no way to send money to recipients. i've been clicking on buttons and none of them is working and it takes forever to load each new page.

Love the app and would suggest to be able to open/save eStatements from the app directly to iBooks, instead of using browser to make that happen.

The app shuts down every time I try to capture the image of a check that I want to deposit. Today I tried four times and gave up. They need to fix it as soon as possible.

The lack of the simplest functionality to view my own full account number and routing number makes my blood boil. The worst part is that I can never remember whether or not this feature is available so I end up spending twenty minutes looking for it. Why wouldn't you add such an obviously essential function?! This is ridiculous! Add this feature now.

The functionality to deposit checks (one of the only useful features in the app) is broken and doesn't work, just gives you generic errors messages and asks you to try again.

So I've been having trouble with mobile deposit for a couple months now. I've called in and done what they said. After I've reinstalled, deleted-restarted-reinstalled, etc., the rep said, "Well it looks like it just doesn't work for you and there's nothin else we can do about it. But in all honesty no app is perfect so don't take it personally." I'm done!

Overall satisfied with the app, except I'd love to see push notifications introduced! Such as in every time we make a purchase and it goes through, we should get a notification for that. Or other things, such as notifs for our bank cycles and such, I think it would help.

My ID is always forgotten when this app updates and due to the randomly produced ID it's always impossible for me to remember and I have to go through the whole "Forgot you ID?" Prompt which is finicky and rejects the wrong information at times which then locks my account and then it's just a irritation at that point

This app is cumbersome, slow, and riddled with bugs. If you want to do anything except look at your balances, you have to go through a maze of steps, making everything pretty confusing.
Mobile banking is supposed to enhance you being able to keep track of your spending. This app has horrible updates. Bad alerts. I've checked my account through the mobile app and I haven't seen not one adjustment in my banking even though I've made transactions. Poor app. Poor bank. Poor banking experience. They were better off as charter one

Used to love my bank and have no problems but now transactions aren't real time anymore and my account keeps getting overdrawn because the pending transactions and available balance are never up to date. Thinking of switching banks because of all the fees.

It seems like US Bank doesn't put much effort to making their app work properly.
It has always been behind with the most up-to-date features that most banking apps have. Currently (3/2017), the app will constantly sign you out and make you re sign-in. Major glitches

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app and from US Bank. This app rarely works properly and each time I log in I have to authorize my Touch ID all over again, meaning I never actually get to sign in with it. On top of problems with the app, US Bank is terrible. Payments take DAYS to be withdrawn from the account and purchases are pending for forever! After all our terrible experience with this Bank and their app, we are switching back to our old Bank. Save yourself a headache and find somebody else for your banking needs.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Extremely schiesty and will screw you like no other. Never dealt with anyone like them! Horrible experience!!!!
Congratulations! It was troublesome before but now I can't even deposit my check at all. It takes 1 second to take the image then complains that it can't read the numbers. Then when I block the camera to do it manually, I take a nice picture with everything clear and it still tells me it can't read the numbers and doesn't let me deposit my check.

Won't 'remember me' with the latest 'update' 2/5
It's not terribly convenient when the app won't 'remember me' after the latest 'update' and I have to repeatedly go through the steps of trying to acquire my user name and so on.. leave the app alone! There are no significant changes that I can see other than an annoying glitch that's just holding me back from getting things done. Also, why can't there be an option for logging hand written checks into the ledger? I know it's an antiquated way of making payments but I have a few payments where that & cash are
the only option.
I am really happy with the app....but please add the external bank transfer from outside accounts in your app. I have to go on the website to process an external bank transfer but would prefer to process in the app.

The one thing this app is missing is real-time push notifications through mobile. Text is fine, but mobile notifications like B of A, Chase, and Wells Fargo. C'mon U.S. Bank, catch up with the other banks.

They update the app with some unnecessary layout every month deleting all of the account and routing numbers of all the people I have to make payments to. Not to mention having to re learn the menus. As for keeping track of your personal accounts it works for all other functions just go online or to the bank!

Painfully slow honestly it's faster to use my phones web browser. Disappointing as the website is very user friendly. Transferring funds between accounts should be a basic function and it takes so long I don't even bother anymore :(

I downloaded the app and opened it. After the splash screen, the first page I saw told me the app was not up to date and included a link to the App Store. There were no other buttons available so I clicked the link and ended up in the App Store at the same app I had already downloaded. Rinse and repeat.

There are better bank apps than this and some of them were with very basic features when this app came out. Now they have surpassed this app in navigation, bill pay, deposits, and are far better .It took 2+ years and numerous revisions to deliver this buggy app? The local library has a better app than this and it took them only 6 months. It seems to me someone is learning at my expense and is very inefficient in delivering an app that suits my needs

The app has never let me down once since it does the following: deposit a check on the go using the iPhone camera, check account balance, transfer money between bank accounts.
However the app is basically just a wrapper around the web view, it looks exactly the same as the mobile web version with none of the feel and performance advantages of a real native mobile app. I would also like to have the ability to view my statements in the app.
Touch ID support is a nice touch so I bumped my rating, but the design remains dated and intuitive.
This app is great and helps me check anything I need to through my bank.
Thumb print login is useless 1/5
What is the point of thumb print login, if the app never saves my setting for thumb print login, or it resets after every other login, and I have to go back into the settings to turn it back on. This app was poorly made. Lots of potential but failed to execute.

😡😡😡😡😡Their customer service is rude. One employee will tell you one thing and the other will tell you a different thing. Their overdraft fees are ridiculous. This bank is for the rich and not for the middle class. They have no desire to help you out when your in need. Terrible company!😡😡😡😡
