    All other banks apps they’re are, are very sophisticated and efficient. They load incredibly fast and updates to iPhone X was right I set up my iPhone X. US bank is a great bank but when in comes to reach our account through apps or website it lacks of easier tools. I would recommend to pay close attention on people’s comments about what we like to see in a app forget being unique we just want flexibility at our hands anywhere we are.

    Please update the mobile app and mobile website to include a way to redeem rewards! I want to apply my rewards to my balance and have never way to do so. I even called technical support and explained asking for help and was disconnected after the person on the other end of the phone told me I would have to log into the full site. This raises security questions because my choices are now either experimenting with different browser apps or using my old slow laptop with no antivirus and world infamous Microsoft Windows problems. So my rewards just sitting until I can afford a new laptop and log in securely no questions it seems. Meanwhile my other banking apps provide rewards redemption that have worked well for several years now. Otherwise all is well. Thank you

    About a month or so ago with an update, it just started not opening. Have to open it, then quit it, then reopen it pretty much every time. Check deposit very finicky.

    Us Bank is a lovely Bank. But when it comes to the app, you can’t even sign in. When I click on it the first time it just brings me to the log in. Does not pop up my fingerprint sensor. Close is, to try again, and it just sits at a loading screen, or sits at the us bank screen and then says technical difficulties. Worst bank app I have ever used.

    I have a weekly client that writes checks for the same amount every week. Many times my check gets declined because it’s for the same amount. Is there any way you can get the system to look at the check number rather than the amount before declining the check? That would be awesome! Besides that everything else works just fine for me so thank you.

    Every time i open the app. It gets stuck on a blank blue screen or it gets stuck on usbank logo screen and wont go to log in screen. I have to close it and re open the app to make it work. Please help!

    I can only get this app to open maybe 3 or 4 times a year. I don’t even know why I still have it on my phone. I check to see if it might open, because when it does it’s nice. At this point I might just delete it permanently. If it would open and stay available I would rate it a 5. Problem is I can’t even log in. I just get the blue screen that says USBank... and it never loads anymore.

    The app is horrible. Most of the time you try to use it it has to be opened at least twice to work. Also while working if you click on checking savings or credit card it just says technical difficulties. It works smoothly maybe 2 out of 10 times. I wish there was a zero star option

    This app is helpful with my banking and has improved over time. However, it lacks two key features many other banking apps include: 1) the ability to set a travel notice through the app, and 2) to process a stop-payment via an online or mobile submission. I find myself missing these features often.

    The whole point of having a bank app on my phone is so I can pay bills remotely when I can’t get to a desktop computer. I have recurring bills set up on internet banking, but this app won’t let me activate them so I can pay them right away; it directs me to their desktop version to see the bill. Fix this, US Bank. This is ridiculous.

    App stays stuck on the US Bank logo, doesn’t do anything and closing the app out and reopening does no good. Payment system is terrible. There’s no customization to make payments on loans for time frames such as bi-weekly, monthly, etc. You also have to enter your external bank info each time to make a payment...same as website. Worst setup I’ve seen from a financial institution...credit unions have more options than this...smh

    Had this app on all previous devices. Just upgraded to iphoneX and it does not work right. So much lag... then after 1min or 2 the login pops up. Now wait another 2 minutes for accounts to show up. Then if you select a account. I get spinning wheel of death. Please fix soon.

    This ap was good when I first got it, now I get errors when logging in and lags so long I get kicked out and can't get back in. Also, I find it amusing there are more "developer responses" to the 5 star reviews then any others. How about the developer response is fixing your app enough to have more 5 star reviews overall; rather than having 1 stars outweighing.

    This app used to be very efficient. The latest updates have made it impossible to use! If it manages to load beyond the initial US Bank logo so I can log in, I get a spinning wheel of death any time I try to view my accounts, or the menu, or do anything really. Incredibly frustrating, especially from a financial institution.

    Approximately September 2017, the app stopped working the way it used to. Sometimes it loads. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it but that’s not fixing it. The best way is to go on the laptop to do banking. I have a brand new iPhone 7s Plus, iPhone 7 and a iPhone SE; same problems occur so don’t blame the phone. It’s your app that doesn’t work.

    Since iOS 11 dropped, this app hasn’t worked well. Most of the time, I can’t even get past the first blue screen. The few times I have been able to login, I can’t just go view my transactions on my accounts, but it gives me the option to pay.. not sure if that really works or not at this point. This is how I keep track of my accounts, I do not use a desktop for this. Please fix it immediately!!!

    This application doesn’t work unless I’m connected to WiFi. If I’m trying to use my cellular data it tells me that is appears I’m not connected to the internet. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it doesn’t make any difference. Useless as a mobile application but the features are useful when you can get the application to work.

    Every time I try to open this app, it just freezes on a blue screen with the US Bank logo. Nothing happens unless I quit the app and reopen it. Only then will it actually load my accounts and let me do my banking. This happens literally every single time. Really frustrating. As for the app itself, it leaves a lot to be desired. The layout is clumsy and overall the UX is just not intuitive. It gets the job done, but I wish it was more clean and easy to navigate, like the Capital One app.

    Still bad. November 2017. Same horrible experience. Re-write this app!! 2017 Update - still embarrassingly bad!! Yet another update. Still same - horrible scrolling performance - hybrid app just doesn't cut it. Another update - not addressing any of the real issues with this app. UPDATE: same app - same horrible experience. I am looking for a new bank because of this. In 2015 your app is as important as any branch location. This app is unusable. No touch-id support.

    The quality of this app disgusts me. The programmers should be ashamed. Slow, button tap zones misaligned, loading spinners everywhere, poor readability, usability... just really really poor.
