can you stop with your high prices and the fact that the prices change is nonsense . whats up with your app i can’t purchase a ticket because i doesn’t let me click on one ... i call you guys so you guys can help and charge way more then the price online .... i can’t even get the vclub because i doesnt let me press submit

Volaris canceled my flight 1/5
After purchasing a round trip ticket. I called to only cancel my return flight within the 24 grace period. The lady on the phone assured me I still had my out bound ticket. Come to find out she canceled both and had to purchase a new ticket 7 hrs before my flight. My sister did the same on a different occasion. Not the best support system.

Todo muy bien. Desde el acceso fácil para comprar en línea hasta cuando tenemos que hacer el booking de regreso. Lo único malo es que los asientos están muy pequeños y la salida del avión es un desastre. Yo se que se les informa a la jente que los pasajeros de enfrente primero. Pero por eso se les avisa de nuevo para que la jente aver si a si hacen caso. Y porfavor no apaguen el aire dentro del avión.

The airlines quality it’s up to the standers, but their website leaves a lot of room for improvement. They offer insurance for the tickets they are completely ridiculous. I bought insurance for my tickets and when I asked for the changes it cost me more to make the changes then the actual ticket and insurance together. If you Fly through them, do not buy insurance or any extra packages their advertisement is extremely deceiving. Pay for extra luggage at the window and nothing more. Do not buy hotel or rental cars which are the same when it comes to false advertisement. They advertise Car Rental’s for seven dollars a day and when you get there they charge of $40 insurance, so there is no savings. It’s about $40-$50 for an economy car, up to standards in the US but kind of pricey for a Third World country. Overall a good experience while flying, but I really bad experience when it came to redeem my insurances and pay for my rental car.

The app is fast and easy to make your purchase of tickets. The app is excellent in all things except you can’t do 3 things; buy v club membership, change your flight, change currency you pay/language, and a bug in the system changes a child ticket into Adult when you are typing in the passenger information making it impossible to put in the correct birth year for a child.
Excellent device and very very fast to climb on plane with this app!!! A Five star rate

You need to seriously change your customer service.
I have several issues:
1. Haven’t been able to use a gift card for volaris because I have not been able to get into my account.
2. Numerously have tried to get my password with no success, no response from web or by person when I call CS.
3. At the time of check out I have to be caution and review my bill because you have done a number of flaws for example added extra baggage, charged me for a choice in seat and not given me the seat in the airplane, airline personnel at the counter unable to look or be willing to verify ticket for seating or luggage.
We have a family business where we have to travel at least twice a month and we enjoy saving money as well.
But when the struggle of simple commodities are hindered its best to book with a different airline.

I had so much trouble getting through the website the whole day was down. But it took only a few minutes to book my flight. Should have done it earlier. Only problem is that it seems that the rates offered in the site do not reflect on the app. That's a down fall.

No te deja poner bien el año de nacimiento de hija menor. Al principio la registras como menor de 18, pero a la hora de tener que poner la edad, no te permite ponerle menos de 18.

Volaris has the worst App ever. Complicated to use. I have traveled a lot with different airlines but this App has got to be the worst ever to navigate because it’s unclear with directions. Learn from Southwest Airlines, simple and no complications. The service is terrible in Volaris, and now the App tops it as the worst one I have ever used. I would give it a -0 Stars.

Terrible app. Tried to purchase check in baggage and just doesn’t do it after several attempts. I’m fairly tech savvy and I feel for 70 year old Mexican ladies trying to navigate this quirky disaster.

Honra al q honra merece, Volaris, me ha dado las mejores experiencias al lado de mi familia, muy en especial el equipo de Edecanes, q siempre se muestra respetuoso, y servicial, quizas en otras aerolíneas sea igual, pero en Volaris son sensibles a la necesidad del pasajero, imediatamente resuelven las situaciones y son muy discretos, flexibles y muy agradables, quisiera decir mucho mas pero no encuentro las palabras para expresar mi agradecimiento y gozo de volar con ellos, gracias a l@s edecanes del vuelo 954 Ana, Gabriela y Hugo. Reciban todo mi aprecio.

I’d suggest inform what to do when you receive an error msg. For example: Error: “No tiene asiento asignado”, add something like “go to screen .... , and do this and this” . Thank you.

A flight I booked way in advance was changed TWICE... thus I was given two electronic credits... used one but I didn’t get second one. After many calls, emails I got someone’s attention. Except it will be 7-15 days before credit valid.. not my fault but I get penalized.. I need that credit now (I’m on a budget)
This airline needs to get it altogether , customer service is unacceptable.

Just OK App. Was on flight 774 from Huatulco to Mexico DF on Friday. Had my boarding pass on the phone but flight was delayed. After scheduled departure time passed was unable to locate electronic boarding pass on the phone. Was a problem boarding the plane. Others had the same problem..got on the flight but caused a lot of anxiety for my fellow traveler. Need to get it fixed.

I never write reviews, but this airline is absolutely horrendous. Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, but the staff failed to let anyone know about it until we got there even though they knew they were cancelling it an hour before! They told us to come back the next day for a flight at 11pm but didn't give us any info on our new boarding passes. They called once that day to let us know that the flight had changed once more to 1:30 am but still no boarding passes. And on the site it said that our first cancelled flight had left. After that the "office " was closed and there was no way to contact anyone in this airline. We showed up at the airport to receive help and they told us that all Volaris staff was gone and that they couldn't do anything about it. Never using this airline again ! Flights change all the time and that's fine but the service here is nonexistent!! And I should know I work customer service

Love this airline.. Affordable and love that they have discounts the App is easy to navigate and you can check inn on the App. Need to work on what they serve for food not much of a variety but the flight experience is good and decent...i would recommend this airline to anyone.
