    I've reset my phone multiply times. Erased the app and reinstalled multiple times. Wiped my phone and reinstalled data and still can't get past login page due to the app pausing and thinking while the little wheel spins endlessly. Very frustrated I can't manage my account any more. It worked on my iPhone six. Now that I'm trying to install it on my iPhone 6s. It won't work. Other reviews said something to the extent of latest app update having bugs. If this isn't fixed soon I'm taking my money to a bank that can afford to keep there app up and running efficiently. 😡

    I've never had a problem with this app, but only use it for basic functions like balance checks & transfers. Always locates ATM & branches ok too. I don't need a fancy interface so the simplicity is great & easy to function. My balance & pending amounts are always accurate as well.

    This is the most counter intuitive ridiculously difficult business / banking app I've ever used. I've filed my concerns and complaints several times over the past year but nothing changes. A security question to log out after you're already in and made a payment ? Why? And support is no help at all. This bank just repeats the same drivel over and over again not listening to a word you've said. As soon as I get my account square I'm gone! But who knows how long that will take ? Horrible!

    This app is useless when it comes to mobile deposit, always having a problem with the check photos and I have to use my computer for online deposit. They need to increase the limit at least for platinum members.

    The app is terribly designed, playful, looks like a design from a bunch of inexperienced teens. The buttons are hard to reach, the interface always change when I try to get more information. The us bank motto appears to be, press a button to see an animation and get one piece of additional info. The required updates are a terrible, they always show up at the wrong time, when I do not have time. For me: Time to switch the bank. Not because if this app, but I lost faith that us bank can design acceptable software. So I am not quite convinced that their banking software is secure.

    I like the new revamp, more user friendly. My only complaint is every time you update the app, I am forced to set up my touch ID login setting again. Annoying.

    Lets try for negative stars. How many bad reviews can you gather? Your forcing an update so we can "send money easier?" What a tag line! You reduce basic function and waste our time forcing an update? Fail! ******* Again, the latest update made it broken: I can’t do basic things like pay the credit card bill because the app won’t process it through to the end. I can’t pay the charges I put on the card WHEN I use it because, for some reason, that doesn’t work any more either, I have to wait until they process through days later. You say you listen, but obviously you don’t. You keep adding features that are far from the basics at the expense of having a functional app. Lots of feel good stuff that doesn’t help, lacking in the basic functions of a bank. Oh, and I can’t believe it is slower than the last version, but you did that one better as well. I would ask how slow you can go, but you’ll try to show me I’m sure. Too boot, it logs me out if I don’t touch the screen every 30 seconds. Guess my brain isn’t powerful enough to work your app in so many ways. Another Update: you add 'features' that I'll never use. You force updates. Now even slower. Good thing I don't rely to actually get anything accomplished. Update: it only got worse when you forced another update. Now I know you don't learn from your mistakes. Original Review: This redesign couldn't be much worse. Significant wait times on every screen. Confusing arrangement even after watching the tutorials. What were the improvements supposed to be? Honestly, I hate when you know-it-alls tell me I'm going to love something, only to disappoint with such grandeur. I'll avoid using this app as much as I can.

    Every single time I try to deposit a check (at least once a month) the app says it cannot read the account information on the bottom of my check. Ridiculous. I take very clear pictures and the check can be brand new and still nothing. Very frustrating. What's the point?

    USB keeps improving this app. My only complaint isn't with the app (they continue to improve on and add to useful capabilities). It's with their mobile deposit fee. Why ding us with .50¢ per transaction?

    Went to login tonight and it tells me to:Please update your app To keep on banking and getting the latest enhancements, please update to the newest version of the U.S. Bank mobile app. Sends me to App Store and only option is to "open" the app since I already updated it to the latest version. Very unreliable, need to find someone new to develop your apps.

