    I've never hated an app as much as this one. I remember the ugly functional app we had several years ago. It was nice, I could pay bills and look at my accounts. This version can't do either. Sadly US Bank doesn't read reviews or they just don't care. I want to know the high school kid that made this app. Sorry, that's a little rude of me.. rude to high schoolers not the makers of this app. I wonder how Apple let such a poor non functioning app pass into the App Store? Web browsers do a better job than this sorry excuse of an app.

    The app feels nice except some UI elements refuse to work making some parts unusable. With Send Money, for example, I am unable to select anything other than the first account. If I use the drop down to select another account, the menu hamburger moves randomly and cancels the action. I'm not sure how this app gets through testing. As a developer this app makes me ashamed to be in this career path.

    This app has sent me into overdraft TWICE! The first time I moved money and wrote a check, I thought it bounced because I didn't actually move it. The second time, my wife SAW me do the whole thing and get the green check mark. NOPE, money didn't move. Complained at my branch and they said they know it's an issue but there's not much to do but wait for a fix. TERRIBLE APP

    Touch ID seldom works. Interface is bad and it's slow. Don't try checking your balance if you're not on Wifi. Overall the worst banking app I have.

    USBANK, please take a hard lesson from Chase's smartphone app. The ID shield and unwieldy photo deposit feature is half baked. Half the time it can't recognize the picture from the deposit. I'm on an iPhone 7. Why oh why is there a need for security questions every time we log in. Why do we need a profile picture for our app? What is there a need for a secondary image? And why ask if I recognize it or not? Whatever security retort you may have, all I have to say that it is unnecessary. Please, oh please, streamline this app and maybe more customers would be pleased with your services.

    It would be great if there was a way to report fraudulent activity from the ledger in the app. It already records time, date and where the charge occurred. Why not make it easier to report?

    I've loved this app for years now but recently I e been more than frustrated with the Touch ID. First off, it's a really cool feature and it saves a lot of time but it has not been working in the past few months. When I try to use my fingerprint it just knocks me out and I have to end up typing my password in, not saving any time at all! Second, I have to constantly delete the app from my phone and re download whenever something doesn't go right, like the Touch ID. It's definitely something to look into and fix, because I really have enjoyed this app for a long time, but not it's just annoying!

    The app feels smooth to me. Easy to send money to people and they can get it almost instantly now. Mobile check deposit almost always works for me. I bank exclusively with the app and I'm happy with it.

    The last couple of updates have definitely improved flow and navigation. However, the app still chooses to forget my saved preferences and forget who I am, that this is my phone. Granted Not as often as it did before. But having to re-up my Touch ID sign in is inconvenient and makes me feel like there's a lack of security.

    I trust all my money with this bank. The app that they provide for mobile services really makes me question if I should keep any of my money with this bank. The app is only good for checking your balance. If you'd like to pay bills it may or may not. I have a complaint via Twitter, and they've answered, but with no advice that fixes the poor quality of their app. (iPhone, and iPad user) The app is useless, I have to always go out to the web to use their services totally defeating the purpose of having the app.

    Supposed to be able to change my debit card pin on the app, but can't find that option anywhere. Trying to sign up for deposit point, keep getting an error message. In the middle of clicking around trying to do SOMETHING, it logged me out due to inactivity. I may not be doing much business with US Bank if their app is so crummy.

    This ap does what I need it to for a banking ap but it constantly is slow and will crash. I dont like I get kicked out of touch id with every update. I shouldn't have to fix that with each update. Disappointed in this ap overall

    The "continue" button does not work when trying to send money to an account. I've also had issues with selecting buttons when trying to deposit checks with the mobile. It seems like the developers are not testing the mobile app out on multiple mobile devices! Please fix as soon as possible. I have had problem on iPhone 6 and 7 plus!

    I've had multiple banks throughout my life and this is by far the worst one. Why does it not save payment information? Why won't my payments post until after it's due? Simple things that shouldn't be a problem. Local banks have a better app than this one. Where is your money going?

    The app no longer allows for Touch ID. When the app logs you out, your preferences for Touch ID are cancelled, making Touch ID useless, making the app useless. I will have to change my username and password to something less secure. Very dissatisfied.

