Bait/Switch: “Instant Download” is NOT Instant!! 2/5
Just paid $1500 for “Instant download” Patriots tickets - for a game tonight starting in 2.5 hours. I paid the money and the tickets are NOT available to me. Time to delivery? TBD. WHAT?!? Do I stay home in case I need to print them? Drive to game because they’re available mobile? System says something about waiting for the seller to process. I am so bullsh*t right now, I’d cancel my order if I could. Jesus. My favorite part was when payment of $665 for 2 tickets incurred a $165 “service fee”. I will try the other typical ticketing apps before this one in the future.
Update: more confusion, eventually received tickets. Was emailed a link to a PDF (was confused since these were supposed to be instant download tickets. The pdf said “These tickets must be printed mobile does not work“, but then the “my tickets“ section of the app had mobile QR codes. I was trying to get tickets to another person and didn’t know if they needed a printer or could just take the mobile Q our code.

Spent $500 for bronco charger game at stub hub. Received tickets from Vivid seats as PDF form after waiting an hour to get in the stadium we were denied entry because we didn't have the right scanning code. The qr code. We call vivid seats on hold for over an hour back and fourth. Missed the first half of the game until we decided to drive home to watch the game at home and meanwhile they tell us oh we need to talk to stub hub representivive. We walk back and they communicate via our cell and the agent tells vivid seats we deserve a refund she passed the phone back to us. The manger at vivid seats I can't give u a refund jusy yet. All we wanted was to watch the game. We have been waiting all season for this game.... They said we have to open a claim.... Ummm again we just wanted to watch the $500 game we paid to watch. No problem solving no options nothing! You have lost a valued customer who introduced this app to the entire family and to make it worse we're all sports fanatic. I have a sportwebsite. So sad and disappointed.

I purchased two e-tickets to see Brand New at the Aragon Ballroom. Purchasing the tickets went smoothly and I received the tickets in my inbox two weeks before the concert. I was able to enter the concert without any problems however, I don’t recommend using this app unless it is the only option because tickets do get pricey and based on other reviews I’ve seen, they don’t seem to always work out so well.

I purchased tickets last night at 10 PM for an event today. When I woke up this morning and the tickets were still not in my email I got worried. So I called customer service and Rick was amazing!!! He reassured me that the seller would be in his office by 11 AM and that Rick would personally give him a call to make sure he sent them and then call me to make sure I received them! He really cared about my experience and helped calm my nerves! I pulled up 10 different ticket purchasing websites and after everyone's fees these were the cheapest by $12. I would recommend buying tickets further in advance but you can get them last minute if needed still, just make sure you have access to a printer day of the event.

Purchased e tickets for cardinals game. When we got there someone had already entered the stadium with the same tickets I purchased. I had to purchase new tickets to get in and they will not refund me .
Shady company with rude customer service 1/5
Went through a partial check out process to see what the fees were. The fees were excessive so I went to cancel the transaction however hitting the Apple Pay button for 1/10 of a second apparently made the transaction go through. I called to cancel cancel the transaction 30 seconds later however it wasn't until 40 minutes later that I actually got on the phone with a rude customer service person they basically told me to go screw myself. I asked for a higher up manager and they basically told me the same thing. I also called my credit card company to tell them of the erroneous charge. My transaction hasn't even posted with my credit card company yet vivid seats says they can't cancel the transaction. Total BS. Apparently they have zero customer service and zero way to deal with any sort of problem that you may have. They basically just tell you to go screw yourself.

Best app to get the most affordable tickets. I highly recommend. There is actually a trick to not paying the overly priced tickets. Why don't you wait until the game starts, and then buy your ticket. Prices drop drastically once the event has started. Why on earth would you pay $500 for a ticket. To most people that is an entire paycheck. Come on everyone.

I downloaded the app today to get tickets for a game tonight. Everything went through. I paid for the tickets and I was waiting to receive them. I got all the emails saying to confirm the tickets. The app said that the tickets were delivered but there was nothing where my tickets were supposed to be. 30 min before the game and I still didn’t have them so I called to figure out what was happening. After talking with the people, all I was told was that they were going to launch an investigation and I will be contacted in 2 business days about getting my money back. This was my first time using vivid seats and I’m very disappointed.

I liked the process but I paid $261 a piece for lower level 34. When I got my tickets in the mail, face value was $135 and section 35. I wouldn’t have cared if they were the price I actually paid.

Ordering tickets to the Bucks vs LeBron game. App has cool sleek look, lets you select your seating section, but won't let you select your seats. They'll just give you any random seats, as long as they meet your quantity requirements (number of tickets). You're only allowed a max of 8 tix, so if you need more, you can't book them next to each other in multiple transactions. Example: I need 10 tix, first transaction was 8 tix, second transaction was 2 tix. They put the 2 tix in a different row in the same section. Horrible. Now your group in split up into 2 groups.