    I don't know what happened. This App use to work just fine but now everything is a mess. The Touch ID constantly logs you out after a day. You have to re sign up for it daily. Whats the point of having Touch ID enable if you have to keep on setting up for it. This app is a pain to use now

    Oh look it's yet another new version of the app that looks identical to the old version except it's painfully slow again. Congrats on screwing up the exact same way you've been screwing up for years now. It's bad enough everyone must pay fifty cents per deposit for the privilege of taking the publics' money. But if you deposit more than $1500, your fee goes up to $3. Yes, please take a cut of money on top of the money you already make off my money. Mobile deposit got worse, too. The check recognition is finicky and forces you to take snapshots several times. Incredibly frustrating! Get it together, USBank.

    I only downloaded this app so I could use it to deposit checks instead of going to the bank. It keeps telling me to write "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" under my signature, even though I wrote it in very clear, neat writing, with a dark pen. It just won't accept it. If that doesn't work, this app is totally worthless to me. I will delete.

    This app is so poorly made with such potential. It has such a friendly interface but with the consistent glitches and app construction issues its becoming frustrating to use. It turns off my touch ID settings and also tends to log me out every time it glitches and forces me to sign in again. Then it tells me my information is wrong, when I know for a fact its not, and then I have to reset my password for whatever reason. Its just a massive headache. Plus the balance is never right and the time and order in which transactions are shown are wrong and give you the idea that you have less/more than you really do cause you thought that food charge went through a week ago like it said again yet suddenly it pops up again as pending a few days later. Get it together, us bank!!

    This app has lied multiple times. I've never had issues before with this, but now I can't rely on it to tell me my real actual available balance. I've had multiple transactions show up as complete, and no longer pending, only to find out days later they are complete again with a new complete date. I made a deposit one day and have the receipt to prove nowhere did it say my account was negative, and all transactions said they were complete, made a credit card payment with my available balance which the app and receipt said I had, only to find out my account was charged an over draft fee the next morning! I'm starting to think this bank is desperate to make a few bucks and my business is going to be taken somewhere else, after being with them for long over 5+ years! It's ridiculous !!

    On the contrary to popular vote here, I've used the app since early 2016 and present- and have nothing but decent things to say about it! Functionality is fine, clean home screen, and all account balances displayed as soon as you login. Making payments is easy except you have to answer a dumb security question ('favorite actor', 'mother's maiden name, etc.) to make the first transaction on that login. If you're smart enough to open a bank account, pretty sure this app should work for you. Seeing a lot of negativity toward a fine tuned app.

    This app is so moronic it left me in fear that my money is not safe with this organization. To cash a check I had to answer 7 security challenges and request 2 texts for security codes and in the end I'm not sure the check was deposited. And they had the nerve to charge me $0.50 for all this. In what foreign world do you have to pay 0.50 percent to cash a check?? This is not a bank this is a check cashing company in a seedy part of town. I dumped the app and will urge my partner to move along to another money handler.

    The app works very well for all of my needs. I can login with Touch ID, I can pay my bills, pay my CC, get my balances, I can do everything I need to do. I've enjoyed the new navigation and overall I love the look and feel of the app.

    All the things I loved in the previous version were removed. User unfriendly and takes extremely long to load pages and way too many different pages to load through. Should be able to see money BEFORE and AFTER it goes into/leaves my account, and should be able to have a lasting record of transactions. And if there somehow is a function like this, I can't find it because even the tutorial is useless. Overall, bad experience with this app. Planning on changing banks soon.

    User interface is nice, too bad the sole feature I want a mobile app for banking for is broken. Couldn't deposit a check because it won't let me select an account to deposit to. *update* reopening the app seemed to trigger getting my account properly loaded. Worked as expected. Disappointed to see a fee for check deposit.

    I have NEVER been so displeased by an app on my phone. Games, sure, but they are games! This is a bank app! When it comes to seeing my balances and transactions I want to be able to do very much that, I do not appreciate the consistent denials in logging into it. This is very discouraging as a US BANK customer these last 5 years. I am on the verge of leaving for someone else if this app doesn't improve fast!
