    😡😡😡😡😡Their customer service is rude. One employee will tell you one thing and the other will tell you a different thing. Their overdraft fees are ridiculous. This bank is for the rich and not for the middle class. They have no desire to help you out when your in need. Terrible company!😡😡😡😡

    I love this app. It's very convenient to be able to access all my accounts wherever I am even when traveling and make deposits so easily. A really nice update though would be to allow a memo when making a mobile deposit. It's often tough to remember exactly what some random number was when depositing on the go. Seems like that would be simple coding.

    The overall design is okay(could use some work) but I'm having way too much trouble accessing my transactions. Whenever I click on the account it loads forever and then says that it failed to open. Please fix this so I can see why my balance is what it is.

    I love this app!! For most things I actually prefer it to the desktop version. For those with Touch ID issues, try power cycling your phone. Fixed it for me!

    DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU ARE PAYING A LOAN FROM AN OUTSIDE BANKING INSTITUTION!!!!! I have had on multiple occasions the app not send my data correctly to pull the payment form my bank to pay a auto vehicle loan. Nov 2016, Dec 2016, Jan 2017 & Feb 2017 payments have all resulted in a failure to communicate with my bank to request payment. Their Website works fine but the App does not.

    I have used mobile deposit for a long time with no issue at all. Today It wouldn't except the pic of the back of the check. Kept saying FOR DEPOSIT ONLY under your signature, which was clearly written. A fix please.

    I was so happy to see they had updated the app. Then I was very sad to see how bad it looks. The new design makes it so there's less information on the screen when viewing accounts. Also more clicking to be able to "see transactions." The color schemes changed and it's less easy to see withdrawals. All around poor graphic design sad to say 😞 Update- major changes have occurred since the last update and the app is great. Love the finger print only login and the graphic design that clearly displays a good amount of information.

    A couple of feature suggestions. 1. add pending rewards and show how much has been earned for each transaction for credit card accounts. 2. Add some USBI features into the app. All I can do is view the balance for my USBI account. It would be nice to see account activity, rate of return, etc from the main app.

    I just updated the app and have had to activate fingerprint ID at least 10 times - It does not save in the preferences/settings. I did not have this issue in the previous version. Also does not remember my user ID. Awful.

    My husband and I find this app so useful. We are in college and travel from our home town to our college. So if we need to send money or get money into our account we can. Also we can check our bank statements. I get notifications when I need to pay my credit card back. We get to do direct deposits into our accounts if we have a check. It's just so useful for us.

    With the lastest update Touch ID stopped working. There has been issues before of it not but now it isn't even showing as an option in my preferences. If you can't access it through touch we should have the ability to have it remember our login information rather than put it in every time.

    I like and use this app a lot. Wish they had a calculator section for any check you've written, so the actual balance is accurately reflected. So, the user would enter the check number and the amount. So, when that check number and amount is paid, the calculator section is updated removing that pending check.

    I love my bank, and I love this app. I'm in college, and live a pretty busy lifestyle, so I rarely have time to actually go into the bank. Thanks to this app, I've been able to regularly check my balance, transfer money between my accounts (to immediately pay what I spend on my credit card or put money into my savings), and even catch fraudulent charges to my checking account! That's only a couple of the things I can do, too. It is so user-friendly. 10/10, I do recommend.

    I use the app to check my account balance and to see how much I get on my paycheck and it does all that quickly. I don't pay or transfer so I do not have an opinion on that. 7/10

I'm tired of reading all these bad reviews messing up a companies name just cause people don't realize they have bad connection and the problem is on there side. But no ruin a companies name and blame it on them cause ur phone acts up. Type of people like u is the ones I dislike the most.

    Now I remember why I closed my personal account. USBank finally got a mobile app then charge you to use it when no one else charges for that. I finally got an account set up for my nonprofit org and now I have to close it and move to Chase where they don't charge for simple things like mobile deposit. Boycott USBank until they get with the times!!!

    How is a major bank happy with such poor APP reviews ? APP is so glitchy lately and I'll never understand how they can charge for remote deposit that doesn't work and has such a confusing fee structure. OTHER BSNKS DON'T CHARGE.

    They fixed it, app was a true POS but it is now user friendly, intuitive and easy to use. Fingerprint login and check deposit now work flawlessly. Original offering should have been fixed in Beta. Thanks for listening. They broke it again, nice job! Now finger print access no longer works as of today.

    Back to the bugs. Now the app refuses to remember my ID. ~~~~~~~ Suddenly Touch ID won't work. There's no real app support. Aside from that it's finally not slow and making a deposit is easy.

    Again, the latest update made it broken: I can’t do basic things like pay the credit card bill because the app won’t process it through to the end. I can’t pay the charges I put on the card WHEN I use it because, for some reason, that doesn’t work any more either, I have to wait until they process through days later. You say you listen, but obviously you don’t. You keep adding features that are far from the basics at the expense of having a functional app. Lots of feel good stuff that doesn’t help, lacking in the basic functions of a bank. Oh, and I can’t believe it is slower than the last version, but you did that one better as well. I would ask how slow you can go, but you’ll try to show me I’m sure. Too boot, it logs me out if I don’t touch the screen every 30 seconds. Guess my brain isn’t powerful enough to work your app in so many ways. Another Update: you add 'features' that I'll never use. You force updates. Now even slower. Good thing I don't rely to actually get anything accomplished. Update: it only got worse when you forced another update. Now I know you don't learn from your mistakes. Original Review: This redesign couldn't be much worse. Significant wait times on every screen. Confusing arrangement even after watching the tutorials. What were the improvements supposed to be? Honestly, I hate when you know-it-alls tell me I'm going to love something, only to disappoint with such grandeur. I'll avoid using this app as much as I can.

    This app is garbage , plain and simple. I have tried to log in numerous times with accurate information, and it simply won't work. When I called customer service I never received help just got transferred and put on hold to many times to count and got frustrated. In the past I've logged in and it worked just fine with Touch ID, Mobile deposits, and transferring money.however it's been going downhill quickly and recently won't even let me log in. US BANK FIX YOUR GODDAM APP.
