Cant anything. 1/5
I cant even get to the log in screen. Just has the main us cellular page and the loading circle. Its pretty sad.
2 apps work the same 2/5
This app works the same as the original app. Which isn’t well at all. Constant error messages when trying to check usage. Even tho we are on an unlimited plan, it’s still nice to check the stats per line. And you can’t do that on either app.
Not an app, just a web page book marked in the app 1/5
This is not a real app. It’s basically the mobile web site in it. It’s ok, it would be a lot better if it was not the web Page and was a app like my TWC app. It’s a lot faster than typing the url or finding a book mark. It needs lots of work instead of just slapping the mobile web page in an app to make it look like you have an app. Disappointing ):
Not much better than the last app. Still doesn’t support touch I.d... which pretty much every other app in the world has. But hey, you can pay your bill.

I log in and instantly get a notice that the passcode they just sent is expired. Like within seconds. I can't really give a review if I can't get into the app.

Couldn't log in. Followed instructions for "forgot password", they emailed me a code right away and I entered the code within 1 minute and it said "code has expired". The app is just as useless as the website.
App is like their service. Doesn’t work... downloaded the app and it doesn’t open. Seriously?

I got an email this am telling me about the new app for us cellular and to download it right away so I deleted my old app and downloaded the new one well I can’t really rate the app seeing how it won’t LOAD !!!!!! I’ve tried numerous times today and nothing So I will delete hat app and re download the old one u til this is fixed and when it is I will come back and change my rating
Getting closer US Cellular 2/5
We are almost into 2018 and my cellular provider has finally launched an app that allows me to mange my account; almost. Bill pay feature works (no surprise they made sure they can get paid), the data usage feature works for 1 week a month and then says I have to call customer service if I want to know how much data I’ve used. The same goes for looking at upgrade dates and payoff amounts. It doesn’t hurt to download this app but don’t expect US Cellular’s app to compare to ANYONE else in the industry. Sadly, they are still 5+ years behind everyone else.