    I logged in online and wanted the app for easy access. It wouldn't accept my account info or password that worked online. Tried to reset my password and also tried forgot username and it had no idea what account I was, it's like they don't talk to each other! What a waste of my time!

    The app has never let me down once since it does the following: deposit a check on the go using the iPhone camera, check account balance, transfer money between bank accounts. However the app is basically just a wrapper around the web view, it looks exactly the same as the mobile web version with none of the feel and performance advantages of a real native mobile app. I would also like to have the ability to view my statements in the app. Touch ID support is a nice touch so I bumped my rating, but the design remains dated and intuitive.

    The whole app is like a website. Tap and hold the menu button and it behaves like you're clicking a link in safari. The app doesn't feel like a native app at all. It is very clunky, beats around the bush, and doesn't get the job done right as it should. It feels like using a band-aid to patch a hole on a ship. Please just solve the problem right and be done with it. Companies with much less money than you are doing it better - surely you can cough up the resources for good iOS developers. Unless your customers aren't actually that important to you.. your choice, I guess. Granted, yes I can log in with Touch ID which is nice. I can check my balance and do some moving around of cash. The implementation is just cheap.. What I'd really like is notifications every time my credit or debit cards are used. My other bank's app has been doing this for a long time. Nowadays with cards being stolen left and right, I only want to swipe my cards that give me a notification every use. Honestly, I use the other bank's card more than this one because I feel safer doing so.

    I think the app is great and I really appreciate the frequent updates for bug fixes. But, the app keeps logging me out when I set up Touch ID for it so when I try to open the app I have to type my password every time. Not a deal breaker by any means, but maybe something to look into for the developers! 😊

    Newest versions are generally nice and useful but still lack some basic features that had been in the original versions - two come to mind as frequent irritants 1. The original versions allowed you to "file" bills you were not paying. You could add comments if you wished. Examples - bills paid through another method, $0 bills or bills showing a credit (overpayment) balance. I have had $0 bills sit on my account for months. I should NOT have to switch from App to a computer to file these items. 2. Older versions were more straightforward in paying bills. Now you can go to the payment center to pay bills - good so far. To pay non US Bank items - select your pay info and it defaults to the bill due date or last transaction date prior to bill due date - still good. To pay a US Bank related bill, you need to go back out to accounts, search for next due date, then return to the payment area to process and manually input pay date. This is so awkward and clumsy - does not fit with payment of external accounts.

    Used to deposit checks. No longer. Now it just tells you over and over to write for deposit only and even tho you wrote it clear as day it never reads it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP (which basically means find yourself another bank - I am)

    Unfortunately this app never lets me get beyond setting up 3-5 security questions. I wish I could say the mobile site was better, but I have similar issues with it. I have a much quicker time calling the bank's toll-free number to find my account balance.

    I've had various issues in the past, like the app randomly closing and such that I've been able to work around, but the current issue makes it impossible to use! I have the most updated version of the app, but anytime I try to use it, it tells me I must "update my app before continuing" then forces me to open to App Store where it tells me no updates available. This loop continues indefinitely until I just give up.

    App says it needs to be updated, but in store, can't update. Only option is to 'open'. Click open, app says to update, brings you to app store, rinse, repeat. Nice work, guys. Really. I guess I just won't deposit this check, NBD.

    Update: These guys don't know how to code! Every time I open it it suggests that I set up touch ID, which I have done 4 times now. Yet the next time I open it touch ID doesn't work and it suggests... to set up touch ID!!! Still the worst app! Previous: This latest update feels as if I downloaded some older version. It unbearably slow to do anything... Just loading screen! It's probably the worst app I have on my iPhone. No touch-login.

    I've reset my phone multiply times. Erased the app and reinstalled multiple times. Wiped my phone and reinstalled data and still can't get past login page due to the app pausing and thinking while the little wheel spins endlessly. Very frustrated I can't manage my account any more. It worked on my iPhone six. Now that I'm trying to install it on my iPhone 6s. It won't work. Other reviews said something to the extent of latest app update having bugs. If this isn't fixed soon I'm taking my money to a bank that can afford to keep there app up and running efficiently. 😡

    I've never had a problem with this app, but only use it for basic functions like balance checks & transfers. Always locates ATM & branches ok too. I don't need a fancy interface so the simplicity is great & easy to function. My balance & pending amounts are always accurate as well.
