    For some reason, the grid listings after the next 7 days are not showing. Although the grid shown on the box and TV is nearly two weeks out, this app is extremely limited. Is this normal? If so, it shouldn't be. They should match. TV Guide does a better job than AT&T, having grids that are a full two weeks ahead. Not good at all. Who is responsible and why isn't this matching?

    I was happy with the U-verse app, being able to watch movies On-Demand whenever I wanted up until this past June. It would show an error and not work at all for On-demands movies or shows. The live option worked. I contacted U-verse support and see if it was something they could fix but no. Sad to see that this issue with the app has not been fixed after 3 months. I hope you are reading reviews and fix this issue with your app. Prior to this issue I would have given 4-5 stars as I have greatly enjoyed using this app on my iPad.

    AT&T should be able to do better than this - the companies we were with before had much better apps. When streaming live it constantly cuts out. You cannot watch what you have recorded on your phone. When they ask you to review the app, your options are very limited. They should be ashamed to even say they have an app. Is it an app if it doesn't work?

    We can not watch local channels on our app while we’re home! Does anyone know what’s causing it or what I can do??? We’re calling and get people who barely speak English and it seems like they’re not understanding what our problem is & it’s very frustrating!

    Great app for on demand and clearing recordings when traveling after watching on demand or live in a different time zone. Would be great if it included accessing recordings, but still useful. Terrible when trying to access the guide to set up new prime time recordings. Have not been able access programming on most nights during prime time over the next 10 days. Constantly no prime time listings, some missing as soon as 1-2 days away. There are even days when the iPad version has listings on nights not on the iPhone version & sometimes the iPhone has listings on nights not on the iPas version.😔

    I find this app very easy to navigate. It's great for setting up recordings based on advertisements I see while watching TV as well as setting up a recording while watching a show I've recorded. It's great!

    I use this app quite often to set my shows to record. I opened the app today to do just that and the channels are gone! CBS, ABC, NBC, CW and many many more have just disappeared from the channel listing. The app is now useless to me.

    U-verse is great when working properly. Right now internet can only be used on 25mbs so it is slow. Need to keep services up to date with new terminals in outside connections in ATT boxes.

    With other cable companies you can watch whatever is recorded on your DVR on your device. On this APP I am told I can only watch live TV but NOTHING recorded on my DVR. And they have no idea what stations on live TV I can watch. I finally got this info after being transferred to 3 different TOTALLY USELESS people. This is a USELESS CRAPPY APP!

    UVerse has a winner with its App. It's relatively easy to use, and when you have a problem using any of the functionality the Help and Support sections are very good at troubleshooting and correcting the difficulties. With a good home network connection I've found viewing Live and other content to be of fairly good quality and each revision to the app has made it better. My opinion is that the UVerse app is the best of its kind. Keep improving it AT&T and I'll continue to pay a little more then your competitors to stay with you.

    After most recent update the app no will not login. Just gets a connection time-out. Problem is on all devices and is not network related. Seems to only be able to be used with an att.net login not a bellsouth.net

    Content is excellent, but the app crashes way more times than it actually works. Too many commercials in between for the on demand shows, it's basically the same as watching regular tv, but with the same commercial playing over and over again...

    Parts of this app work well. A low rating is warranted due only one local channel appears in the channel list. When I search for CBS, I'm prompted for CBS Ch 1101, the correct channel, but the search function says that it does not exist. I can select it from my remote on the TV, the channel exists, but the app only recognizes one local channel. Now I wonder how many other channels do not display on the app. Not very useful if the app cannot recognize all the channels in my channel list.

    I've called ATT to be on the phone for an hour ONLY SO THEY CAN TELL ME ITS NOT WORKING. It's worth less. Yes I can see what's on but I can't even use the remote because it's saying I'm not on my wifi gateway. Whatever the elm that means. I can't wait for my contract to be over then I can switch!

    It's sad that U-verse has still not worked out the feud with Capital Broadcasting. Thus, we have no NBC or FOX tv. Your app works well. It's U-verse that seems to have the problem.

    I do not understand why channels are limited when we're away from home (traveling) but there's full access to channels while we're in the house. That's pretty backwards. Why can't we have access to all of the channels regardless?

    just wanting to thank AT&T and U-verse because we just went through Hurricane Irma and there is still no U-verse signal in our home for tv , telephone,& internet but with this app and Apple TV we can watch all our programs and make life a little bit more normal... Thank god we have unlimited data....

    The best service I have ever used. I am in my 70s thus I have lots of experience. Great Way To Watch TV. Lots of Channels with endless choices. Live or on-demand. I prefer this to Comcast. Service has been great.

    Compared to Xf..., it's the best app on the go. I can view all my favorite TV programs and movies away from home, seamlessly. No streaming issues unlike the inconvenient loading interruptions I sometimes experience, even in my home, using that other app. My devices (iPhone 4s, SE and iPad) have access to both servicers and I simply prefer U-verse's unlimited programming, particularly when traveling.

    This app stinks. Live TV skips and buffers almost constantly while watching on iPad. And the ability to "Watch anywhere" is supposed to be one of the big selling points. Again I say, "Boo!".

    This app never works. The mobile service is almost ALWAYS down. Fix it!!! Boo!!! When the app isn't down the sound isn't working. I've tried reinstalling the app to no avail. Super frustrating.

    It never plays a whole tv show without freeezing. Sound plays but picture is froze. HD channels barely play in SD format. SD channels don't play at all. Best thing that works somewhat ok is the On Demand portion. The entire app needs to be remade. IT'S CRAP!!!!

    This app is so glitchy!! Rarely can I watch an entire show or movie without it messing up. The only part that works well is changing the channel on my home TV.

    It's good if you forget to record something while away from home. Don't really use it to actually watch anything but I have started some recorded shows on it with no problems.

    video. I'm thinking AT&T is trying to push everyone to Directv. I've called a number of times and each time I'm told that the remote is something the engineers are working on. Sadly, I don't think they have any intention of ever fixing it.
