Now I remember why I closed my personal account. USBank finally got a mobile app then charge you to use it when no one else charges for that. I finally got an account set up for my nonprofit org and now I have to close it and move to Chase where they don't charge for simple things like mobile deposit. Boycott USBank until they get with the times!!!

How is a major bank happy with such poor APP reviews ?
APP is so glitchy lately and I'll never understand how they can charge for remote deposit that doesn't work and has such a confusing fee structure. OTHER BSNKS DON'T CHARGE.
Super slow 1/5
This is by far the worse bank app I've ever used. It is soooooo incredibly slow!! The layout is nice and it would be great if it wasn't so slow. Needs to be fixed!!!!
They fixed it, app was a true POS but it is now user friendly, intuitive and easy to use. Fingerprint login and check deposit now work flawlessly.
Original offering should have been fixed in Beta. Thanks for listening.
They broke it again, nice job! Now finger print access no longer works as of today.

Back to the bugs. Now the app refuses to remember my ID.
Suddenly Touch ID won't work. There's no real app support.
Aside from that it's finally not slow and making a deposit is easy.

Again, the latest update made it broken: I can’t do basic things like pay the credit card bill because the app won’t process it through to the end. I can’t pay the charges I put on the card WHEN I use it because, for some reason, that doesn’t work any more either, I have to wait until they process through days later. You say you listen, but obviously you don’t. You keep adding features that are far from the basics at the expense of having a functional app. Lots of feel good stuff that doesn’t help, lacking in the basic functions of a bank. Oh, and I can’t believe it is slower than the last version, but you did that one better as well. I would ask how slow you can go, but you’ll try to show me I’m sure.
Too boot, it logs me out if I don’t touch the screen every 30 seconds. Guess my brain isn’t powerful enough to work your app in so many ways.
Another Update: you add 'features' that I'll never use. You force updates. Now even slower. Good thing I don't rely to actually get anything accomplished.
Update: it only got worse when you forced another update. Now I know you don't learn from your mistakes.
Original Review: This redesign couldn't be much worse. Significant wait times on every screen. Confusing arrangement even after watching the tutorials. What were the improvements supposed to be? Honestly, I hate when you know-it-alls tell me I'm going to love something, only to disappoint with such grandeur. I'll avoid using this app as much as I can.

This app is garbage , plain and simple. I have tried to log in numerous times with accurate information, and it simply won't work. When I called customer service I never received help just got transferred and put on hold to many times to count and got frustrated. In the past I've logged in and it worked just fine with Touch ID, Mobile deposits, and transferring money.however it's been going downhill quickly and recently won't even let me log in. US BANK FIX YOUR GODDAM APP.

The app is so glitchy, it turns off Touch ID during one login, then on the next one it turns off remember me and acts like I just installed the app?!?

I was able to successfully remote deposit (DepositPoint) for a 0.50 service fee (there is competition that doesn't charge this so recommend reconsidering). Willing to pay in a pinch but inhibiting to use regularly and will eliminate at some point once I find the appropriate overall replacement for my small business.

I love this app because I pay all my bills through it and have had no problems. It's easy to use and I would recommend it.
Only one problem and I'm not sure which side is at fault. I have my internet through Frontier and it won't recognize my account! I have put the account number in manually and to no avail. Other than that 👍🏻👍🏻

Not so much anymore... the last update has 2 of my accounts missing so I can't see now, or transfer money between them... in my business that's essential.
I'm going into the local branch today and this will get fixed or I'll close those accounts and move to a new bank.
Whatever the reason, this was a fix for a problem that didn't exist.

I just updated the app and have had to activate fingerprint ID numerous times - It does not save in the preferences/settings. I did not have this issue in the previous version.
Useless and frustrating 1/5
The app makes it impossible to deposit a check. As a bank, you would think they would want customers to deposit money. No matter how many times I write "for deposit only" below my endorsement, this stupid app does not recognize it and will not allow me to deposit my check and I have very good penmanship!! So I have to physically deposit the check at an ATM which defeats the purpose of downloading the app.

I really love this app. I can pay my house Morgage with out any issues. The only thing I would like is the ability to schedule a mortgage payment just how I'm able to schedule online bill payments. Other than that, it's an awesome app.
Doesn't accept a card expiration year greater than 19 1/5
When registering it wants my card expiration year. Problem is it doesn't take any year greater than 19 and min is 20. Great job issuing cards that your crap app can't even handle!

After their recent update, the app now says that it needs to be updated, but no update is available in the App Store. Hopefully they fix it at some point, since the app is reasonably useful and stable otherwise.

I downloaded this app and it has simple instructions. I provided the requested information and received an error message. I called the toll free number. The first person transferred me to a automated menu. I selected the appropriate number and the second person could not help me. She transferred me to another department automated menu, I made the appropriate selection, and the department was closed. US Bank customer service is horrible. The company is too big to navigate. It looks like I will just continue receiving paper statements. Don't waste your time with US Bank apps or the website.

This mobile app hasn't been the very best app and with every update, it keeps getting worse and worse. The app used to be very simple and accessible. Now I can't view debit card authorizations. Quit updating the app!!!!

They took away Touch ID and the whole app is glitchy! Nothing ever works and it crashes countless times on open. Don't even try the mobile deposit, it doesn't even take pictures of the checks and automatically submits them. I then get a notification saying the check couldn't be read. That makes sense considering it takes pictures of anything but the checks!

Every time now when I try to open it it says I need to update the app, but the app doesn't need an update. It will just say open, which I do which takes me back to saying it needs to be updated! I just want to make a payment for god sake!
