Love the app, just one complaint 4/5
I love the app. I like to watch all kinds of sports when out at my local watering hole. The only problem I have run into seems to be with the NFLSunday ticket and trying to listen to about of market football game. The app seems to not pickup the correct games audio.
Not updated for iPhone X iOS 11 4/5
Otherwise very cool app
Airport savior 5/5
I travel a lot for work and had gotten pretty used to reading the TVs at JFK. Now I just scan!
Great for late night TV in bed 5/5
This is a great idea for watching TV in bed at night without waking anyone. Love it. Can't wait to see it in action at MGM Springfield
Must have app for all travelers 5/5
Just when I thought this app couldn't get any better! Perfect for listening to TV while I wait for my flight.
Fantastic product 5/5

I absolutely love Tunity! My friend showed it to me a couple weeks ago, and it works seamlessly for any sporting event shown on TV. It’s been pretty clutch when I’ve been at bars that don’t keep the sound on. Highly recommend!
Love this app! 5/5
Love this app! Super helpful for long waits at the airport when sound is off!!
Decent when it works 3/5

I use this daily at a gym. Most of time it’s hard to sync voices. I know this buttons on app to move voice back or forward, but it’s painful to get it right. Only an issue while on treadmill as I’m watching TV and hearing through my blue tooth. Then I walk around gym. Great. But as you walk, it says YOU ARE MOVING, please re-scan. What a pain. Again, it does that 50% of time. It’s a great concept. Hope they fix bugs SOON

Great app! I use it every time I'm catching a game and drinks at the bar and want to hear some action. Also when the gf is sleeping and a game is on. How did I find it only now...
One of a kind 5/5

It’s real magic. There’s no other app that will let me hear muted TVs - anywhere! Scan and you’ll get the audio.
So far, so good! Doesnt work with all stations, but its great for when my son is trying to sleep!
I worry... 2/5
By J M Torcivia
Location Setting must be "always on".
Only an idiot would agree to this. But please see below.
Developer explains that:
"The reason we need that configuration is to allow you to continue receiving the audio while you are multitasking and the app is in the background. We need to continue to verify that you are in the vicinity of the TV you scanned to be able to provide you with audio. "
Limited usefulness... 2/5
When it works, it's fine but it won't pick up all channels. It might be okay for hanging out in a noisey sports bar and watching TV. It's worthless, however, for watching channels like Amazon Prime, Netflix and CBS Access.
I wish it did work. I have a hearing problem that it compensates for nicely but I don't watch much of the mainstream channels that it is limited to connecting with.
Email spam 1/5
The company continuously send me email spam even though I have unsubscribed from their mailing list multiple times
Buggy and unreliable 1/5
The app rarely catches the tv scan if there are any weather or alerts on the bottom of the screen, and if it’s at commercials it doesn’t find the station. So if you have any weather alerts telling you about school closings etc then you won’t be able to listen.
Lots of glitches where you have to rescan so you constantly have to get up and rescan the tv if you’re too far away (like at a gym).
Great use of technology 4/5
Finally! Thank you 5/5
Super happy to have this app. For years I have been wanting this exact ability. Works well and I am sure they continue to improve.
Great App 5/5
By Shady invasion
This is a great app to have when you are in a relatively quiet bar. You can actually hear the action.
It only took two minutes and you can hear games everywhere now!!
Best app ever 5/5
It really works
Works ok, drains battery life 2/5
The app works ok, when the scan actually picks up the tv network. Biggest draw back is it requires to know your location always and it doesn’t work if in the background.
Still garbage 1/5
Tried it again, waste of time.
Never Works! 1/5
By William H.
I scan, it finds the network, I hear no sound, it says tap to rescan. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Absolutely love this app 5/5
Except for the review page.
Stopped working 2/5
Loved this app for about 2 years. Over the past month it stopped working and will not find any of the programs (mostly sports) that it used to find. Cannot select from the preset stations either. Very bummed and frustrated about the new issue. Hopefully a fix will be in the newer updates
Don’t bother 1/5
It’s on the TVs at my gym tried it on two sets which were on supported channels and NOTHING. Plus they want your location on AT ALL TIMES on your settings for it to work which of course it doesn’t aka WASTE OF TIME
Great amazing to get sound from muted tv
Great app! 5/5

