.
No longer imports from Booking.com 2/5
By Baronial Ascendency
I used this for my trip last year and just forwarded all my booking.com confirmations to the tripcase email address. The app then populated the bookings in my itinerary; it was great because I could see all the details for the various hotels in one place.
Now, however, it just stores the email but does not add the hotel to your timeline or itinerary. So it offers no advantage over just keeping a "Trip" email folder and throwing all the confirmations into that.
Fantastic! Please add Tripit support 4/5
Love this app. Have tried most in the app store and this is the best. But really needs TripIt auto synchronization, especially for business travelers. Please add!
Great for Managing Trips 5/5
By Bobs yerUncle
I love the his app.
What Every Traveler Needs!!! 5/5
I love TripCase. Military personnel travel a lot. TripCase helps me keep track of all of my travel itineraries in one convenient digital location. TripCase communicates well with our travel system and our travel office to provide all of our travel documents required movement and reimbursement for expenses. It's just the tool every traveler needs!!!
Trip Case 4/5
I love this app. It makes traveling much easier when you have all your info in one place. I do have some recommendations, make it easier to transfer itineries from emails, allow trip sharing info to someone who does not have the trip case app. Thank you
Mad as hell ... at this point 1/5
I have Input my multi-leg Europe trip so far 6x. When I get to my last hotel the app informs me of error and then cheerfully tells me there is no trip found. It deletes the trip. Every time. I'm flying tomorrow and I'm really beyond irritated to have spent 3h inputting data only to be screwed over by their errors. The app did not work properly last year either but at least it was serviceable.
I did all the usual, restarting iPad, sign out, reinstalled it, nothing, Nada. Waist of my time and real drain on my nerves.
Update... I'm returning after tomorrow and added my car rental. Boom my trip disappeared.... I hate this app!
Consistently Wrong. 2/5

Airline Apps more up to date with gate changes.
TripCase is the best! 5/5
Love having all my trip information in one place. It really helps with planning and keeping you organized while on your trip!
Very useful! 5/5

Love all its features!