I spent over $200 for a ticket to Hamilton in a city I had to fly to. When I got the QR code ticket from Vivid Seats, it was half covered/obscured. I emailed customer service several times and each time they assured me they were working on it and I should be confident in their 100% Buyer’s Guarantee. When I got to the theatre, I was told the ticket I had was not valid. At the box office, they told me the seat was sold twice by Vivid Seats and I should call their customer service number. I did and after waiting on hold for half an hour, I hung up. A full hour after the show had started, I got an email from them asking me to contact them immediately about a problem with my order. I’ve sent 2 emails in response and, 4 days later, have received no response from them. Don’t waste your money here. Use a reputable company.

First time for everything- I called the customer support number, line clicked and the woman on the phone was talking about waste excrement to someone in the office, after hearing enough to make me want to vomit, I said, “hello?” The woman said, “ let me place you on hold”. Finally she answered again, she didn’t help at all. It’s obvious the find people who just want to get a minimum wage pay check and read lines while they shoot the sh!#... no pun intended, with their coworkers.
This whole experience was icing on the top of them allowing fraud on my account. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use any other service- Ticketmaster resell, stub hub, ticket liquidator.
Bought seats which were behind a two-foot wide pole. Paid premium price and was sold the cheapest tickets. I was duped.

I purchased tickets to Jon Bellion a few weeks before the show. I looked everywhere else to find tickets but I couldn’t find any for the life of me. When I found vivid seats I was a little nervous but it worked out perfectly. The only problem was that, when I purchased the ticket they added a fee to the price. It was only about an extra 20ish dollars but other then that, vivid seats is an amazing app

Best ticket app by far. Just recently went to Tampa and pats Thursday night game. No hassle, painless the tickets were uploaded and all I had to do was show them. This will be my ticket provider from now on. Way to give the people what they want vivid!
Glitchy and email fee??? Really? 2/5
Glitchy when trying to process Apple Pay or PayPal. Can exit out of the app for anything or it send you back to the beginning and you have to start order over again. Fees are excessive. Not necessarily much more or less than other similar services but it's crazy when your well over $250 in fees I think it was for 4 tickets including mind you a $6.95 cent email fee with no other delivery options. Talk about garbage fees.

I got scammed for ZZ Top tickets at Borgota over a year ago. Each seat was $150- 7th row. The tickets apparently got lost by UPS according to customer service but UPS had no information on the alleged sending of these tickets. I was also told by them that I could not get a refund that they didn't allow it well they don't know who I am! Not only did I get refunded by American Express once, they sent me another check about two months later for the ticket so I ended up making $350 on all of my time wasted calling them and being lied to! Two days before the concert they had the nerve to send the tickets which were not the face value of what I paid to my door via UPS but that was only because the concert was canceled due to one of the guys being sick in the band.
Recently I tried to order tickets for PNC Willie Nelson through Vivid Seats! They had unbelievably low prices for lawn seats which I found to be a little unbelievable. I bought the tickets and then I got an email from Vivid Seats telling me that they work on it except my order which went through on my credit card because I had canceled with them previously. I called up saying I don't know what you're talking about this is my first time using you and ask when they told me they were connected with city line tickets! At that point I said I'm glad you canceled my ticket I will get them from a reputable source like Ticketmaster you guys are nothing but a scam and now you're trying to disguise your name under Vivid Seats.
Don't ever let a company tell you that in refunds are not allowed when you have good credit and you have a good solid credit card company behind you!!!

My husband and I love to go to Wrigley field in Chicago. Three times now, we have purchased tickets utilizing the app. Where the seat choice photo shows a clear, unobstructed view of the field. When we get there, it has been a very different story. Last time couldn't even see the batter!

I have a friend who ordered very expensive tickets through this company and was still waiting for the tickets to come on the morning of the concert ! Needless to say the company failed to provide them with the tickets, they are expecting a full refund, hopefully!?!
Only shady businesses have to hide the true price of something until the last step. Tried to back out after seeing the ridiculous fees. Hit the home button, which of course served to complete the Apple Pay transaction. Customer service is useless because all sales are final. Owned by Ticketmaster, yet Ticketmaster actually tells you the real price. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Bought tickets to the SEC basketball Tournament and after I ordered them I received an email saying that I would have to meet someone at a hotel across from the arena' which is fine, but then it said they were gonna give me a pre paid credit card with the tickets loaded on it and that the stadium would know how to handle it. When I called the customer service helpline it kept ringing until I finally got a message that said they were closed for the evening. When I emailed them I didn't get a response until 10 minutes before I had to pick up the tickets, by this time I had already bought tickets from stubhub, and they kept telling me that I was crazy for thinking that getting tickets on a pre paid credit card would be a problem. Just for fun I asked the people at the arena if they had heard of this method and the said they had not. Needless to say this company doesn't care if you have an issue and they are extremely shady. They might have some successful tickets sold but they still don't have a good vetting process.