Great app 4/5
By Brian Etz
I love the app. Always works great for me. Don't like that I have to have location services on in order to use it but the app does a good job at what's it's designed to do.
No NBC 3/5
By hearing paired
I agree with Buggy. It’s ridiculous to see channel you’re scanning and Not be able to get it’s audio. In my car it was NBC in the morning a few days ago.
I don’t fully understand why they need a scan feature. When it works, it’s nice. However, when it doesn’t, it takes you to a page to select from a list of supported networks. In my case, I’m watching football on a supported ESPN. Multiple scans at full tv to scan area have not picked up. Then I select ESPN from the list, it thanks me for the feedback, then asks me to scan again. Why the hell would you not just connect me to the audio? You would still get feedback needed, I would still get the stream, then would tweak the controls to align the audio. Instead, I’m forced to re-scan to no avail. That doesn’t make sense and is a bad end user experience. Please take this into consideration with future updates.
Forcing to create an account 1/5
Uninstalled it. It doesn’t work if you don’t have an account. Good idea until they decided to start data mining.
Amazing App 5/5
I love Tunity. I am often in airport and restaurants that don’t have the sound on. It’s so easy to scan the tv from almost any distance and pickup the sound. It has changed my life!!
By Popcorn 1234567891011
Joined a new Gym, they have Tunity, cannot get voice and audio to sync and the commercials on audio aren’t the same that are on the TV. I spend more time trying to adjust the audio than I do on the treadmill. I may go back to my old gym if it’s not corrected
Great app for Airports!! 5/5
Love this app for long layovers.
Lip Sync 3/5
There’s an issue w lip sync that is at times hard to ignore. Otherwise it’s a great app that I use often- if the lip sync issue was fixed the app would definitely be a 5 star app.
What happened? 1/5
This app used to rock! Was my go to for watching and listening to my Packers in a crowded bar. Doesn’t work at all now “unable to detect channel”. Fix please.
By Polish Ham
Great idea but I’ve tried to connect for an entire first quarter. Nothing. Waste of time.
I have unsubscribed about 7 times from their marketing emails and I keep getting them. 1/5
Would be at least 3/5 stars if this were fixed.
These people spam my email weekly notifying me that their product exists and what it is used for. I dont get emails from gas stations weekly telling me they exist and that I can put gasoline in my car? I dont get spam from my existing electricity provider letting me know they provide electricity?
Despite being an existing user of the app and unsubscribing approximately 100+ times in the past couple years, these people at Tunity continue spamming me with their product. Do not use or give your email address, impossible to unsubscribe.
Seems great....when it’s actually working 2/5
Just downloaded this to use at the gym, as I don’t use corded headphones and the sound on all the TVs are connected to FM transmitters, which iPhone doesn’t have (Looking at you, Apple...🤨)
Anywho, App was able to scan the tv and pick up the channel quickly, but it was hit and miss from there. The sound would cut out and there isn’t really anything to help you reconnect, except to rescan the tv. It’s really impractical to expect users to rescan the tv every time it cuts out. Once it cut out, I said forget it and just started listening to the music app, well about 5 mins later, the sound cut back in from the app and was playing along with the music. No warning, no Input from me 🤷🏾♀️.
Also the aesthetics of the app are really pretty terrible. The login page, ad placement and forced twitter feed.....they could do so much better. It feels very iPhone 4/pre-iOS 7ish. That ain’t a complement.
I’ll be keeping the app for now, as I haven’t found a viable alternative to use for “wireless gym tv watching”, but I will definitely be on the lookout. If I find one, I’m out 🏃🏾♀️
Love It! 5/5
Get the audio from YOUR game in a busy sports bar
Doesn’t work ANYWHERE! 2/5
The trial version worked fine while in California, but when we went to Europe, it did not work. The ad says it works ‘Anywhere’, but apparently the developer is wearing blinders.
Too cool! 5/5
By Texas Rodeo
At Woodrow's and they're playing hard rock while trying to watch football game. Now I can listen to game!
Did not work, app could identify any channels
Changed my football viewing life, no longer have to decide between staying home for sound or going out with friends!
Too invasive 1/5
By Fair and unbiased
Really liked the app when I used it on a trial basis. However, when I prepared to sign up, the developer wanted too much personal information. I read thru the fine print of the user agreement (something only lawyers do), and it seemed to me that I would be open to Tunity giving my personal contact information to third parties so that I could be solicited, or that Tunity might do something like that in the future. The portion of the agreement giving Tunity 30 days to “dismember” me left ample opportunity for this to happen, since by the time the 30 days would have lapsed, the information could already been sold or provided.
I got an email from Grant Mombach at Tunity in August asking me to rate the app, and I wrote back asking about my concerns. I specifically stated that if I didn’t hear back from Tunity, I would take it to mean that my personal information could/would be shared with a third party, and that I would review the app accordingly.
