I can see all my accounts on the home screen but nothing else will load- mainly depositing a check. I hate driving to the bank for the sake of $20. Needs to be fixed cause other banks have this ability.

You can do most of your daily transactions and maintenance via this app with little to no issues. Paying external bills, making payments, account transfers, setting up alerts, etc are quick and simple. The ONLY feature I don’t recommend is the Zelle send money option; I’m sure it works decently but it is flawed.
Banking Anywhere 5/5
We recently made a move and are unable to go directly to a US Bank location as there aren't any in Texas. With this app I'm still able to bank from anywhere. I can deposit checks I can make transfers it's that simple.

I have nothing but praise for this app it has a lot of functions as well as guidance. It's very simple to use and never has any glitches for me aside from some payment issues.
Deposit check feature needs big improvements 2/5
I mean the app does everything you need it to do but the deposit check feature needs to really be worked on. From a usability standpoint it is a nightmare. First of all it captures pictures for you automatically without the upfront manual capture option. As another reviewer mentioned... It can be very finicky. On top of that, it won't let you move on and submit until the image recognition technology gets what it wants. But usually you don't even really know specifically what you need to fix. It just asks you to retake the picture for the front and for the back it might not be able to see that you wrote "for deposit only" because it thinks it's part of the signature or something. I had to draw a line under my signature to get it to go through. Cool idea but it needs a ton of work and can be extremely frustrating.

It used to let me use mobile deposit, and now it won't at all. I work night shift so sometimes it's hard to get to the bank and I deposit my paper checks via app and now it says I'm not eligible?
Caused me financial trouble 1/5
I went to pay my mortgage (I bank with usbank plus they hold my mortgage) on the app and it said the transaction failed and I needed to re-submit. I re-submitted and it turns out the first payment did in fact go through so I double paid on my mortgage. Had to spend all day on the phone trying to get it back- then the next day I finally got them to reverse it but they said it would be a few days and I still haven't gotten the money back in my account.

Have always liked this app, but the latest version is so slow it's useable. Logging in, seeing accounts, paying bills. All require endlessly staring at a spinning circle. Please fix this!

I have a new iPhone 7 and the app locks up when trying to get to log in or if I get past that then I it takes a long time after selecting accounts to see transactions. Am liking the rest of the improvements.

When it comes to the money. You need it goes fast just like in-and-out.
Whoever idea about showing off logo when open the app is a newbie. It takes like 30 seconds to "flying up" so I can login.
You guys need to stop using java effect and make it simple as much as you can. This is about money and time. Not a presentation with PowerPoint.
It took too long to get account information or statements. Every sections I wanted to get in. It took too long to load and I'm on Cable 100Mbps, but I felt like I'm back to Dial modem 56Kbps.
MAKR IT FAST, I don't care your app just only in black and white. I just need it fast and simple as two face of money.

Since the major overhaul, US Bank has been making incremental improvements to this app. It's not as smooth as others, but it's come a long way.
Unfortunately, the current version won't even launch. I can't get farther than the logo screen.

Been using the banking app for a while. Just downloaded the latest version, and now it takes nearly a full minute just to open the app. Every step is longer to respond along each use. I'm faster to use the mobile web interface.

After the last update, the app stopped working. Hangs at the initial screen and if / when it finally allows you to log in, it hangs at the balance screen. Used to be a really useful and functional app, but no longer.

Every time I try to use it it takes for ever to load and spins on the loading screen. When it finally works tried paying my CC and it took out a double payment. Time to create a new app and fire the person that created this one.

Diskettes the rating it does because if you are using voice over, you need to turn it off so that you can enable both checkboxes. You don't want to pass over your device with your personal information. I'm very sad that a review like this has to go up. After you check both checkboxes, you can then re-enable voiceover. This should not be how this app works. You should be able to access it all the way around.

The app was mediocre before but now it is even more frustrating depositing checks ($.50 each). The camera is vey finicky and often won't take the photo, and when it does it might be rejected after a 5 minute wait because it can't see the text For Deposit Only. I now use a black sharpie.

Just because I don't have a US Bank checking or savings account I need to type in my account and routing number each month I make a payment. No option to save or setup auto payments. I realize you want accounts but I'm still a customer. Never will open an account with them.

Newest update killed the one thing I really used the app for: on the go expenditure checking. Now I have to log in to the computer to see where my money has gone in my account. All it lets me do is see my balance, which I don't care about.

I have tried the mobile deposit at least 10 times today. The camera will take a photo of the front of the check and then the app goes dark and I have to log in again. After so many attempts it is clear that the app is in urgent need of bug fixes

Every time I attempt to use the app, I am forced to update it first. To anyone thinking of banking with US Bank, it isn't worth it. Their face-to-face service has plummeted in recent years, thus, the need for an app. Now the app is getting bloated, crappy service just like in person. I will be finding another bank.

Hard to navigate. Doesn't provide enough info. Always have to call in and end up getting outsourced personnel. Business accounts even more limited with info and limited hours to call in - not 24/7. Worst part is app times out without warning SOOOOOO frustrating. Horrible horrible app design. I'm afraid this is a reflection of horrible horrible bank service.

I HATE how whenever I make any transfer between accounts the app always takes me to my mortgage loan page when I hit the "Done" button. I WANT TO GO BACK TO MY ACCOUNTS PAGE not to my mortgage page....why would you make the app do that??? Without this huge annoyance I could rate the app a 5.

I love this app. Easy remote check deposit, ATM/branch finder.
Convenient and easy to use. The TouchID to log in is a great feature. Our mortgage and all our banking are through US Bank, so I don't deal with accessing outside accounts other than bill pay on any regular basis.

I just needed the App so that I could view my balance and see how much I owed each month for my credit card payment.
However, there's a glitch in registering. It says I can only use letters or numbers in my personal ID- so that's what I did, and I continue to get this error message.
I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt despite all of the bad reviews.
