Not happy with this app 1/5
This app is junk. They don’t even allow you to track your data usage throughout your billing cycle anymore. You can see it the first time you log in after a new cycle begins and then the next time you log in it tells you that you need to call for assistance or log in when a new billing cycle begins to view your usage. What’s the sense in that!? It’s pathetic that a cell phone company can’t develop a competent mobile app for it’s customers. After my contract is up I’ll be searching for a new provider. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with this company.
Can’t even login...makes me repeat password and then won’t accept it and just ridiculous...worst app I have ever had...EVER!!! and unfortunate it’s for my cell phone provider...what a joke...prob going to switch back my provider seeing that I can’t even pay my bill!!!

The app won’t even open. Just a loading screen and a constantly spinning loading wheel.
The app does not work. After it is opened it just buffers and never loads. I have tried to delete and download again multiple times and get the same result.

Always rejects passwords us cellular doesn’t know how to make and app or website that actually accepts your passwords not workable with mobile at all P.S. I think most of your issues are from the dumb google verification thing it does work with your website like at all

Had to download this app because, again, I can’t login to the website to make a payment. At least I was able to make a payment but not without glitches. I can answer the question posed by other reviewers “how can a company built such a bad app?” Easy, they can’t build a decent website! I can’t believe a company in the technology business can't make a reliable website or app! I’d dump this carrier on a minute but it’s the only carrier in my area with decent service.

When I go to use this App I’m looking for the smooth login like I would have on my banking apps & Facebook ETC. US Cellular should enable Touch ID for customers. It’s very irritating always having to put my password and username in. I should always be able to see what data we’ve used for the month, payouts for specific devices and being able to see your paper bill as a PDF.

I wouldn’t even call this an app. More like a poorly developed web page that doesn’t even function as it should. You can pay your bill and that about it. Everything else requires you to call or go into a store. US Cellular really needs to catch up with the times. It’s almost 2018 there’s no excuse for this....
This app is terrible. Right now, I can’t even get it to open. It’s hard to navigate and is slow.

I have downloaded this app multiple times it has yet to even open. Lol. Lucky for US Cellular I’m out in the “sticks”a lot and I keep their service.

I downloaded it and it won’t even open. Just sits and spins. Really cool from a media company to put something like this out. Useless. The main reason I want to check my account is to keep track of my data usage and the past two months halfway into my months data use doesn’t display with the you have to call in to check usage. F that. Such a rinky dink outfit.

App worked great for a month and now it doesn’t load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still won’t load. It was nice while it lasted.
I cannot imagine how this app could be any worse. From the moment I downloaded it was very slow. Since then it has only gotten worse. Complete waste of time and space on my phone.
So I use to use this a lot. But lately the app won’t even open. It stays on the blue uscellular screen like its loading but never does. Smh. Come on guys.

This app is always on the loading screen. Can’t pay the bill with this app. No wonder why there’s only 4 top cellular brands and u.s cellular isn’t one of them.
App is terrible just like the website, come on join the real world fix your site, you would think with all the new technology you could fix this to make it work better

I have tried to launch and all I get is the spinning wheel of death. I have tried in multiple locations and times using both cellular and WiFi connections to no avail. Using iPhone 7 with latest operating system. Pretty much useless app.
Worked at first great ..:. But now it just loadssss for ever ... can’t even use it :/

How can a cell phone company build an ap so poor? Really doesn’t make sense to me at all. I’ve had for a couple weeks, first week ok but would never keep me signed in and now when I go to open it all it does is buffer(spin) and never loads. Seems they should be able to do better. Should have known it wouldn’t work that great half the time their website doesn’t work either. Was hoping this would work.

App never works. Cannot get past the loading screen to enter my username and password. Been trying for past few weeks. I have deleted app multiple times and restarting phone.
Tried it twice now and all it does is sit and spin! Definitely not even a 1 star so I give it a zero. Which is exactly what it done for me!

If I could give this lower I would I could create a much better app this won’t even open on my iPhone 7 at least make sure when you market a app make sure it works I’ve made several apps this is highly disappointing at best.

This app is terrible. It’s super glitchy and it’s now to the point where it won’t let me log in. It says my user name or password is wrong but then I go type it in the website and it works just fine. Basically useless.

I can't even log in to pay my bill! It will let me reset the password, but then won't accept the new password. How about you make sure changes work before implementing them? This is like when they switched billing systems and we didn't get our bills for MONTHS. Or how about when they got rid of our rewards points that some of us had been acquiring for YEARS?! They want so badly to be as good as their competitors, but they keep dropping the ball on improvements. Get it together, USCC. Otherwise you'll start bleeding customers.

This app works the same as the original app. Which isn’t well at all. Constant error messages when trying to check usage. Even tho we are on an unlimited plan, it’s still nice to check the stats per line. And you can’t do that on either app.

This is not a real app. It’s basically the mobile web site in it. It’s ok, it would be a lot better if it was not the web Page and was a app like my TWC app. It’s a lot faster than typing the url or finding a book mark. It needs lots of work instead of just slapping the mobile web page in an app to make it look like you have an app. Disappointing ):
Not much better than the last app. Still doesn’t support touch I.d... which pretty much every other app in the world has. But hey, you can pay your bill.

I log in and instantly get a notice that the passcode they just sent is expired. Like within seconds. I can't really give a review if I can't get into the app.

Couldn't log in. Followed instructions for "forgot password", they emailed me a code right away and I entered the code within 1 minute and it said "code has expired". The app is just as useless as the website.
