Since the updated the app I can't download an issue, it's been about a month. They don't even show my iPad version of 10.3.3 in their complaint drop down. Not happy!!!

I bought a subscription through the App Store and like everyone else can't download any issues. They were quick to take our money and now no one wants to help. Do not download this app if you're going to get the magazine go to the magazine directly and buy a digital subscription. This is incredibly irresponsible.

I am a paid subscriber for years - their old app had issues and now this app won't recognize me as a subscriber and customer support is non existent. I'm still waiting for any sort of reply for help for something I've already paid for. Canceling my sub to usweekly now because of this.

Dear App Developer- If the app doesn't allow readers to restore iTunes subscription purchases... you really should not have that as an option. It worked for me until the most recent issue. I'd like to have access to it.. especially since I've already paid for it..

This app doesn't allow me to access our subscription via the app. I have wasted both money and hours of time trying to make it work. Clearly the publishers don't care.
So glad this is finally available to read on my phone. I've had no issues with this app so far.

I am a paid subscriber but the app fails to recognize I have a subscription and I Haven't been able to download any issues for over a month. After an hour wait on the phone today with iTunes customer service (clearly I'm not the only one having issues with iTunes!) I had someone tell me I needed to "contact the app developer." Seriously?! Never paying for a subscription through iTunes again.

I will be canceling my subscription. The app never works and the new app is even worse. Now it doesn't even show I have a subscription. Don't even bother with this!!

The app developer (MAZ) that makes this app also did the app for Women's Health, which I ended up canceling because it was the worst app ever. Super buggy, did not sync properly, could not remove issues from my iPad, all of the bookmarking features were garbage.
For the US weekly version, I can't restore my purchases. I can also imagine that the problems that plagued Women's Health will be here as well. Maybe time to re subscribe to the paper edition instead.

It will not allow me to restore my purchases and does not recognize me as an iTunes subscriber. My old app will not work either. I have emailed customer support twice with no response. I am getting ready to cancel my subscription.
